Who's next. Was Derricks simple response as he bared sharp teeth.
"….".
Their reply was silence.
"…..".
Just undeniable silence at what transpired before everyone's eyes.
"…".
Silence on the trio of the Norse God's side.
"…".
Silence on the humans' side that surrounded them with their phones out.
"…".
Silence on the newly arrived X-Men's side who stood there dumbstruck of the display of strength and power that Derrick just displayed. Especially those who tangled with Thor's hammer before and were warry of the Thunder God to begin with.
But none were as shocked as Thor who just lost his prized weapon in such an offhand manner with little to no effort on his opponent's side, while his arm slumped to the side.
Derrick then turned his head to the side noticing Professor Xavier and the others.
"Oh, hi guys". Derrick replied.
"… What"?
They were definitely wary of Derrick now as they starred at the shattered Mjolnir on the ground.
At this Derrick let out a gruff clearing his voice as he did before turning his head back towards Thor, "So, I ask again are we going to get this party started or wha- ".
He didn't get a chance to finish as Thor lunged at him in a rage while yelling, "You, mad fiend"! Sending them flying back through a tree with a mighty, "SMAAASSSHHH"! Reducing it to splinters as they did.
While Jean and pixie had to put their hands over their mouths in shock of how hard Thor stuck Derrick, while Siph and Loki were shocked that their king was hitting him with his full strength. Wait?
Was Derrick laughing while he flew through the air.

Derrick let out a chuckle as he flew through the air only infuriating Thor all the more, but not as much as what came next as he cried out with a maddening expression on his face.
"You call that a hit"! "Let me show you a hit"! "Blondie Locks"! As he suddenly grabbed Thor by the head and did a flip right when they collided with the pavement into the street, smashing his face into the earth as they went, right before Derrick lifted him by the cape with one hand and swung him into another tree off to the side making it before sending Thor flying into a nearby bus, making it, "Shatter inwards", as it did"!
To say Thor was upset was a massive understatement.
He lunged out of the broken bus passing the shocked civilians as he did, but right now he was too enraged to pay much attention to their phones and shocked expressions.
Right before his lung connected to Derrick,
Derrick suddenly spun his arm around smashing it into Thor making an earth-shattering sonic boom as it broke the sound barrier before it collided with his face making Thor real back as it did!
Thor couldn't believe this, "He", the king of Asguard God of thunder just lost his hammer casually to this mad being that fought like a berserker of times past and now was already losing control of the situation. And it pissed him off!
He could taste blood in his mouth as he moved his tongue around while he felt something loose.
His eyes widened as he spit out a broken molar in his hand, before clenching it in a fist, reducing it to dust from his rage.
He decided to go on the offensive.
"I may be without my hammer, but I am still a king of Asguard for a reason". He screamed out as his being started to glow with electricity and the sky darkened around the city.
Suddenly an uprooted tree went flying towards Thor at high velocity that caused him to react.
As Thor brought up his hands, he released some of his power making it explode as he punched it, reducing it to cinders.
Only for Derrick to grab him and flip him backwards slamming him into the shattering pavement sending shockwaves through the city blocks and sewers/subways! Even worse came after.
Derricks leg suddenly formed into black tendrils that solidified over his leg up to his knee, before he lightly kicked.
Once again, the sound barrier was broken as Thor was sent stumbling like a piece of shrapnel into the next few cities blocks landing on a taxi cab as he did.
At this point Thor was feeling slightly weakened by Derricks blows, as he noticed it was getting harder to move with every hit that landed.
Like whatever monster he was facing was sucking the Godly power out of him.
And it scared him.
Derrick was instantly on top of the dazed Thor now as he smashed in the pavement when he landed on his chest with his boots. That same Grin was on his face, like he was enjoying it.
"Okay, I'll take it up a notch". Derrick said suddenly as he swung his fist with a bit more force this time around.
Thor felt the impact like he just got hit by Odin himself at his prime, before he saw stars, then, he did something he never thought he would do during a fight due to his power being sucked out.
He passed out with a splat of his head hitting the pavement as the sky cleared up.

Elsewhere in a distant galaxy.
A cloaked feminine figure was standing in dark room as she looked up from the dying humanoid alien on his deathbed to notice something in the void of space.
Once she focused on it for a moment, she stiffened up in shock feeling something familiar about it.
"….. Derrick"? She gasped as she looked up into space.
Before she fell on her knees clenching her head in horror of what she was feeling in that direction.
Then she muttered.
"…. Son….". As she clenched her cold heart while a tear went down her pale cheek as she did.
