Chapter 1: Happy Family ... Destroyed
There was a happy family playing in their only son's room. The little boy was 5 years old and he looked very happy playing with his parents
Julian: Here comes the tickle monster!
He started tickling his 5-year-old son, Ryder
Ryder: Hahahahaha. Stop... tickles - laughing
Ashley: Okay. Lots of tickles. Time to go to bed
Ashley took Ryder and laid him on the bed
Ryder: Ow, can't we play rescue, Dad?
Julian: Tomorrow, champion. It's time to sleep
Ashley took a blanket and tucked Ryder up
Ryder: Today it was amazing how they did that water rescue. People were very scared, those waves were very strong but you looked very confident ... How did you know that everyone was going to be okay? And what were they going to get out of there?
Julian: Simple, son. The Zacharys never give up
Ryder: Well, if you don't give up, I won't give up when I'm a rescuer either.
Julian: That's my champion!
Julian ruffled Ryder's hair
The house phone started ringing
Julian: Oh, I'm going to see who it is

Ashley sat on the bed and stroked Ryder's cheek
Ryder: Mom, do you think he can be a rescuer like you or my dad?
Ashley: No I don't think so
Ryder got sad
Ashley: I know you'll be a better rescuer than me or your dad.
Ryder smiled

Ashley took Ryder's right hand
Ashley: Although it feels good to help others and show them that even though the situation may seem difficult, we can always find solutions to problems. But the key to get out of that is to never give up, think of others before you and be very brave. If everyone could follow that advice then anyone could be a hero

Ryder was somewhat confused

Ashley was woken up by a noise in the house. I notice that Julian did not wake up, so she decided to go investigate alone

Julian: Quick, team! The fire spreads rapidly

I hear the hurried footsteps of his father and Julian came to the room
Julian: Ryder, are you okay? Cough!
Ryder: Yes, Dad, I'm fine. And my mom?
Julian: She was not in the room. Is she not with you? - worried

The fire brigade sirens were heard
Julian: The reinforcements arrived
Julian grabbed a sheet
Julian: Quick, son. Cover your nose and mouth with this
Ryder: But what about my mom?
Julian: Take it easy, I'm going to come for your mom
More smoke was appearing
Ryder: Cough, cough, cough, cough!
Julian: But first I have to get you out of here
Julian took Ryder in his arms and they left the room.
The flames were very big, there was a lot of smoke. Although it was becoming difficult for him to breathe and his eyes were getting heavy, he could hear screams from many people and he could feel chaos everywhere.
Ryder was somewhat suffocated and dizzy, but he felt himself being put on a stretcher and put on an oxygen mask
***: Take it easy, Julian. He's kinda suffocated but he's going to be fine

Julian approached the door to help people out

Julian and everyone stopped at the sound of an explosion
They looked up and saw that the explosion had been in Julian's apartment
Ryder: Mom...
Another explosion was heard and by then ... that apartment was completely on fire

Julian was going to enter but some friends stopped him
***: Julian! No! It is dangerous!
Julian: No! ASHLEY! NOO!

Ryder looked at all this in shock, he looked at his apartment on fire as he remembered his mother
