Once seated in first class the flight attendant greets Kerem and Ayse

As the plane takes off Ayse reflects on her flight going to England…with tears in her eyes with the thought that she had lost Kerem forever.

The 8 hour flight to Maldives goes as though it was a blink of an eye and the Captain gets on speaker phone telling everyone to get their seats in an upright position as they prepare to land. Their limousine waits to bring them to their shuttle that will brings them to their private suite that is secluded from other guests. Kerem has made sure that plenty of food and beverages have been stocked so they will be left in seclusion. Once the Shuttle leaves them, Kerem picks up his wife and carries her in so that her eyes can be filled with how beautiful and private this suite is.

Kerem worried that something was happening to the baby calls for the shuttle to bring them to the nearest clinic to evaluate Ayse. At the Clinic Kerem told the doctor that Ayse was in her second month of pregnancy.
Doctor: We will give her some medication to alleviate her cramping so bleeding doesn't begin and endanger the baby….. We will do a sonogram to see how the baby is doing
Ayse: Doctor is my baby alright…. Kerem and I were having so much fun….. did we do anything to hurt our baby
Doctor: let's get you onto to the screen and we both can see how your baby is doing
Ayse and Kerem see a puzzled look on the doctors face…..
Ayse: the last time I saw a look like that…. It wasn't what I was expecting…. Is our baby alright
Doctor: my look was troubling because you have been saying one baby….. but look… here is your second baby
Kerem falls to the ground
Ayse: Kerem… sweetheart …. wake up …
The doctor provides some smelling salts and Kerem comes to his senses

Kerem: How could that be…. They first told Ayse there was only one
Doctor: My best guess would be that the two hearts were so small that they somehow were in sinc with each other giving the appearance of a single beat…. But now they are a little more developed even though they are still very small there is definitely two heart beats … when you get back to Istanbul go get a complete checkup so that there is nothing that I can't determine with the limited equipment that I have here on the islands. But from what I see you are having twins and they appear to be in good health.
