Ayse once again screams and pushes as the doctor removes Kenen from his mother's womb. The doctor cuts the umbilical cord and gives him to the nurse to clean and wrap and give him to his father to hold

Doctor: Ayse everything is almost over I just need to examine the placenta and this nine month journey is over and your new journey begins.
Ayse: are my sons alright…. Nothing has happened to them…. I've been worried all night that Kerem and I might have hurt them last night
Doctor: Nothing to worry about…. From the fact that there is only one placenta you and Kerem are parents to identical twin boys
Ayse: Kerem sweetheart bring our sons to me so that I too can hold them
