Chapter 1

Here we are with the Konosuba DXD Rewrite. Now there's going to be some changes from the first one since I had some help with a friend of mine. Now let's get this started.

Underworld. Gremory Clans Mansion.

Issei was watching his teammates go to their training instructors for the summer and he was the only one left. Issei looked at Azazel and wondered who was going to become his instructor until Azazel brought him to another location so he could speak to him about the instructor.

Azazel teleported them to a plains field where Azazel sighed as he put a barrier around them both. "Okay this should give us a little privacy." He nodded as he turned to Issei, who was curious about what's going on. "What with all of this secrecy? I thought I was training with Tannin, right?"

Azazel rubbed the back of his head as he looked at Issei before sighing once more. "Well...there's been a change of plans. Tannin won't be training you but in exchange for Tannin, I have something even better. The issue is that there's a goddess I know of that requires some assistance with some issues in her world."

Issei rose a brow and asked the Fallen Governor. "What do you mean by her world?"Azazel sighed as he scratched the back of his neck and explained. "Well that's the thing. She's a goddess from another world, but I do assure you she is a good person. The problem is that she needs a powerful Champion to aid her world and well I owed her a favor so I said you could be her Champion."

Issei's eyes widened as he looked at the Fallen Leader and asked. "Who exactly is this woman and what did you do that made you owe her?" Azazel shook his head as he ran his left hand through his hair. "Trust me. You don't want to know but I'll say it has to do with a bar and one too many drinks."

Issei didn't say anything as he simply patted Azazel's back before the governor opened a portal and explained the situation to his student. "Now when you meet Eris, the goddess, know she's a nice person and will be there to explain the situation to you however even though you will be alone in her world you won't have to worry about your Evil Pieces messing with your powers. Since your body is 50% Devil, 25% Human, and 25% Dragon you'll be able to have full access to your abilities. Perhaps you can even learn magic there as well but it will take some work in order for you be a powerful fighter since your previous battle with Vali and Tannin at first proved that you still have a long way to go. That's why it's good Eris decided to cash in this favor I owe her."

Issei nodded as he went into the portal before Azazel followed him into the portal. The two then appeared in another room where it was dark but the ceiling was bright like stars in the sky. In the middle of the room was a woman sitting in a chair, who looked up from her book as she saw them both.

"Ah. Azazel. It's good to see you. So this is him? The boy you told me about?" Eris looked at him as she looked in her book and nodded before looking back at Issei. "It's a pleasure to meet you face to face, Issei Hyoudou. My name is Eris. I am the Goddess of Luck and Fortune. I hate to ask this of you but your our last chance for our world to be saved. For you see many other champions have come before you and sadly each of them perished in battle or became a monster that now serves Hades."

Eris summoned a large screen as she then summoned two bowls of popcorn for the two of them to enjoy as she explained the situation the world she was supposed to protect now in chaos.

"You see many years ago, there were eight Gods and Goddesses who were born to protect and guide the people of this world to a wonderful future. The eight were the Goddess of the Sky and Heaven, the Goddess of the Night and Moon, the Goddess of the Air and Storms, the Goddess of Earth and Nature, the God of Fire and Sun, the God of Death and the Underworld, the Goddess of Luck and Fortune, and finally the Goddess of Water. My sisters, brothers, and I were tasked to protect and guide the humans, monsters, and Demihumans so the world isn't destroyed or brought into chaos. After the first couple of decades in our world, the eight Kingdoms were created as a home for the churches who prayed to a certain God or Goddess."

"My church is known as the Eris Order who pray to me and ask me for blessing which I give to them, but the other kingdoms were different from mine since the Gods and Goddesses were different in each way. My kingdom is known as the most peaceful one but when it comes to fighting I am very weak and useless in combat. My brothers and sisters however were different in their own unique ways. Viridi, the Goddess of the Earth, is connected to the earth, plants, and creatures who live in the world. She hates greedy and selfish humans and cares for the earth greatly but believed that humans didn't care for all she does for them since the Viridi Order is the smallest one of all the orders. Her followers were grateful for what she does and lives in the Forest of Death so that they may serve and protect the forest from those who dare try to rob Viridi's garden and home."

Issei was in awe as he watched the show before Eri sighed as she explained the dangerous situation their world is in. "The world was peaceful and good albeit with a bit of chaos but it was wonderful until Hade's generals appeared and waged war on the other kingdoms to bring Hades to the world above. For you see, he cannot appear in the world unless the other seven allow it but we won't let him."

Issei rose a brow, before nodding lightly. "Alright, if I may ask, who are these 'other seven' you speak of, Eris-Sama?"

"The other seven are my brothers and sisters. You'll actually be meeting my little sister. She's the Goddess of Water Aqua. She's the youngest but the most problematic besides Hades."

