lexandra smiled at the memory of Sirius asking her to marry him, but her smile quickly faded. It was merely a memory, not a fact. They decided to have a wedding a year after Harry, James's son, was born, but they never did. Sirius was accused of murdering Peter Pettigrew and 12 muggles and was sent to Azkaban. Alexandra went into hiding and met Aaron Fawley, a pure-blood wizard. After two years together, Aaron asked Alexandra to marry him. Since she didn't think that Sirius will be out of Azkaban anytime soon, she accepted.

Today is her last day before the wedding, she decided to return to 12 Grimmauld Place. She Apparated to the doorstep, thought of 12 Grimmauld Place and unlocked the door.

When she stepped into the house, she froze because she heard laughter. Intruders! She thought. She gripped her wand tightly and headed towards the Dining Room.

She pasted a portrait of Sirius's mother and stopped. The intruders seemed to sense her presence. She pushed opened the door sloooooooowly and stepped into the room.

All of the intruders pointed their wands at her. Alexandra couldn't believe her eyes. Remus Lupin was there, eyes wide. And a boy with jet black hair sat next to him. Emerald green eyes...Lily's eyes.

There was also a man with dirty, long hair sitting next to the boy with black hair. He looked familiar. Then it hit her. No, no way. Her brain refused to make the connection, but her mouth already blurted out, 'Si...Sirius?'

The man looked shocked. His eyes became as big as Alexandra's. 'Al...Alexandra? Is that you?' he asked. Remus's mouth dropped open. 'I think it's really her, Sirius!' he exclaimed. Alexandra plunged into her robes and pulled out the ring Sirius gave her.

Remus collapsed into his chair while Sirius rushed forward to hug her. Then he turned around and announced, 'This is my fiancee, Alexandra Arlington!'

The lovers are together again.

Funnily enough, Aaron Fawley was found dead in his house the next day. The Ministry were shocked to find that Voldemort personally killed him. The Ministry didn't have a clue why Voldemort wanted to kill a pure-blood.

It's only my guesses (and Alexandra's), but maybe, just maybe, Voldemort also agreed that Sirius is a better husband to Alexandra than Aaron.
