Chapter 12 Delta Scyther
As N returns to the training room, he sees Dawn, Serena and Bonnie are training with Professor Kukui and Burnet. All of them are using their respective Legendary Pokemon and N just looks at them with a smile.
Kukui: N, you're back from Suntouched City.
The others also notice the green-haired man as they stop the training.
Burnet: So how is Orion doing?
N: He is doing a great job, and it will be no doubt that he will be a great successor. By the way, I have some news to tell you.
Bonnie: (Confused) What is it?
N: I found Ash, and he was at the Suntouched City having his first gym battle against Orion.
The news hit the people there in shock, this is the first time they hear about what Ash is doing ever since his fake death, and they are delighted to hear any news about him as well.
Dawn: How is he? Is he fine?
N: Well, he still has his passion for battle when he is battling for his first gym. But when I ask him about the betrayal...all I can feel is anger and sadness.
Bonnie: (Lowers her head with a frown) Is there anything we can help him with?
N: (Sighs) I am not sure about that, but all I know is that his current travel companions are helping him.
Serena: Who are his current travel companions?
Serena is very concerned about Ash, she really wants to make sure Ash is okay.
N: There is his sister, Nora, who was chosen by Celebi.
Bonnie: Wait, Ash has a sister? I don't think he has mentioned it to us.
N: According to Delia, her husband is the first Augur, and because of the risks of the cults, they have to split all their siblings. With Ash going with Delia to Kanto, his other two siblings are with Calreath, and Nora was the one who stayed with Adam. But the truth is, all three siblings separated from their father or uncle at a young age. I am glad to hear that the two of them have reunited.
Dawn: Sounds very harsh if you ask me...
N: And there is Adam's student, Emily, and she was chosen by Marshadow. Let's say without her help, Ash and their group might still be targeted by the Cult of Darkrai.
Kukui: So there are two Chosen in one group? Is that what you mean?
N: Actually, there are two more. And you know them really well, Kukui. They are Lillie and Gladion.
Burnet: (Gasps in shock) What? You mean those two are also chosen? This is very surprising considering who those two are.
Dawn: You know them? Actually, who are they?

Gladion is the one who defeated Ash in the Alola League, he has an artificial Arceus-like Pokemon known as Silvally. And Lillie, she was my student as well as my assistant, at first, she is afraid of touching Pokemon. But it is after Ash comes to Alola that he manages to help her conquer her fear.
Burnet: Wait for a second, if the whole betrayal thing is constructed by Professor Oak, then those two should have been with you guys as well. Did they?
Dawn, Serena, and Bonnie shake their heads, and they are relieved to know that there are still some travel companions who didn't give up on Ash. But the truth is, Dawn, Serena, and Bonnie are also conflicted as they aren't happy at how those two manage to get close to Ash.
N: When I mentioned the betrayal, Lillie is the one that comforts Ash the most. She is able to calm Ash down when he was about to explode with anger. If I need to guess, she might have feelings for Ash.
The words are stabbing Serena's heart like some sort of arrows, and it is also noticed by Bonnie.
Serena: (Reluctant) How close is she with Ash? Professor?
Kukui: (Thinks for a second) When Lillie got her first Pokemon, it is Ash that helps her due to the fact she has a phobia. Lillie also lost her memory for a while and it is Ash that helps her regain all of it. And when their mother is kidnapped, it is thanks to Ash's help that she is saved.
Burnet: Come to think of it...they really are much closer than the others." Burne I also remembered that at our wedding, they also dance together for a while.
Serena breaks down a little as she has never danced with Ash because of the time...Dawn decides to change the topic or else the conversation is going to go out of hand.
Dawn: Let's not think about that. N, did you tell Ash about our situation? What is his reply?