Issei rose a brow once again. "How is she problematic?" Azazel stiffled a laugh, making Eris glare at the Governor-General of the Grigori. "W-Well, Aqua is a hot piece of ass, but she's also what you'd call an absolute fucking idiot! Hahahaha!" Eris sighed at the description given to her sister by the man before nodding in agreement with him. "A bit of a crude way of calling someone a moron, but he's right. Aqua is a Water Goddess but her powers mostly rely on buffing and purifying darkness. Not against other monsters. Though it's best I explain why Hades is attacking." Eris said as she snapped her fingers to reveal a picture of Hades waging war against the other kingdoms.

"Hades was annoyed with the peace among the species and decided to bring the Underworld to the Land of the Living but in order to do that he would need the others Gods and I to allow it. We however retaliated with our people and fought Hades's undead army and the war lasted for many years. So many lives were lost during the war but we were able to save our world by defeating Hades and sealing him in the underworld."

The screen changed to Hades roar in a fit of rage within the underworld as he sat in his throne of dead skeletons and bones until the screen changed to the generals retreating into the shadows with their remaining forces.

"After the war, we tried to stop the six generals of Hades and kill them however they escaped and swore that they would free Hades from his imprisonment. For years we've fought the Generals and their forces but their becoming more reckless and ruthless as well. They wish to steal our powers for if a God or Goddess is killed then the one who kills us, receives our powers but only those worthy and strong enough can use the powers of the Gods."

Issei gulped upon hearing that. "What the hell..." Eris smiled as she then looked at him with a hopeful look in her eyes. "However, there is still hope! There is a legend about a team of misfits banding together, and becoming the most powerful team that our world has ever seen. A Dragon Knight. A Fallen Goddess. A Friendly Lich. A High Defense Crusader. A Crimson Mage. And a Crimson Spellcaster."

Issei looked at the picture and saw that the Dragon Knight. "That's me? But….how?" Issei asked as Eris looked at Issei and replied. "It's due to my Foresight. I saw this and so the legend is actually a story in my world now however as soon as I saw you in the vision I knew that you were the one. The Dragon Knight who can stop the Demon Generals, save my world, and my brothers and sisters. So….will you please help me?"

Issei was unsure, before Azazel patted his shoulder. "Think of it this way Issei. If you go and help defeat the Demon Generals, not only will become so much stronger... but you'll finally achieve your dream of gaining a harem!" Issei went into thought, while Eris deadpanned. "Was that last reason really necessary?" "Hey! He wants to be Harem King, so don't get sassy with me."

Issei looked at the two before looking at the Boosted Gear. He thought back to his many battles until now and realized that he was far from even being close to Vali's level or even Tanin's level so if he wished to become stronger then he needed to take this seriously but still enjoy himself.

"Okay. I'll do it." Issei said with confidence as Eris smiled happily at him. "Wonderful! Now you'll have to meet with Aqua so she can help you get sent down there. I can only help those who are deceased either pass on or resurrect."

Issei nodded, but Eris suddenly deadpanned. "But if that idiot sister of mine so much as gives you a hard time, just say my name, and I'll set the moron straight."

Issei nodded once more as he looked at his Sensei and asked "Will I be back in time to see everyone again when I come back?" Azazel nodded as he replied. "Of course. Time moves faster there than our world. Don't worry. It'll be alright. I have faith in you Issei Hyoudou."

The two hugged it out until he left to leave only Issei and Eris before the Goddess vanished until Issei was then summoned to a room where a blue haired woman was sitting in a chair looking at a book until she saw Issei. "Oh Hi there. I am the Goddess Aqua so your here because you died no? Then in that case I'll offer you a chance to go to a new place where you can basically be an Isekai Hero!" The girl said cheerfully but Issei replied. "Uh but I'm not dead."

"Hah! That's what all people in denial say! Just accept that you've died and become a Hero for an Isekai world, simple as that! Besides, you were probably a real nobody in your old life anyways." Aqua said before laughing at him which made Issei's eye begin to twitch. 'Azazel was right, she's drop dead gorgeous, but she's an absolute moron!' "Eris, you jinxed it."

Eris them appeared next to Aqua making her yelp in surprise as Eris sighed as if she was tired of this before turning to Aqua who had a chip in her mouth. "Aqua. I brought him here so he can gain an item to help him before he's sent on his way. So do your job. Now."

"Alright alright! ...Which item are we talking about again?" Eris groaned as she massaged her temples. "Aqua, you cannot be serious..."

Aqua looked at her papers as she replied. "So here's some special items that you can have however you can only pick one so choose wisely." Aqua said as she handed the stack to Issei before sitting back in her chair. "You can go now Eris." Aqua said as Eris held in a groan as she then left the room making Issei worry for her. 'I have a feeling most of her gray hair is due to her.'

"Alright deadbeat! Choose one of these special items. And make it snappy! I'm already annoyed that Eris McButtface came and ruined my fun."

