I found Sasuke Uchiha in a heap under a tree, far off from Konoha at the base of my mountain. He was as bad as the Hokage had told me.
I run my fingers over his Curse Mark. "Khione!"
I was thrown back against a tree. I slid down the trunk, bleeding. I struggled to my feet.
Sasuke lunged and stabbed me in the neck with his sword, and then zapped me.
Electricity shocked through my form. I flew into the air and I fell again—right into his arms.
"I'm so sorry."
The electricity stopped, and he held me close, and we both passed out.
The curse mark was worse than I thought. The Dark Priestess must be stopped!
