FINALLY BACK!! Listen here guys, I've been thinking about it and I'm planning on doing a book two about this. That's right, this will be the last chapter before I do a book 2 on this on a later date. I won't tell you what will happen In the second story, but all I will say is that is will be suspenseful in the beginning.

PS: could not post this earlier because I was very busy and I've been trying to shave off a good portion of things that I've been having on hold for a long time. And for some reason I was unable to post this from my app for ages and It took forever to figure out what was wrong. I found out what the real bug is, well technically not a bug but a new (annoying) feature, when you go to make a new chapter you have to make sure you set it to story and not document otherwise it won't be able to be posted now, I know that sounds kind of redundant since there wasn't any issue about that before as you can easily post your stuff if it was on document or story, But oh well, at least I know what the real issue.

Enjoy this last chapter here!!!!!

??? P.O.V.

Weaknesses.

There were many definitions for this word such as:

The state or condition of lacking strength.

A quality or feature regarded as a disadvantage or fault.

A person or thing that one is unable to resist or likes excessively.

A self-indulgent liking for anything you can think of.

Though the true definition, in my own long standing acknowledgement, for it would be this:

A Weakness is defined as a lack of strength or a character flaw, or something that you cannot resist.

It could also be the same as vulnerability, a weak link, a drawback.

All in all the very opposite of strength, control and power.

Everyone has them.

Simple as that.

No matter who you are we all have a weakness one way or another, whether big or small, silly or humiliating, minor or serious, ridiculous yet decent or sinful and shameful, whether few or too many to count.

I've always known that, its there clear as day as no human was infallible.

Since I was a child I had learned early at a young age that all men are not created equal, all men were vulnerable in many ways, even those who don't seem to have even one vulnerability actually do but keep it hidden for one reason or another.

Quirks were not the only things that had their own weakness and drawbacks on the people how inherited them.

Yes I myself can admit that I too have my fair share though mine were more hidden given my profession, control of my abilities and physical status, but yes even I have them despite making firmly sure that no one knew or thought otherwise except those I deeply trusted though any one in that category were so small in number that it almost seemed virtually non-existent.

It was strange that despite how many years I've been alive and how strong I was now that I was still aware of this common, or what should blatantly be simple, fact.

Especially when it came either to my adversaries, my minions or, more especially, heroes.

Such as a certain blonde hair hero who has been a thorn in my side for too long, who I should've killed when I had the chance years ago, who I wanted to make suffer not only for his interference but so to ensure that that quirk wouldn't ever oppose me again and instead have it return back to me whether He will give it up or not (though shame to admit that to this day I still don't know how it can be transferred from one user to another).

I had to give the man some credit, he did well to hide this from everyone, and to make it seem like he had no weaknesses at all, make it seem like he was so strong that he didn't have any.

And for a time, even I believed that as well which was really saying something.

But alas it was only a matter of time before any weak points he worked tirelessly to hide would eventually rise to the surface whether the fool was aware of it or not, no matter how hard you try any flaws or weak link's we have will make it's presence known whether subtly or as a big neon sign flashing in the night.

As the rain poured hard and heavy outside of My office as the time of night was late as it was well past midnight, I stared at this delightful piece of evidence that a little bird had shown me of him much earlier that evening.

(And I do mean that literally as one of my spy's had a bird type quirk that I rarely every called for assistance due to this spy usually being stationed at the border of Japan and China who had been loyally working for me for a year and a half)

This image may've been taken while passing by in a rush due to the dangers of getting struck by lightning as Musutafu was suffering a very nasty lightning storm hence the blurriness, but thanks to the latest technology in making such a picture come into clear focus it wasn't too long before it became clear enough to see what it was.

To say I was truly ecstatic by the results was an understatement, as my grin, which could be nearly identical to that of the iconic Chesher Cat from Alice in wonderland, never left my face since the results came in.

"So many years of being a hero and yet you still continue to amuse me when you're not annoying me to death with you infernal meddling, I understand that even you can get lonely and long for companionship, we all long that, I commend you for your efforts to keep this secret for so long... though alas you've let your guard down and now I know you have such a delicious weakness that I look forward to ... examine and dissect at my leisure." I spoke aloud, as I went to print it for later use.

"But sadly ... the project I have in mind to use is not quite ready yet, so I'll hold off on it until further notice, though this will give me time to observe things before I strike. Still I'm pleasantly surprised that after doing some evaluation that one of my minions actually has a connection to you in a manner of speaking, though she is currently rotting in prison, I still learned a lot from looking into her profile alone." Saying this as I collected the picture after it finished printing from the printer that was on my desk.

A mere knock at the door was what caught my attention as I turn to it, telling the person to enter as the door opened revealing my friend and Doctor who had a handful of files in his arms.

This made me smile even more knowing what they were, and as usual he needn't tell me what the files were about.

"I trust that I didn't interrupt you from anything?" He asked me as I replied, "Not at all old friend, I've just been looking back on recent events."

"No surprise there given what your spy had discovered, still to think this was all merely by chance rather than by pure observation, it still baffles me a little." He stated as he handed me the files.

"Indeed, still one would be surprised with what one may find while in passing, even if just by chance whether the circumstances are calm or stressful or more often than not unexpected." I stated myself as I accepted the files after setting down the printed picture that was in my hand, wondering briefly how my spy was doing given that he had to be seen by the doctor due to one of his wings and his left leg getting broken from crashing into 4 skyscrapers in his desperation to avoid being turned into a lightning rod, The fact he even managed to return here despite that was a wonder of its own Especially given how heavy his own wings were alone If either one was badly damaged.

"But of course, speaking of which, he's doing alright, had to reset his bones and give him a heavy dose of morphine, but other than that he'll be back on his feet with enough rest and healing sessions for the next few days. He eagerly awaits your next order as soon as he's given the clean bill of health." He informed me as I simply shook my head, knowing him too well, but in response I said:

"That's good to hear but I believe he's in need of a vacation once he's all healed, 2 weeks, he's more then earned it given this excellent bit of priceless information he's given me and that he had to brave such a storm to get it, not to mention that he's been working overtime lately just to get his assignments done right. Please inform him of this and tell him to have a fun time, but to be on standby Incase something comes up."

My old friend nodded before I dismissed him as he walked back to the door, closing it behind him as he left.

Left alone with my thoughts again as I set the files down on my desk, not opening then right away as I turned back to the picture that I printed only moments ago.

"Enjoy your time with them while you can All Might, because someday soon, you and I will cross paths yet again, and this time you'll lose more then what you had years ago." I mused as I chuckled, imagining the look on his face once he realizes that he had just signed their obituaries for his latest and most certainly his greatest blunder.

But for now I'll wait until the time comes to make my move.

I've waited nearly 2 centuries for a true victory, waiting another year or so won't damage my plans in the slightest.

Bum-Bum-BUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMM!!!!!
What do you think?
Tune in to the next book to find out more, until then, TTFN!!
