Summary: The liberation front has their own doctors to treat villains. Dabi gets his own personal one after he started to get Sevier back pain and Toga begging him to see his personal Doctor. And what Dabi learns from this check up might just change his mind.

Chapter 1

Dabi sitting on the chair in a private exam room. He was waiting, he had a lot of tests down on his body today. He had no idea how the villain's obtained so much medical stuff. Dabi had a full out CAT scan not too long ago.

He started to tab his foot annoyed 'Shesh come on already I have shit to fucken do…' the door opened making his groan "About time…"

The doctor in question was very attractive man, Black hair, fair skin and red eyes. Having a large folder in his hand he stepped over to the wall and started to put Dabi's CAT scan images up and turned on the led wall "Not good…"

Dabi frowned and looked at his CAT scan images and his eyes widen. "Dabi…. Some of your vertebrae bones are turning black…. If you go out there and fully go out in a fight… you can become paralyzed or even die… I know how much your quirk does to your body but this is new…. Know it's attacking your bones…."

Dabi just sat there looking at the images with such shock 'become… paralyzed… or die…?' "How much have you been having back pains?" the doctor asked.

Dabi finally blinked and looked down, he was having slight here and there "slightly… so what happens next…?"

The doctor frowns at him "you do not go out and fight… you can't or" "Or I will die, yeah I get it doc but hey I'm already fucking dying from quirk so what's the point?!" Dabi snapped back.

"I'll tell Tomura" The doctor says to him making Dabi go stiff.

"you wouldn't…." he hissed, he knew if Tomura found out about this he would not be allowed to go out and fight.. hell Tomura might even kill him.

"Oh, I would, you need to rethink everything…. I maybe be a doctor working for villains but I'm still a doctor above everything else…. Dabi…. No.. Touya" Dabi's eyes widen and looked up at him with a glare "You need to get out, you need to get healed"

Dabi bites his lip and stood up "And how I'm I gonna do that? Just walk out and leave liberation front? You know how long it took to get this far?! I will not back down because of this!" he snapped at the doctor.

The Doctor sighed and his eyes glowed making Dabi back slightly, he had no idea what his quirk was but his lifted his hand read to use his blue flames. The room was shaking making Dabi look around 'what is his quirk?' then he starts seeing stuff float off the counter and even his jacket and hair started to float slightly.

This made Dabi turn back at the doctor and he had this green glow outline "What is your.. quirk?" the doctor sighs "Psychic, I kept this quirk hidden from the league but I'm a very powerful however is does come with its comebacks…. Touya you need to listen and please do what I ask… I know a place where you can get treatment"

Dabi grips his fists closing his eyes 'I've come so far and know this is stopping me…?'

"Your not the only one how had a fucked up childhood Touya" Dabi opened his eyes looking at the doctor who's quirk died down "I personally also had one… very similar to yours… abusive parent, hated my cousins but I realized that it wasn't their fault it was my father's who was an evil man on the top of that… he tried to train me to hate and kill my own family so he can take over the family…. I was 14 when I ran away, like you. You were 13 weren't you?"

Dabi bites his lip and only nodded 'wait what his name…?' "what's your name…?" the doctor cocked his head to the side and blinked "You didn't even bother to know my name?" he sighs "Levis, Levis Meyers"

Levis sighs softly "Know will you be willing to get this done or?" Dabi groans running his fingers through his white hair and gripping it "Fuck… fine…"

Levis smiled "Good, know go pack whatever you have. We leave first thing at midnight, luckily there isn't any battles tonight… also you might want to let your family know…"

Dabi narrowed "why would I do that?"

Levis shook his head "Do you really hate your siblings? You know it wasn't their fault for what happen to you… you shouldn't grow hatred for Shoto because of your father, he suffered the same as you all the abuse"

Dabi frowns looking down "where should I meet you?" Levis thought for a moment "there is a hidden tunnel under the mansion, we will take that. It will be a long walk to an old barn"

Dabi blinked at him "How do you know there is one?" Levis laughed "I found it by accident now go on I'll see you at midnight" Dabi sighs and leaves the room. Levis relaxes 'well I've been meaning to visit the family anyways….'

