When Sofia heard about Elsa's impending due date to leave the facility, she was upset, but she didn't want the other girl to see how upset this make her so Sofia just slapped on a smile and said, "That great! I am so happy for you! You have been doing so well these past few months."

She hugged Elsa, but the other girl wasn't fooled by her happy act, not for a second, so when she was in her session with Dr. Kevin.

"And while I am happy to leave and be with my parents again, but I am worried about Sofia," Elsa said from her spot on the couch.

"Sofia? You told me that she was happy for you right?" Dr. Kevin asked.

Elsa nodded, "Yes, but she is just putting on an act, I should know I have done many times when I came here, while her face says she is happy, her eyes tell the truth, she is sad about my leaving, she didn't make other friends here and I didn't notice at the time, but now I think it's time for me to start helping look for some more friends."

Dr. Kevin just nod, "While I admire your need to help her, but Sofia needs to learn that you leaving isn't the end of the world, that you will always be friends no matter what happens, but that aside, I need you to focus on getting ready for Outpatient Care, my colleague, Dr. Daria who is the head for the Arendelle Outpatient Care Facility, is already aware of your background and powers, and she is looking forward to working with you and helping you and your family work and cope with living together once more, now our time is up, please send your parents in."

Elsa nods getting up and soon her parents were in Dr. Kevin's office, while Elsa went off to go find Sofia, who if she remembered her schedule correctly was now in the Play Area waiting for Elsa so that they could play checkers or some other game, but then when Elsa peeked her head around the doorway she smiled when she saw Sofia was sitting and chatting with Ariel a girl who had lost all her mother and sisters in boat accident, she was sent here by her father Triton, who was deeply concerned by his daughters refusal to speak and when he found out Ariel trying to swim in the ocean like mermaid causing her to nearly drown, he felt that he had no choice to but send her here for help, Elsa and Ariel both grew up together here and while Ariel slowly starting speaking again, she revealed to Elsa that she blamed herself for the accident that killed her family, but after much reassurance from her father and Dr. Kevin that she was in no way at fault for what happened that day, Ariel started to get better, but what had the everyone concerned was that Ariel thought was a mermaid stuck in human form and fearing that Ariel might try to drown herself again, Triton decided to keep Ariel there until they could get to her to disbelieve that delusion.

Elsa just watches the two girls interact she was happy to see that her two friends were getting along so well, the thought of leaving didn't feel so bad now, knowing that Sofia wasn't alone.

Meanwhile back at the castle, Emily was busy doing some homework so that she could have a weekend free when Baileywick knocked and came in saying she got a note from her parents.

When they first came to stay in the castle they decided that they would rather stay in the village, despite the King and Queen said to the contrary, but they did leave the next day and before Emily could be upset about she was caught up in school and other things that it never occurred to her that they have contacted her since they left, but she figured that they were busy too, so she thanks Baileywick and opens the note.

Dear Emily,

We are so sorry that we haven't been in contact these last few weeks, but let us make up to you, meet us at the Dunwiddie Village Inn before dinner and we can catch up. Make sure you come alone.

Your loving parents

Charles and Henrietta

Emily frowns a bit at the note, but shrugs thinking they were just wanting to not draw attention to themselves, so she grabs coat, mirror phone, and after a quick goodbye to Roland and Miranda and letting them know that she was heading into the village she has gone and out the door, she bypasses the carriages and uses her werewolf super speed to navigate the forest path that leads to the village, Luna was glad to feel the wind flowing through their hair/fur as Emily ran, soon the young werewolf was standing at the entrance to the village which was calmer at night, the street lights were still on, not many people stayed out long as she walked down towards where she was told was the village inn.

But before she could even get anywhere near the building, she felt a pinch on her neck and before she could brush it away she started to feel faint and knew no more...

Meanwhile, at the facility Sofia was chatting with Ariel while she waited for Elsa, hearing the other red head's story of why she was brought here and Sofia felt sorry for her.

"Oh Sofia, it was awful, when my father found out about Eric, and who his father was, he was livid, forbidding me from seeing him, but I decided that he wouldn't stop me from seeing him so I would secretly sneak out to be with him, but then my father caught on and soon he had me brought here, saying that I was crazy since the accident and that I was a pathological liar," Ariel said her sad expression tugged on Sofia's heartstrings, but Elsa who was overhearing them, just rolled her eyes and pretends vomit.

