Chapter 1

Team Natsu, a wizard team filled with the Fairy Tail wizards., Natsu Dragneel, Gray Fullbuster, Erza Scarlet, Lucy Heartfilia, Wendy Marvell, and the Exceeds Happy and Carla. As the group was walking both Natsu and Wendy stopped in their tracks.

"Hey, what's wrong you two," Lucy asked.

"Yeah, is something wrong," Happy asked.

"Is something bothering you two," Erza asked.

"Yeah, you two just froze," Gray said.

"Wendy do you smell that," Natsu asked.

Wendy shivered and nodded "Yes,"

"What's wrong is an enemy coming," Erza asked.

Natsu's eyes widened and he immediately pushed the others to the ground "Get down," he shouted.

Once Natsu pushed the group to the crowd, kunais were thrown out of a nearby bush, the group managed to get out uninjured from the attack.

"What was that enemy," Lucy shouted.

"Maybe," Erza stood up "Whoever you are reveal yourself,"

"Yeah, come out and face us," Natsu shouted.

A rustling came from the bushes and there emerged a feminine-looking man who looked similar to a snake. He had pale white skin with golden eyes with purple marks surrounding them. The man wore plain grey garbs with a black polo.

"Ala, impressive for you to know my presences, as expected of a dragon slayer," the man said with a smile.

"Who the hell are you," Natsu shouted.

"My name doesn't matter to you right now, for now, I have an interest in you," the man pointed at Natsu. "Natsu Dragneel,"

"Me, what for," Natsu said.

"You have a power inside of you, that you haven't even realized yet I came to see if awaken that power," the man smiled sinisterly.

"Heh, I don't know what you are on, but if it's a fight you want then you got one," Natsu jumped at the strange man.

FIRE DRAGON IRON FIST

Natsu tried to attack the man but he swiftly dodges his attacks. "Damn it,"

The man smirked and threw more kunai and shuriken at Natsu, but he managed to dodge the attacks.

"Take this," Gray shouted.

ICE MAKE LANCE

Gray fired a bunch of ice spears at the enemy but once again it failed. The man smirked and put his arm forward.

SHADOW SNAKE HAND

It was then a bunch of snakes appeared out of the man's sleeve and headed towards Gray ""You're not the one I'm after,"

"Damn snakes," Gray shouted.

"Creepy," Lucy cried.

"Who is he," Wendy shook as she watched the fight.

"I don't know, but you can feel the power coming from him, its crazy huge," Erza told her "We best be cautious,"

"Right," Lucy nodded.

"Yes. Erza-san," Wendy nodded.

Natsu and Gray continued to fight the snake man but he was too elusive making it hard to land on a hit. Erza then joined and started to slash at the foe, but he dodged her attacks as well.

The man then caught Erza's sword in her hands and eyed her "I see, you're her,"

"Huh," Erza raised an eyebrow.

"Sorry, you don't interest me at the moment," the man then kicked Erza away.

"Huh," Erza reacted, but she was kicked in the stomach.

"ERZA!" Natsu shouted "Bastard,"

The man smirked, and he cut Natsu with his kunai and spin kicked him away. He then punched Gray in the face and kicked him away.

Natsu tried to punch him again, but the man caught his fist, "Hmm it seems you don't have access to that power yet," the man said, a bit disappointed.

"What," Natsu growled. "I don't know what you're talking about,"

"Hmmm, I see I guess you didn't have a great motivator yet," the man said. "If I remember correctly it will awaken if witnessing a great personal tragedy,"

"Huh," Natsu said. It was then the aura around the man felt different. It was growing "What the hell," Natsu shook in fear.

"You feel that," Gray shivered.

"The air grew cold and his power is increasing," Erza shook.

"Who is this guy," Lucy said frightened.

"Scary," Wendy shivered.

The man smirked, then bit his thumb, and started to make hand signs.

"What's he doing," Gray said.

"I don't know," Erza responded "Maybe it's some kind of spell,"

"Are you scared boy," the man looked at Natsu, and the dragon slayer flinched.

The man then slammed his hand on the ground.

SUMMONING JUTSU

Then in a large puff of smoke, the Fairy mages' eyes widened, out of nowhere 5 giant snakes appeared.

"More Snakes," Wendy shook.

"How did they get here," Lucy said.

"Does it matter," Natsu said igniting his fist "We have to fight,"

The man then ordered his snakes to fight the wizards. The snakes then charged at the team and they did their best to dodge.

"Damn these things are huge," Natsu continued to jump.

"And they just keep coming," Gray dodged.

"We just have to keep fighting," Erza told them as she slashed at the snakes.

The mysterious man smirked, then pointed at Lucy, and the snakes headed towards her.

"EH!" Lucy cried "Why they are coming after to me,"

"LUCY!" Natsu, Gray, and Erza shouted.

"Lets see how you react when I kill one of your friends," the man shouted.

"AAHHHH!" Lucy screamed.

It was then in that instant to Team Natsu's shock and horror the snake had ate Lucy.

"LUCY!" they all shouted.

"Lucy-san," Wendy cried as she fell to the floor.

"What happened," Carla shook.

"Lucy was eaten," Happy cried,

Natsu was shaking in anger "You bastard,"

The man smirked feeling Natsu's power increasing "Yes, that's it" his smile turned sinister.

Natsu then charged at the snake and punched it with full force. The snake screeched in pain "SPIT OUT LUCY RIGHT NOW!"

