Everyone was outside training with each other, doing practice spars with each other to sharpen their skills, or to better themselves with their battle stances. Ryan, however, was training with his teammates in his fighting ways, learning different moves like the 10-hit combo, Demon Scissors, Buster Wolf, Star-Dunk Volcano, Sting Shot, Reverse long shot, and more. And with a little extra training, Ryan helped his teammates learn techniques with their Aura, manifesting them into the Lightning Screw uppercut, and Electric Wind God's Fist, and other techniques such as the Kamehameha, Hadouken,and the Rasengan. They were even learning some of Ryan's Strange fate magic, with a little help from some spell books that Ryan brought with him. Plus, with a little watching and learning, Team RWBY was able to master Ninjutsu techniques like the Shadow Clone Jutsu, Great Fireball, Toad Confrontation Chant, Chidori, Lightning Cutter, St. Elmo's Fire, and more.
Ryan pulled Ruby, Weiss, and Blake aside to learn some other moves from his training history, like the Getsuga Tenshō, Getsuga Jūjishō, Bankai, Mugetsu, and Multiple Sword and Scythe techniques, Like the Oni Giri, Tiger Trap, Three Thousand Worlds, and the Black Onslaught. After a while, Ryan decided to hang back on the side lines, and watched his teammates work on what he taught them, and some ideas of their own.
"ICE FLOWER!" Ruby shouted, as she pointed Crescent Rose at the training dummies, and Weiss uses one of her Ice Glyphs in front of the muzzle. As Ruby fired off her shots, the bullets were encased in ice, and pierced tight through the dummies. "We're getting better with our combo, Weiss."
"I'm impressed with the knowledge that Ryan taught us," Weiss replied, sheathing her Rapier, "especially the magic, the hand to hand and weapon techniques, and the use of elemental techniques." The Heiress looked over to the Strawberry-Blonde brawler, who was reading some comics, and listening to his mix. When she did, a small grin came to her face, "Maybe we can return the favor, by making some combos with him?"
"That's a great Idea, Weiss," Ruby agreed, as she waved her arms in the air, signaling Ryan away from his comics, as he pressed pause on his mix, and walked on over to his friends.
"Need something?" he asked.
"Well... We've been thinking..." Ruby began, "and we want to make some new combos with you."
"Really?" Ryan asked.
"You are a member of our team, after all," Blake said, walking over to him, "and it feels like a good Idea to do so."
Ryan thought for a moment, as he looked to his teammates, and put a smirk on his face, "Alright, let's do it. Ruby, you and me first."
"Got it," Ruby replied, giving her mentor the thumbs up, "you got any drives that might spark a name?"
"Hmmm..." Ryan thought, "No... Not really... OH, But I do have something that might work?" Ryan spread both of his arms out to the side, and brought his hands together in front of his chest, creating a small spark of lightning between them, "Let's see... point Crescent Rose over at that tree, in it's scythe form."
"Oh... Okay?" Ruby said with confusion, "and just how does clapping your hands gonna be a combo."
"Just watch," Ryan walked over to Crescent Rose, and placed its hands on the barrel, once he did, Crescent Rose's front began to change it's form with multiple muzzles, barrels, and disc launchers.
Ruby was shocked at what she saw happened to her 'sweetheart,' "WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO MY GUN!?" She shouted in shock.
"Relax," Ryan replied, "It's just an old science of my world called: Alchemy."
"Alchemy?" Blake asked, "The science of transmutations?"
"Uhh... Yeah." Ryan replied, surprised at Blake knowing the science.
"But... I thought that it wasn't possible?" She continued.
"Well..." Ryan began to explain, "It actually is possible by using the earth's natural energy to reshape the molecular structure of various objects. So, I thought I just add some extra muzzles to Ruby's weapon for our combo. Ruby, Pull the trigger!"
"I hope this doesn't explode." She said to herself, as she pulled the trigger, and at that pull, multiple bullets, Tomahawk Missiles, Sawblades, Grenades, and cannonballs shot out of all the muzzle, and headed on impact with the tree, blowing the whole thing to pieces. Everyone's jaw dropped at the sight of the destruction Crescent Rose made. "HOLY MOLY!" Ruby shouted, "THAT WAS AWESOME!"
"To the Maximillion!" Ryan added on, as he snapped his fingers, rendering Crescent Rose's form back to normal.
"And our combo should be... 'War Machine'!" Ruby said, giving the awesome combo a name.
"That's a great name," Ryan replied, "Alright, Weiss... What should our combo be?"
"Well..." Weiss thought, "Seeing that your combo with Ruby was something composed of your alchemy... Can you possibly use a move that can encase ice in fire?"
Ryan thought for a while, and thought of an idea, "I do have something that could work," he said, "Summon some Ice shards."
Weiss summoned some Ice Shard Glyphs, and aimed them at one of the dummies, and Ryan conjured some small balls of green energy, "Ready?" Ryan asked, Weiss looked back at him, and smirked back at him, as she fired off a barrage of ice shards at the dummy, and Ryan launched the small green energy balls at the shards, "FIREFLY!" Ryan shouted, as the small green balls caught up with the shards.
"What's the green stuff?" Weiss asked.