"That's just terrible Ariel, maybe we can find a way for Dr. Kevin to believe your story," Sofia said

Ariel smiles sadly as she shakes her head, "He will never, believe me, he still is 'working on my ability to know a lie from the truth, so I am sorry Sofia, but thanks for listening, most people steer clear of me, I think they are jealous of me." Ariel sweet and kind face started to become cold and disturbed, which surprised Sofia who just stares at the odd girl and was a bit disturbed by the crazy look in her eyes, when Elsa came in with a strained smile and after a whisper to Ariel that Sofia couldn't hear the other girl ran off, leaving Elsa with Sofia.

"Don't believe everything you hear around Sofia, sometimes people lie to get sympathy, pity, or blackmail you, I know that sounds paranoid, but I grew up with Ariel and while she is a sweet and kind girl, she is a mess and sometimes a mess is not so easy to fix or clean up."

Sofia nods now understanding what the young Ice Princess was saying, it just was part of her always wants to help everyone.

"But she seems so sincere, do you know what happened Elsa?" Sofia asked.

Elsa sighs as she sat down next to Sofia and after a look around the area that Ariel left, she finally stood up and handed Sofia what appeared to be an old photo.

It was a boy and girl around 10 years old, the boy had jet black hair, bright blue eyes, wearing a simple shirt and pants with Ariel sitting next to him laughing.

"Attina Ariel's older sister, who also survived the accident took this about a few months after she tried to swim like a mermaid and nearly drown, while she knew who Eric was she did not care as long as her baby sister was happy again, but then Ursula, Eric's girlfriend found out about them seeing each other even though Eric only had eyes for Ursula, she was jealous and told Triton, he was furious and forbid Ariel from seeing Eric, this cause Ariel to rebel and that when she snuck out, but then when Ariel started to talk about getting married with Eric, Attina tried to tell Ariel otherwise, but she didn't believe it and while the believing a Mermaid thing did happen Ariel tried to find a magical sea witch, who happened to be named Ursula, but again she nearly drowns and that was the final straw for Attina and Triton who decided to get Ariel the help she needed, Ariel came around 3 years ago, I had been there for about 3 years at that time and was needing a friend, but I didn't know that Ariel was messed up and it took me a while to understand and after meeting Attina, it was clear to me that Ariel wasn't well."

"Does Eric know about what happened to Ariel?" Sofia asked

Elsa nodded, "Yes, he wanted to come and see her but Triton forbids it."

"That's awful," Sofia said

Elsa sighs, "It's unfortunate, but while some of what Ariel said is true, she still believes that she is a mermaid trapped in human form and that Eric is her true love, when that is far from the truth, Eric sees Ariel as a friend and nothing more, but whenever someone tries to her otherwise, she gets extremely upset and violent at times, but most of the time she is harmless. Now come on let's go play some checkers while we still can."

Sofia nods smiling a little she helps set up the game.

Meanwhile back at Enchancia Castle, Roland and Miranda were having a conference call with Dr. Kevin about Sofia's impending transition next month.

"So Doctor, how is Sofia doing in general aside from therapy and medication? She is coping better than she was before?" Roland asked.

"I would like to say yes your majesty, but Generalized Anxiety Disorder can be a bit hard to treat and manage without the right tools and coping skills, while Sofia can function as you and me, she will always have that underlining sense of fear no matter how unjustified, she going to have good days and bad days, overwhelmed thinking, anxious speaking, sleeping issues, panic attacks, this is a life long thing and she going to need a lot of support and understanding, don't mollycoddle her too much otherwise it will make it worse for her in the long run, give comfort and discipline when and where it is needed, don't punish her for having a panic attack or flashback that will make worse and I know that you would never hurt her in any way on purpose, it can happen so be careful with what you say in the future, just reassure her when she is nervous or upset about something."

"We understand since we have been doing it before she was brought to the Facility." Miranda agreed.

Roland then clears his throat before he asked, "That all aside, what is the current medication that Sofia is on and how often is she to take them?"

Dr. Kevin quickly scans his notes from Sofia's files and said, "She is currently on two medications, Zoloft which will help with her PSTD and Anxiety, it is to be taken once a day so I would recommend it in the morning before school, and she is to take it daily, the other one is Diazepam for sleep, I have her started on the lowest dose to help her relax, only give it to her 1 time at before bed, and since she is under 18, you have to make sure she takes the medications and check to make sure she did take them since she has tried to let them slip in the past."

