Nico collapsed onto the floor

"Nico?" Will asked

"NICO?!!?" He yelled

"What's happening?" A nearby camper asked

"I-I don't know! Get my siblings!" He said

The camper nodded and went to get Will's siblings

Will crouched to the floor, "Nico?" He asked, getting paranoid.

He took Nico's hand and felt his pulse.

It was there. Nico was fine.

A tear strayed down Nico's face

"Nico? Death boy, are you okay?" Will asked gently

Nico's eyes shot open and tears flowed

He grabbed Will's shoulder in his hand ans pushed him away a little to breathe.

"He's gone." Nico muttered between tears

"What? Who's gone? Gone where?" Will asked, concerned

"Jason..." Nico said, wiping the still flowing tears from his face.

Will say back and stared at the ground angrily. 'Why was the world so cruel?' Will thought, feeling the pang of grief in his chest.

Nico got up. He clutched his fists. And let out a grieving scream.

Will looked up and winced as he heard his boyfriend yell. Nico stopped after 4 solid seconds and Will took him into a tight embrace.

A thought swept through both the boys minds at once, 'Maybe I could have helped him if I was there.'

Kayla and Austin were seen running towards them.

Will have them a painful smile.

"Jason grace is dead." Nico muttered, refusing to look at his boyfriends siblings

Their eyes widened.

They looked at the floor and sighed.

Nico suddenly got up and ran. And, naturally, Will followed.

Nico ran to the canoe lake with a determined, angry look on his face and a concerned Will at his tail.

He looked at the water and picked some up, sprinkling some in order to form a rainbow

When a small streak of colour stretched on the floor, Nico took out a drachma from his pocket and offered it to the goddess.

"Lady Iris, goddess of rainbow, please accept my offering and show me Percy Jackson."

Will nodded, understanding what Nico was doing.

The rainbow shimmered into a sort of a screen in front of them, showing Percy sitting on a bench, supposedly outside his school, scowling at a pile of books in his lap.

His eyes brightened as he saw Nico.

"ZOMBIE BREATH!" He said excitedly but Nico's grim and sad expression worried him

Percy gave his cousin a concerned, "What's up?"

"Jason's...dead." He said, holding back a tear

Percy's eyes widened he nearly fell back. He shook his head and tears clogged his eyes which he wiped.

"N-no. I-it can't. He can't have. No...no." Percy muttered

"Percy..." Nico said cautiously, "I felt his death. He's gone..."

Percy looked up sadly at Nico, as if just to realise that he feels death. It's like information you'd never want, given to you on a silver platter.

"I'm sorry..." Percy said

"Where's Annabeth?" Nico asked, just realising that Percy's girlfriend, his moral support, his thick and thin, wasn't there with him.

"She's talking to her dad in her dorm..." he said, sniffling.

"Okay...well...please tell her..." Nico said

Percy nodded.

That's where the iris message ended.

Percy POV:

I have to tell Annabeth

Now.

I shoved my books into my backpack and ran into my girlfriends dorm.

"Hey seaweed brain!" She teased

I love my girlfriend! I do. But I needed her to be serious for me.

"Annabeth..." I called to her

She finally looked at my face.

Her face fell.

"What happened?" She asked

"Jason..." this was hard...I didn't know how to say it. How did nico do it so...easily?

"Jason is dead." I blurted

Annabeth dropped her phone. She collapsed onto her bed, breathing heavily, clearly trying not to cry.

I picked up her phone. She wasn't talking to anyone. She was ringing her cousin, Magnus Chase.

I gave her her phone back.

"I'll leave you alone to talk to your cousin for a while. I'll be back in an hour. If you need me, call me." I told her

I kissed per forehead and left her dorm, closing the door behind me.

Annabeth POV:

I couldn't think right.

I'm just really happy to have my wonderful boyfriend.

He kissed my forehead and left me alone to talk to my cousin, Magnus, who wanted to tell me about something in his side of godly issues, the Norse side.

I, could not wait, so I rang him as soon as I could.

But the news of Jason hit me like a bullet.

He was Percy's cousin and one of his closest friends.

I sobbed a little.

Percy knew what to do.

He saw my phone and knew what to do.

He kissed my forehead and left the dorm.

"Hello?" I heard Magnus say

I quickly wiped my tears.

"H-hello?" I stuttered

"Annie...you okay?" He asked

Only my siblings at camp and Magnus would ever call me that.

"Yeah." I said, a sob half-escaping my mouth

"I just got some...bad news that's all..." I told him

He sighed

"Okay...so I'll call you later then?" He asked

"Yeah. That's good." I said, half-sobbing again.

He cut the call

Before I call Percy back...I need to text piper

I feel like I'm not doing this story any justice yet...

I need to write something...more

It want over yet anyway

I have a plan though...

I think it's good.

I definitely have a plot.

I thinkI'll write one more chapter then the plot will start.

Next chapter will prolly be percabeth or about them individually too. I will prolly also introduce pipers first gf shel and then do their break up (even though I ship them) later.
