PREVIOUSLY: Timmy and Trixie realize that Cosmo and Wanda are very fond of babies, so they decide to wish they had their own baby, at first Jorgen was against it, but he forgot to add it to Da Rules, so there was nothing he could do, the fairies grant the wish, but the pregnancy was quite complicated, Timmy was so angry that he wished Cosmo would get lost, he soon regrets it and tries to look for him, but unfortunately he ends up revealing to the anti-fairies and the pixies about the baby and they try use it to dominate the universe, since the magic of a fairy baby is very powerful, after a while they find Cosmo, but it's too late, the villains have already made a plan to capture the baby, will Timmy and Trixie manage to escape and save the new fairy baby?
They were heading towards Timmy and the others, meanwhile out of the hospital:
Fairy Heart: Here is Fairy Heart with urgent news, the first fairy baby in thousands of years is finally born, I can't even imagine the joy that is in that hospital.
Meanwhile at the hospital Timmy had a baseball bat, Trixie had a hammer and Wanda and Blonda had two giant syringes to defend the baby.
Cosmo: Stay away from my Tobias.
All: Tobias?
Cosmo: Yeah, I think he looks more like Tobias than Bartholomew.
Wanda: It would be a lot easier to name the baby if we knew what it is, let me see...
Jorgen: You'll have time to name the baby as soon as we take him out of you by force, I like Dagmar, that means the landfill is burning.
HP: Blah blah blah, that means, give me Baby Turner.

Meanwhile outside the hospital:
Wanda: It looks like our baby's laugh is magical, it protected us.
Cosmo: That's my boy... girl... let me see.
Timmy: There's no time, we have to get out of here, I wish a rocket car.
The fairies grant the wish.
Wanda: No way, we're not putting the baby in a rocket car, either you for wish a stroller or a nice mini van.
Trixie: In that case I wish a rocket powered stroller.
Blonda raises her wand and turns the rocket car into a rocket powered stroller.
They board the stroller and Timmy starts driving at high speed, at that moment Jorgen appears.
Jorgen: Attention all fairies, this is Jorgen Von Strangle and this is a baby alert, in Cosmo, Wanda, Blonda, Trixie Tang and Timmy Turner, we have to find the baby before the anti-fairies and the pixies do.
The fairies go flying in jets chasing the baby.
Blonda: Oh no! it's a baby alert.
Cosmo: What do we do now Timmy?
Timmy: You tell me, you are the parents.

Cosmo and Wanda: DO SOMETHING TIMMY.

Suddenly Poof starts to cry.
Wanda: Cosmo, you're scaring Tahlula.
Cosmo: I would cry too with a name like Tahlula.
Trixie: Wait a minute, when the baby laughed it saved us, I bet when it cries...
Suddenly the woods disappear and a huge sign appears showing where the baby is.
Timmy: Bad things happen.
Cosmo: What happens when it burps?
Wanda gives the baby a bottle, he drinks a little, but then he burps and lightning strikes Wanda.
Wanda: Lightning, lightning happens.
Suddenly Jorgen and the others appear flying in jets.
Jorgen: It was a great idea to buy the giant sign, lightining and burp detectors because I found the baby.
Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda: And so did we.

HP: By the way why are we on jets if we can all fly?
Jorgen: I thought it would be cool.

Cosmo, Wanda and Blonda: What?
Timmy: Of course, they'll never think you left Lil' T with us, so we can fool them.

They go out and take the Poof to the park, suddenly they see an ice cream truck.

She leaves and leaves Timmy with the baby.
Timmy: Wow, you're pretty heavy, I wish I had a stroller.
Poof grants his wish.