"Yes, use your anger," The man said sinisterly.

Natsu once again punched the snake and it disappeared. And when it did Lucy appeared out of a puff smoke were the snake. Natsu caught her and she was unconsciously covered in snake saliva. Natsu then laid Lucy on the ground and Wendy ran up to her.

"Lucy-san," Wendy said. "Natsu-niisan I'll take care of her focus on the fight," Wendy then looked up at Natsu, and her eyes widened.

"Natsu," both Gray and Erza said, feeling his presence is different.

The man smirked "Now show me your power, Uchiha boy,"

"I don't know who you are, but…"

Natsu then opened his eyes revealing they are different; they were now red with a two tomoe pattern.

"I won't forgive you for hurting my friends,"

"Natsu," Erza muttered, feeling his different aura.

"What the hell happened," Gray said.

"Natsu-niisan," Wendy shivered.

"Ah, your Sharingan has awakened excellent, now I can have some fun," the man smirked.

"Sharingan, what is that," Erza questioned.

It was then Natsu felt the difference in his vision "What is this, I feel like I can see everything, hmm, it doesn't matter now though," Natsu glared at the man "Right now, I need to beat him,"

"Now, let the show begin," the man jumped at Natsu and the two began to fight.

To a shock to the Fairy mages, Natsu was now somehow managing to keep up with the mysterious man.

"What is this," Natsu thought as he dodged the man's attacks "it's like I can read his movements," The two continued to fight, each managing to land and block blows.

"What the heck is going on, we were no match earlier and yet Natsu is keeping up," Gray said.

"Did something happen to Natsu," Erza said. "That man also said something about Natsu awakening a Sharingan is that what happened, is this some kind of new power Natsu awakened," Erza then took notice of Natsu's eyes. She saw that they were now red with a 2 black tomoe pattern.

"Despite just awakening your Sharingan, you already became rather skilled with it, impressive," the man complimented as he jumped away from Natsu.

"Shut up and fight," Natsu kicked the man away.

The man smirked and continued to send a barrage of punches and kicks at Natsu. Natsu then grabbed one of the kunai that were on the ground and used it to attack the man. The two clashed with their kunai, the mysterious man smiling sinisterly.

"Yes, show me more of your power,"

Natsu's eyes narrowed "Fine, you want to see what I can do," Natsu then kicked the man away from him and he took a deep breath.

FIRE DRAGON ROAR

Natsu unleashed a powerful breath attack at the man.

"Did that get him," Gray shouted?

"I think so," Erza smiled "Good Job Natsu,"

It was then Lucy woke up, "Eww, what's on me,"

"Lucy-san, thank goodness you're okay," Wendy smiled in relief.

"What happened Wendy, where's that guy," Lucy asked.

"I think Natsu-Niisan beat him, I think everything is okay now," Wendy told her.

Natsu took a breath relieved that the new enemy was beaten, but then he heard sinister laughter.

"Hahaha," the man laughed once the smoke cleared. "You've shown great skill with the Sharingan despite just awakening it, As expect of the descendent of that 'man'"

Natsu's and the others' eyes widened; they saw that the man was still standing there with only minor injuries. They also saw that the man's skin on his face looked torn and there was another face beneath.

"What the hell are you," Natsu shouted.

"I'm merely a shadow of once a great man," the man answered and he put his hands together making another hand sign. Then to everyone's shock the man's neck extended and started to move his head going straight towards Natsu.

Natsu was too shocked to move, unable to stop the man from biting his neck "Uhh," he winced in pain.

The man's neck then retreated back to his body, "I look forward to your development, Uchiha boy no Natsu Dragneel-kun,"

Natsu then fell to his knees grasping the bite mark on his neck. Erza and the others ran up to him seeing he was in pain.

"Natsu, what's wrong," Gray asked his friend.

"AAHH!" Natsu screamed in pain.

"Look on his neck," Lucy cried, seeing that there was a three tomoe circle pattern on his neck.

"What is that," Happy cried.

"Some kind of spell," Carla wondered.

Natsu continued to scream in pain "AAHHH"

"Wendy is there anything you can do," Erza turned to the sky dragon slayer.

Wendy nodded wiping away tears, "I'll see what I can do,"

They laid Natsu on the ground and Wendy began to use her healing magic on him. "Please hang in there Natsu-niisan,"

The mysterious man appeared in a lab on an airship, he appeared to be working on some kind of experiment.

"Where have you been," a female voice said.

"Ala, Ultear-san," the man said.

"Master Hades wants to know where you went," Ultear asked him.

"Hmm, you can say I found myself a suitable vessel," the man smirked. "Hades will be pleased,"

"I see," Ultear nodded.

"It seems you doubt me Ultear-san," the man said.

"Yes, I still doubt that you are actually him," Ultear told him "That legendary Mad Scientist who was around thousands of years ago,"

"Yes, and No, you can say I am that man's shadow," the man told her.

"Well whoever you are I don't care, as long as you do what you are told," Ultear said.

The man simply nodded "I understand, now please leave I have much work to do, Ultear-san,"

Ultear flipped her hair and turned and walked away "fine, see ya later.."

"Orochimaru,"

Here it is chapter 1 of my reboot of FT: FDS What do you guys think. It's going to be a completely new story but taken in a different direction as the original did not make much sense, also Gajeel, Wendy won't be that involved as in the original as I added them for some random reason because they are my favorite trio.
