"You lied!"

The dual cries echoed through the area as both Yuji and Nobara glared at their teacher, both wearing twin expressions of anger and frustration. They knew they shouldn't have trusted him, having pulled this same stunt a few times already, but it was in an area that was known for its artisans foods and night markets.

Yet here they all stood, in the presence of yet another curse that was chattering and snivelling about waiting and love. Apparently, this was a popular place to meet up for lovers and confess one's feelings.

"Technically, I didn't." said teacher shrugged his shoulders, that stupid grin in the face of his student's ire. "We can go sightseeing, after dealing with the curse!"

Said curse was whimpering, as it faced them, it's body disfigured and hunched over. Bloated with sickly thin limbs. "Will they... love me?" fingers twitched as it's hands dragged along the ground.

"Seriously? An unrequited love curse?!" Nobara groaned, face dipping in an exaggerated pout. A long sigh left her as her hands holding her tools dropped to her side. It was almost as if she felt sorry for the curse, that, or she was fed up with being tricked into doing work when promised of sightseeing and free food.

Their teacher shrugged his shoulders as he plopped himself on a nearby bench, his lanky form appearing almost too tall for it. "Why not? This place is apparently popular for lovers and confessions. Fear of rejection obviously collected here for a curse to appear. Now, chop-chop, best deal with it if you guys want to check out the night market!" he laughed when Yuji and Nobara shared another drawn out groan.

The three students were getting in position, preparing to deal with the curse when loud cursing and stomping feet quickly approached.

"No! Now piss off!" a woman, dressed in simple attire that was meant more for sports than enjoying a night out marched into the clearing, hair pulled back in a high tail exposing flushed cheeks. Her face was a mask of obvious upset.

"But my Lady, please, I beg of you!" a simpering man followed at her heels, grovelling as he trailed her. His form was swallowed by the business suit he wore; tiny, thin, and fail in appearance. Pale hair was slicked back, the ends curling as they just brushed his shoulders, dropping eyes dark as they remained locked on the fuming woman. He could be considered handsome, in a somewhat sickly way. "It would help me and my wife!"

The woman in question whirled about, hands furiously digging through her pockets. "I said no! For the love of the gods, how many times do I have to say it?" she quickly pulled out a cell phone, not even bothering to look at it as shaking fingers were already at work. She took a few steps back when the man dropped to his knees before her. Pressing the phone to her ear, the two appeared to be oblivious of the four of them, and the curse that was only too distracted to watch the two.

"Why did you send this guy to me?" a leg was pulled away when long fingers reached out for her foot. "No touching!"

"But my lady, my wife wants a child!" by now, tears and snot were running down the man's face, cheeks blotchy as he openly cried.

The sight had the three teens pulling back in disgust, though they were curious as to why the woman wouldn't assist the man with such a request.

"Then go see a fertility doctor!" she yelped when her other leg was immediately taken hold of, it was quickly dragged deeper into the man's hold even as she attempted to pull herself free. "What? I don't care about your business deals, I told you to stop sending me your problems!"

"Will they… love me?" by now the curse was shuffling closer to the arguing pair, his students looking at him in wondering what to do, how to deal with the situation now that there were witnesses. "Will they… love me?"

The curse continued to repeat itself, it's voice growing more and more frantic, the pace quickening the closer it approached. Just as the three teens prepared to take action, the cell phone was tossed at the curse, hitting it square in the face. It would have been shocking if that in and of itself was all, but the device had been glowing brightly beyond the screen, lighting up the area in a pale pink. The curse itself let out a wail when it was quickly turned to glittering ash.

"Oh shut up, you whimpering conglomerate of negativity!" the woman shouted, glaring at the now fallen cell that was nestled in a pile of ash, screen cracked and a male voice now echoing through the speaker.

"Miko… did you just shout at this one?" the voice crackled a little, a telling sign that the phone was more damaged than just a cracked screen.

"No! But do shut up!" the woman, now identified as a miko, turned to the man still clinging to her leg and actually crawling up to tug at the open lapels of her sweater. "And as for you… I am not, nor will I ever, be participating in some perverted sex ritual just so you can have a baby!"

"But my Lady!" the man whined, crying out when he was finally shaken off, curling in on himself as the woman stormed past the pile of ash and her apparently forgotten cell phone.

"I said no!" blue eyes flashed, a hand pointed towards him in warning when he attempted to once again follow after her. "...surrounded by fucking idiots." eyes narrowed, she waited a few moments before spinning about and marching out of the area.

