Summary: The liberation front has their own doctors to treat villains. Dabi gets his own personal one after he started to get Sevier back pain and Toga begging him to see his personal Doctor. And what Dabi learns from this check up might just change his mind.

Chapter 2

Dabi's eyes fluttered open to see a white ceiling and white walls. Breathing softly, he managed to sit up. He now can see the room fully. It was a hospital room, frowning at this 'what happen…? The last thing I remember being in the car….'

Then he wakes up in a hospital room, in a hospital bed hooked to an IV and some monitors 'what happen…?' hearing the door opened, he glances at it to see Levis walk in. Levis stopped to see Dabi fully awake. A smile came on his face "hey there" he walks over and sits down on the chair next to the bed "You gave me a scare when your fever went up and wouldn't wake up"

Dabi frowns 'so that's what happen…' but he does feel better though "what happen?"

Levis sighs softly "when I got us to the palace, my uncle greeted us at the gate but when I couldn't wake you up, I was concerned so we brought you to the royal medical wing here in the palace…. My uncle has been over seeing your stay here, which means its kept top secret"

"Will I get to meet your uncle?" Dab asked him. Levis blinking at him nodded "Most likely, my cousin Aurora has been put in charge of your treatment…"

Dabi blinked "Wait you're not gonna be my doctor for this?" Levis only shook his head "My uncle said he will have Aurora be the one to look over you… I can only but watch"

The door opened again and a woman with long orange hair that was tied up in a pony tail, neon green like eyes with a slit down the middle. She was slim looking. She was wearing blue jersey color women's skinny jeans and black turtleneck with a doctor lab coat on.

She had a hi tech tablet in her hands, she smiles "Well look who woke up! You gave my cousin a scare" Levis pouted "Dabi this is Aurora"

Dabi blinked at her, she was rather pretty. Aurora chuckles "Correction, the first Princess Aurora Meyers of Grivida and the one of the top doctor and scientist here in Grivida besides my dad. I will be in charge on your treatment!" she smiled brightly at him "Know I have looked at the cat scans that Levis did for you and I can see the problem.. well we can start treatment pretty soon, it would be surgery to remove the dead spinal bones and replacing them with bionic spinal bones that are identical to your dead ones!"

Dabi blinked at her "Bionic…?" Aurora nodded to him "yes, it's the only treatment that will keep you from being paralyzed. The black bones are all dead and I'm surprised that you are not paralyzed yet…"

Dabi breathes softly "So after this surgery… what will happen next…?" Aurora smiled "your skin of course"

Dabi raised an eyebrow "wait what about my skin… I thought only for my spine…?"

Aurora looked down at her tablet "It seems my father wants full out treatment to fix your damaged skin with artificial skin that will match your normal skin"

Dabi was frowning slightly looking down at his arms 'artificial skin huh…?' "Half of your body is scared with burns… it must feel super uncomfortable even for the staples…. Don't fight my father on this Touya…"

Dabi frowned 'again calling me Touya…' "Fine… why not…" Aurora chuckles tapping the screen of her tablet with a pen.

Levis reached out and took Dabi's hand making Dabi glance at him with a flush. Levis turned to Aurora "Aurora… is there anyway I can join you on this?" Aurora looked up from her tablet and blinked at it him but chuckles "not for the spinal treatment, you can however help with the skin replacement" Levis smiles "Thanks cuss"

A nurse stepped in "Doctor Meyers…. Your father is here…." Levis's eyes widen "Oh my he showed up already…" he kept a good grip on Dabi's hand.

Dabi's eyes glanced over to the door to see an extremely handsome man with scarlet-red eyes and jet-black hair. He was wearing a black outfit, black pants slightly tight like skinny jeans. A black long sleeve blazer with gold rims on it with a white-collar tie puffed slightly.

Dabi's whole body stiffen, this man that walked in he can sense something. The power that waved off him, he sensed Tomura's power before but this was much more different this was power and dangerous.