Trixie: I was going to buy us ice cream but all of a sudden this happened, I guess I don't even need to ask who did that do I?
Timmy: Jorgen was so wrong, his magic isn't scary.
Suddenly an ice cream falls on Poof's head which makes him cry, suddenly the ice cream turns into a big ice cream monster.
Trixie: What were you saying Timmy?
The ice cream monster starts attacking everyone and Poof keeps crying.
Trixie: I know, the bottle, this will calm the baby down.
She takes the bottle and gives Poof what makes him stop and the ice cream monster melts.
Timmy: Wow Trixie, you saved us again, you'd make a great mom... too bad I'm not as good as a dad.
Trixie: Don't be so hard on yourself Timmy, we're just kids, we'll still have plenty of time to learn.
Suddenly Poof starts hiccup.
Timmy: Hiccups? what do hiccups do? please tell me hiccups are good.
Suddenly a bunch of volcanoes, earthquakes, tornadoes and tsunamis appear.
Trixie: Hiccups are natural disasters.
They try to run away holding the baby, but soon Jorgen appears and repairs all the damage.
Jorgen: Did you see what you did? give me baby turner so i train him to control his magic
Trixie: Don't do it Timmy!
Timmy: Are you crazy? i will never give you this baby.
Suddenly Poof burps and hits Timmy with lightning.
Timmy: You have my blessing.
He gives the baby to Jorgen.
Trixie: NO!
Jorgen: I can't believe you fell for that twice (he takes off his costume revealing he was Anti-Cosmo and HP).
Anti-Cosmo: And look, we've teamed up to double the danger.
Trixie: If you touch my baby I'll destroy you... oh I just called it my baby, I think I really clung to him or her.
Anti-Cosmo: Oh we are so scared.
HP: Goodbye Turner and Tang, forever ha ha ha.
Anti-Cosmo: What a nice evil laugh HP.
HP: Not as nice and evil as yours, AC.
Anti-Cosmo: AC? I liked that.
They disappear and Trixie looks at Timmy, she doesn't look happy.
Trixie: How could you do this Timmy?
Timmy: I'm sorry, how was I supposed to know it was just them disguised as Jorgen?
Trixie: Really Timmy? we're in trouble and then Jorgen just shows up, fixes everything and asks for the baby, that doesn't seem like... how can I say? SUSPICIOUS.
Timmy: It's very easy for you to say, after all you weren't the one who was hit by lightning, besides it could be worse, at least Cosmo, Wanda, Blonda and Jorgen don't know that.
Suddenly the fairies appear.
Trixie: What were you saying Timmy?
Jorgen: Did you guys really think I would fall for the old fake Timmy Turner and Trixie Tang trick? well i have something to tell you i found the baby. (he shows the fake baby)
Timmy and Trixie: It's a doll.
Jorgen: Are you serious? it looks so real... now where is little Kajagoogoo?
Timmy: Well... it's a funny story, it turns out... you won't believe it but it's true...
Trixie: Oh for the love of... what he means is that anti-fairies and pixies teamed up and kidnapped the baby.
Everyone is shocked and glares at Timmy.
Timmy: I'm sorry, you were right Trixie, I should have listened to you, but now we have to save my little brother or sister.
Trixie: I agree, do you have any idea where he or she might be?
Wanda: Wait... my maternal instincts are picking up a signal from little Farah... come with me.
Cosmo: It's Tobias.
Trixie: I like Jhonny.
Blonda: I prefer Daniel.

Jorgen (after going to the bathroom because of the burrito): No, it's Kajagoogoo.
They all go to Anti-Cosmo's castle.
Wanda: Oh no, our baby is in Anti-Cosmo's castle, a terrible and dangerous place.
Blonda: Are you sure about that sister?
Wanda: As sure as Cosmo's head is full of jelly.
Cosmo: What flavour?
Wanda: Grape Jelly.
Cosmo: She really knows me.
Jorgen: Good news everyone, we don't need to enter Anti-Cosmo's Castle, I found little Elvis... what? Kajagoogoo is so 5 minutes ago, never mind, the important thing is that I found the baby.
Timmy and Trixie: Doll again.
Jorgen: Really?
Timmy: This is all my fault, so I'm going to get my little brother or sister out of there.

Jorgen: Worst plan ever.
Wanda: Stand back, I'll blast our way out... (she tries to get her wand, but it was just an arrow) what? my wand is gone.
Jorgen: All of our wands are gone.
Anti-Cosmo: Looking for those? (he shows them fairy wands) tell me HP, can you think of anything worse for a fairy than being trapped in a giant butterfly net without its magic wand?
HP: Yes (he shows they have the baby) we have control of the fairy baby and we can use his or her uncontrollable magic to take over the universe.
Anti-Cosmo: Oh yes, this is worse for them.
Wanda: If you lay a finger on my baby I'll destroy both you.
Trixie: Destroy what's left after I'm done with them... gee Trixie control yourself, he's not your son.
Anti-Cosmo: Oh, I'm so scared, now if you don't mind I'm going to collect little Fauntleroy's magic and use it to take over the universe.
HP: Fauntleroy? we're not calling the baby Fauntleroy, I thought about Bill, Bill is a trustworthy guy with a nice resume.
Anti-Cosmo: Oh, let's just suck the magic out of this brat and move on, okay?
They leave and take Poof.
Poof: Mommy, Daddy.
Wanda: It's all your fault, you two wished the baby, then you (Trixie) told us to give it to you, then you (Timmy) handed it over to Anti-Cosmo and HP while you (Trixie) didn't do anything to stop them. and now we're stuck in this butterfly net, the universe is doomed and I WANT MY BABY BACK. (she starts to cry)
Jorgen: That's right Turner and Tang, you broke a woman's heart, doomed the entire universe and even worse put me in this ridiculous bunny costume why?
Trixie: Because it's all part of our plan that's not over yet, now let's save our baby, Timmy it's up to you.
Timmy takes the sword of his knight costume and cuts the net which frees them.
Blonda: Now where do you think little Laura is?
Wanda: Wait, my maternal instincts are getting a signal, baby Bosley is right there.
They enter a room and find Anti-Cosmo and HP.
Jorgen: Shhh, now is the part where they tell their evil plan and I don't want any jelly.
Anti-Cosmo: Well HP, as you know inside this ugly fairy baby is the purest and most unrestricted magic in the universe.
HP: Yes, until then I got it, I also understood how the patented magic suckers suck the magic through the baby's pores.
Anti-Cosmo: The magic then passes through these tubes and arrives in our big anti-fairy evil wand, from where we can simply wish that Fairy World disappear forever and once all good is gone, our evil will rule the universe.
HP: What about Earth?
Anti-Cosmo: I suggest we celebrate our victory by destroying it.
They start laughing and sucking Poof's magic.