Roland nods even though he can't be seen and said, "We understand and we will make sure she is taking them, but should we be worried about side effects?"

"While normally these medications have very few side effects, I would keep an eye just to be safe, if she gets stomach issues or rashes or starts to see things, or for some reason as an allergic reaction, take her to the ER and alert me right away."

Miranda nods, "We will, now Dr. Kevin I have been meaning to ask if it would be alright for Sofia to attend the Fall Dance at Royal Prep next month, it will only be for a few hours."

Dr. Kevin paused for a moment and sighs before saying, "Next month is Sofia's transition month, so if I believe that Sofia can cope with going to a dance, I will allow it, but give me 2 weeks to assess her, and then I will let you know of my answer and then you may tell her, do we have a deal, my Queen?"

"Deal." Miranda nods and soon got off the phone, Miranda was doing a happy dance, while Roland just shakes his head while smiling in amusement at his wife's antics.

Meanwhile, Jack was just getting back into his ties, when Gabe and Heidi were just coming back and this time they didn't come empty-handed as Gabe dumps his load next to Jack, the boy looks it over and saw that it was another person, it heads covered up, but he didn't have to wait long as Gabe quickly removes the sack, to reveal much to Jack's shock, his girlfriend, Emily.

"Emily...?" Jack whispers before he fainted next to his knocked-out girlfriend, making Gabe laugh cruelly, while Heidi just slapped him on the back of the head for being an idiot, while she stirs the muddy and tasteless soup, ignoring other man grumbling under his breath as he drew dirt drawings.

Meanwhile, two figures were staring into a wide globe that showed everything that was going on with the Enchancia's Royal Family, one of the figures chuckled a bit when Sofia cheered after finally winning a game of checkers.

"She certainly takes after you, Dad." A boy around 18 years old said as he ducked the playful head slap.

"Shush, at least she can dance, I was all arms and legs, how your mother found that charming I will never understand." the older man said.

"Well Mom has certainly found success, marrying a king, raising and adopting children as her own." the boy said

The older man looks at the boy with a sad, but knowing look, "You wish that you could be them, don't you?"

The boy sighs, "Yes, but fates have a different path for me, I just wish I could have gotten to know her."

The older man stays silent for a moment as he was deep in thought, "Maybe I can persuade Tess or Monica to let us come into their dreams, just to let them know that we are okay, happy even, and proud of them for all that they have done."

Just before the boy could reply, the door to the room opened to reveal the people they were talking about.

"Did I hear my name? Balthazar? Mario? What are you two doing in here?" Tess questioned an annoyed expression on her face.

"I let them in Tess, as the Angel of Death I have the right to grant or deny access souls or angel to the observatory and I figured with what been happening with the Royal Family that they should at least see what is really happening and just brief sneak peeks," Andrew states as he comes to stand by Tess, while Monica goes over to where the two men were still standing.

"Anything interesting?" Monica asked as she came to stand by Mario, who blushed a bit at her being so close, while Bal just snorts at the boy's obvious crush to the red-haired Irish Angel and said Angel obliviousness.

"Just my daughter getting to some into a lot of interest and sometimes dangerous adventures, they must have a guardian angel or luck their side," Bal said as he watched how Sofia tricks Morgana into the mirror with the help of her friends and Merlin.

Monica just smiles, "Well she is a strong head la, just like someone else we know." she said as she looks pointedly at Bal, who looked sheepish, while Mario snickers.

Bal clears his throat and his expression turns serious, "We have a request."

Monica didn't even blink as she said, "Oh? What kind of request?"

Mario pipes up before his father could answer, "We like to go into my Mom and sister in their dreams, please?" he asked, the room now silent as they waited for their answer.

Tess came over and looked at them her expression stern and stony as she stood by Monica, who still smiled at them softly.

"If we grant you this, it will be only one time and one time only, I am Understood?" The older Angel demands, watching as both souls nodded quickly.

"Good, Andrew you know what to do," Tess said as Andrew nods and before Bal or Mario could say anything, Andrew tapped their foreheads and soon they were in a twilight area that looked like a horse stable with horses of white, gold, and sliver and black trotted around.

Mario and Bal looked around, "Where are we?" Bal asked he tried to touch one of the horses only pull his hand back when one of them tried to bite him.

"We are at the Somnium Equus Crepusculum, Dream Horse Haven, the area where Nightmares and Sweet Dreams are made, raised, and train here, they are the keepers of dreams, minds, and souls until Angels of Death come to collect them and bring them home," Andrew explains.

