The two flight attendants peered through the curtain as they analyzed the passengers. Their eyes examined each row until they anchored their sights upon Kento. They could see he was still conscious. "Are you certain you poured the entire vile into his water?"

"Yes! I emptied the entire thing," She shot back in a whisper.

"Then why hasn't he has passed out yet?"

"It needs time for the contents to become active. I couldn't very well puncture with a needle. Kento would become suspicious and try to stop me." She noticed Kento started to react to his spiked water. "Look."

Kento narrowed his eyes when he began to see everything going out of focus. He raised his hand to his eyes and rubbed them. 'What's going on with me? Why is my vision blurred? My head feels like it's a drum. My stomach...' Kento lowered his hand to his lap. Voices remained muffled near him couldn't make out anything they said. His eyes became heavy until they closed all the way.

One of the attendants emerged from the rear of the plane and strolled to Kento's seat. She reassured the passengers he's asleep. He would be fine and then attend to him once they arrived.

The passengers glanced at one another and then proceeded back to their seats. If the flight attendant claimed he was alright, they decided she knew what she was talking about and returned. She adjusted Kento enough to make it look like he was comfortable in his seat as she planted a pillow behind his head and a blanket across his body. She nodded to the other passengers as she retreated to the rear of the plane. "Close call."

The other attendant leaned back against a counter with her arms crossed. "Too close if you ask me."

"Well, I didn't ask you. So shut it. The mission is complete, and Kento will be out like a light until we get him to the compound. The others are on stand-by and will be more than ready once we land."

"While you secured him, I got notification from the others in Japan. They are settled in their spots as well. His friends arrived at a new amusement park. They were roaming around the grounds for the last hour or so. I'll be relieved when we reunite with the others in China and get Kento secured. Playing nice as a flight attendant is starting to annoy me."

Her partner nodded, "I agree. I'd rather be out in the field taking lives instead of putting up with these insignificant annoyances."

"The two of you better make sure Lady Sana doesn't find out what you have been whining about getting back to her. It was part of her plan to have you two retrieve her prize. Remember, you were the ones to have botched the last attempt."

Both of the flight attendants whirled around and saw the co-pilot enter the rear of the plane. They scowled at him, "You don't need to remind us. We understand this is our chance for redemption."

He nodded, "You're lucky Lady Sana was merciful this time around. Sana could have easily taken your lives without a second thought."

"You don't need to remind us. What are you doing back here anyway? I thought you were supposed to stay upfront?"

"Lady Sana put me in charge. I was coming back here to check on things. I passed by his seat and saw things were in control."

"Of course they are. We are handling everything fine. Once we land, we might need some help to transfer him from the plane."

He thought it over as he glanced between the two, "We'll figure it out once we land. It will be in a little over an hour. In the meantime, I'll go back to the front and settle in. I'll send a message to Lady Sana to let her know things are going as planned."

The two watched as he left the rear and strolled through the aisles and back into the cockpit. "Smug bastard. Where does he get off anyway?"

"Calm down. It won't do any good getting worked up. Once we finish this job, we won't have to deal with it again."

"I guess, but it would make me feel better if we could slash his throat and shove him out of the plane without a parachute. Come on, admit it, you feel the same way."

"Sure, I was. I didn't have to say it."

The co-pilot nodded to the pilot and then put in a call. "Lady Sana, everything is going as planned. We'll be landing in China in a little over an hour. You'll have your prize."

"Good, well done. I knew I put the right man in charge of the retrieval. Have the other two given you any problems?"

"No, Lady Sana, they followed every direction to the letter. Both of them know better to question your orders."

"Make sure both stay in line. The two were lucky I've been in a forgiving mood. Otherwise, the two would have taken last breaths after their last failure. You know how much I despise incompetence."

The co-pilot's breath hitched in his throat. He could feel sweat beading down his forehead. His voice just a hint of being unstable, "Yes, Lady Sana. I'll contact you again once your prize is secured after we land." He heard a click on the other end and then glanced over at the pilot. "Don't say a word."