Issei didn't say anything as he looked at the papers. 'Wow. No wonder she's the youngest. She's an even bigger brat than Koneko and that's saying something.' Issei said in his mind as he looked at the papers before pondering what to choose. "I can already boost my strength and power so physically I'm good but it's magic wise that I'm weak on due to my low magic level so perhaps a magic skill would be better." Issei said to himself as he began to separate the skill from Worthless Rank D, Common Rank C, Ultimate Rank B-A, and One of a Kind Rank S Skills.

Issei looked at an A ranked skill and smiled. "I'll take this one. Magic Drain. This is the one I want." Issei said as Aqua took the paper and nodded before turning it into magic as Aqua then smiled. "Finally! Now time to send you away. See you later Deadbeat Otaku or Pervert!" Aqua said as she sent Issei into a portal that made her laugh at him until she closed it. "Finally. Now to get back to my snacks."

Eris suddenly appeared behind her with a silky sweet smile, but behind that smile was something frightening. "Don't think I didn't hear you calling me Eris McButtface, or calling poor Issei-Chan a Deadbeat Otaku or Pervert." Aqua felt shivers down her spine as she slowly turned around to see Eris continue speaking to her. "I think my dear little sister needs to learn a life lesson. In other words, you need to be punished for your disrespect over the decades."

Aqua then saw Eris with her 'sweet honey' smile as she picked up Aqua and summoned a portal. "I think you've had this coming for a loooong time dear sister." Eris then let Aqua fall as she heard the Goddess scream in fear until the portal closed.

"Finally! I've been wanting to do that for decades! Thank you God!!" Eris cheered as she went back to work with peace in mind before smiling at the punishment she gave Aqua.

"Enjoy your time as Aqua or shall I say…Ex Goddess?"

Beginners Town.

Issei was now in a tavern as he looked to see that he was definitely in a town of sorts before seeing the people around him. "So this is Beginners Town. Home of the Eris Cult. Not a bad place if I'm being honest." Issei said as he looked at his hand and saw the magic in the air flow into him as he felt a small burst of magic enter his gate.

"Woah. That felt like being filled with a nice warm meal. So that's how Magic Drain works. Not bad at all."

Issei suddenly paused, before raising a brow as his ears picked something up in the wind. "Huh, is it just me...or do I hear someone screaming?"

"AHAHAHAHAHAHA!! SOMEBODY HELP ME!!"

Issei looked outside to see a certain blue haired girl being chased by a giant Frog that had a massive bump on its head that indicated she hit her head on something hard.

"Wow. I'm starting to almost feel sorry for her. Well almost." Issei said as a maid came over to him and asked. "Excuse me sir but are you here to register as an Adventurer?"

Issei nodded as he did his best not to look at her bust which was impressive and healithy due to her uniform showing them off. "That I am miss, though I'm very new to the area around here, and I'm not sure where I should go to register." 'Good, I actually kept a decent conversation with a girl, and without staring at her chest either.'

"Oh? Well in that case then you should see Luna. She's the one who helps Rookies get registered as an Adventurer." She said before smiling at him. "Oh and thanks for making conversation with me instead just seeing my chest. Love your reactions and your so cute you make me want to eat you up." The maid said as she did a biting action before waving him a small farewell that left Issei shocked. "Woah. She's good. So Luna huh? Well might as well get registered. I'm pretty sure Yen doesn't work here."

Issei then headed to the front desk and saw a well-endowed woman with fair skin, wavy blonde hair tied back in a bun, and gold-colored eyes. She was doing her work with a smile on her face which showed she was a hard worker and loved her job. Her outfit consisted of a red ribbon worn around her neck, a white off the shoulder low-cut top that revealed a large amount of cleavage, with black shoulders and sleeve cuffs, low-rise jean shorts, and short brown boots.

She noticed Issei before she gets into her normal routine and stance. "Hello there. How may I help you doing today? Are you here to make a request or join the guild?" She noticed that Issei was wearing off clothes but then saw a sack of money in front of her eyes. Issei looked at her and replied. "Registration. And I would also like this mansion that would suit my living accommodations as well as some equipment we may require. This should cover it all and then some more for insurance." The front desk lady opened the bag and saw so much gold her eyes became Eris before she became the Flash and got the supplies and paperwork needed for the mansion that he saw on the quest board earlier.

The lady bowed to them both and smiled as she gestured to the device. "This device will allow you to create your Adventurer cards that keep track of your Skills, Class, Level, and more."

Issei stepped forward and placed his hand on the orb before it glowed brightly as the laser etched into his card before the front desk lady looked at the card after the laser finished the job and handed it to him. "Thank you for registering at the guild. We are honored to have you with us. May the Gods and Goddesses bless you with safety as you help our kingdom." She then looked at Issei with a pen and asked. "Now what Class would you like? We have eight main classes that adventures can choose from. It's possible to have two classes however combining classes is difficult since some are not compatible with others like say Saber and Archer."

