When I got back from the other room, the Ares kid was still struggling to get out the chains. As I poured myself some nectar I said, "it's no use those chains are celestial bronze, almost unbreakable." "you said almost so what breaks it." the demigod said as I put the cup down. "do you think I'm that stupid to tell that information?"
"Well, I was hoping you were." "So care to explain why you were on Empusa Hills." "my father called me there." he hesitated, "he said he will help me slay the Hydra!''
Now we're getting somewhere I thought, "and why were you looking for the Hydra?'' I asked, "whoa whoa before I tell you anything how about you get me down huh?" I laughed. "Sorry it goes the other way around," suddenly an Iris message appeared before me. On the other side, it was DeJah "Uh hey J, just wanted you to know that I might have summoned hell-hounds which attracted a few bloodthirsty harpies and so I'm kind of a sea-pickle."
"you'll need my help, let me free!" the kid yelled, "no you just attacked us, why should we trust you?" "uhh,'' he said, trying to think of reasons why. "I don't have time for this.'' I quickly grabbed my spears, bow and quiver, and sword and swarmed toward shore. When I got to our Mom's house I realized it was worse than I can ever imagine.
When I got there I saw 5 demigods on the ground, one of them was DeJah. I rushed towards her with some nectar in my hands. I put her against the wall and gave her some of it. Then I ran towards our mom's house and I found her and my stepfather watching TV like nothing was happening outside, so I snuck back out not wanting to worry them. When I got back outside there were 2 hellhounds, 5 harpies, and 3 cyclopes. I threw my spear into an abandoned house knowing that harpies can't resist shining things, all five harpies flew in the house and started fighting over my spear.
Meanwhile, 2 of the cyclopes started running towards me, one of them with two axes and the other with a club. I sidestepped the first one and dogged the other one. I jumped on its back and shot my arrow at one of the hellhounds and it disintegrated. Then the cyclopes with the ax hit me with the back of his arm. I flew back and crashed into a mailbox, then I quickly shot two arrows at the cyclops, the one with axes deflected my arrow but the other one wasn't so lucky the arrow landed right in the middle of his forehead.
The other was about throwing his ax just when he disintegrated and DeJah came from behind him with a water execution ax " Sorry Mr. Cyclops but when you mess with my twin you pay the price!" I looked back and three other hellhounds and cyclops were gone and in their place were Ares and his child that we just saved. Ares wielded steaming fire in his left hand while his son held a greek sword made of celestial bronze.
"Hello puny humans prepare to die," Ares said with a smirk.
