Narcissa was 3 , Andromeda was 4 and Bella was 5 when Druella dropped a huge bomb in the House of Black. But the head of the house intervened between Druella and Cygnus as Druella's shameful secret impacted the whole Ancient and Noble House of Black.
Walburga scoffed at Druella and demanded she was ejected from the family while she held baby Sirius. Alfred defended Druella even though Cygnus gaped at him. "How are you defending a witch who has a half house elf baby?" Cygnus asked Alfred. Orion just gaped at them both, like Cygnus he was still in shock. However Artuctus Black declared it was a shameful blot on the House of Black but it was nothing to lose their heads over. Which was irony because the baby house elf's fellow house elves always lot their heads.
Kreacher was speechless. "How is a house elf my mistress?" He asked looking at the sleeping baby house elf girl.
"Queit Kreacher," Artucurus snapped. "This house elf is your mistress but she will serve her sisters sometimes and help you." Everyone accepted that. Cygnus and Druella ignored each other as they always did and everything became peaceful. Kreacher raised Dobby while her parents ignored her. Artucurus kept an eye on her. Bellatrix, Andromeda, and Narcissa accepted Dobby as their youngest sister. Sirius and Regalus also accepted her as their cousin.
Dobby had a carefree childhood but sometimes Bellatrix pranked her visciously or enslaved her. Dobby was 50% wizard, 40% house elf, and 10% leprechaun. So she was happy to serve Bellatrix, and sometimes Narcissa. But Andromeda and Sirius tried to treat her like an equal. Kreacher scoffed at her when she acted human, so Dobby was left to make his basket or rags into fake gold plated, that got him in trouble.
On the day before Andromeda was going to Hogwarts they found another quirk about Dobby. The doorbell rang at Grimmauld place. A curious Bellatrix opened the door to see a muggle delivery man holding a large pizza. A furious Bellatrix dealt with him but still took the pizza. This happened a few times with different muggle delivery guys.
Andromeda finally found out Dobby was using her hoes elf magic to appearate to muggle areas to call muggle fast food restaurant and giving them Grimmauld Place address. And they were able to get to it. "Bellatrix is going to whip you even Narcicsa might whip you Dobby. Try to do it when no one is around to see it, because I like the stuff you order," Andromeda warned her.
So Dobby started ordering muggle delivery food when it was only her and Andromeda. But then she started capturing muggles for a few hours. This time Sirius, Regalus, and Narcissa caught her. "Bad Dobby!" screamed 9 year old Narcissa. She tried to punish the midget 6 year old but Sirius and Regalus stopped her.
"Why did you imprison muggles?" Regalus asked as gently as he asked Kreacher.
"I like to lure muggles for fun," Dobby replied. Dobby had a zoo of muggles. "I lets them go after 4 hours."
"I forgot you're part leprechaun and you like luring muggles," Sirius said.
"Don't do it here," Sirius warned her.
Dobby nodded. Soon enough Narcissa went to hogwarts and Dobby sometimes made a muggle zoo when Regalus couldn't keep an eye on her. Two years later Regalus got his Hogwarts letter but Dobby got one too. The Black adults including Bellatrix protested. Narcissa secretly missed Dobby and wanted someone to do stuff for her at Hogwarts.
Artucurus decided Dobby could go under a different name. Dobby easily put glamour charms on herself not that she needed it because no one expected a part house elf Black. Artucurus easily convinced Dumbledore to enroll Dobby as Dobby Crouch, sunce the Crouches begrungingly allowed Dobby to pretend to be one of his half elf relative. Unknown to the Blacks a werewolf was allowed to enroll, and the Hogwarts Headmaster couldn't see any reason why anyone would protest to a house elf enrolling. Dumbledore said he was quite interested in Dobby's unique heritage and she was most welcome at Hogwarts.
Dobby was to stick with Regalus because Regalus would make it known he liked his house elf Kreacher so he took Dobby under his wing. Even when Dobby got sorted in Hufflepuffm Regalus would keep her under his wing.
The Blacks were ashamed of a half house elf Black going to Hogwarts so the kids went to Kings Cross Station alone Dobby couldn't flaunt her magic in front of the Blacks but they relied on her to apparate everyone to an area near Kings Cross station since the kids were too young to apparate.
Bellatrix stuffed Dobby in her trunk then they walked into Kings Cross Station. Andromeda testily reminded Bellatrix they could've disguised her as a child. Bellatrix shrugged her shoulders then pushed her cart to 9 & 3/4s.
Once they all leaned through the barrier Bellatrix started moving her trunk to the train. "Aren't you going to let her out?" Regalus asked, Sirius and Andromeda behind him.
"I'll let her out on the train, I'd like to avoid the questions," Bellatrix snapped.
Andromeda glared at her and grabbed Bella's trunk and gently took it on the train along with her own. Andromeda let Dobby out of Bella's trunk in an empty compartment then shoved the trunk at Bella. "If she messed up any of my stuff I'll make her wish she never escaped to Hogwarts," Bella warned.