Issei went into a thought, until he scratched the back of his head with a sheepish grin. "Um, could you maybe tell what Classes there are? I'm very new to this you see." Luna couldn't help but giggle, she found Issei's sheepish reaction to be rather adorable.

"Of course. We have the Saber class that specializes with Crusaders and warriors with the sword. Lancers that wield mighty spears, their also the fastest. Archers rely on luck to make deadly and precise shots while being able to travel in the thickest forests with ease and survive in it. Casters are self explanatory. Magic users. Riders or Paladins can mount even the mightiest of beats and charge into battle with them. Assassins or Thief's can use their speed and traps to ensnare and kill their opponents. Berserkers are powerful warriors who use powerful brute force and massive amounts of power that can take down an army of 1,000. Many Demons had a skill that forced them to become a Berserker at the cost of their life. And finally Ruler. That one is extremely powerful since it allows the User to use the skills of all the other classes but that is a one in a million shot." Luna explained as she had a board out which made Issei whistle at them all before wanting to test his luck.

"Can I…..try for Ruler?" Issei asked which made Luna drop her pen and the residents gasp as no one has tried to go for Ruler since the war.

"U-Um, are sure about this sir? I-I mean no one has ever went with that Class since the war." 'Please don't say yes to Ruler, I don't want a sweet young man like you to die because you chose a dangerous Class!' Luna said in her head as she knew how powerful and dangerous the risk was.

Issei looked at her serious before nodding. "Please Mrs. Luna. Let me try." Issei begged before Luna sighed but nodded as she did her duty and pulled out a golden orb this time. "This is the Class Orb. It'll allow you to see what classes you can have as your own." She said as she the put Issei's left hand on it which made it activate as it burst into a golden light until Issei's card now had a Class on it.

Class: Ruler.

"C-Congratulations. Y-Your the first Ruler we've had in a t-thousand years." Luna said shakily as she tried to process what happened before Issei asked. "Uh is it possible I can go ahead and get a Quest and how do I learn Skills?" Luna shook her head as she replied.

"Oh that's simple. You use Experience Points to learn new skills from others. For Quests all you have to do go to the Quest Board and select one. Since your a Rank E Adventurer that means you can only accept Rank E and D Quests. The Quests ranged from Rank E-S. You start at Rank E and D missions before you try to climb up to Rank S which is the highest ranking of them all. There are two types of Quests. The first are Normal Quests like an extermination mission or a Wanted Quest which means you hunt down a criminal or do a task for a high class being. Here's a few of them." Luna said as she pushed a few towards him.

Quest: Rank D. Eliminate the Goblins Nest that's harassing the farms and livestock. Reward: 1,000 Silver Eri. Additional Eri for high level Goblins.

Quest: Rank C. Escorting the Princess to Axel. Reward and details explained at front desk.

Quest: Rank E. Helping out at the Succubus Cafe. Reward and Details are explained at the cafe.

Quest: Rank E. Befriend a Crimson Demon that is looking for friends and willing to join a party before going on an epic adventure.

Issei rose a brow at the last one, but he was also interested on the Succubus Cafe. Issei shrugged, he'd check out the Succubus Cafe later. Issei grabbed the Quest that said Befriend a Crimson Demon. 'Hmm, a Crimson Demon eh? That sounds like a hard mission, so why is it Rank E?'

Luna saw that one and hissed at that Quest. "I should warn you about this girl. She's a very sweet girl but the issue is that she's a shy and clumsy girl who's great with Magic but is not so good when it comes to social interactions. She put that quest on the board in hopes someone will be her friends and go on an adventure with her so she can be part of the party but sadly she's used by others and only gets little from the party she's with. If you do go on a quest with her, make sure you accept her. She can be a very big help on the journey and with the other generals you'll have to face in the near future." Luna said before pointing to a the Quest Board as a girl ran towards Issei and saw the quest paper in his hands. Her eyes became stars as tears formed under her eyes as she cried happily and hugged Issei which put him in an awkward position until he gently patted her back and looked at Luna for help until she nodded and asked the crying girl.

"Want to introduce yourself YunYun before you soak his clothes in tears?"

"O-Oh! Sorry! Sorry!" The girl now named YunYun straightened herself out, before Issei nearly had a nosebleed, and quickly covered his face with his hand. "U-Um, YunYun was it?" "Yup! My name is YunYun, it's nice to meet you!" Issei cleared his throat with his free hand. "Do you mind telling me why your shirt is so... revealing?" "Hmm? What do you mean?"

Issei looked at her outfit and asked. "Your a Caster right so why are you wearing such revealing clothes?" YunYun looked at her outfit and replied. "These are my normal clothes. They were a gift from my mother and I heard that this is a way to make friends." She said while poking her fingers until Issei patted her back.

"I'd be more than happy to join you and if you want we could work together as a team. Sounds great no?"

