So I probably wouldn't be able to keep up with one upload a week but I can (almost) guarantee I can get one out every other week if not. By the way thanks for the postive review, I didn't see it before I posted chapter 5 but that little bit of feedback means so much to me, so anyway here we go.

As Kylee came to she remembered the craiz-, and it wasn't a dream. The boy, Nathan he had told her, was driving the car, tapping his fingers on the wheel and singing along to the Jimmy Buffett song on the radio.
"Morning sleepy head," He said.
"Where are we," she questions, the last thing she could remember was him suggesting that she get some sleep.
"Just outside of Toledo," He said in between song lyrics. They sit in silence before he spoke up again, "Have weird dreams," he questioned.
"Um, no, why do you ask,"
"Oh, it's just a thing with demi-gods, apparently you guys can get these weird future-predicting dreams," He explained with a shrug. Kylee stared at him for a second, extremely confused before she remembered something.
"Oh yeah," She began, "Where are we going, you said New York, but like, where exactly,"
"Yeah I haven't told you yet," He muttered, "I'm taking you to camp half-blood,"
"You're taking me to a camp ?,"
"Well yeah, it's a place safe from monsters, it's got people who can teach you how to fight monsters and how to use whatever powers you may have, which as a child of Athena, is probably just increase intelligence,"
"Oh, ok," Kylee was a little saddened by this, not because she didn't have cool powers, (she didn't have any frame of reference) but she had always had good grades, which were apparently because she was part god, it felt like she'd been cheating on all her tests now, "W-When can I see my Dad again, I'm sure he's worried about me,"
Nathan looked back at for a second a semi sad look in his eyes,"When they say your ready, but you can contact him as soon as we get there,"
"How long is that," she asked
"About nine hours," he said, making her slump down in her seat, but then she realized something. Waverly to Toledo was about nine hours, she remembered from a trip she had taken with her Dad because of his job, and it was late when he found her.
"Um, How long have you been up,"
"Oh, about," He stopped as he did the math in his head, "twenty-two hours,"
"Wait what, are you still Ok to drive,"
"Oh yeah I've driven with way less sleep," there was a certain confidence that he said it with that made her believe him. She sat there for a minute listening to the late 70's and 80's music he had playing before she spoke up again.
"Hey Nathan,"
"Yeah,"
"You said this, Camp Halfblood, was the safest place for demi-gods, right,"
"You got it,"
"So why aren't you there,"
"Uh,"
"It's a safe place and it seems like it would be better to be there instead of out here with the monsters, especially with that smell thing we have,"
"Oh you think I'm," He started, "I'm flattered and all, but just a regular old mortal," he says with a bit of cockyness.
"Wait your not, then how do you see the monsters, I thought norm-," she cut herself off as she looked back towards the trunk, he was definitely not normal. "Mortals couldn't,"
"Normally we can't, I'm what's called clear sighted, every so often a mortal can see through the mist, the thing that usually stops us from looking through, whether it be from birth or just a random chance encounter with a demi-god, monster, or even a god," he explained.
"So how did you start seeing through the mist," she asked curiously.
"I-I uh don't want to talk about it," the boy who had been unflappable just a minute ago was shook, she had clearly struck a nerve.
"Um, how old are you," she asked, quickly changing the subject.
"Thirteen,"
"Wait, your only one year older than me, you can't even legally drive,"
He looked back at her, his distant expression gone for a cocky grin, raising his eyebrows teasingly.
He got the kid in the back seat, hopped in the car, and floored it, as he speeded away he heard the sirens arrive, but he was already over a block away, he was safe, but the kid was not. He ran at least three red lights getting to the hotel room, he could take the fines if he could save the kid's life. He parked the car, tires screeching. He practically flew out of the car and grabbed the kid. He ran through the reception area yelling some excuse about his son, he did have to explain why he was carrying a severely hurt eight year old up to his room. He couldn't take him to a hospital, with the mist it would probably look like he killed his family, the police would probably arrest him, so he needed Arthur's help, and helping mortals and demi-gods was his job. He finally got to his room, got the kid on one of the beds and began setting up a makeshift hospital bed for the kid, after about an hour the boy began to stabilize.