Taking out his phone he dialed a number and put the phone is his ear. It rang a couple of times until it was answered with a hello. Levis smiles slightly "Uncle… its me…"

Dabi walks through the halls heading up to his room. Reaching it, he opened and closed it. Locking it he walked right to his bed and laid down, turning his head he see's the cellphone he had gotten. It was burner phone, reached out he grabbed it and went through it with a frown, setting an alarm for 11:50pm. The news is always the same, Endeavor was still a hero after that broadcast he did.

Groaning he put his phone down turned on his side 'is this really gonna end like this…?' biting his lip he felt confused on why this is happening to him. Why was fate being so cruel to him when he was close to ending his father. His eyes closed and drifted off into a sleep.

He woke up with a jolt, someone shook him. Dabi's eyes widen and stood up quickly. Looking around him he see's Levis standing over him, who was wearing something emoish, black skinny jeans, converse and band hoodie "come on wake up, it's midnight… did you even pack?"

Dabi frowns sitting up looked at his phone, it was 12:01am. He had slept through his alarm, sighing he sat up "Sorry…" he grabbed his phone "I don't have anything to pack to be honest… maybe some clothes…"

Levis chuckles "change out of your villain outfit into something else, I'll wait outside in the hall" he said and leaves to room to give Dabi privacy.

Levis standing there waiting for Dabi, he felt a flutter and blush gone over his cheeks. Ever since he meet Dabi months ago he felt a connection to him and dwelled up inside him even more. He knew Dabi to some people was not attractive because of the burn scars and staples but to Levis was very attractive.

The door opened and he turned to see Dabi walk out in a black hoodie, black men's skinny jeans and converse 'wow…. He looks sexy in skinny jeans.. I wonder does it rub against his staples on his legs…?'

"Ready?" Dabi only nodded and followed Levis through the halls but was stopped by Toga. Toga blinked "Dabi..? what you doing… with Doctor Meyers?"

Levis looked at Dabi and nodded, Dabi sighs and pats her head "Sorry Toga… I know how worried you were of me… and you should have been…" Toga's eyes widen "You're… leaving… why?"

Dabi only smiled softly down at her "I have to get treatment done… if I don't I'll become paralyzed or even die…." Toga's eyes widen more and tears start to forum "Dabi…." She hugged him "please come back when it's done…."

Dabi sighs and patted her back "Come on let go crazy" Toga sniffed and let him go as Dabi and Levis walked off. Toga sniffed 'I'll tell tomorrow when I know he's far away… Dabi…'

The mansion was dead quiet at this hour, no one was awake but Toga who they had run into not to long ago. Reaching the hidden tunnel. They slipped into it and began to walk down the long tunnel "So what was this tunnel used for?" Dabi asked.

Levis shrugged "Who knows. Smuggling most likely, I mean this tunnel and the mansion is old so yeah"

What felt like an hour, they reached a spiral staircase and walked up it. Levis using his quirk on pushed it opened and they both stepped out. Dabi looked around to see they were in a barn. Then notices a car that was covered in a cloth, Levis had stepped over pulling off the cloth to reveal a black mustang 'American car? Oh yeah he's American isn't he?'

Levis smiles "Well get on it" Dabi sighs "Is this your car?" Levis laughed "Yup, I put it here just in case I wanted to leave, so come on get in" Dabi only stepped over and opened the barn door and walked back to the car.

Getting in he started it and drove out of the barn quickly. Dabi can see the farmhouse that was abandon and no animals in sight. Reaching the road, Levis drove the car "listen… the place we are going to, I know someone with a teleportation quirk. He can teleport us and the car to were we need to go at"

Dabi blinked 'someone with that quirk?' "I see…" taking out his phone he went through it again. It was close to 2am in the morning, biting his lip he went through his contacts. He had a certain contact that he took from Bakugo. Frowning 'should I…?'
"you should call him"

Dabi jumped and looked up at Levis 'how did he know I was gonna…' but he looked back at his phone and pressed call, putting the phone up to his ear. He listened it ring and ring. But was answered "Hello?" Dabi froze wearing Shoto's voice.

"Little brother…." Thoughs words came out of his mouth. It was quiet for a moment "Touya nii…?" "Yeah…." Dabi say softly.

"how… how did you get my number…?" Shoto had asked him.

Dabi breathes softly "I've had it for awhile… listen… there's something I need to tell you…"

"I don't understand… tell me what? Why do you sound sad…?"