YunYun's eyes began to turn glossy. "Y-You mean it?" Issei could see the hidden sorrow behind YunYun's eyes, this made him clench his fist. 'To use such a kind woman like YunYun because of her beauty and magic prowess... unforgivable...'

"Of course. Consider us partners YunYun." Issei said as YunYun had tears on the side of her eyes as she cheered should before hugging him again. "Oh thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" She yelled while crying tears of joy. "Uh thank you too but can you please get up? I have tear stains on my shirt."

"Ah! I'm so sorry!" Issei chuckled lightly. "It's alright, it'll dry. Now, I suppose that's a mention success." Luna couldn't help but smile, Issei truly was a kind soul. "Then I suppose I'll be taking thay thank you. Since YunYun didn't put any money for this mission, consider your new party member as a reward." Issei smiled. "I wouldn't have it any other way." YunYun smiled happily, Issei then grabbed the Succubus Cafe mission. "Alright, let's see here."

"Help out at a Succubus Cafe? What's that?" Issei asked which made Luna chuckle nervously. "Uh…are you sure you want that one. Hehehehe." Luna asked….questionably until Issei asked. "What's the deal with this place?" Luna was nervous as she sighed. "Well….. it's place for adventures to get relieved by having interesting dreams and the cafe portion is mostly…..female members." Luna said with a blush as if she worked there before.

"Worst three years of my life."

Issei blushed lightly, he was definitely going to save that mental picture for later purposes. "You said mostly, are there male members that work there?" Luna nodded. "Most of them are bartenders, though... there's only one male that works there." Issei sighed as he asked a terrifying question. "He swings the other way, doesn't he?" "Yup!" Issei looked at the mission paper for a moment, before he nodded. "I'll do it."

Luna did a spit take as she coughed before looking at him. "Huh?! A-Are you sure?" "Yes." 'I was known as the Incarnation of Lust so that might help me with this job.' Issei said to himself as he went with YunYun to the Succubus Cafe as a few Succubus maids goaded a few males and females to enter the cafe before the duo entered to see that there were more females 9 to 10. Issei did see a male bartender as he saw the one who looked like the boss.

"Oh my. It's been awhile since we've had anyone accept our Quest. Welcome to the Succubus Cafe. My name is Lilith the owner of this cafe. So is it you both or just one of you?" Lilith asked as a she walked with the duo and led them to her office.

Issei turned to YunYun. "It's up to you, I can just do this by myself."

YunYun shook her head as she shouted back at him. "No way! We're partners so we work together!"

Lilith giggled at her reaction as she looked at them both. "Well I will admit you have the body that makes some Succubi jealous but I'm afraid your personality isn't best suited for this job now your friend on the other hand could definitely work here since he's got an idea of how to work in an cafe. Plus I can smell the Lust from you. So delicious." Lilith said while licking her lips and looking at the boy. "Now we'll pay you well since you'll be a part timer and still be able to go adventuring just let me know before hand. Oh and sometimes if we're understaffed we will need some….replacement Succubi. Oh and sexual activities don't happen here unless they pay for the Lust Lounge then that's a different story."

Issei rose a brow as he heard this before asking the boss. "The Lust Lounge? Mind explaining what that is exactly, besides it being used for sexual activities as you say." YunYun seemed stunned by how calm Issei was when talking about the Succubus Cafe. 'Wow, most men I've seen just come here to relax or relieve themselves. I've genuinely never seen someone so curious about this job, especially Issei-Kun.'

"Well the Lust Lounge is a place where adventures and such can have…..physical activities in there. Heck even our resident Incubus likes to help out in there as either role and gender. Trust me. I've seen the comment cards in the comment box." Lilith said as she pointed to the box labeled Comments. "We also have dances and other things in there for the mature audiences."

Issei nodded as he understood her answer. "I see, I see." Lilith giggled lightly at the boys thought process. "You seem so genuinely curious about this job."

"Well it got me thinking. People don't just come here to relieve themselves, do they?" Lilith smirked as she approved of this boy more and more. "Sharp eye. We also have a bar as you can see over there, but we also have a kitchen in case there are those that come here for a bite to eat." Issei's eye gleamed. "Did you just say kitchen?"

Lilith nodded as Issei asked. "Can I cook in the kitchen please?!" Lilith put a hand up as she replied. "Hold it. First you need to pass the test and impress the head chef with your cooking. Reason is that the Head Chef is a good person but she's strict about order in the kitchen."

Issei cracked his knuckles as he was welcoming to the challenge. "Bring it, my mom didn't raise no bitch." Lilith smirked at the fire in his eyes before nodding. "I'm starting to like you hun, come, I'll take you there." Issei nodded, before he looked at YunYun with strict eyes. "If someone tries taking advantage of you... scream, I'll know."

