I've read a lot of fanfic where Ash by his friends and his mother, so I've decided to write my own 'Ash gets betrayed' fanfic with Kirby in the story as well. I might not do a good job, but please go easy on me. I hope you like it.
It was a wonderful and beautiful day at the Kalos region, but it was finally time to leave the region.
Our favorite 14 year old Pokemon trainer named Ash Ketchem and favorite pokemon, Pikachu had come so far in competing in the Kalos League and fought many powerful trainers.
But, however, through, they couldn't win the league against a trainer named Alain, who had powerful pokemon such as Metagross, Tyranitar and Charizard, despite the fact that Charizard was Alain's last pokemon facing against Ash's powerful Greninja, which changed into a new form, known as Ash Greninja, but guess that Charizard was far too powerful.
Oh and the saving the world bit, yeah, that's normal for him.
He had split away from the siblings of Bonnie and Clemont. Clemont had his duties as a gym leader and Bonnie wanted to start her journey in the Kalos region.
And the honey blonde beauty know as Serena had left for the Hoenn region to try her part at contests. Let's say she left on a positive note.
Ash was looking through and down the window as he and Pikachu returned home to Kanto. The plane ride was a long one but they had time.
"So where to next buddy?" Ash questioned Pikachu.
"Pika, pi? (Beats me.) Pikachu responded, as Ash rubbed the back of his ear.
"We could try an old region or go to a new one and meet new friends and get stronger. Ready to see some old faces?" Ash asked, happily.
Pikachu nodded happily, as the two exited the airport and head off into Viridian City and to Pallet Town. But, unknown to them that a pink round creature with red feet was watching them from an alley.
"Poyo?" The creature tilt its head in curiosity as it proceed to follow them.
"There it is, Pallet Town! Home sweet home!" Ash cheered. He was so glad to finally be back at Pallet Town after a very long journey. "Race ya, Pikachu!"
Ash took to the front door of his house, but Pikachu beat him to it, with quick attack, allowing him to gain speed.
"Victory is mine! Haha!" Pikachu laughed, teasing his trainer.
"That's no fair, Pikachu. You cheated." Ash pouted. Pikachu still laughed.
The 15 year old boy then proceed to open the door to his house and walk inside.
Ash saw someone running towards them and he recognized who it was as the person was. It was his little sister, Emma. When Emma got to Ash, she gave her older brother a hug and said:
"Welcome back, Ash and Pikachu. I missed you."
"Thanks Emma, I missed you too. How's everything?"
Right before Emma could answer. Delia came in and saw her son, Ash.
Ash would normally brace himself for a death hug, but strangely he didn't feel it, he looked and saw his mother with a happy look on her face.
"Is something wrong, Mom?" Ash questioned. He had never expected something like this before.
"You have some visitors, Ash" Delia spoke as she stepped inside, followed by Ash and Pikachu.
Pika Pika?" (I wonder who they are?) Pikachu pondered.
The four stepped into the living room, where all of Ash's travelling companions that were sitting on the couches were Misty, Brock, May and Max, Dawn, Iris and Cilan, Bonnie, Clemont and lastly Serena. Also there was rivals from his past such as Barry, Conway, Trip and even Sawyer. Drew, Professor Oak as well.
Most of them were glaring at Ash and Pikachu with very angry looks, but Max, Serena, Bonnie, Clemont and Sawyer had confused looks, they didn't know what was going on.
Those looks made Ash a little nervous, he had no idea why they're giving him those scary glares, while Max, Sawyer, Clemont and Bonnie looked very happy in seeing Ash.
"Um, guys. Is someth-" Ash was cut off by Misty.
"Shut it, you weakling!" Misty hissed, shocking Ash.
Pikachu's cheeks sparked with such anger, wanting to zap Misty for disrespecting his trainer like that.
Emma also wanted to punch Misty right in the jaw. She had no right to talk to Ash like that.
"Face it, Ash! This is the 6th time you entered a league and lost! You're too weak!" Misty spat again.