Dabi frowns "I left the Liberation front…." He can tell Shoto's eyes widen, he heard Shoto gasps "What? Why?!"

Dabi leaned back into the car seat "well… I had a wake up call by a certain annoying doctor that works for the group… apparently my quirk is attacking my bones… after seeing my spinal bones turning black… I was told if I go out and full out fight it would be paralyzed me or I would die…"

He hears muffling 'he's crying…' "Touya nii… face time know" Touya frowned but moved the phone away to see Shoto had turned on his camera. He was indeed crying, sitting up on the futon with a small lamp on the dimmed the room slightly.

Dabi sighs and puts on his camera, Shoto can clearly see him and hear the car in the background.

"Where are you…?" Shoto asked.

Dabi looks at him "In a car, my doctor here is taking me to get treatment….?" Levis smiles at him and kept on driving.

Shoto frowned "What kind of treatment?" Dabi looked at him then at Levis who glances at him "You will see once you get there"

Shoto can see Dabi narrow at him but looked at Shoto "Little brother… I'm sorry for everything… tell Fuyumi, Natsuo that I'm sorry…" Shoto's eyes widen at him "don't hang up on me…"

Dabi only smiled "I'll call you again on the progress of my treatment, I promise…" Shoto tears again "Touya nii… please let me know everything… then you can come home and"
"Shoto… you think me coming back home that I would be welcome with open arms? I'm a wanted villain who killed people… its not gonna happen… I'm sorry Sho"

Shoto's eyes widen biting his lip tearing "I… love you…" Dabi's eyes widen at him 'he what…?' a pink flush came on his face "Bye Sho, don't tell the old man" he ended the call quickly and turned off his phone.

Groaning he leaned back running his fingers through his hair with a sigh "that was unexpected…."

Levis chuckles "aww brotherly love" Dabi huffed and flushed more "brotherly love huh?" Levis chuckles at him and kept on driving.

Shoto in dorm room fell back into his futon with a sigh "Shoto" Shoto jumped and sat up fast. He bites his lip he forgot that Natsuo was sharing a room with him here at the dorms because for their safety.

Natsuo's eyes were widen staring at him from his futon. Shoto turned red looking away "how much did you hear?" Natsuo frowns and crawls over and sat down next to him "everything…. I'm a light sleeper know after everything…"

Shoto started to tear hiding his face in his knees "Touya… he's.." Natsuo held him "I know… I guess you forget to tell him I was here…." Shoto nodded "Natsuo… I'm worried about him…"

Natsuo held him more "Same, so you love him huh?" Shoto gasps punches him in the stomach making Natsuo gasp and pull away "Shut up…"

Natsuo hisses rubbing his stomach "Ouch.. shesh… Shoto you didn't have to punch me…"

Shoto pouted and laid back down "go back to bed…" Natsuo shook his head and went back to bed.

It was around 5am in the morning. Levis's car pulled up to rest stop around near the ocean. Levis turned to Dabi and smiles, Dabi was fast asleep. 'he barely gets any sleep, must feel nice to actually get some' looking up he sees his long time friend walking up waving his hand.

Levis nudged Dabi "Dabi wake up" Dabi groaned soflty and opened his eyes to see Levis get out of the car and walk up to someone "Yo Levis! Finally getting out of Japan and back to Grivida?" Dabi blinked 'Grivida…? Wait isn't that…' Grivida, a country was a rhombus-shaped island nation that encompasses the mythical Bermuda Triangle in the northwestern Atlantic Ocean. Due to the fact that Grivida extends several hundred or possibly even thousands of miles outward of the triangle and is surrounded by 15-30 smaller islands.

The place was super hard to get into, he had to special cleanse to even enter the country and teleportation quirks don't work because of there anti teleportation quirk barrier. Grivida was known for its high super technology and the king of the country made sure the rest of the world knows how dominant Grivida is by taking over America couple of years ago. It of course remains America but under the Grivadan king's rule.

"Yeah something like that, I have a friend that needs treatment done or he will die… his quirk is attacking his bones" Levis frowns looking over at the car and they both look at Dabi who was wide awake.

Levis's friend sighs softly "That's rough man, you know I can only teleport a mile away from the main check point… due to the anti-teleportation quirk barrier."

Levis sighs "I know, thank you though" his friend smacked the back of back playfully "No worried my man! I'm always happy to help out a friend who saved me from becoming a slave from my parents" Levis laughed "so you want me to get in the car?"

