Zzzzzeeennnnaaa. I was standing in the middle of pitch black when a boy walked out of it. "Hello there, Zena Winchester." I woke up with a start. I put my hand on my forehead. No one called me 'Winchester'. I had no idea who that boy was. I got up and took a walk down to the beach. I sat there for a good few minutes before I heard something behind me. I went to grab for current. I got up and turned around as fast. It was the same boy from my dream. "Who are you!?" He looked down a laughed. "We never got to properally meet. My name is Alabaster C. Torrington and you are Zena Winchester." "If you know my name, then you should also know that I hate people calling me 'Winchester'."He walked over. I wanted to charge him but I was glued to the spot where I was standing. Alabaster said "You can't move know can you? Do you even know who my mother is, do you?" There was nothing. "Well, I am the only child of Hecate. Right now, you are being targeted by her." As I tried to take this new information in, he charged and finally let me go. I sidestepped and lunged after him. I scarpped him on his forearm.
He got me on my back near my scar from the Minotaur. I winced. I let out a battle cry and charged after him. He jumped up and landed on a tree branch. "Zena Johnson, Savior of the Underworld." I turned around and a young women was standing there. No, not standing, floating there. "Who are you?" She looked up to Alabaster. "Come and stand next to me, my son." It all clicked. She was Hecate, goddess of magic and the Mist. "Hecate." I finally said. She nodded her head. "Yes. That is I. Now, Zena, we need to have a little talk." Her tone sounded so much like a mothers, like a real mother. "What is it that you want?" I said. She put her hand out and something behind me glowed. Alabaster said, "Zena, stay focused on Hecate." Hecate walked forward. "Right now Zena, there is a young girl out in the world and she is facing some of my servents. She is going to head where you are fixing to go." Behind me the glow became more intense. I looked behind me even though Alabaster told me not to. It was a portal of some kind. I could feel the energy that it was producing.
Hecate looked at me. "Her name is Alex Jackson and she is a child of Hades." The next thing I know is that I was sailing through the air into the portal and I came through the other side and it was Camp Half-Blood.