"Hey, hey! In my defense, Alain had Metagross, a Tyranitar and a freaking Mega Charizard! How else was I suppose to win!? " Ash snapped back. He couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"Yeah! Pokemon he had raised to their fullest potential! That's why he won! But, you however, are just too weak along with that weak yellow rat! You should get a new Pikachu with potential and not that one!" Brock backed up Misty's point.
That greatly angered Pikachu right there at being called a rat! He wanted to zap that pervert to death and throw his dead body in the furnace.
"SHUT THE HELL UP, BROCK! And, what do you know!? As far as I can tell, you always try to flirt with every Officer Jenny, Nurse Joy and girls you meet!" Ash yelled angrily, at him for insulting his Pikachu.
"That doesn't matter!" May stepped in. "What matters is that Dawn and I would've become top Coordinator, if we hadn't traveled with a weakling like you!"
Max was shocked. He couldn't believe how May was treating Ash.
"You're a worthless trainer and you'll never win a league!" Drew shouted.
"Your battling styles leaves a poor taste in everyone's mouth. I wonder why I bothered to even travel with you?" Cilan said.
Ash and Pikachu rolled their eyes at him, because they couldn't understand a word he just said, nor do they want to.
Outside the same round creature from before watched through the window and didn't like the show one bit. His name was Kirby the hero of Dreamland.
"Poyo Poyo!" Kirby said, angrily. He didn't like how Ash was being treated by his so called friends.
You are the littlest kid in history Ash and I would have been a Dragon Master already if I never met you." Iris obnoxiously said.
"How ironic, coming from a girl, who's younger than I'am. And, as far as I'm concerned, you were the one who followed me around for some whatever reason and if it weren't for me, you wouldn't regain Excadrill's trust or meant Emolga and Dragonite!" Ash was losing it. His was starting to grew with hatred.
"Be quiet, Ash. You're weak and always will be." Trip taunted.
Ash growled.
Who even invited you here Trip!?" Ash hissed.
"I… Did… Ash!" Delia spoke up.
Ash and Emma looked at their mother with a look of rage.
"What is the point of all of this!?" Ash yelled.
"Your friends are right! You are a worthless trainer and a disgrace to the Ketchum family! I'm tired of you always losing every league! You're no longer my son and welcome in this house!" Delia spat.
That statement really shocked Ash, Emma, Max, Serena, Clemont, Bonnie and Sawyer the most. They couldn't believe that a mother would be so vile enough to say such an awful thing to her son.
Ash felt his heart shatter at that statement. He couldn't believe that his mother just disowned him like that.
Pikachu was mere seconds away from shocking those assholes right here and now. He was starting to have had enough of this.
Kirby who was watching the scene from the window was getting ready to kick the crap out of the traitors asses. They had no right to tell Ash to give up his dream.
"That's it!" Max finally spoke as he ran over to Ash's side.
"Max! What are you doing!? He's a weakling!" May shouted.
"SHUT UP! YOUR NOT MY SISTER ANYMORE!" Max angrily screamed, surprising everyone.
"WHAT!?" May gasped.
Emma, Serena, Clemont, Bonnie and Sawyer onto Ash's side as well.
"You heard me! How could you guys just turn your backs on Ash and tell him to give up on his dream, after everything he's done for us!? I'm not gonna betray the person I looked up to and he's always like a big brother to me!" Max shouted as he hugged Ash.
"Emma! What do you think you're doing!? Get back here right now!" Delia demanded.
"Never! You're not the mother I love anymore! I'm ashamed to even call you our mother, considering how you disowned Ash, just because he couldn't win the league! You want him to win a league so you could earn a lot of money and buy whatever you want, you selfish gold-digger!" Emma spat. She didn't want to leave her big brother's side.
Ash couldn't help but smile that his little sister was still on his side.
The traitors were getting angrier by the second.
"You guys have no right to tell Ash to give up his dream like that!" Clemont angrily said.
"Oh, please, okay!? Ash has put us in constant danger with Team Rocket, and other evil organizations and legendary Pokemon! If we hadn't travel with him, then we wouldn't have gotten in that mess!" Iris spat. Ash wanted to punch her right there.
