When Emily and co. all followed the steward down towards the main entrance they were met by two strangers, a man, and a woman.

The man was about 6 ft. tall with gray hair, a weathered face for years of working and farming, wearing a simple tanned shirt and pants with black boots.

The woman was beautiful, her face only aged gracefully, as her dark black laid in waves around her shoulders, she was wearing a simple green dress with similar black boots like her husband.

"Charles and Henrietta of the Eastside Village of Grimoire."

"Grimoire? That is my old village." Emily said, confused as she looked at the couple.

The woman, Henrietta steps into Emily's space and says in a gentle voice, "Oh my darling Emily, don't you recognize your parents."

Everyone in the room is stunned by that news, but Emily was worse, she was as pale as a sheet as one of her eyes turned to gold as both she and Luna were fighting with each other internally, until she ran off down the hallway deep into the castle, ignoring the shouts for her siblings as they chase after her, while her parents just stared at the girl who ran off in fear and surprise.

Baileywick turns back to the couple, "I am sorry about this your daughter has been through a lot, let me bring to one of our guest rooms and I shall inform the King and Queen of your arrival and stay when they come back from their trip."

Charles was the first one to recover and put on a forced smile and said, " that" would be lovely, come along dear." he said as he dragged his wife along to follow the steward.

Meanwhile back on the outskirts of the village, Sofia was starting to get suspicious when she saw the sign for a very familiar place that she heard about through stories.

"Mom? Dad? Why are we going to the Enchancia Children's Hospital? Last I checked I am not sick." Sofia states her eyes narrowed as she notices the look that passed between them, before her mother turned to her and said, "No you aren't sick in the physical sense, sweetheart, but you aren't doing well up here." Miranda said as she gestured to her head.

Sofia's eyes go wide in surprise for a second, before they cloud over with fury as she screams at them.

"I AM NOT CRAZY!"

Miranda tried to calm her irate daughter down by calmly saying, "No you aren't crazy Sofia but you haven't been doing well lately, you don't sleep well, you are hiding from us about your night terrors and you aren't talking to Dr. Kevin at all, when we found out about it, Dr. Kevin recommended that you come and stay here for at least 3 months, you can throw a fit and scream at us as much as you want, but I hope one day you will see that we are doing what's best for you."

Miranda turns away from her screaming, crying, and pleading child, her heart was in pieces when she peeked back and saw that Sofia had exhausted herself as Roland gently squeezed her hand in his hands.

"We are doing the right thing," Roland reassured.

"I hope you are right," Miranda said sadly as they drove into the parking lot at the front entrance of the Children's ward.

Miranda goes to grab Sofia's bags, while Roland goes to get Sofia who was still half-awake as she leans her head on his shoulder, when she saw the building,

she started to cry again, which Roland had rubbed her back.

"Sofia, you have to take it easy, you are going to make yourself sick if you keep carrying on like this, the people here are nice and we will be allowed to visit you in 2 weeks once you are settled, look here comes someone you will be with a lot, hello Tess."

Sofia tiredly turns her head to see a kind-looking woman with salt and pepper hair, her eyes both gentle and stern if need be as she approaches the family.

"Hello, Roland, Miranda and Sofia, how lovely it is to finally meet you, at last, you are going to have a good time here I promise, I even set up your room for you, it has your favorite color, Lavender, why don't you come with me and see for yourself."

She gently reaches out to the child, not taking her out of her father's arms unless the girl wanted to, and for a few moments, Sofia reaches over to the kind nurse and was soon leaving with Miranda who gave Roland her medicine bag, before she left with her stuff after they were scanned thoroughly and down the hall towards Sofia's room.

When Sofia looked around the ward, she saw that it was bright, and an almost homely look to it as they walked down the short hallway to where she would be staying, she got more and more nervous as they approached and blurted out.

"Mom, I am scared, I have never stayed in a hospital by myself before please don't make me stay here!" Sofia pleads in the nurse's arms, the older woman lets the mother take her and watches as the girl is comforted by her mother.

"I know you are scared Sofia, but it'll only be for a little while, this only to help you feel better again, now do you want to see your new room?" Miranda suggested as she gently wipes the tears away from Sofia's eyes.

Sofia nodded and soon they were in a simple room with a dresser, desk, and bed that was bolted down, but the nurse was right about the room being painted lavender with the floors and walls being padded just in case someone tries to hurt themselves, the bed was comfortable with a matching blanket and pillow with a shatter proof window that brought in warm sunshine as they started to help get Sofia settled down Roland and Dr. Kevin came in.

Roland had a bit of a forced smile on his face as he came over to where Sofia was sitting on the bed holding her favorite stuffed animal, a gray rabbit, as she watched her mother and Tess put her stuff away.