YunYun nodded as she sat at the bar where she saw the Incubus come next to her. "Rough day?" "Oh don't I know it. Hit me with something strong." YunYun said as the Incubus nodded before he asked. "So who's the hot stuff you waltzed in with? Seemed nice for the most part." The Incubus asked as YunYun had a red face after she drank her first one.

"That's my bitch Issei! My friend and I'll be damned if anyone takes him away from me. HIC!" YunYun yelled as she slammed her glass on the counter before hiccuping from the booze.

Thanks to Issei's Devil hearing and Dragon hearing, he heard what YunYun said, and chuckled lightly. Lilith noticed this, before she smirked. "You know Issei, you have a very weird scent." Issei rose a brow. "What do you mean?" "Well, how do I put this. You smell like a Devil and a Dragon mixed together, but you look Human."

Issei was about to reply before Lilith put a hand up to calm him down. "Relax. As a former General of Hades I'm not interested in his goals. All I care about is helping my species thrive and have a wonderful fulfilling life. Now if I were to assume for a moment, your the Dragon Knight aren't you? The one in the legend? A Dragon Knight that's is covered in crimson armor and leads a team that will defeat Hades and his generals. I however have some info on my former master. There's a reason he's wishes to come here but it's not to take over the world. The reason was….to bring his deceased lover back to life."

This caught Issei's attention, until his eyes turned stern. "We can talk about this later at the tavern, let's just focus on business for now."

Lilith nodded before hearing a lot of wailing as she looked outside and asked. "Uh….I think your friend is in a drinking competition with a very…very sad girl." She said as she pointed to a certain useless goddess who was drowning her tears with some alcohol and seemed to challenge YunYun to a drinking competition.

"HIC! I am Aqua the Goddess of Water! Bow to me! HIC!"

"Leave me be Useless Goddess! HIC!" YunYun said before she began to drink from the bottle again as Aqua complied. This made Lilith whistle at them both before seeing Issei. "I didn't know a Goddess would be here. Wonder what that little brat is doing here." This surprised Issei as he asked the Succubus. "You know Aqua?"

"Oh yes. Back during the war she was well known for purifying poisons and such while buffing and healing others. Almost thought she was just an annoying mage that had high magic like those Crimson Demons."

Issei sighed as he looked at the two. "Well, Aqua sent me here since she owed Eris a favor... and I think she might've pissed off her older sister."

Lilith laughed at this before she walked over to Aqua and YunYun before carrying them like a sack of potatoes. "I'll take them to a resting room where they can sleep off the alcohol." She said before sniffing their breath. "Wow. They have some serious dragon breath." Lilith said before YunYun accidentally burped some fire that shocked them both before the Incubus replied. "Yeah. She actually got Dragon Fire. That girls got an iron stomach. And liver." He said before wiping the tables as Issei went back into the kitchen to see the chef. The chef was a turquoise haired Succubus that smiled at him while cooking before she hugged him from behind. "Mm…Smells good. Mind if I have a tiny taste?~" She asked before biting his ear that sent shivers down his spine. 'Holy shit. This woman is……so good at this.' Issei said internally as he enjoyed the ministrations from the woman before she smiled at him. "My name is Morrigan. I'm actually the second in command of the Succubus army."

Issei nodded. "Issei Hyoudou, it's nice to meet you Morrigan." Morrigan smiled happily, before she gave a Isseina seductive stare. "Now, may I?" Issei nodded. "Go right ahead, I'll just be focusing on making the food."

Morrigan smiled at this before using a taste spoon and scooped some of it before smiling at the taste. "Not bad. Not bad at all. Can't wait to see it completed. I'll be watching you from the back. Ta ta for now." She said while shaking her hips which made Issei look at her before she replied. "Rule number one of cooking. Don't let your food burn from a females seduction." She said before some smoke come up.

Issei smacked himself, and proceeded to focus back on his cooking, making Morrigan giggle. 'He's a good kid, but he definitely needs some work.'

"Damn she's good." Issei mumbled to himself before seeing Lilith come in and give him a serious look. "So I take it you meet Morrigan? She's a total babe for men and women at the cafe. Heck she's even given some special advice for others who work here. Granted they never heed it but I can't deny it that she's prettier than I am. And I'm a general." Lilith said as she looked at Morrigan giving out instructions to the others. "Don't worry about her. Morrigan gives great advice and when she teases you or just talks to you then it's for a reason. Good luck." Lilith said before leaving the kitchen.

Issei nodded and went back to his cooking, until he heard Morrigan's heels as she walked up to him. "How did I just notice this now?"

"What do you mean?"

Morrigan smirked as she stopped and wrapped her arms around his neck. "There's lust coming off of you like waves~." She said before asking. "Tell me are by any chance Issei Hyoudou the Future Harem King? Or do you go by the Red Dragon?"

Issei was shocked hearing from this and replied. "How'd you know that?"

"Does the name Azazel ring a bell?"

Issei facepalmed as he heard his Sensei's name. "Why am I not surprised?" Morrigan couldn't help but giggle at the boy as she explained Azazels actions. "I take it you know him well?"