The pilot raised a brow with a slight smirk and then readjusted his attention back to operating the plane.

Back in Japan at the new amusement park, "Kaye, hello? Don't make me take your phone."

Kaye turned her attention from her cell and looked at Cye. "Gomen, I guess I'm distracted."

Cye chuckled, "No kidding, you've been checking for his call every fifteen minutes."

"Exaggerating a bit, don't you think?"

He shook his head, "I don't think so. You just proved my point." Cye caught Kaye glancing at her cell again.

Kaye sighed as she tucked her cell into her pocket. "Ok, I get it. Kento's plane left almost two hours ago. So he has about an hour or so before landing. I've been tracking his plane with a flight app."

"We're going to miss him too. But Kento is more than capable of taking care of himself. He still has family in China. I wouldn't doubt he'd visit them before he starts his training. So what do you say? Why not try and have a good time while we're here? Kento wouldn't want you to be dwelling about you two are separated. Right? He would want you to have fun for a change."

Kaye pondered over what Cye said. He was right. Kento was going to be ok. Plus, the guys were trying to keep her mind occupied. Then she wouldn't be disconcerted. She gave her brother a small smile, "Alright, you win. I'll start having fun."

Cye smiled with a nod, "Good because the guys are coming back this way." He motioned to Ryo, Sage, and Rowen to walk in their direction. "Where did you three disappear? One minute you were beside us, and you were gone."

Rowen gave a sheepish look, "Gomen, I missed breakfast since we took Kento to the airport. I had to track down something to eat."

Ryo and Sage glanced at one another as they busted out laughing. "Some food?"

Rowen turned towards them in slight annoyance. "Hey! Give me a break! I was hungry!"

Ryo grinned, "Well, you wouldn't have been so hungry if you slept through breakfast."

The blue-haired archer raised a brow at him, "Fine, next time someone decides to go on a trip, make sure they book it for the afternoon instead of so early in the morning. Then I wouldn't have missed breakfast."

Sage got between them, "Hey now, take it down a notch. Look around. We're at an amusement park. We're supposed to be having fun. Not to be jabbing one another about small things. So let's keep checking it out besides. We hardly even covered half of the place. We still have a lot more to see."

Rowen rubbed the back of his head, "Heh, yeah, alright." Lowering his hand, he slid them into his pockets. He glanced around their surroundings. It was packed. He expected it as much since it was opening week. Rowen frowned a bit when he noticed something hovering above them. 'A drone? Weird, why would they have drones flying around an amusement park? Maybe it's part of their security or something.'

"Rowen, yo! Where did you drift off to man," Ryo asked as he snapped his fingers in front of his face?

"Huh?" Turning his attention back to Ryo as the drone flew away. "Gomen."

Cye frowned a bit when he studied him, "Is there something wrong?"

"No, everything is fine. Come on, let's start walking and find some games or something before the lines get too long." Rowen replied as he started walking towards the gaming section of the park.

They glanced at one another and then shrugged. Whatever distracted, Rowen seemed to be gone. So the four hurried and caught up to him. They entered the gaming section. Different games were displayed, as they ranged from classic amusement park games to a giant arcade with the next-generation virtual reality simulators.

In the parking lot of the amusement park, not far. A van with surveillance gear and a small group was in the back collecting intelligence on them. "Looks like the archer spotted your drone. Lady Sana won't be pleased. She didn't want them to become suspicious."

"So I got a little closer than I thought. I didn't realize Rowen's vision was like an eagle's. But I wouldn't worry about it. He didn't say anything to the others, and he didn't try to make a move for it either."

"Don't get cocky. Keep the targets under surveillance, and try not to get so close to them this time."

"You want to try? Be my guest."