Mario looks at the beings in awe as they neighed and ran around in the large area of endless twilight.

"So how is this suppose to bring us to Sofia and Miranda?" Bal asked getting a little impatient with Angel's speech.

Andrew just rolls his eyes and said, "As I said, they are the keepers of Dreams, Minds, and Souls, so you have to find Sofia and Miranda's Horses, they each have one Nightmare and Sweet Dreams, with their signature colors on the markings of the horses face, Sofia's is lavender with a gray PSTF on the flank, Miranda's is watermelon pink with a white QM, and before I forget they are tricksters that will some time merge to fool you, good luck." Andrew said with a smug smirk on his face as he watch the two men scramble to find the horses.

Meanwhile down on earth, both Miranda and Sofia were getting ready for bed, unaware that they were going to be getting a surprise visit.

Just as they both fall asleep, that is when things happened.

When Miranda falls asleep she felt like she had to open her eyes and when she did, she saw Sofia standing not far from her, but she appeared to still be asleep so when Miranda touched her that was when Sofia woke.

Looking around at the vast and endless area, she looked at her mother in both shock and confusion on her face, that her mother was mirroring back to her as she said.

"Where are we? Is this a dream?"

"If this a dream then we aren't here." A voice said causing both mother and daughter to swirl around to see two familiar faces.

"Daddy?" Sofia whispered almost afraid to believe what she was seeing, but then he just smiled and opened his arms wide, Sofia was soon in his arms.

"Mario? Baby boy?" Miranda whispers as she falls to her knees, embracing the child that she had lost.

After a few more hugs and a kiss between Bal and Miranda were the children both pretended to gag, while the adults laughed at their antics.

"What are you doing here?" Sofia asked.

Bal answered, "We wanted to see you and I wanted Mario to meet his baby sister."

Mario was busy trying to give Sofia a playful ruff of her hair, "Yeah squirt, you were still in Ma's tummy before my passin' and now look at ya, a princess and protector."

Sofia shoves him off with a smile on her lips as he pretends to chase her around while their parents look on, with smiles on their faces.

"Those two would have been the best of friends, Miranda I am sorry," Bal said.

Miranda blinks at her first husband in surprise, "Sorry? Why? Bal what happened to Mario was an accident, I never blamed you, yes I was sad about it for a long time, but Sofia needed me and slowly the pain faded."

Bal sighs, "It's not just the accident, it was the fact that I was so caught up in my grief, that I was barely there when Sofia was growing up and my drinking was my own choice, I chose to drink and you girls suffered for it."

Miranda was not sure what to say, as she stood beside him for a moment in silence, before sighing and saying, "When I got the news that you died, I was both heartbroken and relieved at the same time, Sofia was so young and so I would tell her that you were a great man and sailor just so she would be proud of you, I never talked about Mario until recently, Sofia was so shocked and devastated by the truth that nearly crushed her spirit."

Bal looks at his beloved and gently grabs her shoulders, "Miranda looks at me, I understand why you did it, I don't blame you for hiding the truth, you were desperate to make a terrible situation better than it was, I am proud of the mother you became, and I am proud of the young woman our daughter is becoming."

Miranda had tears streaming down her face as she cried all pain and hurt she had held onto all these years, while Bal held her close in his arms.

Meanwhile, Mario and Sofia were done chasing each other and sitting beside each other, talking about Sofia's childhood, becoming a princess and so much more.

"Do you think that I am broken?" Sofia asked

Mario look sideways at his little sibling and said, "No, just a bit dented, from what I have seen of your life Sofia, most men and women would coward and run away in fear without looking back, you are the bravest, courageous, and smartest sister a brother could ask for, you faced death in the face many times and manage to always win in the end, don't let this stop you from living your life how you want too."

"But I can't if I am stuck in the hospital with is this stupid anxiety disorder," Sofia said pouting moodily

Mario just wraps his arm around Sofia's shoulder, "Kid, you have a disorder, that is nothing to be ashamed of, but don't let it rule your life, you aren't broken or useless in any way, and don't let anyone still you otherwise."

Sofia said nothing as she leaned into Mario's chest and cried long and hard, until she couldn't anymore, when she pulled back a bit Mario just gave her an understanding smile, "Feel better?"

Sofia nodded, "Yeah thanks, I am glad that I got to meet you, big brother."