"Yeah, he's my perverted Sensei. The Devil Faction, Angel Faction, and Fallen Angel Faction recently signed a peace treaty, though you probably knew that already."

"Oh how wonderful. It's nice to know that issue was resolved. Azazel was a frequent customer but no matter how many times he hit on the ladies he either ended up swindled out of his money or so drunk we put him in a resting room like your friends. Oh and your foods almost burnt again." Morrigan said as Issei freaked out over the burned food before Morrigan giggled at him. "Good try. Your a good kid but you have a lot to learn about war and how other supernatural species fight." Morrigan said before leaving him as she shook her ass that enticed him before he hears some laughing from Aqua as she looked at him. "Hehe. Loser Pervert got cock blocked. Hahaha!"

Issei rolled his eyes. "I wasn't trying to get laid, not like you ever will... Useless Virgin Goddess."

Aqua laughed at him before YunYun came out from behind with a massive headache. "Oh. My head feels like it's splitting in half." She said before Lilith came from behind and handed her a drink. "Here. This tea will help with your headache. Oh and it's been a while Aqua. So you pissed of your sister again?"

Aqua stuttered blushing, before she looked away with a 'hmph'. "I-I did no such thing!"

Lilith deadpanned as she looked at the guilty goddess. "You called her names again, didn't you?"

"N-No!"

Issei cut in, after finally finishing up the first half of his dish. "She called Eris, her older sister, Eris McButtface. That, and she called me a Deadbeat Otaku or Pervert without knowing who I truly am, which I don't think Eris took too kindly to."

Lilith nodded as she looked at Aqua before asking. "You also lost your Godhood didn't you?" Aqua stuttered as she replied. "N-No!" She yelled before putting up a hand to open a portal but failed to before she tried a gain but Lilith stopped her as she patted her shoulder comfortingly. "Sorry Aqua but the Goddess of Water is no more."

"B-But I'm right here!" Aqua cried out until Issei sighed at her...intelligence. "She means, you aren't getting your powers back, for a very, very long time." Issei smirked as he looked at her. "Then again, this is a little entertaining to me." Lilith couldn't help but laugh at that. "Oh my! You really are a Devil!"

Aqua whined loudly before YunYun looked at Lilith. "Wait if Aqua is no longer the Goddess of Water then is someone else receiving it?" She asked the Succubus before Lilith replied. "Well yes but I'm not sure who. The only way I know how a God or Goddesses power is transferred is by death however it is possible for a royal family that was blessed by the God or Goddess to gain the power should the so called God or Goddess lose Godhood. It actually happened to the former Fire God Rengoku. Before he almost died in battle he battle he has a disciple who he blessed with his fire power. Her name is Priscilla. Princess of the Rengoku Kingdom."

Issei seemed intrigued by this, but he decided that he should finish up the rest of his cooking first, without that damn vixen Morrigan distracting him. 'I'm not gonna get distracted by the womanly body ever again, that will be my goal as the Future Harem King!' Lilith saw the fire in Issei's eyes as he went back into the kitchen. 'That boy sure is determined... I find that very hot in men~.'

An Hour Later….

"Not bad. And you even repelled her teasing for a good solid five minutes before she flashed you with her panties." Lilith said as Issei groaned in the table. "That woman is a demon I tell you." He said as Morrigan called out to him. "Aw thanks cutie. I pride myself on making men and woman love me. And I got the fan letters to prove it." Issei's eye twitched. 'Is it normal for me to start finding Succubus incredibly annoying?'

Issei then heard Ddraig laugh at his partners misfortune before replying. [Hah! You'd be the first one to find them annoying if that's the case partner! Though Succubus's have been a very difficult species to deal with. Take it from a host who had a harem of Succubi. He was actually known as the Succubus King.]

'Wow. What happened to him?'

[He turned into an Incubus.]

Issei's eyes widened, before he slowly turned to the bar. 'Ddraig, does that Incubus look familiar to you?'

'The one behind the bar table.' Issei said before he could sense Ddraig looking at the Incubus behind the table.

'How can you tell?'

[Because that Incubus was a woman. Her soul is pink. Means she's a woman.]

Issei's eyes widened in shock at this until Ddraig carried on his chat with Issei. [Anyway. I do believe I've heard of the God she spoke of. Rengoku. I've heard of him back when I had my body. He was actually a good friend of one of my past hosts. I actually helped him learn how to control his Flame Breathing Technique and how to use the power of Dragon Fire. He's a human like you but not a dragon so to speak. Think of it like a Dragon Slayer but not like that idiot Natsu.]

'Hey! That man fights for his friends! And he isn't that bad.'

[Right, I should blame the parent. Igneel is a horrible father, who doesn't teach their kids restraint?] Issei deadpanned. 'Says the Dragon who can't remember how his rivalry with Albion started.'