"Excuse me!? In case, you hadn't notice, those issues weren't even my fault, considering that Team Rocket are always after Pikachu and the evil organizations are trying to use legendary Pokemon to take over the world, but I managed to stop them! If it weren't for me saving your selfish butts then you all would've been dead right now!" Ash screamed, as his aura blew everyone back. They had never seen Ash so angry before.
Outside Kirby was startled at the sudden outburst from Ash as it knocked him off the window.
"Poyo." Kirby groaned as he decided to back Ash up and walked into the house.
Ash then turn to Professor Oak. "Professor, back me up here." Oak had just been sitting in his seat the entire time. Ash and Pikachu were hoping that at least Oak would take their side. His hope soon turned to horror.
"Actually Ash, I agree with them. You always seem to lose no matter how much training you do and don't have what it takes, and since you refuse to listen to reason, I have no choice but to Ban you from official battles, which means, no gym battles, no tournaments, and no pokemon leagues." Oak said as he stood up, Ash grimaced in horror. This couldn't be happening. Not to him. He wouldn't let it.
"You really think you can stop me? All I have to do is go to the other regions!" Ash yelled in anger at Prof. Oak who, at first, looked taken aback, then a look of anger appeared on his face.
Prof. Oak smirked and said: "Ash, you really question me on this? All I have to do is send a message to the professors and tell them you are banned. Simple as that." Oak said as he looked at Ash in anger. Ash returned the glare.
"And we both know that they'll want to know WHY I'm banned, and they won't ban me for simply losing a pokemon leagues." Ash smirked knowing that he had won. He had no idea how wrong he was.
"Ash you don't get it do you? All I have to tell them is that you abuse your pokemon by giving drugs to that Greninja. They'll believe me over you. In fact I already sent it, and all but Augustine has replied." Oak said to Ash as he showed him the screen. Oak was right, all but Sycamore had replied to Oak saying that Ash was banned from competing in their designated regions. Then came Sycamore's reply. It wasn't good.
To, Samuel Oak. I can not believe this is true. Ash never looked like the kind of person to abuse his pokemon, but I believe you Samuel, so like you requested, Ash is banned from competing in Kalos.
Ash stared at the letter, devestated. He just couldn't believe this was happening, but then, somewhere deep inside Ash sparked a flame. The flame inside him that always reminded him to never give up. Ash looked back at Oak and the others.
"No… no. I'm gonna allow this to happen! I'm not gonna let you ban from competing in any region! This is unacceptable! I will never give up on my dreams no matter what! There's nothing you can do to stop me!" Ash yelled as he looked at the traitors.
Delia then let out an evil laugh. "Very well then. You leave us no choice, but to kill you and Emma."
With that the traitors began to surround Ash and his friends let out their Pokemon as Emma looked on in horror. She thought for sure she was going to die right here.
"If you want Ash, you're going to have to get through us first!" Sawyer yelled. He wasn't going to allow those jerks to harm his idol.
"Don't worry, Ash. We got your back!" Serena shouted, protecting her boyfriend.
"You all got some nerve trying to kill Ash, just because he didn't comply with you jerks!" Bonnie shouted, as Dedenne jumped out of his bag, preparing for battle
"What kind of mother kills their own children!?" Clemont shouted.
"The kind that cares for trainers that are successful, and not the kind that are worthless." Delia confirmed with a smirk.
Ash and Emma were enraged to say the least.
Wow! You are a disgraceful excuse of a mother, Delia! A mother is suppose to love and support their children, not tell them to give up on their dream, or kill them!" Emma spat, disgusted at what Delia has just become.
Delia growled at her "Mr Mime! Attack, Emma!" Delia commanded. Ash and his friends gasped in horror at this.
But, Mr. Mime however looked at Delia with a freaked out look at being told to attack Emma.
"What!? A-Attack, Emma?" Mr Mime stuttered, refusing to attack a sweet little girl.
"What are you waiting for!? ATTACK!" Delia screamed, getting angrier by the moment.
Mr. Mime flinched at her tone. He couldn't believe Delia would become so cruel.
