The Truth From Cordatorta
"What? Why? In heaven's name, why should I stay away from any of my students?" Palladium asked Tecna.
"To put it logically," Tecna answered Palladium, still sobbing up a thunderstorm. "I am evil incarnate!"
"What are you saying?" Palladium asked Tecna.
"I'm a witch, Professor Palladium! An evil witch!" Tecna sobbed bitterly.
"That's impossible! Come on," Palladium exclaimed. "let's get you out of here, Tecna!"
Tecna gently took Palladium's hand, "W-w-w-where are we going?" she stammered nervously.
"To see your father, Cordatorta." Palladium answered Tecna calmly.
It was now after his class when Palladium arrived at the door to Cordatorta's office with Tecna by his side.
"Tecna! Sunshine," Cordatorta exclaimed. "you don't look at all well!"
"Stay back, Dad," Tecna exclaimed. "I now know that I'm a witch!"
"Impossible! I may be a former Knight of Lightrock Monastery," Cordatorta exclaimed. "but I do know that you are not a witch!"
Tecna stopped being frightened, "How do you know that, Dad?" she asked Cordatorta.
"Because, I rescued you from a flooding building and later on... adopted you." Cordatorta confessed to Tecna.
Tecna was more shocked than she had ever been before.
"If what you are telling me is the honest truth," Tecna theorized. "then it means... that I'm not actually your daughter!"
Tecna raced out of Cordatorta's office feeling upset.
"Tecna! Wait!" Cordatorta called.
Over in the bedroom she shared with Lucy, Mirta saw the entire scene in the forbidden archive through an emotion conjured image.
Oh no! The Trix must've tricked Tecna, Mirta thought. I had better warn her, then, I'm going to expose Icy, Darcy, and Stormy for the liars they truly are!
Lucy saw her roommate leave their bedroom in the Trix suite in a rush.
