There are places beyond the realms of magic, science, divinity, reality, sanity, and even the Outer Reaches filled with Those That Should Not Be. Though calling them places is about as accurate as saying a blue whale breaching the surface is the same thing as a small-town middle school pep rally. So not at all really but in this case, it is quite literally the only description available that doesn't require literal mountains of books worth of philosophy, mathematics, and the ability to transcend reality once read fully.

One of the most well-known, and subsequentially most misunderstood, of these places is known as L-Space. The Library Space connects every single collection of knowledge throughout the universe, multiverse, local multiverse cluster, omniverse, and etc... Honestly, just nod along like it makes sense and let's continue on with this introduction, shall we?

The most easily understood aspect of L-Space is that it contains all the information that was, is, could, should, will, couldn't, and shouldn't. Making sense of this vast infinite amount of information is a task fully in itself.

A deeper function of L-Space is that Knowledge is useless unless it has purpose. So across the Infinities L-Space manifests in a far more tangible form than usual. A place where a purposeful subsection of knowledge exerts its will onto reality wanting to have a purpose.

It is through these circumstances that we find ourselves looking upon an extremely unique cross-section of reality. One in which the fate of the Wizarding World is far different than originally envisioned. So let's have a brief history flashback for some wonderful exposition!

Godric stared at the castle in the distance surrounded by a massive forest, lake, and sprawling grounds. Looking down from the mountain where his companions stood beside him he hitched his pack and thumped the ground with his Staff.

A wave of magick rolled ahead of him flinging rocks and bramble into the air before stopping a few hundred steps ahead of him. A wall of some form was there, encompassing the entire new space that had appeared within the last moonrise.

Helga huffed and nodded at the latest attempt matching every other attempt.

"Well we've tested every side and it is all the same. So we enter now?"

The other three nodded in agreement and the four friends stepped as one into the strange magickal place that had suddenly appeared. The lords of the surrounding lands had been most intrigued, and alarmed, at the sudden appearance of such a large hold.

While the four power houses had been looking to settle down for good in recent months the pay for this was far to good to pass by.

The four took a few steps into this strange place before stopping as one to stare at what appeared before them.

"Welcome to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! As the first to enter this place of LEARNING you have been granted Founder Status. The ability to freely exit and enter Hogwarts, Headmaster privileges and more!

"After exploring the grounds and having learned the basics of Hogwarts you will be responsible for creating a Tutorial for future students! Enjoy your chance to LEARN at Hogwarts!"

Rowena was the first to respond as she noticed the others seemed to have seen the same thing as her.

"Well this will be interesting."

The strange success of Hogwarts was like a beacon across the world of magic. Many witches and wizards who managed to both survive and learn from Hogwarts went on to spread the knowledge they had gained. Soon more schools began forming throughout the world. Each school having teachers who had dived through the depths of Hogwarts and brought back treasures of knowledge. As time went by eventually most schools throughout the world had accumulated enough knowledge to no longer be dependent upon Hogwarts.

Still students entered the school and left forming their own schools specialized in areas. Families had built vast amounts of information on making the most of the knowledge held within. Strategies based entirely around where knowledge most useful for their line could be found. How to avoid the many dangers of Hogwarts and more.

This led to an ever-widening gap of knowledge and power for those students along with their families that had been attending for generation compared to first time students. Even among the Old Families those more successful reached higher and higher levels further separating themselves.

It was into this world that a young Tom Riddle found himself thrust. Both ecstatic and angered in equal measures upon receiving an invitation to Hogwarts.

He learned how he would likely find himself trapped within the school for years before he was judged by the school as having learned the amount needed to leave. It was honestly something he was looking forward to, being away from Woolsworth for years at a time.

That the old families, those who had at least three generations of knowledge built up, of a Pure Hogwarts education, Purebloods as they were called, were not bound by this restriction rankled him.

They had learned the secrets to leaving the school for breaks. On how to be able to come and go for months at a time in the summer. On visiting the local town outside the School a few times a month, and more such tricks.

