After seeing "Spider-Man: No Way Home", I questioned what sort of villain(s) Naruto Namikaze/Firebrand would face that would require the Naruto of the 458th Universe to come in. It was originally going to be a soul swapping one where both Narutos are using the other's abilities which would take time to try and control them, the event ending with the two blonds giving half of their own powers to each other and defeating a powerful enemy.

Instead of that, I have decided the story would take place after a future part in FIREBRAND which results in Infernus betraying Naruto for selfish reasons, in an early part, possibly in Part IV of FIREBRAND, and Naruto being dealt a heavy blow fighting an enemy who, despite being just Human, defeated him, greatly injured someone close to him, and made him go out of control. This human enemy is an original and pushes him beyond any Devil, God, or Hidden Gap foe he's faced.

Following this, Naruto would go on a restless vigilante spree, one where he doesn't pull his punches but is still moral. Eventually he would question if everything would be better for everyone had he not been at Death's door in Part 0, since everything that has happened after from 0-Part IV, or V, would take a toll on him. This question would lead him to make a reckless request to Saori Agares, who decides to help show him what life would have been like if "that night" never happened using ancient Time Magic that can show him the possibilities. Seekvaira, getting wind of this, would fight Naruto in an attempt to stop it, knowing the possibility of seeing the answer would only make how he's feeling worse, and that the spell connects to the universe. The fight would interrupt the spell which would pull enemies and allies Naruto has faced/met from other universes.

What won't change is that it won't be the only time universes cross over. The second one will be in a multiverse crossover with Rising of the Shield Hero, where Firebrand will have a sort of role to play when 458th Universe Naruto seemingly perished during the crisis, though we all know he won't go down that easy. He will also meet Naruto-Prime, who is canon Naruto. The third and possibly final crossover will involve Narutos of nearly every universe, though the main focus will be six Narutos. One of the Narutos will be one made by NaruHina Chronicles creator mattwilson83, who allowed me to use him as long as he is credited. Naruto-Prime will also be in it, though it will be the Part I version.

That said, this is a redone preview of what's to come.

"Whoever that guy with the explosive clay, that gross threads guy, and that now-dead crazy person with the triple bladed scythe were, they knew you Naruto," Seekvaira told her Rook, sounding calm, but angry about the situation. "That botched up spell pulled in more than those two here, which you already know since you came in unannounced while we were fighting them and fought them, like a shark man, a puppet controlling an army of puppets, and a pair of bulky people to name some what we do know are here. I don't know why they're after you, but if we don't deal with them, together, all those people down there, even more, will be caught in the crossfire."

"I get it..." said Naruto, clutching his fists in frustration.

"This couldn't have happened at the worst time. Infernus is out there somewhere, hopping from body to body to find a new host, and my Rook hasn't slept for more than a month, pulling a rebellious phase on me and taking his anger out on criminals at night, including the small ones." Seeing him walk off, she asked him where he was going.

"That C4 guy and those others that are visiting from wherever they came from are after me, right? If that's the case, it's better me than anyone else."

"Naruto, need I remind you that you haven't been home for more than 30 days, you've pushed away everyone around you, and the only time you're around is when you're attending school. Don't make this difficult for us. If you do-"

"You'll take me down?"

"I wasn't going to say that but if it comes to it then knocking you the hell out is more like it," Seekvaira answered. "You don't have Infernus and you are suffering insomnia. That makes it easier me to deal with you." When asked if she was sure she could do it by herself, she says there was only one way to find out. Before they could duke it out, Seekvaira receives a call from Rias, taking the call."

"Hello?...Guests at Naruto's house? Who?" Seeing his King's eyes widen, he demanded to know what was going on.

"I'm the one who makes demands from you, my rebellious Knight," she tells Naruto. "And to answer your question...you'll need to go home."

"A place like that doesn't exist, no."

"Aliens?"

"No we do not have aliens I believe. Does where you come from have aliens?"

"We do, too many to count. The bulky guy with the glowing weapons and the one who tried to absorb attacks from your friends are one of them."

"Really!?...Is there a Keito Kotomine in your universe?"

"No, just your sister, Caren. Your father is dead. Died in the Fourth Holy Grail War."

"Fourth!? We only had three before the decision was made to end it!"

"Don't get me started on the Fifth one, which took place all over the world and within Singularities."

