It had been a couple of weeks since the prank that the Weasley twins had played on Lacey. They had done a pretty good job of staying out of Lacey's way. Lacey had noticed they had even pulled their sweets from the store. Both boys felt incredibly guilty and had sent Harry Potter himself into the store to give her the money for the goods, but she had declined it.

However, she had asked Harry to pass on a strongly worded letter to them. The letter wasn't kind at all. She had threatened to hex them on spot if any of their friends or family turned up again.

Lacey was glaring across the street at one of twins advertising another new product they were launching.

"Can't you just drop it, Lacey? They even pulled their sweets from the store, nothing to worry about now." Chris had to deal with Lacey's constant moaning about the twins for the past two weeks. He had had enough of it.

"Nothing to worry about? Chris, they really fucked us over. They lost us over 232 Galleons, which you know how much that hurts us." Lacey had no idea how Chris expected her to drop it. They had wasted an insane amount of product on their little prank.

"I know Lacey but they-"

"No." Lacey didn't want to hear it. "Ugh, I have every right to go over there and slap him." Lacey groaned. She thought for a moment, she could.. that was exactly what she was going to do. She took her apron off and chucked it on the side, and walked around the counter.

"Lacey, where are you going?" Chris yelled after her. She ignored him as she always did and stormed over the road. "Lacey don't!" He continued to yell after her.

"Lace? I thought I'd never see you again." The ginger boy grinned. Oh, how much she wanted to smack that stupid grin off of his face.

"Lace? Who the fuck are you calling Lace? My name is Lacey. But I'd prefer you not to say that either." She yelled at him.

"Want me to moan it?" He smirked. "Lace!" He fake moaned loudly, still using that horrible nickname she hated so much.

She instantly saw red. She walked right up to him and slapped him across the face. It was loud and hard. That was sure to shut him right up.

His hand swung to his face, holding it. "Fuck!" He yelled, wincing in pain.

"Lacey!" Chris shouted at her, dragging her away from the tall ginger. "Fred, I am so sorry!" Chris apologised for Lacey's hasty hard slap, that was sure to leave a mark.

"Christopher?" Fred said, confused. He squinted his eyes, looking at the awkward, lanky brunette.

"Hi." Chris said quietly, still holding Lacey back whilst she squirmed under his grip.

"You know each other?" Lacey looked between the two boys, completely confused. Chris had never said he knew them like that.

"Yes." They both said together.

"We went to school together." Fred informed her.

"What?" Why had she not heard this information before?

"Come on Lacey, let's get back to your shop before your dad notices we're gone." Chris guided a very confused and angry Lacey back to the store.

Once they got back into the shop, Lacey turned to Chris. "How come you never told me?" It hurt her, someone she considered to be one of her best friends. And he hadn't told her anything about his knowledge of her sworn enemies.

"Because I didn't think it was important."

"Didn't think it was important? You know plenty of things about them that I could have used!" She yelled at him.

"This obsession with getting them back is getting pathetic now Lacey, you didn't have to attack him. He hasn't done anything wrong for weeks!"

"Obsession?" Lacey scoffed. "I am not obsessed with getting them back. He deserved it anyway, I should have done that a long time ago."

"I can't believe you." Chris sighed.

"I still don't understand why you never told me."

"I don't like talking about them, okay?" He yelled at her.

"Why?!" Lacey shouted she was so confused as to why he would hold back valuable information like that.

"Because George slept with Laurie." His eyes couldn't even meet hers. Lacey felt instantly guilty. Laurie was Chris's first love and was his girlfriend for years until some ginger twat shagged her. He caught them in the bed together.

Lacey had to comfort him that whole summer. He was completely heartbroken.

The more she heard about the Weasley's twins the more she hated them. They were entitled pricks, and she wasn't going to let them run her dad out of business. She was going to get mad and get even.
