Of Shadowy Secrets
That night, Tecna heard the mysterious male voice again.
"Tecna! Tecna!" the voice called out.
Tecna opened her eyes, "Where... where am I? Am I dreaming?" she asked.
"No, Tecna," the young man said. "the fact is... this is no dream."
"Just... who are you? And how on Magix do you know me?" Tecna asked the mysterious young man.
"I am a friend, Tecna," the mysterious boy answered. "for now, that is all you need to know."
"I see." Tecna said to the boy.
When she awoke, Tecna found herself in her bed on her side of the bedroom she shared with Bloom.
Tecna saw Bloom staring at her.
"Bad dream, Tecna?" Bloom asked.
"It wasn't a dream per se," Tecna answered Bloom. "I can sense this mysterious boy trying to contact me."
"Hmmm," Bloom said. "then perhaps... you should look in the library."
"Well... he didn't give me his name," Tecna said to Bloom. "so, I wouldn't even know where to begin."
"No problem," a voice said to Tecna. "I will help you out with your research."
Tecna turned and spotted Musa standing in the open doorway.
"Thanks a lot, Musa!" Tecna exclaimed.
"You are welcome, Tecna," Musa said. "now, let's go to the library."
Once at the library, Tecna and Musa saw Icy, Darcy, and Stormy in an area that none of the students were allowed in.
"Well, well, well, look at what we have got here." Icy sneered.
"A couple of losers!" Darcy agreed.
"Get lost, Icy! I'm here to help Tecna with her research!" Musa exclaimed.
Musa and Tecna simply left the Trix behind and went to see the school librarian, Miss Barbatea.