Aurora was smiling "Hello father" Zach nodded "so?" "He has greed to the spinal treatment and the skin treatment too.. I did say that Levis can help me with the skin treatment"

Zach turns his head slowly to Levis and Dabi. Levis froze but smiled "Hey Uncle" Zach almost narrowed but smiled "I'm alright with it" then glancing at Dabi, he smiled again "Touya Todoroki we finally get to meet I heard so much about you from my nephew"

Dabi's eyes widen 'English….? Did Levis tell him I can speak and understand English perfectly…?' Dabi looked at Levis who rubbed the back of his head and chuckles "Yeah I had too…"

Dabi looked back at Zach and bowed his head slightly "thank you for so much you have done so far…. But why are you helping me? A wanted villain…"

Zach just chuckles "like my nephew, I see such greatness in you.. true you have lost your way because of the abuse of your father but I know you can do much better then becoming something that will throw you deeper into the pits of darkness… you can stop you know, there's no need for go any further into the abyss of your past. You can still hate your father but your siblings… They did nothing wrong to you"

Dabi with his head still down he felt himself tear, it was of course blood. Aurora blinked and stepped over "Blood tears..?" Levis nodded "he can't cry normally… his tear ducts are burned"

Aurora hummed "I see…" Levis reached over to the tissues "Here Dabi" Dabi takes it and wipes the blood tears off his face. He then looks up at Zach who just softly smiles at him "rest for now. You need plenty before the surgery, Aurora, Levis I wish to speak with you both"

Levis got up and nodded "I'll be back Dabi" he walked out of the room as Aurora steps away "I'll have the nurse bring in some food for you, you must be hungry" Dabi only nodded "Thank you"

Aurora smiled and walked out of the room but Zach still stood there "Also, I'll be keeping a hold of your phone" Dabi's eyes widen at him "Why…?" "because you're here under my watch, it's kept top secret that you the villain Dabi is being housed by the king of gravida…. It's already on the news of your disappearance from the villain group… there was a recent battle shouted to your little brother 'If he shows his face to me I will kill him for leaving the liberation front'"

Dabi bites his lip and groans "Shit…." "You also got a text from… Toga? She asked you nicely to not come back because Tomura issued you as a traitor… Touya we will see after your treatments if will allow you to return"

Dabi bites his lip leaning back not saying a word "rest, eat" he says leaving the room.

Dabi sighs softly 'so I'm a traitor know? All because I left to get treatment done…. So much for loyalty in the liberation front… ah… like there wasn't any anyways….' Opening his eye's he notices to the TV and looks around to see the remote. He picked up the remote and turns on the TV "At least I can watch TV…"

Down in the hi-tech lab. Levis, Aurora and Zach stood in front of a halo screen that showed Touya's body scan and genetics. "So you scanned him while was asleep and analyzed his cells" Levis asked Aurora who nodded "Yup! Of course, father asked me too… this boys quirk is very powerful…"

Levis nodded "but… it's not meant for his body to handle…" he was frowning "Burning his skin and know attacking his bones…"
"He resistant to extreme cold or ice-based attacks, a trait he inherited from his mother" Zach says "I've seen his battle with Geten on the news…. gave him an advantage during his fight with Geten" he was tabbing his chin.

"Aurora after his spinal and skin treatments, I want him to go through nanotechnology" Zach says to them making their eyes widen. Aurora gasps softly "Dad you sure about this…? It's never been tested with human trails…!"

Levis was frowning "Uncle using Dabi with this… you sure…? What if it kills him…?"

Zach chuckles "Levis… you care for this boy a lot don't you? You have a crush on him?" Levis's eyes widen and flushed.

Aurora was grinning "Awww did you finally found someone? You know your 21 and his 24?"

Levis narrowed at her "Age shouldn't matter plus were both adults…!" Zach chuckles "well then, let's get the surgery schedule for tomorrow in the morning"

Hours go by and it was close 4pm in the evening up in Dabi's room he was sitting there watching American shows something he couldn't watching in Japan. Luckily he knows English and can fully speak it perfectly. He was watching Cartoon network watching some anime that was hearing.

