A/N thanks for your reviews and support.

WhiteElfElder: thanks for your review, my friend. That's exactly right! It's too bad the Light is so prejudiced against things they don't understand.

...

Finally, the meeting ended and they were dismissed. Harrison kept close to his guardian who took the time to speak with a few of the other Lords. They were out in the hallways of the Ministry now.

Corvus said, "You did well today, Harrison. Many of us were surprised when you chose to sit with Lord Yaxley rather than with the Light Lords."

He was fishing for information. Maybe he should throw the old man a bone. It eventually gets out about his apprenticeship with Tarloc. Or as the rest of the Ministry and Lords knew him, Lord Selwyn.

Harrison answered keeping an eye on those around them, "Lord Yaxley has taken over my guardianship. He has been kind to me and has been teaching me about my Lordships."

Corvus questioned incredulously, "You didn't know?"

Harrison shook his head as he said, "Nope. I didn't know anything about Lordships until I started my apprenticeship. Master Selwyn taught me what he could but he's too old to take my guardianship. After what happened a few weeks ago he called Lord Malfoy and Yaxley. I had to choose between them as they were trusted by my master."

"And you choose, Lord Yaxley," finished the older Lord, "You should have been learning this since you were young. Even the most stingy Lord starts teaching Heirs by the age of 7. How often did you see Lord Dumbledore? As you magical guardian he should have been teaching and checking in on you."

Harrison turned so that he could fully look upon Corvus as he asked, "What do you mean? I never met Headmaster Dumbledore before I started at Hogwarts. I didn't even know I was a wizard until my 11th birthday."

"Excuse me?!"

That caught the attention of Corbin who glanced back at them. After a moment he excused himself from his conversation.

Corbin asked looking between them, "Is there a problem, Corvus? Harrison?"

Harrison wouldn't meet his guardian's eyes. Corvus's reaction told him that what happened was not normal. He hated feeling like a freak. All he wanted was to be a normal wizard.

Corvus glanced around before he said, "Not here. Maybe we could have a meeting at your manor?"

A frown crossed Corbin's face but he nodded, "Come by the manor after we are done here. Harrison, it's time to go."

Looking up he saw what had caused Corbin to declare such a thing. Dumbledore. He was right it was time to go before the old man had the chance to corner them.

They quickly excused themselves and made their way to the apparition point. Part of the way there the hairs on the back of his neck stood up. The feeling of unease coupled together with danger overcame him. Harrison immediately reached his magic out to their surroundings.

At first, he couldn't feel anything of note. The wards were sound and were not trying to prevent them from leaving. No one special was near them. So what set off his senses?

On his second sweep using his senses born from seeker missions, he felt it. Spinning on his heel Harrison looked up a vicious snarl on his face. Above him on a balcony looking down was the Professor. He must have been wearing a glamor for he looked nothing like what others described him as.

The Professor was a tall thin man with light brown hair and onyx eyes. He wore a white suit with a scarf hanging from his shoulders. On the index finger of his right hand was a ring. The ring that held one of the three legendary titans.

Automatically his hand went straight for his own titans. His mind was running through the options of fighting. There weren't many of his titans on him. He packed light given that they were going to the Wizengamott, not on a mission. That in itself was a mistake. He didn't even have his holotome with him. No backup would be coming either.

His hand touched the cold metal of Freelancer the invocation on lips. A hand however spun him around and he released the amulet. He was halfway through calling out Armourbrand when he recognized Corbin.

Clearly worried the man asked, "Harrison what is it?"

Harrison said trying to force himself to relax, "There was a man. I thought I recognized him."

He couldn't start a fight here. The Ministry already thought him half-mad. If he attacked someone without provocation they would throw him in Azkaban for sure.

"A man?" His guardian sounded quizzical.

Harrison gave him an odd look as he turned around to point where the Professor had been, "Yes he is right the..."

Harrison didn't get any further for when he looked there was no one there. The space where the man had been before was now empty. A cold shiver ran down his spine as he checked around them. Still, there was nothing. No Professor. No enemy.

Corbin bent down so that he was eye-level with Harrison as he asked, "What is it? Who did you see?"

There were no questions if he was sure that he had seen anything at all. Instead, he wanted to know if there was something he should be worried about. It was the first time an adult besides Tarloc in the Wizarding World had validated him. Made him feel as if he was worth something beyond his name or who his parents were.

For a moment he considered lying and playing it off. If he was at Hogwarts that was exactly what he would have done. There had only been one exception in his time at Hogwarts. And it turned out that person wanted him dead. Used to bring back Voldemort for a war he wanted no part of. He would have brushed it off because no one there ever really saw him for the person he was. This was Corbin though. Corbin seemed to care more than he thought was possible. So Harrison would take a chance.

Harrison said reigning his magic back in, "I saw a man, a seeker with the Organization. They call him the Professor. No one knows much about him except that he can turn the will of those against him to working for him. We believe the ring he carries is the Legendary Titan of Mind. The only thing was he looked different than the few reports we have on him. He was skinnier and had hair. Not like he was suffering from the curse of the Legendary Titans."

Corbin nodded and said, "Okay. You can tell me more about this when we get home. There is obviously more you're not willing to say here."

Warmth filled Harrison's chest as they apparated back to the manor. He was actually being listened to for once.