After everything was put away Sofia was left alone with Tess while the parents went to talk more with the doctor.

Tess turns towards the still nervous girl and smiles kindly. "I am sure that you are tired my dear, why don't I draw you a bath, and then you get changed into some more comfortable clothes. How does that sound?"

Sofia nodded still silent, which Tess chalk off to her being tired as they went into the small ensuite bathroom, where Tess makes her a bubble bath, while Sofia strips down behind a privacy sheet and gets in, sighing in content when the warm water relaxed her, but then she was a bit confused when she saw Tess sitting beside her reading a small book.

"Uh, Ms. Tess, not to be rude, but I normally have my baths in private."

Tess just smiles kindly at her saying, "I know my dear, but here we have to supervise everyone who takes a bath or shower so that they don't hurt themselves and while you are here, you are under strict supervision, when you eat, take meds, take a bath or shower or even play, you will be watched at all times, but you aren't alone in your feelings Sofia, everyone is under the same thing and if you need help or are unwell, just press the nurse call button it will alert me or the other nurses on the floor."

Sofia wanted to argue but was too tired to care as she leaned back on the bath, watching as Tess came over to wash her hair, by the time she was done bathing, Sofia was nearly asleep as Tess helped her get into a simple light teal nightgown and tucked her into bed, making sure to turn on the nightlights before leaving the room.

Meanwhile, Roland and Miranda were talking more about Sofia's reaction to being brought here.

"How did Sofia take to being told about coming here?" Dr. Kevin asked.

"Not well, she threw a fit to the point where she exhausted herself," Miranda answered.

Dr. Kevin nods, "That is to excepted of most the newcomers who had through our doors, rest assure your daughter is the best of hands, while this award, it is one of the lower-level ones, which means that the rooms are padded, doors have no locks on them for safety reasons and she will be under constant supervision, but she is free to roam around the hall and play area if she wants too, but that only if she is not in a session, nowhere the paperwork that you need to fill out before you leave, you can visit Sofia in 2 weeks."

Both parents nodded as the doctor handed them the paperwork, after all that was done, they left the hospital. Miranda was fighting tears as Roland tried to soothe her as they walked out, only to be approached by the woman who appeared to be a news reporter.

"Hello I am Melissa Jones, local reporter for the Enchancian News, I heard that your youngest child Sofia has been brought here to a psychiatrist's child's ward for treatment. Do you have any comment for our viewers," she said as she rudely put a microphone on Roland's face.

"No comment." He said as he led Miranda away from the disgruntled woman.

Once they were in the car, Miranda finally broke down, while Roland was cursing every language he knew as they drove off, for the next hour they rode in silence, their hearts and minds heavy with how the rest of the children were going to react to Sofia's absent and the fact that she was put in the mental hospital.

Meanwhile back at the castle, the children were busy looking Emily, Amber, and James in the kitchens, while Michael and Ryan were looking around the hidden alcoves of the library and observatory.

When Amber and James approached the kitchens they knew that they had to be quiet since the head cook Ander didn't approve of the children coming into the kitchens all the time, so soon they were under the large table that all the staff eats their meals, when they heard Sofia's name being mentioned the twin crawled over closer to hear.

"Mary next time you see any of the children fighting you have to step in, not just keep cleaning until someone gets hurt." Marcy, one of the maids who worked under her older sister Violet and younger sister Suzette, was lecturing the newest maid of the group, Mary, who was not liked by any of the Royal Children, since she calls them brats all the time.

"Marcy, please as if I want to babysit brats all day, no thank you; now come have a glass of wine straight from the royal cellar with me since the Bosses are gone and the brats are occupied," Mary suggested.

Marcy just gives the new maid a disapproving look, "No, you know the Majesties and Baileywick rules about drinking any of the Royal Wine, do you want to be thrown out on your ear without a character reference."

Mary just rolls her eyes annoyingly before looking back at Marcy, "Come on, just one glass, you need to lose that stick up your butt and have fun once in a while."

Marcy sighs and says, "Fine, one glass, and then it's back to work and if we get caught I will not take the blame alone."

Soon both Maids were drinking a glass of the finest wine they ever tasted and soon they were tipsy and talking.

"You know it's a shame that Princess Sofia had to be put in the loony bin today, I am sure her parents are devastated," Mary said, slightly more tipsy.

Marcy nodded in agreement with her, "Yes the poor dear was always so tired from all those nightmares and sneaking into Princess Amber's room in the middle of the night."

Both the maids were unaware that they were overheard by the royal twins, who were stunned to hear this little piece of news as they slowly and carefully snuck out of the kitchens and soon they were off to go find Michael and Ryan to tell them about what they heard.
