Sneaking Out At Night
A few hours later, Timmy was on his way out the suite door.
When he was suddenly startled by another voice.
"Where do you think you're going?" the voice asked Timmy.
Timmy recognized the voice as belonging to Nabu.
"I'm going to the infirmary to see Tecna," Timmy whispered to Nabu. "where do you think you're going?"
"I'm going to meet Layla at the lake here on our side of Alfea for a little midnight swim." Nabu answered Timmy in a whisper.
"We will need to make triple certain that Griselda doesn't catch us!" Timmy whispered to Nabu.
"Right," Nabu said to Timmy, agreeing with him. "Griselda would ground us for sure if she caught us!"
Timmy and Nabu sneaked quietly out the suite door without arousing either Sky, Brandon, Riven, or Helia.
Timmy went straight to the infirmary, while Nabu went to the lake.
Over in the Trix Suite, Stormy met Icy and Darcy in their bedroom.
"What's going on, Icy?" Stormy yawned.
"I get the feeling that one of the new girls here has the power that we are after, Stormy." Icy answered.
"Which new girl, Icy," Stormy asked. "Bloom or Tecna?"
"Tecna of course, Stormy." Icy replied.
"What power does she have, Icy?" Darcy asked.
"She has the power of the Magna Triton, Darcy, and that power will be ours along with Bloom's dragon flame!" Icy answered.
"Icy," Stormy said. "I like the way you think!"
Over on the boys' side of Alfea School, Nabu saw Layla walking toward him at the lake.
"Are you early or am I late?" Nabu asked Layla.
"I think I'm late." Layla answered Nabu.
"Not too late for a swim, I hope." Nabu said to Layla.
"Not at all," Layla said to Nabu. "I'm even wearing my swimsuit."
"Me too," Nabu said to Layla. "now, let's jump in!"
Nabu and Layla jumped into the lake for their swim.
Over in the infirmary, Timmy found his way to Tecna's bedside.
