Goku has just arrived in other world he makes his way to king Kai's house running on snake way to begin training for the arrival of two saiyans Vegeta and Nappa
Goku accidentally trips off of snake way and falls into Hell he gets knocked unconscious
When Goku wakes up he sees three people more specifically three saiyans two men and one woman Raditz Bardock and Gine Goku's brother father and mother
Raditz says "So Kakarot it looks like we're no different you ended up in Hell just like me brother" Goku responds "Quit calling me that and I'm not your brother anyone who tries to kidnap my son is not my brother"
Bardock says "Raditz what the hell is wrong with you is kakarot telling the truth" Raditz responds "Yes sir and I'm sorry I couldn't go back to Vegeta empty handed"
Gine says "Kakarot please forgive your idiot brother" Goku responds "Ok I will but it will take some time and I need to get back on snake way to train and wait to be revived with the dragonballs so I can fight the other saiyans actually I got an idea you three come with me once I'm revived I'll try and revive you guys as well"
Training with king Kai
The group arrives at king Kai's home and begin training they learn some techniques like Kioken the spirit bomb and instant transmission training like this goes on for about a year
Goku is able to get in contact with master Roshi he tells him to use the dragonballs to revive everyone at king Kai's home this wish is granted the halos above the head the group disappear they have been revived they make their way back to Earth
Back on Earth
The saiyans have arrived on Earth Piccolo Gohan Krillin Tien Yamcha and Chiotzu begin to fight one of the saiyans Nappa
The battle is intense Yamcha Tien Chiotzu and Piccolo have died with Piccolo dead Kami is dead and with Kami dead the dragonballs don't work
Nappa attempts to kill Gohan but Goku arrives just in time to save his son Goku hits Nappa in the back and completely paralyzes him Vegeta throws Nappa into the air and kills him
Goku asks "Why did you kill your friend" Vegeta answers "Because Kakarot I have no use for a saiyan that can't move"
Goku gets into his battle stance Vegeta does the same before they start fighting Bardock Gine and Raditz show up to help Goku but Goku wants to fight alone he tells Gohan to head home to his mother
Goku and Vegeta begin to fight they are equal in power Vegeta is getting pissed he creates an artificial moon to become a great ape after Vegeta has transformed Bardock fires an energy blast at Vegeta's tail removing it he returns to his base form
Vegeta fires a Galick gun Goku fires a Kamehameha right back the beams connect Goku is losing he activated Kaioken times four Goku wins the beam struggle and Vegeta is able to escape
Kami's assistant informs Goku and his friends planet Namek and the dragonballs there
Goku asks Bulma to make a ship big enough for the group Bulma happily helps the ship building process takes about a month
Over the month that it took to build the ship Goku grew closer to his family Gine likes Goku's wife Chi-Chil
Being around Raditz is awkward for Gohan but he quickly forgives his uncle for trying to kidnap him
It's time to go to Namek the people going are Goku Bardock Raditz Krillin Gine and Gohan
Planet Namek
The group lands on Namek and begin looking for the dragonballs they end up running into Vegeta the group teams up with him to stop an even bigger threat Frieza
The group is able to find the dragonballs and with the help of some locals they are granted three wishes so they revive Piccolo Tien and Chiotzu they will revive Yamcha with the Earth's dragonballs
Frieza sees the dragon he is pissed he rushes over and begins looking around he spots Krillin
Frieza makes Krillin levitate into the air and then explode killing him instantly
Goku filled with rage his energy begins to rise the ground starts shaking nearby mountains crumble Goku's hair starts flickering from black to golden lightning strikes the ground around him Goku roars his hair stands up and turns golden he is now a super saiyan
Goku charges Frieza and begins beating down on him in a blind rage Goku throws Frieza into the air and fires a Kamehameha injuring him but not killing him
Once Goku calms down the group returns to Earth even Vegeta came back with them the only reason he came with was to learn how to use the super saiyan transformation
A warning from the future
About a year and a half has passed since the defeat of Frieza Yamcha and Krillin were revived
Bardock and Vegeta have been able to access super saiyan
Vegeta has moved into Capsule Corp and has a strange relationship with Bulma
One day Goku can sense Frieza on Earth Goku wastes no time and immediately makes his way to Frieza and his soldiers
Goku gets there just in time to see a young man with light purple hair kill Frieza and his soldiers
The young man introduces himself as Trunks the future son of Vegeta and Bulma
Future Trunks warns Goku about two androids and a heart virus that will appear in three years future Trunks gives Goku the antidote for the virus and then heads back to his timeline
Goku warns his friends about the androids and the heart virus they need to train harder than ever before if they want to survive
Training for the androids
Goku begins training with his family Raditz and Gohan are able to access super saiyan
Goku can now combine super saiyan with Kioken
Eventually Vegeta and Bulma have a son named Trunks
Goku is constantly reminded of his heart virus he never experiences the full effect of the virus his death is avoided
The androids appear
The androids have appeared and one of them is destroyed easily by Vegeta the other android manages to escape
The group chases after the android they end up at a lab where they see three more androids waiting for them
Before the battle begins future Trunks arrives to help fight
The battle begins and the saiyans are losing Goku acts fast he uses instant transmission to get everyone out of the battlefield and back to Capsule Corp
Goku knows he's too weak to fight but he has an idea the time chamber a room that you can get one year of training in just one day but only two people can enter at a time
The time chamber
The first group to enter the time chamber is Vegeta and future Trunks together the become stronger
Next it's Bardock and Raditz they have the exact same amount of improvement as Vegeta and future Trunks
The final group to enter the time chamber is Goku and Gohan together the are able to master super saiyan Gohan can briefly access a new super saiyan transformation in his form Gohan's hair spikes up more and electricity surrounds him Goku names this super saiyan 2 Goku's next step it to access and master super saiyan 2
Goku and Gohan exit the time chamber in their fully mastered super saiyan form
Piccolo explains what happened while they were training another android named Cell absorbed tow of the androids and became far stronger because Vegeta let him Goku is furious with Vegeta so he punches him in the face
Cell announces the Cell games the world has ten days to prepare
The Cell games
It's been ten days Goku thought it would be best to relax and spend time with his family he's not sure if they can win so it's best to be with family and friends just in case anything bad happens
Goku steps into the ring and begins to fight Cell but Goku can quickly tell he can't win Goku forfeits and sends Gohan in
Vegeta asks "Why does the brat get to fight before me" Goku answers "Because he's stronger than us he has surpassed super saiyan show everyone son"
Gohan powers up his hair spikes up and electricity surrounds him he has powered up into super saiyan 2
Gohan and Cell begin to fight Gohan has the upper hand Cell is getting frustrated he begins to grow in size he is about to self destruct
Goku uses instant transmission he appears in front of Gohan
Goku says "You fought well son I'm proud of you take care of your mother for me and please don't try to revive me the world is safer without me alive"
Goku uses instant transmission to bring Cell to king Kai in the other world Cell blows up Goku dies but Cell lives
Cell uses instant transmission to come back to Earth
Gohan begins to fight Cell once again but Cell is somehow stronger than before Bardock Raditz and Vegeta power up into super saiyan and begin to help Gohan
Eventually Gohan fires a Kamehameha at Cell Bardock and Raditz also fire Kamehamehas Vegeta fires a Final flash Cell is completely incinerated
Bardock says "You did good kid your father trained you well" Gohan responds "Thank you grandpa" Vegeta replies "Your father is also an idiot anyone who would die for this planet is truly stupid"
Bardock says "Shut up Vegeta it's your fault Kakarot is dead just go away before you die"
Vegeta leaves with a smile on his face