"Fifth!? I'm curious as to how that happened." Arriving home through a sling portal, Naruto and Seekvaira looked surprised when they see Keito having tea with a kunoichi with short purple hair and Xenovia. Noticing the two, the girl looks their way. That surprised Naruto the most was that the girl had a strong resemblance to Ayano, and Xenovia's left arm wasn't wrapped up with a Holy Shroud.

"So, this is Naruto Namikaze..." said the kunoichi. "You look like shit."

"Ayane!" Xenovia-2 shouts.

"It's true. If we fought, I'd own his ass in a minute. You would too."

"Is this what you brought me here for?" an annoyed Naruto asked Seekvaira. "To fight her?"

"I'm down for it," said Ayane, Xenovia-2 telling her they were not here to fight.

"We're here because some crazy spell was cast in this universe and pulled us here," said Xenovia. "We ended up in where Sainan Town would be, freaked out some stranger while doing so and took some time laying low and trying to make sense of all of this. Once we got enough information on things, we helped fight Kisame, the shark guy, and this universe's Rias directed us here and, you know the rest."

"You...are not my Xenovia?"

"My Xenovia? So not only do we live together, we ARE a thing in this universe." With this knowledge, Xenovia-2 happily hummed to herself.

"Our Xenovia is in the kitchen cooking something up," said Keito. "I was told she and her were fighting each other after before they were stopped by..."

"By who?"

"Her." Turning around, Naruto and Seekvaira look shocked when Kushina entered the room holding a scrapbook in her hands. Laying eyes on the speechless Rook, Kushina smiled at him.

"You...You can't be...This is some sort of illusion magic, look-a-like, or some shapeshifter, isn't it?" Naruto asked out loud. "This isn't funny."

"I-...We shouldn't have come here. We weren't thinking. Lucky for us, this world's Shizune and Jiraiya aren't home, as well as this Chelsea girl who's your older sister. My husband and I just had you and...I'm sorry we came here. You don't deserve this on any level, seeing a "ghost" of...me."

"Don't..." Naruto told Kushina, tears starting to flow from his eyes. "Don't come any closer. You...You died that day, no body..."

"You look tired, stressed too," said the red-haired woman. "You must not be eating well either. Your hair even got a bit longer too. I should cut it later."

"I told you not to come closer!" Naruto shouts, his energy flaring up in an attempt to scare her back, Kushina still continuing to walk towards him until she was right in front of him. Before he could teleport away, Kushina hugs the Rook.

"Naruto, you can lie to yourself and to me with your mouth, but your heart won't. You know who I am, and you know I am no illusion. Listen..." Hearing her heart beating, Naruto clenched his teeth as he tries to stop himself from crying, even as his eyes continued to shed tears.

"You've been too hard on yourself. Please rest, for me, and for those who love you."

Recognizing the lullaby as the same one his mother used to sing to him when he and Chelsea were younger, Naruto's resistance weakened as his eyes grew heavy.

After she was finished, Kushina looked down to see the teary-eyed Rook had fallen asleep after hearing her lullaby.

"Ara ara, he's out like a light."

"It's to be expected," said Ayane. "He's been awake for more than thirty days after all. We'll have to wait until he wakes up to give him the information on the people who are after him."

"Where's his room?" Kushina asked Keito, the latter turning red from seeing her smile.

"I'll show you, ma'am!" Getting up, Keito tells the girls to continue making themselves at home before leaving with Kushina to put Naruto in bed, the Namikaze Bishop noting how beautiful Naruto's mom was in person.

"We're going to need all the help we can get to figure all this out," Xenovia-2 adds.

"With Deidara, Kisame, Sasori, Kinshiki, and Momoshiki out and about, we're not only dealing with Otsutsuki, but possibly the whole Akatsuki," Ayane continued, Seekvaira asking who they were. "A criminal organization our Naruto fought. Worst situation, besides them, we may have to fight...Madara Uchiha."

"Madara Uchiha...The late CEO of Uchiha Enterprise is an enemy of yours!?" Seekvaira shouts.

"He wasn't a CEO but he was possibly the strongest person Naruto's ever faced," said Ayane. "The worst part...he was close to killing him and completing his twisted plan." This response struck fear into Seekvaira, who then asked how they killed him.

"That's the problem we may find ourselves in: Neither of us managed to kill Madara Uchiha."