"Plasma," Ryan replied, as he guided the plasma into the ice, "Now watch this... STOP!" Ryan's hand glowed yellow, as a clock appeared in front of the shards, stopping them in place, right around the dummy. Ryan had a smirk on his face, as he snapped his fingers, pointing at the shards in midair, "Fiery Doll." As he did, the shards exploded, creating tiny shards that pierced the doll, and the fire explosion caused the doll to burn for a while.
"Nice touch," Weiss told Ryan, "The explosion is a nice touch."
"Eh, it was an old combo I used for a while," Ryan told her, "I called it: 'Frozen Fire.'"
"And that's what we're calling our combo." She replied, sheathing her Myrtenaster.
"Got it." Ryan said, as Yang pulled him over to her, surprising him.
"Alright, Blonde-Berry," Yang said to him, having a smile on her face.
"Blonde-Berry," Ryan thought to himself, "That's a new one?"
"Let's see what we can come up with," Yang continued, "And I think I have an Idea?" Yang used some firebending to create the St. Elmo's Fire Javelins into her hands.
Ryan smirked at the blonde brawler. "Okay, I see where you're heading with this." He said, as he generated the Rasengan into his right hand. As it continued to generate, it began to get four air blades around it, creating the Rasenshuriken. Ryan threw the Rasenshuriken towards some training dummies, and once it was far enough, he pulled out a kunai, and surged some purple electricity through it, covering the blade.
"What's that gonna do?" Yang asked.
"I made this justu myself after training with Kakashi-Sensei," Ryan replied, as he was ready to throw the Kunai, "THUNDER STYLE, STORM STARTER!" Ryan threw the kunai into the Rasenshuriken, and it exploded, creating a massive tornado, discharging some purple lightning. Yang took a look at the storm, and threw the fire spears into the tornado, encasing the whole thing in fire. "Whoa." Ryan said, as the tornado died down, "Now that, was a storm."
"A 'Fire' Storm." Yang replied with a pun, "And we'll call that our combo."
"That's... Actually a good name for it." Ryan replied, as he pulled out 'Jessica', and headed over to Blake, "Alright, Blake... Let's see what we can do?"
"I think I might have something." Blake replied, as she turned her Gambol Shroud's Katana into Kusarigama Mode, and threw it towards one of the remaining three dummies.
"Clever Girl." Ryan said with a seductive smirk, as he summoned the chain dart from the palm of his left hand, and thrust it at another one of the three dummies, causing the chain to wrap around it. Ryan and Blake lifted their respected dummies high into the air. Ryan looked at the last remaining dummy, and punched the ground hard enough to send it flying high with the other two dummies, lining them up. Blake and Ryan loaded their guns with fire dust, and aimed them at the dummies, "JACKPOT!" Ryan shouted, as he and Blake fired their guns at the three dummies, and blew them to nothing.
"Nice One." Blake said to him, returning Gambol Shroud into it's katana form, and placing it in it's sheath, "a nice idea to add the last dummy for the finisher."
"Eh... Thought it was a good idea?" Ryan replied, "Now... What should we call our combo?"
"Maybe... Ripcord?" Blake suggested.
"Maybe," Ryan said, cupping his chin, "I think we'll call it... Rip Shot!"
"Sounds... Perfect," Blake said, nodding her head in agreement.
"Nice combos, guys!" Everyone looked over to see Team JNPS, Team CFVY, Sun and Neptune walk over to them.
"Guessing you guys are done, too?" Ruby asked.
"Yeah," Sun replied, "My muscles are just aching from swinging away at the dummies."
"I feel you there, Monkey Boy." Ryan said, rolling his shoulders, "So what have you guys been doing?"
"We've been working on some combos of our own," Nora replied, holding her hammer on her shoulders, "Jaune and Pyrrha suggested it."
"Well, after seeing all of your combos," Jaune said, scratching the back of his head, "I thought we could make some of ours for the tournament coming up."
Ryan crossed his arms and put a smile on his face, "Nice work guys." he said to them, "Can't wait to see them in action." Just at that moment, Ryan's bloodlust went off.
"Something Wrong, Devil Man?" Coco asked.
"Bloodlust," Ryan replied, "And a strong one, too."
"You know where it's coming from?" Neptune asked.
Ryan closed his eyes, and the Jagan opened on his forehead, "It's coming from the docks." he said, "And that's not all I'm seeing..."
"What do you see?" Weiss asked.
"I see," Ryan explained, "Torchwick, Cinder, Adam, Vergil, Azrael, and... A group of Faunus!"
"It has to be The White Fang!" Blake exclaimed, "And if they're there?"
"Then That Means that The Black Queen Club is there, too!" Ryan said, opening his eyes, and letting the Jagan Close, "Let's grab everything, and Go!"
"It'll take hours on foot!" Ruby said.
"Not if we Fly." Ryan replied, as he created a large square of energy under everyone, and thrusted his hands up, sending everyone into the sky, while still on the square. Ryan jumped high enough to meet up with them, and stayed in the sky.
"HOW COULD YOU DO THAT!?" Ruby exclaimed.
"Did I mention that I can Fly?" Ryan said.
"You certainly didn't!" Jaune replied, "That Is Cool! But, what about the giant platform?"
"Psychic Energy," Ryan replied, as he summoned The Crimson Bands of Cyttorak from both hands, and latched them onto the energy platform, "Now let's Go!" With all of his might, Ryan pulled the platform of hunters and huntresses, and headed to the docks.
