Ashoka's Flash Back To 3 Years Earlier
They had been walking back to the Temple from having dinner at Dex's Diner, when Obi wan noticed that he had a message from the Jedi high council on his comm link and he and Anakin hung back to listen too it .
While she continued on walking ahead as she was a Padawan and was not allowed to view or listen to messages from the high council to a Jedi master like Obi wan .
In fact even Anakin as a knight and her master was not officially allowed to listen to, Obi wan's messages from the council unless The council was sending him on a joint mission with Obi wan.
But of course master Obi wan had rarely aheared to that particular rule where Anakin was concerned due too their unconventional relationship , the two had been more like brother's than former master and former Padawan she had mused to her self as walked.
2 minutes later Anakin and Obi wan had caught back up with her as she was passing 2 warehouses , "so master what did the council want " she asked Anakin but was master Obi wan who answered her by telling her that the council called both Anakin and himself back too temple for a emergency meeting.
The three them had continued walking and she had been telling a whining Anakin ,that he should be glad that he hadn't been called back to the temple to train younglings. None of the trio had noticed the dark figure watching them from the rooftop of one the warehouses ,as they continued their walk home to the Jedi temple completely unaware that soon very soon their life's would never be the same again.
Rako Hardeen's Flash Back Too The night He Shot And Killed Obi wan Kenobi
He moved across the rooftops of warehouses as he followed the trio down the street to the final two warehouses in the block. That was where he would make his move and separate his target from his companions.
But for now he was content to watch and follow the three Jedi as they continued on down the street towards the end of the block of warehouses ,Completely unaware of the danger that was stalking them from the rooftops . Well he could wait Kenobi would be dead soon enough Rako Hardeen though to himself coldly.
Meanwhile on the street down below Kenobi and the two younger Jedi he could only assume were Skywalker and Tano continued on obvious to him watching them .
Ten minutes later he lured both Kenobi and Skywalker up on the roof tops of the finial two warehouses ,and they had split up to search a roof top each and now had Kenobi in the sights of his blaster the perfect kill shot Hardeen pulled the trigger and a shot rang out and Hardeen saw Kenobi stagger and fall off the warehouse roof.
Then he heard Skywalker shouting his friends name as the Jedi raced the ledge that kenobi had just fallen off into the alley below. Hardeen knew that he would have only minutes before Skywalker came after him as he Could hear Tano telling Skywalker that she would stay with Kenobi while Skywalker found the shooter.
He made a run for it and unfortunately Skywalker had spotted him trying to get too his speeder bike and chased him across the rooftops until he used a smoke detector and escaped.