Fairies: WHAT?
Timmy: Our baby will free itself, Wanda Hood catch and shoot. (he gives Wanda a bottle and she uses her bow to launch it into the baby's mouth)
Wanda: Bull's eye!
Anti-Cosmo: Turner and Tang? You came here just to feed the baby?
HP: Oh we are so scared, what do you think will happen now?
Trixie: I would say lightning happens.
Poof burps and the lightning destroys the magic suckers and knocks out Anti-Cosmo and HP, Poof then tries to fly away but Anti-Cosmo catches him.
Anti-Cosmo: Get them.
A lot of anti-fairies and pixies attack the heroes.
Trixie: Take this.
She grabs Cosmo and shoots jelly at the anti-fairies and pixies knocking them all down.
Cosmo: Bow to the jelly! hey i can hear myself again, oh i sound like an idiot, have i always sounded like that?
Timmy: Now let's get the wands back.
Trixie takes the lasso from her Wonder Gal costume and uses it to get the wands.
Jorgen: Nice going Turner and Tang, it seems I underestimated you, your ability with plans combined with Timmy's wild ideas is just...
Timmy and Trixie: DANCE BUNNY BOY DANCE!
Jorgen: Okay, okay.
He starts dancing.
Jorgen (singing and dancing): La la la, li li li, I'm a big silly bunny, I'm so cute, yes it's true, I will shake my tail for you.
Poof starts laughing and a bunch of rabbits appear, one of them falls on Anti-Cosmo which makes him drop Poof.
Trixie: Great, now make Daisy cry.
Jorgen: But how? i am so cute and adorable.
Blonda: Leave it to me.
She takes a giant syringe and stabs Jorgen which makes him scream, when Poof hears this scream he starts to cry and the rabbits turn into a monstrous giant rabbit.
Anti-Cosmo: This will leave a mark.
The rabbit attacks the anti-fairies and pixies and then he destroys the anti-fairies' big wand, Anti-Cosmo and HP try to run away but Blonda binds them with bandages.
Wanda: Okay, we defeated Anti-Cosmo and HP, but how are we going to save the universe?
Timmy: With lunch, Cosmo give me a burrito.
He takes a burrito and gives it to Poof.
Jorgen: Turner, are you crazy? those burritos are too spicy even for me (he goes to the bathroom again).
Poof eats the burrito and it's about to explode.
Trixie: Wait a minute, when it laughs good things happen.
Blonda: When it burps lightning happens.
Wanda: When it cries bad things happen.
Cosmo: And when it farts?
Jorgen: There's no telling what could happen.
Poof keeps inflating more and more until he explodes, reality is distorted and all damage done to the universe is restored.
Blonda: What just happened?
Wanda: It was like a strong wind had blown all our problems away.
Cosmo: Either that or little Lisa made a magical poop and made everything go back to normal.
Jorgen: Congratulations Turner and Tang, not only you saved the baby but also rid the universe of the anti-fairies and the pixies who are in a lot of trouble. (he shows that Anti-Cosmo and HP have turned into raisins)
Anti-Cosmo: You can never beat us.
HP: Bow before our might.
Jorgen: I'll put you guys on my cereal, two raisins will keep my bowels regulated for a while now if I may I want to give the baby its first toy. (he says showing a rattle)
Cosmo: A rattle?
Jorgen: A magic rattle, so the baby channels its magic and controls it, now I'm going to take him or her back to Fairy World to train.
Wanda: What? will you take my baby?
Jorgen: Yes, it hurts me, but only slightly, but don't worry, you can see him every 2 centuries. (He takes Poof) Come Napoleon.
Timmy: NO! (he tries to catch Poof but Jorgen poofs away)
Cosmo, Wanda, Blonda and Trixie don't look worried.
Timmy: What got into you guys? he just took Lil' T, after everything we've been through, where are the tears, the emotion?
Trixie: You mean, this baby? (she shows that she was with Poof all the time)
Timmy: He took the fake baby didn't he?
They then head back to Timmy's house.
Wanda: Well, after that big explosion now is the perfect time for us to change its diapper.
Blonda: Let's finally know what it is.
They take off Poof's diaper.
Everyone: It's a boy.
Trixie: So how will we name him?
Timmy (while Poof was saying 'poof poof' all the time): Well, I like Lil' T, but... how about Poof?
Trixie: Yeah Poof, it's a great name, it's so cute.
Wanda: How did you get this idea Timmy?
Timmy: I don't know, it came out of the blue, I bet we'll have even more fun now that Poof is with us.
He and Trixie kiss and Poof goes flying and transforming everything around him.
Poof: Poof poof.
