A song of Ice and Fire is owned by: George R.R. Martin

Alayne (Sansa)

I am standing behind a man, he looked as if he has been through four of the seven hells. His clothes dirty, his appearance ragged as if he aged twenty years or so if what I can see. With me two blonde and green-eyed figures, one is a tall beautiful woman the other a man…no not a man, a boy who is just as tall as the woman. The boy is saying words that I cannot understand and then in a moment he gave an order to other man with germ look on his face and eyes that will tell you more than one can see. In one moment later the raged man's head was cleaned off his shoulders and what little I saw was gone to back and all I can hear is howling of wolfs.

I opened my eyes to a dark and cold room it wasn't morning yet and the sun had hours to rise. Cold with sweat this wasn't the first time my dreams of another life came to me. They were not all bad some were good a filled with warmth and love, but lately my dreams have been filled with these night tears of someone else's past and they always end with wolfs howling. The fire had gone out in the night so the room had a clean yet rich scent of leftover smoke from the embers and the new snow that had been fallen since that in the courtyard with Lord Baelish and young Robert. I laid back into the bed letting my eyes adjust to the room taking in the cool air saying to myself 'It was only a dream, that monster is gone and you are safe in the Eyrie for now.' I sat up, pulled my top blanket off the bed and wrap it around my shoulders as I begin to get up from the bed. The room is small but there is space for a small fire place, a bed, a tiny table with a stool, a standing basin and a trunk that is so far has barely anything in it; bedsides some dresses, a coat and a pair of gloves. I slipped on a pair of slippers that one of Lady's of the tiny court that Lady Lysa held here gave me as a welcoming gift. With the blanket still wrapped around me I left my room and made my way past all of the sleeping chambers that held some members of Lady Lysa's court. When I got to Roberts's chamber, I open his door slightly to try not to wake the little lord. I see his little body laying in his bed snuggling one of his mother's nightgowns' along with his doll. It has only been a few days since that fatal day with Lady Lyas and the moon door. I looked over to see the door that connects to the master chamber where Lord Baelish resides in still since the first day of arriving and rushed into marrying Lady Lysa. Once I close Robin's door and slipping past Lord Baelish's bedchamber, I make my way to the servants enters away from the bedchambers down a flite of stairs that will lead me to the servant chambers and then on to kitchens. The kitchen was so warm and inviting it reminds me mornings back in Winterfell, but that is no longer my life that memory belongs to someone else.

I looked around the kitchen some servants sitting around a table breaking their morning fast and chatting among themselves, the baker and his apprentice prepare loafs of bead and other baked goods. Kitchen maids prep different fruits, vegetables and meats for the cook to use in the morning for the lords and ladies while the cook's apprentice keeps an eye the servant's morning meal. I spotted an empty chair by a small table away from the other servants on the other side of the kitchen near by the scullery. Not one of the servants has question me since my first morning in the Eyrie and exploring this side of the castle since I am a Stone after all and bastards do not have a place like most lord's or ladies do, but we are not servants either; we are just lost "This is what Jon must have felt like." I mumble to myself. After some time had past, I began to make my way back to my room to get ready for the day.

The sun wasn't fully risen when I enter the chamber to see one of the maids in the middle of laying down a fresh fire to warm up the room, she stood up quickly wiped her hands on her apron and gave a quick bow and apologizes for not finishing her duties sooner. "It is fine, don't worry about the bed I can take care of that just go fetch me some hot water so I can wash the night off and a cup of tea." I order the maid "Yes M'lady" answers gave another quick bow and ran out of the chamber. I found my way back onto the bed and lay down on my side facing the widow. The sky was still grey and snow is still falling down, the room began to feel warm again. Not a moment to soon two maids came in one with a pincher of hot water to fill the basin with and some soap and a small towel. The other maid had a small tray that had a mug of mint tea, a small jar of honey and a plate with some sliced lemons on it. She set the tray down on the small table, I got up from the bed removed my blanket that I was using as a makeshift shall and walked over to the maid by the wash basin and began to wash my face with the hot water that cooldown a bit and using a bit of the soap that smelled like fresh tea from Doren; that stinging a little when applied onto the skin. After washing my face and drying off with the towel the maids take their leave and I take a seat on the stool at the tiny table placing to slices of lemon and a big spoonful of honey into the tea for sweetness. Throughout the early morning I slip my tea and dress in a simple dark gray wool dress, set my hair in a simple half bun with my lower hair free flowing curling down a little past my shoulders. Once dressed I head out to the master chamber to join Lord Baelish and Robin to break our fast together as we have always done.