"Mr. M-Mime mime." Mr. Mime shook its head no.
Ash, Emma, Serena, Clemont, Bonnie, Max and Sawyer smiled, thankful that Mr. Mime was on their side.
"GRRR! HOW DARE YOU DISOBEY ME! DIE!" Delia roared. And to their horror, she took out a knife and charged at Mr. Mime, aiming to kill the mime.
"MR. MIME, NOOO!" Ash screeched in horror.
Mr. Mime braced for impact for the deadly blade. Suddenly, the knife was pulled away from Delia's hand by a powerful suction from Kirby, who inhaled the knife, gaining the Ninja Ability.
Everyone, including the traitors turned and noticed Kirby, who had the Ninja Ability after inhaling the knife from Delia.
"What the!? What the heck is that disgusting pink thing!?" Drew asked, not believing his eyes.
Ash took a closer look at Kirby.
"D-did you just took that knife away from Delia to save Mr. Mime?" Ash questioned.
"Poyo Poyo!" Kirby nodded happily.
Pikachu immediately recognized Kirby and ran over to the warrior and greeted him.
"Pika Pika. Kirby. It's great to see you again." Pikachu said, happily.
"Huh? Wait? Pikachu. You know that creature?" Clemont asked, in shock.
Pikachu nodded.
"AAAAHHH! WHAT A CUTIE!" Bonnie squealed as she ran and hugged Kirby real tight. She began to squeeze him.
"Poyo." Kirby said as he enjoyed the hug.
"What's your name, little guy." Serena asked, as she picked him up.
"Poyo." Kirby said.
"How come it never speaks?" Max asked.
The traitors just stood their in shock at what just happen, before regaining their composure.
"Look you weird round pink jellybean! I don't know who you are, or where you came from, but HOW DARE YOU BUTT INTO OUR BUSINESS! So, I suggest you beat it, or else you're gonna die along with these punks!" Brock threatened, as his Steelix growled.
Kirby then glared at Brock and the rest of the traitors along with Ash and his group.
"News flash! There's more of us than there are of them, ATTACK!" Prof. Oak commanded as the traitors had their Pokemon charge up their attacks.
"Ah, crud. This is not good. If I don't do something fast then we're dead." Ash thought.
Before the traitors pokemon could attack, Ninja Kirby threw as many shurikens as he can at the traitors pokemon, knocking them back a bit before using his katana to slash right through the traitors hurting them and giving Ash and his friends time to escape.
Before Ninja Kirby left with the others he turned around and threw one more shuriken at Brock's crotch, causing the man to let out a loud scream of pain and jaw to his knees, holding his bloody wound. He won't be having any children anytime soon.
Satisfied at this, Ninja Kirby then took off.
May shout: "YOU WON'T GET AWAY NEXT TIME!" Was the last thing they heard as they ran through the ranch to gather all of Ash's pokemon.
"Damn… that round gumball." Brock groaned as he held his crotch.
"The next time I see that disgusting pink freak again, I'm gonna make sure I'll give him every painful torture I can." Delia declared, angry about how Kirby interfered with her trying to murder Mr. Mime.
"All II want to is what kind of Pokemon was that? Never seen a Pokemon like that before." Trip said.
"Whatever it was, it was so cute. I've got to catch that pokemon and keep it as mine!" May squealed in awe.
"I don't understand is that why that cute pokemon sided with those pathetic weaklings and not us!?" Misty angrily asked.
"This might sound crazy, but that creature is no pokemon. It's name is Kirby." Prof. Oak spoke. Everyone was surprised that Kirby was not a Pokemon.
"That creature name Kirby is not a Pokemon? Then what is he?" Dawn didn't believe that.
"I'm not sure, but I'll do my research to learn more about this Kirby." Prof. Oak said.
"In the meantime, those pathetic weaklings are gonna have the most miserable time for their lives! Including that disgraceful excuse of a child of mine! We're going to turn every PLA against them!" Delia laughed, along with the traitors.
Unknownest to them, a mask creature known as Meta Knight watched them from the roof and he did not like what he was hearing.
