Chapter 3: How do you know him?
After losing to Ash, Professor Kukui decided to see how far his former student could get. When he saw Lillie in the stands, he decided the sit with his student and her friends. Alola Lillie, Kukui greeted Lillie. Alola Professor she greeted back. You are here to root for both your brother and Ash isnt it? Yes that is why I am here, I want to introduce you to my friends. This is Dawn, a coordinator from the Sinnoh region. And this is Serena, a performer from the Kalos region. That is nice to hear, I am professor Kukui, I teach at the pokemon school in Alola. You must be big fans of Ash, if you come to Unova specially for this. Dawn couldnt hold her giggle. Professor, I am a friend of Ash. We met in the Sinnoh region and we travelled there together. He saw me beginning to become a coordinator. And you Serena, how do you know Ash, met him in Kalos? Not exactly, we met at Professors Oak Summer Camp in Kanto. Gladion vs Champion Ash, a tripple battle. Please bring out your pokemon. Gladion released Umbreon, Silvally and Lycanrock, while Ash send out his Goodra, his Sceptile and his Lycanrock. Ooh Goodra is here, this is going to be soo much fun Serena beamed. Lycanrock is here too Lillie commented, and Dawn was happy to see Sceptile again. Battle begin! Silvally use Crush claw on Sceptile, Umbreon use Dark pulse on Goodra and Lycanrock use Stone edge on Lycanrock. Good idea Gladion, Ash commented, but you walked into my trap. Now Goodra stand before Sceptile and Lycanrock and use Bide! The attacks of Umbreon, Silvally and Lycanrock hit Goodra pretty hard, but Goodra could release a strong Bide attack, that knocked out Umbreon. Typical Ash, such a move Goh commented. Now, Sceptile use Power-up Punch on Silvally and Lycanrock use Stone Edge on Lycanrock. Sceptile used Power-up Punch in such a rapid fashion, Gladion couldnt react and Silvally was down soon. Wow Silvally is down, Lillie was dissapointed. Alright, lets fire up this battle. Goodra, Ice Beam on the battlefield, Lycanrock Stone Edge, and Sceptile jump on that Stone Edge and use Leaf Blade on Lycanrock. Due Ice Beam, Lycanrock couldnt move and Sceptile was way too fast for Lycanrock, so the result was its defeat. Gladions pokemon are unable to battle, Champion Ash wins this battle! That was a great battle, Gladion! Ash, you really overclassed me this time. I hope you win this for me! Of course, I will do my best!
After the battle, Ash went to prepare for his next battle, but his mind drifted to Serena, he bet that she would like to see Goodra again, they were like one big family. To the point that Noivern saw her as his mommy and Hawlucha asked her to design a costume for him. He was glad all his Kalos pokemon liked Serena, especially Pikachu. He couldnt resist her Pokepuffs and they are pretty close. He didnt use Thunderbolt on Serena, what surprised Ash. He would win this Tournament for her ask and the ones of his pokemon.
