The day of the coronation arrived as quickly as anyone knew. The sisters were preparing themselves for the big day, while maids helped them into their dresses and fixed their hair.

Eris wasn't a big fan of dresses, but she will admit that the dress she wore fit her image well. The dress was a light green, decorated with gems along the hip and waist, short in front so it was easy for her to move around in. She had black gloves to match the leggings that she wore and a black horned crown sat on her head. But despite the beauty of her appearance at the moment, she could care less about it.

Harmonia, on the other hand, was very excited to wear her dress as the maid made the final touches to her uneven pigtails. Her dress was as blue as the sky and decorated with many ribbons, with matching-colored gloves, and in her hair was a small bundle of flowers.

"Oh, can I paint your nails?" Harmonia asked her sister once the maid finished the last touch to her dress and left the room.

"I don't need them painted," Eris said, then proceeded to put on one of her dark green gloves. They didn't look bad or anything, she just didn't like the polish smell. "The gloves will cover my hands."

"Come on, sis! Please? I'll even paint them green! Pretty please?" she asked, gently grabbing her hand.

Eris sighed. There was no point in arguing with her. Not that the girls ever fought before. "Alright, fine."

The younger sister giggled while gently grabbing Eris's bare hand and opened the dark green nail polish. Eris tried her best to not breathe directly near the smell. It gave her such a headache. After a while, she was finished with her left hand and moved onto her right. Eris watched as she carefully painted her nails with a look of confidence on her face. Soon, both of her nails were painted and Harmonia finally closed the bottle as the smell began to fade away.

"There, all done!" she said. "Now, that didn't take long, did it?"

Eris playfully rolled her eyes, then glanced down at them with a smile on her face. "Thank you, Harmonia."

"You're welcome."

As they finished getting ready, there was a soft knock on the door and they both knew exactly who it was. Loki walked into the room, dressed in his green, gold, and black ceremonial attire. He had a proud fatherly smile as he saw the sisters dressed in their finest attire.

"You both look lovely," he complimented them.

"Why, thank you, Father," Harmonia said with a smile, earning a chuckle from both him and Eris.

"Now, do you both remember what we are not to do?"

The sisters nodded. Loki slightly narrowed his eyes at his oldest daughter, looking for any sense of mischief in her eyes, but surprisingly found none. Eris was known to pull little harmless jokes on others; she was Loki's firstborn after all. Harmonia, however, was much more humble, wanting everyone to feel at peace as much as she could. She definitely reminded him of Sigyn. Despite the differences between their personalities, he was proud of them. He wanted them to be proper queens one day; to find their own right path.

"Are you both ready to go?"

They nodded and walked out of the room, holding onto their hands. Eris closed the door behind them and made their way down the hall until they saw Thor there, drinking a glass of wine. He called for another glass as he threw the empty one into the fire behind him. He came to a stop and they walked up next to him. The two brothers stood shoulder to shoulder to each other while the twins stood next to each other. Harmonia noticed how anxious her older sister was and wanted to comfort her. Maybe she was nervous?

"Are you okay, sister? You seem...nervous?"

Eris quickly nodded. "Yes...I'm fine. Just nerves..."

The younger sister nodded and looked away. Eris had a feeling that she knew she was lying and she felt bad for even trying. She took a deep breath and managed to smile, but for some reason deep down, she had a feeling that something was going to happen...

There were so many people as they expected as Loki, Sif and the Warrior Three as well as the sisters, stood in a line, waiting for Thor to enter for his coronation. Harmonia started to feel a little uncomfortable when she saw almost all of Asgard was looking at them.

"Where is he?" Harmonia whispered in a worried tone.

"Just wait," Loki said, though he was just as anxious as everyone else.

"Well, he better hurry up. Odin looks like he's about to feed him to the ravens," Fandral commented, which made Eris scoff softly.

Suddenly, the throne's doors burst open, revealing Thor as he walked down the aisle next; the crowd cheering louder for him.

"Took him long enough," Eris remarked quietly.

Harmonia clapped along with everyone else for her uncle as he made his way towards the All Father, then kneeled in front of him and the Queen. A loud defining boom of Gungnir captured the attention of the entire room.

"Gungnir. Its aim is true, its power is strong. With it, I have defended Asgard and the lives of the innocent across the Nine Realms since the time of the Great Beginning."

Harmonia sighed then glanced at her older sister and saw that she wasn't smiling. She wanted to ask what was wrong, but Odin was still speaking to Thor and it would be considered rude. It wasn't long until she sensed something, a cold chill, then Eris lightly gripped her hand. Did she sense it as well?

"Eris?" Harmonia whispered, hoping to get her sister's attention. "Did you feel that?"

No answer. Suddenly, Eris's eyes glowed a light green color. She didn't move, nor speak, just stared at nothing as if she was in a deep trance. Worried, Harmonia lightly tugged on Loki's cape, trying to get his attention. He finally responded to her after she shook him a bit, in which he took notice of his oldest daughter, who stood frighteningly still.

"Eris?"

No response.

He kneeled in front of her. "Eris, what is it?"

Eris suddenly broke out of her trance with a slight gasp and looked at her father, then her sister after taking a second to catch her breath.

"Tell me what's wrong, Eris."

"I saw something..." she finally said almost in a whisper.

"What did you see?"

Eris hesitated and glanced around her surroundings, mainly the walls around her, which made Harmonia look as well. Ice was seeping into the room. Everyone else seems to notice it as well.

Then they all heard something that they wished they didn't have to hear:

"Frost Giants."