"Tch. Those ungrateful selfish jerks. How could they do such an awful thing to that brave boy after everything he's done for them. I must informed them at once." Meta Knight said, before leaving the scene to find Kirby, Ash and his friends.
Back with Ash and Kirby
Ash and Pikachu explained everything to the Pokemon inside the ranch and they were enraged at how badly Ash was betrayed by his so-called friends and mother.
Ash then took all of his pokemon and took off into the forest along with his friends, before breaking into tears.
Why? How could they just turn their backs on him like that and tell him to give up on his dream and the worst part is that Delia his own mother actually tried to kill him. That literally wasn't right! But the worst part is that awful professor lied to almost every professor in the region and because of that he cannot participate in any league and official battles. That's not fair.
"H-how could t-they? I-I can't...believe this is actually happening to us." Ash sobbed as he sat down.
"Aww. Ash. I'm really sorry they did that to you. I can't believe that Prof. Oak lied to everyone like that. Don't cry." Serena spoke in comfort as she rubbed Ash's tears away.
"Mr. Mime mime." Mr. Mime cried in tears as he couldn't believe his trainer just turn against him and tried to kill him.
The kids couldn't help, but feel bad for Mr. Mime as they comforted the poor psychic type.
"I'm so sorry, Mr. Mime, that our terrible so-called mother tried to murder you. I really wish we could do something for you." Emma said.
Suddenly, Mr. Mime looked at Emma and walked up to her and smiled. Much to her surprise.
"Mr. Mime?"
Clemont realised what Mr. Mime wanted. "You know, what? I think Mr. Mime wants to be your pokemon, Emma."
Emma's eyes sparkled with excitement.
"Really!? That's awesome!"
"Here, you can have my pokeball, Emma." Ash said as he gave Emma one of his pokeballs.
"Thanks, big brother." Emma said as she caught Mr. Mime. "Alright! I got Mr. Mime!"
"Congratulations, Emma. Now, you have a Pokemon." Pikachu praised as he clapped.
Ash couldn't help, but smile through his tears that his little sister finally has a Pokemon.
"Poyo Poyo." Kirby cheered, extremely happy that Mr. Mime now has a trainer.
Everyone then turned towards Kirby.
"Hey, little guy. Thanks for saving our butts back there. If it weren't for you, we'd been gone by now." Sawyer said as he patted Kirby on his head.
"By the way, what's your name little guy?" Max asked.
"Kabi Kaabi Kaaabi." Kirby tried to pronounce his name.
"His name is Kirby." Pikachu said.
Ash being an aura user understood what Pikachu just said.
"His name is Kirby? And you know him, Pikachu?" Ash asked.
"Yup. We meant a few years ago back at the Super Smash Brothers tournament. And he cannot speak." Pikachu stated.
"Wow. You two must have some history. By the way I'm Ash." Ash smiled.
"Ash." Kirby said.
"Nice to meet you, Kirby. I'm Serena." Serena greeted, liking the puffball.
"Sena sena." Kirby tried to say Serena's name. Serena just giggled.
"You're so cute." Serena giggled.
"I'm Clemont. Nice to meet you." Clemont said.
"And I'm Bonnie." Bonnie cheered.
"And I'm Max." Max said, hugging Kirby.
"And my name is Sawyer." Sawyer said.
"And I'm Emma and I'm Ash's little sister." Emma said as she hugged Kirby along with Max and Bonnie.
"Cmont, Boni, Max, Syer, Emma." Kirby tried to say some of their names.
"Can we keep him!?" Bonnie squealed.
"Um. I don't know Bonnie." Clemont said.
"Poyo Poyo." Kirby said, wanting to join their side.
"Then it's settled. Kirby wants to come along with us on our journey." Ash said, as the kids cheered.
"Yeah! We'll show those traitors, how strong we really are!" Max said.
That's the end of the first chapter. I don't have any harsh feelings towards Delia and all, but I wanted to make the betrayal sound dark and a little violent. I may not be a best writer, but I'll always try my best to make another one a little more better. I hope you all liked the first chapter. Please review.