"She didn't do anything," Andromeda rolled her eyes. Narcissa checked Bella's trunk.
"It's a good thing your formal robes are on the bottom," Narcissa snorted. Bellatrix glared at her.
The Blacks decided Regalus and Dobby would sit in one compartment while the rest split up so no one would guess Dobby was a Black. They were lucky Barty Crouchjr was Regalus' friend. Regalus would pretend he was being friendly to Dobby Crouch because he liked his own house elf.
Sirius unknowingly passed their corridor with his friends. "Is that your brother with a house elf? Why is there a house elf on the train?" Remus asked, seeing the family resemblance between Sirius and Regalus.
Sirius scratched his head. "Yea I heard that's his friend Barty's cousin. The Crouch family had a scandal when one of them ran off with a house elf."
"Awkward," James said. "So why is Regalus so friendly to them? I can see why Barty sticks around them."
"Reggie is likes other house elves not just ours," Sirius told him shrugging.
Regalus stopped sharing food with Dobby while Barty glared at them. "Or family is respectable and Dobby is just part of it."
"Bro I'm not judging," James replied. Remus was relieved he wasn't the only person on the beast or being divination of the Department of Magical Creature Regulation that was accepted to Hogwarts.
They were distracted by some Slytherins approaching. Rosier, Bella's boyfriend stopped when he saw the house elf. "Oh look one of these firsties got a house elf girlfriend," he crowed. "Are you muggleborn? You must know muggles call that beastiality."
"Shove it," Sirius snapped. "That's my brother Reglaus and his friend Barty."
"Oh another cross breeding blood traitor Black," Rosier's friend Rodolphus laughed. "Sirius hooks up out of his species with muggleborns. I heard he even hooked up with a Hogwarts ghost"
Sirius spluttered, that rumor was kind of true. "It was a one time thing," James said through gritted teeth as the Mauraders raised their wands at the Slytherins. Dobby glanced at them then fumed when they mentioned muggles. She subtly lifted her finger sending Rosier and Rodolphus flying. Rodolphus landed on his nose turning it red.
"You know a lot about muggles," James taunted him. "You should know Rudolph is person everyone always picks on, he's the pick me reindeer." Remus, Peter, and Barty howled with laughter.
Rodolphus and Rosier shoved past Rodolphus' brother Rabastian to leave quickly. Rebastian came in their compartment. "Are you really half house elf half human?" he asked Dobby, leaning into her.
"She's my cousin don't get any ideas," Barty said shoving Rebastian back.
"You don't want a scandal at your house either, your brother would never forgive you," Regalus added. The Mauraders and Barty howled in a laughter again.
"Did Narcissa and Meda reject you again?" Sirius asked. Rabastian refused to answer.
When the sun set after the train reached half way through the countryside everyone changed into their robes. Narcissa burst in with altered robes for Dobby. Dobby snaped her fingers and was wearing the robes. Dobby altered these robes herself, she'd never dare ask Narcissa to do it.
Dobby stepped out of the compartment as the boys changed into their robes. Before she did she saw two redheads strolling through the train. "Are you a school staff?" another redhead appeared shocking Dobby.
"Dobby is a half human cousin of Barty Crouch, headmaster was kind enough to allow Dobby to go to Hogwarts," she replied.
"Never seen it before," one redhead said. "Have you Gideon?"
"Nope can't say I have," the other redhead said.
"Is you being twins?" Dobby asked.
"As much as is you being half house elf," Fabian replied. The two noticed Regalus sitting in tethe h comparment and mistook him for Sirius.
"You know the Mauraders?" Gideon asked.
"And are sitting with them?" Fabian asked.
Dobby knew about the Marauders from Sirius and her sisters b*tching. Bellatrix especially hated them while Andromeda and Cissy found them amusing.
"Dobby is not knowing what the Mauraders is, she is sitting with master cousin Barty's friend Regalus Black," Dobby said.
"Regalus Black," Gideon repeated. "Is he related to Sirius?"
"Black," Fabian finished.
"Dobby is thinking so," Dobby replied. She pretended she didn't know anyone but Regalus. "I saws him when the Slytherins teased master cousin."
"Master cousin is an odd," Fabian said.
"name to call your cousin," Gideon finished.
"Are you treated equal?" Fabian asked.
"Yeh," Dobby nodded, she didn't need to tell them her real treatment as a Black.
"Well if you meet the Mauraders," Gideon said.
"Our competitors," Fabian added. "Tell them we said-"
"Hi," Gideon said. "Or better yet-"
"Join us," Fabian said. "You know your cousin's friend-"
"Sirius Black's younger brother," Gideon finished. "You could tell us-"
"the Mauraders' secrets," Fabian also finished. "Especially because your cousin's friend's brother-"
"Has an unfair," Gideon said.
"Leverage," Fabian replied.
"Dobby will think about it," Dobby bobbed her head, making her strawberry ponytail hit the side of her face. She was another blond like Narcissa.
"Atta girl!" Gideon gave Dobby their card.
