After two years of being engaged Mollie and Randy were married. They'd been married for two months. They hadn't seen each other since their week long honeymoon. Mollie and the girls were getting over the flu. Mollie's seemed to be lingering. She was at work and had just finished throwing up. The head nurse came over to her.

"Mollie, go home." She said.

"I can't we're short staffed."

"I know but it's no good to have you here when you're sick."

After the girls were home from school Mollie tried to avoid them as much as she could. She didn't want them getting really sick again.

About an hour after the girls went to bed Mollie's cell phone rang.

"Hello?" She said.

"Hi baby." Randy said

"Hi"

"How are you feeling?"

"Awful."

"You're going to the doctor when I come home t

"I already made an appointment." "I go at seven o'clock in the morning."

"When I come home I want you to rest." "I'll take care of the girls."

"I'm gonna take a nice warm bath and see if that helps."

"Ok." "I love you."

"I love you too."

The next morning Mollie was at her doctor's office. Her doctor was also her OBGYN. Her doctor came in after Mollie had waited for about ten minutes.

"Hi Mollie." She said.

"Hi."

"You're going to be fine." "You're pregnant."

"Are you absolutely sure?" "My girls just got over the flu."

"You probably had it to but you're definitely pregnant."

"I was never this sick with either of the girls."

"Let's have you get up on the table and see how far along you are." Mollie got up on the table and was hooked to the machine. "I think I see why you're so sick."

"Why?"

"You're having twins." "Double the sickness is normal with twins." "See?" She turned the screen to show her. They were very small but Mollie could see them. "You're about eight weeks along."

"That makes sense." "I got married two months ago." "Randy and the girls will be so happy."

Randy got home at around noon.

"Hi honey." She said.

"Hi." They kissed. "What did the doctor say?"

"She said you got me pregnant." She said smiling.

"What?" He said smiling. "Really?"

"Yes and that's not all." She showed him the sonogram.

"Wait, are there two?"

"Yes."

"You're having twins?"

"Yes." He kissed her.

"This is so great."