He nodded "Just go on in the car and I'll open a portal big enough for you to drive through"

Levis nodded and walked back to the car and got in, Dabi frowns at him "Grivida…?" Levis nodded "a place were you can only get treatment" he says starting up the car has Levis's friend opened a portal big enough for him to drive through. His friend grinned "keep in touch Levis!"

"Levis chuckles "Thanks Yuki!" Levis shouted and drove the car right through the portal. Dabi's eyes widen as they suddenly driving down a dark road that covered in trees.

"Well down the mile will be the main gate of Grivida that leads out into the main bridge that will take an hour to drive to Grivida" Levis says. Dabi sighs "You sure they will let me in….? I'm a villain… a wanted one"

Levis face went blank "it will be alright… there's something I forgot to mention…." Dabi looked up at him and frowned "What is it…?"

Levis sighs softly "my title…" Dabi's eyes widen 'Title…?' "I'm the nephew of king Zachariah…. My full title name is, Lord Levis Darken Meyers"

Dabi looked at him with shock 'he's a royal…?!' "your uncle… is the king…?!" Levis nodded "Yup.. after my father was imprisoned my uncle adopted me into the family… he saw greatness in me but I was still a runaway because I refused to kill my family… once in awhile I call and visit.. when I can… he knew I was working the liberation front and did not judge me"

Dabi bites his lip "I guess the boss didn't know of this did he?" Levis laughed "Yeah, he doesn't know, that past is kept secret… you're the first to know besides Yuki"

Dabi sighs and leans into the seat 'this is getting to be to much…' resting his head on the window 'I feel tired more know…' "Dabi you alright?" Dabi frowns "I'm just tired…" Levis frowns reach outplacing his hand on his forehead making Dabi flush "you're burning up…. It looks like your running a fever"

Dabi swears slightly "Shit… know I catch a cold…? What the hell… I haven't caught a cold since a I was young…" Levis glances at him and frowns "once we get settled I'll get you treated at the palace…" Dabi only nodded and closes his eyes falling sleep.

Within a mile, the check point came up opt the main gate, which cars are being aloud and some aren't. Levis reaching the guards, he rolled down his window and the guards looked at him and their eyes widen. Levis lifted his Royal ID.
"Lord Levis! What a surprise, welcome back to Grivida! Do you wish me to inform your uncle that you have returned?" Levis smiled at the guard "Oh no he knows I'm here, I have a brought a friend for treatment" the guard looked over at Dabi who woke up and looked at the guard.

The guard blinked and looked at his hi tech tablet "Mhmm… name?" Levis turned to Dabi who sighs "Touya… Touya Todoroki…" the guard typed in and the screen flashed red "Lord Levis… you do know that your smuggling in a villain…? Known as Dabi?" Levis nodded "my uncle knows"

Guard was quiet and only walked away and they waited for a little bit. Dabi looked nerves "you sure he knows?" Levis nodded "I told him…"

The guard came back with badge "your right, please give this to him and have him wear this, it will secure his safety" Levis nodded and taking it "Thank you" the guard bowed "welcome back to Grivida Lord Levis"

The gate opened and Levis drove through, giving the badge to Dabi "Put it on" Dabi sighs and nodded putting it on his hoodie. "Well then, its an hour extra drive on the long ocean bridge so relax and rest" Levis sighs to him.

Dabi only nodded and leaned head against the window closing his eyes falling asleep again.

In Japan at the mansion, Tomura was sitting on the chair with his handheld game. Toga gulped and walked up to him "Tomura…." Tomura hummed and didn't look up at her "What is it?"

"Dabi… left… us…" Tomura's fingers stopped moving and stood up "What did you just say…?" other members around them gasps softly.

Toga sniffed "He left… because he needed treatment to done…. His personal doctor took him…"

Tomura bites his lip and grips his game console accidently activating his quirk destroying it "he left the league because he needed treatment? For what?!"

"his spine…." Toga tears "He promised he would come back!" Tomura looks even more pissed "He dare to leave without telling me?! He's abandoned us in my eyes, he will not be welcome back! If he shows up again I will kill him!" he turns and walks away "and know I need a new gaming console!" Toga was tearing taking out her phone and texted Dabi 'don't came back…. Tomura as issued you a traitor…. Please don't come back'