Levis walking in "Yo!" Dabi looks at him and nodded to him "so?" Levis sat down next to him "You will have the surgery done tomorrow in the morning at 5am, it will be a 5 hour surgery… they have to be careful due to it being your spine"

Dabi only nodded as a nurse comes in wearing a food tray "Here there Touya I got you something to eat" she said has Levis rolled over the hospital tray table for him and the nurse putting down the food tray.

Dabi looked down at it and he smiled. Japanese fried chicken cutlet bowl with some water but Levis put on the table a bottle of Blueberry Ramune.

Levis chuckles "I let the cook know that you love meat and hate fish and luckily I found some Ramune" Dabi flushed but picked up his shop sticks and starting to eat.

~Japan, a day ahead of Grivida 4:55am~

Shoto couldn't sleep, he had his back against the wall looking at hi phone. The number that his older brother called him on was off. He just knew it was, Natsuo was fast asleep.

Shoto sighed softly 'come on Touya… please call me… let me know…' then his phone dinged making him look at his phone quickly but only to see an unknown number calling him.

Biting his lip, he answered it "Hello?"

"Is this Shoto Todoroki?" it was a man's voice and it was in English.

"Yes.. this is.. may I ask who is calling?" he switched to English. His English was good and perfectly spoken.

"Ah yes, my name is Zachariah. King Zachariah Meyers of Grivida" Shoto's eyes widen "Wait what…? Why would…" "Your brother is in my custody"

Shoto had gasped so loudly it made Natsuo jolt up "huh what?!" Shoto ignoring him "What do you mean Touya is in your custody….?" Natsuo's eyes widen at him.

"please let me finish, it's nothing bad know let me discuss the reason why" Shoto nodded, Natsuo crawled over has Shoto put Zach on speaker.

"First, my nephew Levis has been Touya's personal doctor in the liberation front. He's been treating Touya's burns for months even before he revealed himself. Your brother had been having back pain for awhile and went to Levis for a check up. Getting a full cat scan, Levis found on how bad his quirk was attacking his body. Your brothers spinal bones were turning black. It was destroying his bones, Levis convinced Touya to get treatment done.

Levis brought Touya here to Grivida… your brother is gonna get treatment done because my nephew asked me too. He will be having surgery done in the morning tomorrow, time zone is different here to Japan…"

"So the surgery… what will happen?" Shoto asked. "my daughter is one the hi top doctors and scientists in Grivida. She will be removing the black spinal bones and replacing them with bionic spinal bones." Zach says to him.

Shoto smiles "Good… oh sorry but my other brother Natsuo is awake and I kind have you on speaker…"

"Mhmm I see, it's alright then. After Touya is done with his spinal surgery we will start focusing on his skin. He agreed to remove the burnt scared skin. We will replacing it with artificial skin just like his real skin"

Shoto was smiling 'no burns… what would he even look like…?' "Thank you King Zach…." "Yes thank you king Zach" Natsuo says also.

Zach only chuckles "you two are very welcome but however, you must not tell anyone that he is here…. this is top secret. I might not even let him leave Grivida… I will let him contact you when I say he can, I will give you updates personally on his treatment. Know it must be early in the morning over there so goodnight and I'll let you know of his treatment" Zach had hanged up.

Shoto sighs with a smiled leaning back against the wall "Touya…" Natsuo smiles "this is surprise… in the custody of King Zach of Grivida…"

Shoto nodded "very…. I just hope he will alright" Natsuo nodded "I know he will, he's tough you know. Coming this far you know and he's not gonna let this kill him, he will pull through"

~four months later~

In a master bedroom with contemporary style, this master bedroom was called the black Opal room due to it being black themed.

The bedroom door opened with a soft knock, Levis walking in and closing the door walking in. stepping over to the bed, he smiled and flushed to see Touya fast asleep in nothing but his boxers. Today was the day for the nanotechnology injection.