Mario chuckles as he runs his fingers through Sofia's messy locks, "Anytime Kid, now come on its time." Mario gets up and helps Sofia get up, then they go over to where their parents were.

When Bal saw them, he knew that it was time to go so he gives Miranda another peck on the lips, before saying, "I love you always, Roland is lucky to have you, now I have to go."

Miranda nodded as she goes to give Mario one last hug, while Sofia did the same.

"Know that I always loved and cherished you my little one," Bal whispers into Sofia's ear, before letting her go to stand by her mother.

As both parent and child stood side by side they wave goodbye to each other before fading from existence, soon both Miranda and Sofia were waking up in the middle of the night in their respective rooms, both feeling lighter and more at peace than they had been in a long time as they both drifted back to sleep with smiles on their faces.

Both Bal and Mario were happy to see that they were successful and so they left to go back to the main parts of Heaven, feeling lighter and brighter than before.

The next morning was cloudy and windy as the final leaves fell from the trees leaving them dead and bare, as a sign of the winter yet to come.

But the castle's occupants weren't fazed by the gloomy weather as they got up and ready for the day, Roland was busy in his office when he remembered something and rang Baileywick.

The Steward came into the office, "You rang sir." he said every bit the head butler of the Enchancia's Royal Family.

Roland nodded as he looked at some paperwork, "Yes, I was wondering if Emily came home during the night and left early in the morning without any of us knowing?"

Baileywick straightens even further if that was possible as he answered, "None of the guards or stable hands have reported seeing Ms. Emily since she left yesterday evening, but I assume that because it is the weekend, she simply decided to stay the night at the Inn and have breakfast there, I will have everyone on staff keep an eye and ear out for her and I will make sure to bring her straight to you."

Roland nods, "Good, you may go back to your duties and thank you for your help, Baileywick."

Baileywick smiles softly, "It's my pleasure, your majesty, serving the Royal Family is privilege and honor." with that said he left the office, while Roland got back to work.

Meanwhile, in the cave, Gabe and Heidi left them alone to go steal some food or something, Jack quickly gets out of his ties and then quickly unties Emily, gently tapping her face.

"Emily, my love wake up!" Jack plead to breathe a sigh of relief when Emily started to stir.

"Hmm...what happened, ugh! my head, wait where I am? Jack?! What are you doing here? Where are we!?" Emily asked getting more and more frantic as she looked around the cave, desperate to escape, but whatever was used to knock her out, was still in her system as her body and wolf were sluggish to respond.

Jack gently holds her face in his hands as he looked her straight in the eyes, "First Emily, calm down, second, we are in some cave, you were brought here by Gabe and Heidi, thieves here to steal the Royal Family treasure."

"What do they want with us?" Emily asked as Jack helped her sit up against a large rock.

Jack shrugs, "Ransom, I guess." He frowns when he runs his hand through Emily's hair and notices how usually warm her skin felt.

"Jack, I am so cold." Emily said she shivered as the boy pulled her closer, "Emily you have a fever, we have to get it down quickly come on, I remembered that I found a natural water pool when I was exploring the cave."

Jack scoops a now half-awake Emily into his arms, carrying her bridal style as they went deep into the cave.

It didn't take long for Jack to find what he was looking for as he gently lays Emily down, folding his coat for her to rest her head on as he started to rip his now threadbare shirt into rags, dipping them into the cold water, squeezing out the extra water and putting them on Emily's forehead, neck, arms, and legs to help try to cool her fevered body down.

For a while, he did this for, but after seeing no sign of Emily's fever going down, in his desperation, he scoops her up into his arms, and without much warning or thought he walks into the icy cold water, uncaring of the cold as he gently submerses Emily into the water leave only her face above the water, as she shivered and whimpers a bit, but it was only a few a minutes as Jack quickly bring them to shore, he quickly runs with Emily back to the front of the cave where the fire was starting to die down, he looked around for a match or a pair of sticks to rub or rocks small enough to knock together, but he found nothing and in his moment of desperation, he waved his hand towards the pile of dying ambers without any warning a ball of fire shoots out of his hand, knocking him back a bit as he stares at the now brightly lit fire.

Staring at his hands his mind racing as he thought, 'What the heck just happened?!' but he didn't ponder too much on it as Emily been to stir as the warmth of the fire was quick to dry her wet clothes and hair, when he felt her forehead, he felt some relief when it didn't feel like an inferno was cooking her inside out, he sits beside her uncaring if he got caught by Gabe or Heidi as he stares into the flames.