Students and teacher turned to gaze at the man still on the ground, waiting for, whatever. They weren't disappointed. He gave a sniffle, whipping his face clean on what was obviously the sleeve of his expensive, if large, business suit. "Lady Kagome!" he scrambled after her, his imaging morphing slightly to reveal very inhuman characteristics as he ran after the woman. "Please, a simple vitality check and zap!" his voice quickly grew distant as his form was swallowed up by the trees and shadows surrounding the clearing.

A few seconds went by, Yuji opening his mouth to speak up, pausing when the loud echoes of a slap and yelp made it to their ears.

"Pervert!"

"Thank you my lady!"

Yuji raised a hand, no doubt to once again to speak up when the man rushed back into the clearing. A cheek now sported a perfectly red outline of a hand, no doubt the result of the slap he had received not a few seconds ago. What had the students cringe and flinch back in disgust was how the male hunched, in an attempt to ease the pressure on his obvious erection that was displayed prominently via the tent in his pants. His hands were frantic when he pulled out his own cell phone. "Darling? It worked, I'm on my way home. Be sure to wear my favourite piece!"

Nobara was leaning on her knees, coughing and heaving, Yuji's own face was pale while Megumi was attempting to keep a straight face though it did show signs of disgust. As for Satoru, he wore that grin that was more or less his default expression, appeared entirely too amused.

The four watched as the man finally left, the silence only broken by Nobara's final dry coughs and heaves. Her breath was heavy as she muttered under her breath in disgust. They were all then reminded of the cell phone, now on speaker, when a crackling voice spoke out. "Miko?"

At this, Satoru picked himself up from the bench and approached the cell phone, dusting the ash from the device. "I'm sorry, but Miss Kagome has left."

There was silence from the other before the male sighed. "To whom am I speaking with?"

"Satoru Gojo!" their teacher replied in a happy tone, smiling all the same, even when the immediate reply to his name was less than positive.

"Of course. The miko does have a unique ability to cross paths with even the likes of you. From what I know of you, any warning to keep away will be ignored." the voice crackled again before the line went dead.

Taking the chance, Satoru's fingers were working across the cracked surface as he hummed a little happy tune.

"Uh, Gojo-sensei? Since the curse has been dealt with, does that mean we can now go visit the night market?" Yuji spoke up, Nobara nodding her head, colour once again returning to her cheeks. As for Megumi, he looked highly uncomfortable and quickly nodded his head in agreement in wanting to leave.

Their teacher hummed in reply, not paying attention, instead he was focused on the device in his hand, smile growing when he placed it to his ear.

"Gojo-sensai?" Nobara's voice was slightly rough from her earlier distress, which spoke of her upset as she had actually been.

A hand stuffed into his pocket, Satoru rocked on his feet. And then he spoke up. "Ah, hello! My name is Satoru Gojo." there was a pause. "Ah, no, I don't know your daughter. No, she dropped her cell phone, and before I could request where I could best return it from what I'm assuming was a friend, they hung up. Sunset shrine? Sounds lovely, will tomorrow be alright for you? Wonderful, I'll see you then. Have a wonderful evening!" ending the call, he gave the device a short toss only to catch and pocket it.

Despite the blindfold, the three teens knew that their teacher's eyes were more than likely twinkling in amusement. "Yup! While I am a little disappointed that you couldn't learn from tonight's curse, no need to spoil one of the main reasons why we came!"

At this Megumi's face lost all expression, becoming flat. "You're going to follow that woman, aren't you?"

"Megumi!" their teacher slung an arm around the teen's shoulders, ignoring the grunt and attempt to shrug it off. "I would never!"

Yuji and Nobara were no longer paying attention, happily chatting about the things they wanted to see and eat at the night market. They were ahead of the other two, more than excited at the prospect of free food and games and whatever they could do. Accepting that fact that his teacher would be dragging him, Megumi let out a sigh as he followed along.

As for Satoru, despite what he said earlier, he was honestly looking forward to meeting the woman again. The Jujutsu world was notorious for excluding everything that sorcerers could not handle, so after what they just witnessed, he was more than curious about an actual miko. And it didn't hurt that she was attractive.

AN: So this idea has been bouncing around ever since I started reading India Simba's Jujutsu Kaisen/Inuyasha crossover How To Tame A Sorcerer, which I suggest everyone go check out. I personally have not read or watched the series, all that I know is through reading their story and a little research. As for this, I honestly don't know if this will remain a oneshot or not, I will mark it as complete, but I have a feeling that there may be future additions despite that. With that said, I hope everyone enjoyed this piece and to please leave a review!
