World War III has finally happened. Many nations died and later been reborn. In is now 125 years after the war. It is now time for the remaining nations to meet with the reborn in the unlikeous place.

"I think it's would be about the time I payed a visit to mein dear bruderlien." Izaya stated his normally brownish-red eyes flashing a deep blood red.He shrugged his jacket on. Stopping just a foot away from the door, hanging over his door was no other than the Prussian flag. He walked out the door, smirking."I am a Prussian, you know my colors? The flag floats white and black..."

Because of unusual orders, Japan went to Ikebukuro and felt the whole craziness in there. He ended up dealing with color gangs, and the urban legend. However, the trouble was more than meet the eyes. Rated T for violence and bad words.

This is a cross over between Hetalia and Durarara with original characters created and designed by myself. There is some language, typically because of Durarara, and about teenage content considering actions and language.