I enter the master chamber that seems to be a small apartment, the main enters your greeted with a large smoothed oak wooden table that is surrounded by four chairs made with the same oak as the table. On the left side of the main room there is a door that leads into Robert's room and on the opposites side of the room an open wall with side crowning of birds and a painted white moon in the center; that leads to Littlefinger's bed chamber. I see Robert sitting at one end of the table playing with his doll that he keeps on him at all time trying to feed the poor thing his porridge and Petyr at the other reading letters that came during the night and slipping on a hot black water that smelled bitter and tasted just as it smelled, that came from the Summer Isles. I take my seat in the middle and a servant placed a bowl of hot porridge topped with roasted pumpkin, nutmeg and sweeten with a touch of honey. I grab the small pitcher that has some goat's milk left over and I poured a few splashes onto the porridge. Before even taking my first bite I hear the usually morning greeting from Petyr "Good morning my sweet beautiful emdaughter/em, how did you sleep?" "Very well my Lord, any news from the outside today?" I replied looking at the number of open letters that were on the table next to his cup. "Nothing to worry your pretty little head about, you have gotten a letter from Highgarden thought, I have taken the liberty of opening the letter for you my sweet." He answered and with the snap of his finger the servant came back towards me and place the open letter next to my bowl. "Thank you, father I'll read it later and good morning Sweetrobin." Robert looked away from his doll "Alanyna! Guess what?" the look of excitement on his pail sickly little face "What is it Sweetrobin?" I replied to his question. "It's snowing again, can we go out and play after our meal if it is not to cold out and…and…and…" "Slow down Robin we well see I would like to read my letter first and see if I need to reply to who ever sent me the letter." I interrupted him before he makes even more plans for our day together. "Why you can do that later Alanyna; please Alanyna let us play, sleep, kiss and read me the story about the Winged Knight." The gleam of Robert's big brown eyes shined of his response which was so nice to see since most days his eyes are cloudy because of his daily taking of sweetmilk and sweetsleep to help with his fits, but today seems to be one of Robert's better days' where he wants to play his favourite games of come-into-my-castle and spin-the-sword. Also watch puppet shows and sing songs about animals. That what was a good day with Robert contain, on his bad day he would be laid up in bed by being bleed and filled with sweetmilk if he was awake and sweetsleep when he sleeps, it is not his fault for being born sickly and weak. "Robert that is enough, Sweetrobin eat your porridge then go back to your room so Maester Colemon can start your daily lessons. I will not have the little Lord Arryn wonder about out there in the snow again since we are leaving soon and Alanyna has to help the other ladies of the court to prepare for our journey down to the Gates of the Moon." Petyr order Robert to do so and Robert began to eat at last. After the meal I walked Robert back to his room and wait for the Maester to take over my duties over the young lord. Once back in my chamber the fire still roaring, the room is clean and lighten with candles. I take my seat at the small table to read the letter from Highgarden.

Lady Alayne Stone,
I hope you are doing well and safe in the Eyrie, I will get to the point my grandson Willas have been given the news about your where abouts and your true identity. I encourager you to write to him to keep your moral up, do not worry child these letters will be safe between myself and Littlefinger. We have both agreed that this form of kindship because these are hard times and we need as much friends as we can get even if these friends have to kept a secret until it is safe and peace has been restored. I please write soon we look forward to your letter.

-Lady Olenna Tyrell

After reading the letter from Lady Olenna, I got up from the stool and left the room and made my way down to Maester Colemon cell to fetch paper, ink, a quill, wax and an unused seal. Once I found paper, ink and a quill, I start looking for wax and a seal and spotted a stick of black wax and a halfmoon seal. I grab it and made my way back to my chamber to start composing two new letters one for Lady Olenna and the other to her grandson she and Margaery told me about another life time ago, but the letters will have to wait since the final noble ladies of the Eyrie are waiting on me to begin the court winter proposants move down to the Gates of the Moon.

A/N: Thank you for reading and some side notes about some of the items so everyone is on the same page, this is set between a Strom of Swords and a Feast for Crows. The tea leaf soap is based of tea tree face wash, the black water is coffee because I think we all know that if Littlefinger does drink coffee he would drink it black. Also, I love reading comments and feedback so feel free and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you so much for reading again and I'll see everyone in the next chapter. -Cherry
