Author's Note: I struggled with this. I'm not sure how long this story is going to be but I'm trying to just follow where the story takes me. I started writing and this is where it led me. So, here it is.

Disclaimer: Still not mine, sadly.

Grissom lost his grip on the phone and it clattered on the table. Sara's voice calling his name echoed through his head on repeat. He braced his hands on the table and took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. He had been a mess since he found out Sara was missing and he knew he had to get himself under control if he had any hope of finding her. Sara needed him to be strong. Their baby needed him to be strong.

"He knew we would trace her phone." Grissom finally spoke.

"Now he's on the move and we have no way of tracking Sara." Warrick replied grimly.

"There's always something." Grissom looked at his team. "Conrad, I want every inch of that room searched."

"On it." Ecklie nodded as he turned and walked away.

"Somebody has to have seen something." Catherine spoke up. "There's other houses on this block, there's no way Lurie got Sara in and out without someone seeing something."

"We can't officially touch this, especially me." Grissom looked at each of them. "However, I can't stop any of you from asking questions."

"Ya know, I think I'm going to go ask the neighbors if they've seen my friend Vince around here lately." Nick made his way out of the house.

"I'll go ask around about Vince, too." Warrick followed Nick.

A few minutes later, Grissom's phone rang. When he put it on speaker, he was met with Greg's frantic voice.

"What happened?" Greg nearly yelled into the phone. "I got back to the lab and Archie said Sara was gone. What the hell's going on?"

"I'm sorry we didn't call you, Greg." Catherine said to the younger CSI. "We've all been distracted since we found out."

"Grissom, what can I do?" Greg asked anxiously.

"I'm not sure yet, Greg." Grissom blew out a breath.

"Ecklie sent some evidence back to the lab." Catherine said. "See if it's been ran yet. We'll call you the minute we know anything else."

"You got it." Greg replied, ending the call.

Grissom sat down at the table, putting his head in his hands and closing his eyes. He was praying to every deity he knew of to find Sara and their baby safe.

Sara woke up in another dark room. She found her hands chained to the bed she was on. As she sat up, her stomach immediately rebelled, and she threw up. Leaning back against the wall, she took a deep breath and tried to get her stomach to settle. She looked around the room, trying to see if there were any clues as to where Lurie had taken her. The room had no windows and the only furniture she could see was the bed she was currently sitting on and a chair in the corner. She heard the door open and then she was blinded when Lurie turned the light on.

"Don't touch me!" Sara yelled as he approached her.

Lurie looked at her for a moment, noticing that she had gotten sick and then showed her what appeared to be a video camera in his hands.

"I suppose it's only fair to show your husband that you're still alive and well." Lurie finally spoke as he brought the camera up to his face.

"Gil will find me!" Sara yelled. "He will hunt your psychotic ass down!"

Lurie ignored her as he fixed the camera on her and started recording. Sara struggled against the chains, knowing it was futile.

"Say hello, Sara." Lurie smiled as he continued recording her, stepping closer to the bed.

"Go to hell!" Sara screamed.

Lurie lowered the camera slightly before the back of his hand connected with her face once again.

"I told you not to push me!" Lurie roared. He took a breath to calm himself before raising the camera back to his face.

Sara could feel the blood running from her nose and into her mouth as she gasped for breath against the pain. Her face was on fire but she would not let Lurie see her break. She looked up at him and spit blood in his direction.

"So fiesty." Lurie chuckled as he recorded her a few minutes more before lowering the camera and shutting it off. He watched her for a moment before turning and shutting off the light, closing the door behind him and leaving Sara alone in the darkness.

"Grissom!" Nick yelled as he came running back into the house with Warrick right behind him.

Grissom looked up from the table, where he was still sitting with Brass and Catherine. He took in the two men before him, noting the anxious looks on their faces.

"We got something!" Nick huffed as he came to a stop in front of Grissom.

"What is it?" Grissom almost yelled. "What did you find?"

"One of the neighbors remembered seeing a car here yesterday." Warrick supplied while Nick caught his breath. "Pretty sure it was a black BMW."

"I hate to break it to you guys, but that doesn't really help us." Catherine said. "Do you know how many black BMW's there could be in Vegas and the surrounding area?"

"The guy got a partial plate number!" Nick jerked a piece of paper from his pants pocket. "He's part of the neighborhood watch and said the vehicle looked suspicious."

"I'll get Greg on the phone and have him run it." Catherine pulled her phone out, dialing Greg's number as she took the paper from Nick.

"Hey Cath." Greg answered on the second ring.

"Greg, we've got a partial plate number. I need you to run it." Catherine rushed out. "6 1 Alpha Romeo."

"Got it." Greg replied. "I'll call you back as soon as I have something."

"Greg's on it." Catherine said as she closed her phone, looking at Grissom. "Hopefully he gets a hit soon."

"Did the neighbor say anything else?" Brass asked Nick and Warrick. "Did he see the driver?"

"He didn't get a good look." Nick answered. "Said he was a tall, middle aged guy. That's all he could tell us."

Before anyone could say anything else, Catherine's phone rang. She answered, putting it on speaker as she eyed the others.

"I got a hit!" Greg's voice said excitedly.