"No, it's all you. Besides, we're working on getting a better feed from the other drones. We have been keeping an eye on the manor, Kento Rei Faun's family home, and the restaurant. The connections patched through to Lady Sana. We're just working out a few kinks. Then she'll be able to see everything."

"I'm trying to figure out why Lady Sana is cautious with these people. Before, she had a small group scout out her prey and have the hackers do a quick background search. Then she'd have them iced."

"Because they have mystical armors. Abilities beyond regular humans. We haven't had dealt with people like these until now. Lady Sana and a few of her private assassins have powers. The rest of us are human. How does she expect us to fight them on equal footing?"

"We are more than able to handle our own."

"We don't have powers. They do."

"So?"

"What do you mean so?"

"They're still human. The Ronin's power comes from their armor and their orbs. Well, the girl, from what the hackers brought up from a hidden video they found. She's half-human and half-angel, a Nephilim who can dream walk. You need to pay more attention during the briefing sessions."

"I thought Nephilim didn't exist."

"They do, as well as mystical armors. There is more out there in the world which are mysterious. Lady Sana will see to it. The rest of us will be more than ready to face whatever comes. Once we master the next level, we will truly be unstoppable."

"As long as this is not some wild goose chase of a fairy tale. I guess..."

"Do you believe my mission is nothing more than a wild goose chase?"

"Lady Sana, no... Ah, I..."

"Take care of him. I don't consider people who think my plans are nothing more than mere child's play."

The assassin jerked out of the back of the van. He tried to struggle free. But it was no use. The driver snapped his neck without blinking an eye and then picked up the body and tossed it into the bushes. He then made sure to cover the body all the way and then got back into the driver's seat.

"Much better. Now then, how are things proceeding?"

"Everything is in place, my lady. The drones are set up and all ready to record with their live feed to your cell. You should be able to control the feed from your phone and send it to whatever screen you want with a click of a button."

"Well done. Remember, I will reward the ones who follow me without question. The ones who decide to try and think for themselves will die. Do not think I'll tolerate traitors or failures. Everyone is replaceable."

"Understood, Lady Sana."

"Once I get word of the landing."

"We'll be ready, Lady Sana."

"See to it preparations are ready when the opportunity comes. Timing is everything. I don't want them to have a hint of suspicion of what's going on until it's too late. For the moment, just keep an eye on them until I tell you otherwise." Before Sana continued, she got a notification of the plane she waited for them to have landed in China. "We won't have to wait as long as I thought. They landed, now they're transporting my prize to me. I will be looking forward to hearing your reports." Sana signed off as she watched the pilot, co-pilot, and the two fake airline attendants wheel Kento into a cell. The four laid him on a bed and then locked the door as they left Kento unconscious in his cell. Sana walked to the cell door and watched Kento sleep. She grinned in satisfaction. 'It has been a long time, but I finally have you where I want you. It is going to be fun.'

Kaye glanced at her cell when the app notified her Kento's plane landed in China. She smiled as she felt relieved he had a safe flight. She glanced at her brother and the guys. The guys have plugged in a virtual simulation game. Kaye figured they were still going to be playing in it for a bit longer. She turned her attention back to her cell. Kaye saw a text apologizing for not being able to call as he landed because of cell service. She Continued to read. It stated he was going to go check in with some family and then start his training. He would contact her the day he would come back to Japan.

Kaye reread the message. She figured he might be tired from his flight or something because his message was short even for him. It wasn't personal either. There was no mention of saying hi to the guys or telling her he loves her either. It just seemed straightforward, 'I guess he's just excited to get started in his training.' She put her cell into her pocket and then turned her attention to the guys as they finished the game. "Guys, Kento landed in China. He's going to visit family and then start his training."

Cye looked over towards his sister and smiled, "Good to hear. I bet you're feeling better now since you just heard from him."

Kaye nodded and walked out with them from the arcade part of the amusement park. She wasn't going to tell them yet about the weird text she received. Instead, she went along with the others to enjoy the rest of the amusement park.