Everyone gasps at what Bonnie just said, which means Serena was not in control of herself when the betrayal happened. But Ash doesn't know about the hypnosis, that's why her betrayal hurt him the most.
Dawn: So that is why your brother threatened you? Because you saw that?
Bonnie nods, and Serena can't hold the news anymore as she rushes back to the room and locks herself up.
Dawn: Serena! Open the door! You can't just cry in your room like that!
Serena: But I hurt Ash...he hates me, and I don't even have a chance to confess my feelings to him...leave me alone for now...
Dawn: But...
Kukui: Dawn, right now Serena can hardly hear our words, we should let Diancie do the comforting right now.
Dawn frowns as she can only do what the Professor suggests.
As for Ash and his group, they have bought the Instant Lapras to cross the Suntouched Exitway, they also train in Route 3, where Nora's Zubat evolves into Golbat. And Lillie also captures a Dewgong with Ash's help. The two are getting much closer than they think.

Hiker: My Delta Scyther for any Steel-type Pokemon!
Lillie: Do you have a Steel Type Pokemon, Ash?
Ash: I have Delta Quilava. Let's do the same thing then.
Ash uses Arceus' powers to create another Quilava, and then he shows the Pokeball to the hiker.
Hiker: Ah, good choice! Here you are, then!
After getting the Pokeball, the group heads outside as they are curious what the Delta Scyther will look like. But just as he opens the Pokeball, they are in awe at the sight.
Gladion: Judging from the color, I must guess that it is an Ice Type?
Just then, the Delta Scyther notices the people as it goes for Blizzard, Ash yells, "Pikachu! Protect!"
His Delta Pikachu goes for the shield, protecting them from the icy wind.
Lillie: Why is it attacking us?
Ash: I don't know...
Then the Scyther flies away, causing everyone to panic as they chase after it. They chase it as they arrive at the next town, only to see that it is a total mess. Snow is piling everywhere and the buildings are destroyed.
Nora: Don't tell me that Scyther manages to make all that mess...
They quickly rush to the Pokemon Center, only to see a lot of injured Pokemon. They quickly ask Nurse Joy about the problem, and she tells them everything.
Nurse Joy: You see...we have a really serious problem...a Delta Scyther appears in this town, all the trainers are here to catch that Pokemon, but they are seriously injured...
Ash: Damn it...we can't let it hurt innocent people...
Emily: There it is!
They find the Scyther trying to slash at the Pokemon Center's logo, but when they see Ash and the others, it goes for Pursuit, but Pikachu uses Fairy Wind, which gives him a lot of damage.
Ash: So Fairy moves are super effective...
As Pikachu uses Aerial Ace, they also see that Scyther falls down to its knees.
Ash: I see...it is Ice and Fighting Type. Pikachu's moves are super effective against him.
Lillie: Good, but now Scyther is kinda injured now...
Scyther: (Struggling) You see to be strong...
Pikachu: Why do you attack innocent people?
Scyther: Innocent? They are far from innocent! They made me like this!
Gladion: The way to become Delta Pokemon is not only the power of nature but also human experiments.
Ash: Scyther. You have to stop this. It is true there are humans that are evil, but it is our job to stop them. They are not the ones who hurt you, so please stop your attack.
Scyther tries to retort, but then he somehow sees Arceus' shadow in him, he then finally collapse. Ash quickly recalls it to the Pokeball and asks Nurse Joy to heal him. Nurse Joy understands as she heals the Pokemon.
Nurse Joy: You were really good at this. How did you manage to stop him?
Ash: You see...I also have a Delta Pikachu, his typing is super effective against him.
Nurse Joy: I see... But why did he go on a rampage?
Ash: He was a normal Scyther, but some humans do experiments on him.
Nurse Joy also lets Ash go into the room so that she can heal him without being injured. After Scyther is healed, he still has trust problems with the other humans, so Ash decides to keep him for the safety of others. And much to their surprise, Scyther also opens up to his group, since he can feel the Legendary inside them.
Delta Scyther: The Ice Cleaver Pokemon: Ice and Fighting Type. Its scythes are immensely sharp but also very fragile, and can easily be shattered when hit from the side.
As for the destroyed buildings, Nora has Celebi uses the Time Travel ability to make the houses return back to what it was before, much to everyone's delight.
And here is a new chapter, as you can see, the former traitors know what Ash is doing and they are really sad about Ash not forgiving Serena. And then the Delta Scyther is causing trouble in Metchi Town, and they manage to calm it down. What will be happening next? I hope you like this chapter.