However I do believe we should try to gather a strong team before we try and locate the other Gods and Goddesses and the generals of Hades's Army though I feel a strong aura at the castle. The Axel Kingdom has a powerful aura that is similar to the Goddess Eris. It's possible she has a Royal member that uses her power.]

Issei nodded at this before replying to the dragon. 'Yeah, but it'll be some time before we can meet whoever that person is. I just need to focus on getting money from my new job, and to get stronger through the many adventures we go on together.'

[Understood. I wish you luck partner, I'm going to take a nap now.]

He heard Ddraig leave him as Issei then looked to see that YunYun was helping with the clean up before seeing Aqua cry buckets of tears on a table as Lilith used her tail to point to her while giving him a look. 'Can you take her please? It's almost closing time.'

Issei sighed, he walked up to Aqua, before handing her to Lilith. "Have her wait outside, I want to chat with her after cleaning up." Lilith nodded as she picked up Aqua. "Of course, let's go little mortal."

"I'M NOT A MORTAL, WAAAAAAHHHHH!!"

Issei then helped YunYun out with the cleaning until Lilith waved the two off as they left the cafe. "Come back when it's your shift again. We'll begin the orientation then. Hope you enjoy working with us." Lilith said as she closed the door before they looked to see Aqua whining on the bench.

"Wow. That is pathetic. Come on Aqua pick yourself up." Issei said as he walked to her as Aqua meekly replied. "I'm a mortal now. A weak, weak, weak mortal." She sighed loudly before feeling her scarf and staff as they were the only objects she had on her.

Issei rolled his eyes, before he spoke words he learnt from his Master. "Then get stronger." Aqua looked up at Issei. "E-Eh?"

"Get stronger. You may be a mortal but that doesn't mean your weak. Sure your not the strongest but at least you still got power. Your just not a Goddess anymore. Some of the greatest heroes in history are humans and they became legends like……..King Arthur the King of Great Britain, Iskandar the King of Conquerors, and heck even the great Hercules was a Demigod but he was still able to do so much good. So can you. So what do you say? Want to join the team?"

Aqua looked up at Issei in awe, before she started getting teary-eyed. "Y-You'll help me get stronger? E-E-Even after all of those mean things I've said to you?" Issei waved it off. "Water under the bridge."

'Also maybe she just needs a little attitude adjustment.' Issei thought before Aqua cheered. "Yes! Consider Aqua the Goddess of Water at your service. We'll crush the Demon King and his generals!"

Issei chopped Aqua's head. "Itai!"

"Don't call yourself a Goddess, you're not one anymore. In order to get stronger, you cannot have a single drop of arrogance in your body. I was arrogant once when I found out I had the Boosted Gear, a well known God Killing Weapon, until I had my ass kicked by someone who I thought was weaker than me."

'Though to be fair I was weaker than Riser and that was a setback.' "Anyway since your a Caster Class that means you mostly rely on water magic and support magic so it's best you stay in the back and get some armor that can protect you from arrows and such. YunYun is a Caster as well but has close ranged spells that she can use like swords and such. As for me, a Ruler, I can use the abilities of the other classes but need to learn some skills since I can only use Boost, Transfer, Dragon Shot, Promotion, Flight, Divide, and Dress Break. That is a special spell I love to use on my enemies." 'Especially on my female foes.'

"W-Wait. Dress Break?" Issei visibly paled when YunYun asked about a technique he hoped they wouldn't ask about.

[Might as well be honest with them partner.] 'Ugh, I hope they don't judge me for this.'

"Well it's a spell that allows me to remove buff magic and break armor both magical and physical. However it also happens to tear apart clothes." Issei explained to them both until he saw YunYun's face become flushed beet red, while Aqua grinned at the technique. "So I was right on the pervert part." Issei sighed as he nodded. "Yes, but I'm not a Deadbeat... well, not anymore..." Aqua and YunYun noticed the pain in Issei's eyes when he said that. "Issei-Kun, are you okay?" "Yeah, you look... depressed."

"Well I wasn't exactly a Devil to begins with. Let's just say I had some bad experience that led me to my death. Now I don't need pity. I'm over it and I'm here to get stronger. So you both coming? I already bought a house thanks to the money Eris gave me."

Aqua deadpanned at the thought of the frugal Goddess and asked. "Okay, how small is it?" Issei's eye twitched as he replied. "I bought a mansion for your information." Aqua and YunYun's jaws dropped. Suddenly, Aqua hugged Issei, pressing her bosom onto his chest. "I will love you forever!"

'Yep. Called it.' "Okay can we get going or do you want to freeze tonight?" Issei asked as he pulled out of Aqua's grip before YunYun joined the trio as they made their way to the mansion to get some sleep for their days as a team.

Kazuma will not be in this one. Also some of the characters will be different as well as others like Darkness and such since I wanted the trio that Kazuma was with to actually grow as a character.