Meanwhile, at the facility, Sofia was sitting with Ariel and Elsa sipping some warm hot chocolate in the Play Area.

Both Ariel and Sofia shiver a bit as they felt a slight breeze, while Elsa didn't appear fazed by the chill in the air as she drank her hot drink.

"How are you not cold?" Sofia asked Elsa as she took in the girl's lack of a sweater, coat, or slippers on her feet.

Elsa just shrugs, "I just assume it has something to do with have powers over ice and snow, but either way the cold never really bothered me anyway."

Ariel nods in agreement, "Yeah I remember when you went outside without any shoes or boots on, the doctors and nurses were freaked out by that at first thinking that you had a death wish, but when they saw how the cold didn't hurt you they left it alone, they don't even blink when she does it anymore."

Sofia looked at them both and then shrugged as she went back to her drink, oblivious to their whispered conversation.

"Ariel this is bad, she hasn't been eating meals like she should, even her favorite Goldenberry Pancakes," Elsa said concerned

Ariel nods, "I know, but she is just upset that you are leaving next week, plus if I am remembering correctly she has been through a lot these past few years and she is barely a teenager for Poseidon's sakes!"

Elsa sighs sadly, "I know, she puts on a brave face and smiles so as not to upset me, but it is not easy for me either, I will be leaving my friends behind, and knowing that Sofia is suffering doesn't help, but that why I have a request to ask of you, Ariel."

Ariel straightens a bit at hearing that her expression serious as she asked, "What is it?"

Elsa looks Ariel straight in the eye, "I need you to watch over Sofia when I am gone, make sure she isn't lonely, play with her, make sure she eats, be someone she can talk to that isn't a doctor, nurse or staff."

Ariel nods, "Don't worry, she is in good hands, Snowflake, I will miss you." she confessed her eyes shining a bit as Elsa pulls her into a hug saying, "I will miss you too, Starfish, but don't worry you will get out soon, just listen to what the doctor says and do what you need to do and before you know you will be back home."

Ariel nods as she wipes her eyes discreetly as Elsa went back over to where Sofia was looking out the window.

Meanwhile, Dr. Kevin was busy doing some updating of his files when he heard a knock on his door.

"Come in." He intoned not looking up from his work.

"Dr. Kevin I need you to look at this, it is about one of your recent patients, a Sofia Cordova," Karen said as she slides the Patients Meal and Diet Plan Book onto his desk.

At hearing that name he perks up and takes the book and looks for Sofia's meal checklist and was shocked to find that she hasn't been eating her meals for 2 weeks and in her last check over she had lost 5 lb. which for her size was not good.

"Why wasn't I informed of this?" He asked as he tried to tame his temper.

Karen gulps a bit, "We had her under supervision, but somehow she had us fooled into believing that she was eating, but when I looked at her trays she wasn't really eating the food just moving it around and mushing it together and then when I look around her chair, I found piles of food under it, we all kept a strict eye on her but she even would put food into her drinks so I left it to be a bit, I am sorry!"

Standing up he looks at her sternly, "See to it that will not happen again, dismissed."

Karen practically runs out of the office, while Dr. Kevin dials Sofia's parents.

"Dr. Kevin? Did something happen to Sofia is she okay?!" Miranda said trying to not panic.

Dr. Kevin sighs while cursing softly under his breath, "Sofia is okay, but I was just calling to inform you that she hasn't been eating lately and I was wondering if this was a normal thing when she was younger."

Miranda thought about it for a second and then says, "Yes, but only when she was extremely upset, most of the time you have to be on her to eat, she is not picky, just be sterner with her and don't let her fool you into thinking that she ate, she will sometimes, mushing or move food around, or it's she will dump it on the floor under a chair or table, what I used to do was sit next to her at a table so that she wouldn't try anything, usually that works, and don't let her get up until she is done eating."

Dr. Kevin writes it all down and said, "Thank you for the information and if it helps maybe you should visit Sofia, it might help her."

Miranda smiles, "I'll do it, today at 12?"

"noon it is, you can have lunch with Sofia in the lunchroom." Dr. Kevin suggested.

Miranda nods, "Sound perfect see you then, goodbye Doctor."

With that they both hung up, Miranda went to go inform Roland of her impending visit, while Dr. Kevin got back to work.