They wouldn't spend weeks upon months just learning to find information to pass onto the next phase of learning. Those Purebloods would be aware of where that knowledge already was, of how to best use it, to come and go for further instruction as the years went by.

He would prove himself the better though, through any means necessary.

Harry Potter nodded to himself as he strode towards the Hogwarts Express. The head groundskeeper Hagrid had told him about his heritage. About his place in the world of Magic, the truth he had seen himself in Diagon Alley.

His parents, both having passed the Gryffindor Tutorial, were the two youngest multi-mastery students in several hundred years. His father had masteries in Combat, Transfiguration, and Spatial Control, which seemed to be using magic to move or something like that. Hagrid had just said his dad was bleeding good on a broom.

His mother was no slouch either, having masteries in Charms, Rituals, and Enchanting. They had both apparently been offered a unique opportunity of some type by Hogwarts itself for a greater education. It had been an extremely limited time offer and they had went for it. Both were well aware of many ways to leave the school as needed and as such had accepted right away. Knowing they would be back soon they left their only son with their dear friend Sirius Black promising to return soon to make better arrangements. A few months later Sirius left the toddler with Peter Pettigrew and dove deep into Hogwarts trying to find his missing friends. Peter soon was called by the Dark Lord, Voldemort, who still sought ways to take control of Hogwarts from the Headmaster, to come to Hogwarts.

With Remus off doing who knows what on some mission for the Headmaster Peter turned to Harry's only remaining family. Dropping the boy off with his Muggle family, along with more than a few spells to ensure their co-operation, he returned to Hogwarts to attend his master.

Voldemort had found a side-branch of sort of the L-Space that made up Hogwarts. He intended to use this to forcefully reshape Hogwarts to his own liking. Making him more than just the Headmaster, no he would be the ruler eternal of this great fount of information. Growing in power and knowledge more with each passing day.

His desire to hoard this knowledge was anthema to the subsection of the L-Space that had formed Hogwarts. It was a desire to have a purpose in getting others to LEARN that had formed this place. So it had reached out and brought in as many powerful scholars as it could.

The Potter parents were among the best of those who answered the call, and they were given access to deep knowledge far beyond most would dream could even exist.

The wars waged deep in L-Space, far below the basic layers of Hogwarts that Students attending accessed, were brutal and powerful. It was only after months of brutal warfare did the Potter parents succeed in their mission.

They had broken the side-branch into base parts and scattered it across L-Space. Forever baring the Dark Lord access to controlling Hogwarts. The Dark Lord himself was severely damaged from this attack and if not for the rituals he had already preformed would have died. Still his physical form was destroyed and his soul damaged enough that it was been forced to go into hiding.

It was not without cost though, his parents and their dearest friends had all been lost as well in the sundering of the side-branch. Yet Hogwarts rewarded those who had done so much for it and Potter parents had their names engraved into the schools list of Most Honored Attendees.

There were less than ten names upon that list and two of them were parents of a future attendee. The whole of the wizarding world was in anticipation of what heights such an illustrious child would reach.

No pressure or anything right?

Harry took a deep breath and boarded the train finding an empty compartment. Organizing his thoughts he pulled out another of the many various journals his parents had left behind. He had inherited the entire Potter estate upon their being deemed lost. They were not dead, simply deemed lost indefinitely.

Combined with having two parents as Most Honored Attendees meant no one tried to steal or hide anything of the Potters. It also meant he had a fair bit of knowledge to dig through in a really short amount of time. Honestly a month was not even enough time to even organize it all much less read it all.

He had found a few of his parents note books from their early years and planned to make the most of those while he was at Hogwarts. Luckily his father had bragged about the many ways he knew of how to leave the school in his early books so Harry at least wasn't going to be like the many various first comers who had no idea on what was going on.

Hogwarts itself required an unknown amount of newcomers, first generation magical, with no real prior knowledge. To be selected by Hogwarts as a first comer was a great privilege for the new students. Outside of Britian it was a massive boon to their resume granting many open doors that otherwise would be closed. Inside Britian though the Purebloods had long established their supremacy and had no room for the new comers.

He had just begun reading when the door to his compartment opened and he saw a new face.
