Dr Smith was running. He was now running down the corridor of his son's primary school as fast as he could to get away from the recent interaction as quickly as possible. He felt terrible. Terrible for being so late. Terrible for how he treated his son's teacher, and terrible for lying to her. But that's what the doctor does. He lies.

14. Quick Update

Just another quick note! I haven't abandoned this story. I've just been on a roll with my other fic 'The Doctor and The Ganger" and have unfortunately been neglecting this story. I've got it all in my head, just haven't had time to write it down with work and life and other obligatory excuses. I'm actually going to be MIA for another week. I've got a wedding to attend (in another country) and it would look bad if I didn't at least make an appearance, given it's my fiancee's wedding. She'd be super pissed at me if I didn't show :P

All that to say, our 3-year-old daughter is going to look super cute in her flower girl dress.