Its been four months since Touya went through spinal surgery then skin grafts. He had two months to heal from the spinal surgery then another two from the skin removal and replacement.

Touya's skin looked like it never got burned. That skin treatment really did it's job, he knew how smooth the skin was. His hair was still white of course with that one red streak peeking out.

Levis flushed and reached out, his finger tips gently went up his arm that was once purple scared 'just like baby skin'

Touya shivered slightly and hummed out "Levis… is it time to get up….?"

Levis sat on the bed still running his fingers up and down on his arm "Mhmm, you ready?" Touya rolling on his back looking up at Levis with those Turquoise eyes "mhmm I see"

Levis chuckles down at him more, even his face looks so differen't. the burnt skin and even new ear loops that were burnt off slightly were replaced. "you gonna get up?"

Touya breathes softly "yeah…" he sat up with a yawn but got up and went to the dresser to get dressed. Levis sat there on the bed looking away slowly but glancing slowly over at Touya.

Once Touya was done, they both left the room and took the main royal elevator to the labs. Once reaching the room, Aurora and King Zach were there waiting. Aurora smiled "Touya come on over and sit"

Touya just walked over and sat down on the medical chair. Aurora and Zach right away hooked him to the monitors. Levis stood there watching, he was frowning mentally. This was the first time for the human trails for the nanotechnology.

Aurora picking up a bottle that had blue liquid in it and a syringe "You already Touya?" Touya nodded as Aurora injected the needle in the bottle taking out some of it. Then taking out she stepped to Touya.

Zach wiped his arm with alcohol wipe and wrapped a rubber ribbon on it.

Aurora gently put the needle in his arm where the vein was and injected him with the Nanites. Touya's eyes closed, his heart rate started to go fast.

The monitors were going off. He can hear their voices in shock and worry. Touya slowly opening his eyes he can see's Levis rushing to him "TOUYA!"

Levis was holding his face "Look at me, breath.. calm down" Touya's body started to shakes "Keep looking into me eyes" Touya's eyes staring into Levis's "L-Levis…"

Aurora frowns "Touya you need to tell us what do you feel?" Touya frowns "Pain… all over…." Aurora looks up at her father who nodded getting the morphine and quickly injected into Touya's arm.

His heart rate went down, and his breathing returned, the pain was going away. Levis still holding his face "That's it deep breaths, calm and relax"

Touya was breathing calmly know, Levis smiled "Good…" he removed his hands, Zach smiled "Touya you can go ahead and use quirk, muster a small blue flame in the palm of your hand"

Touya nodded lifting his hand up as a small blue flame appeared and right away the readings from the Nanite's doing their job. "Oh my, looks like your quirk is showing off readings I've never seen before…. Keep the flame lets see what happens… you said you always got burned from it"

Touya nodded "Yeah… but I feels different…. I don't feel anything… no burning…." Levis's eyes widen and looked up at his uncle "Uncle what does that mean….?"

Zach looking at the readings and smirked "It seems the Nanite's are keeping you from getting burned, I guess it's a success"

Touya's eyes widen "So… these Nanite's are are… keeping me from getting burned by my own quirk?"

Zach nodded "yes, we programed them to analyze your quick and you cells. It seems it's working very good"

Touya was looking at his flame in his hand and smiles softly 'wont get burned huh…?' "So my weakness to my quirk is gone? Everyone has one…."

Zach chuckles "it seems so, so far… that's why you will be under quirk training in more analyzing on what the Nanite's can fully do"

Touya looked up at him "is it possible to contact my little brother… it's been 4 months…" Zach smiles at him "I've been keeping him updated but yes, you can finally talk to him. Lets get up unhooked from the monitors and get something to eat. You must be hungry"

Touya smiles looking back down at his hands at his flame "pretty huh?" Touya looked up at Levis who still knelling in front of him. Touya flushed looking down at his hand, his heart was thumping slightly making the monitor go off before Zach and Aurora unhooked him making them blink at him.

Levis smirked "did make you blush?" Touya bites his lip hiding his face "Shut up…"
