It was another day for a 16-year-old by the name of Chris "Cedar" Johnson. This boy is obsessed with a turn-based RPG Japanese game, anime, and manga series, Pokémon. He loved this game more than any other video game combined. He played this game series day after day, night after night. His book of choice was the Pokémon manga series, which he had read every single book twentyfold. Anytime you saw this teen, you'd always see him watching the Pokémon anime series.
He was a little too obsessed with Pokémon. He even claimed that it was too easy. Well, one day, this was all about to change. Now, let's go to Chris's house, which you can guess what he is doing as of now.
"Yes, another Pokémon captured!" exclaimed Chris. As you can tell, he was up to playing the game, no less.
"That now makes 95 Pokémon captured. Man, I am too good at this game," he stated. "You know, I'd probably make a great Pokémon trainer, if this game were real," said Chris.
Chris has had a long fantasy of being an actual Pokémon trainer. Little did he know, he was going to be able to live said fantasy. And little did he also know, it was not going to be easy as he thinks.
*knock on door* "Chris, sweetie, it's time for bed. You've been up all night"
"Alright, Mom, I'll get to bed. Let me save the game"
"Okay, get some sleep. You told me you were supposed to hang out with your girlfriend tomorrow"
Chris went ahead and got in bed, thinking about his game and his priorities in life. As he was falling asleep, the last thing he thought about was the question, "What if I could be actual Pokémon trainer?"
*falls asleep*
"Huh, what the?" As Chris looked around, he wasn't in his bedroom anymore. He was laying out in the grass.
Well, what a cliffhanger, kind of. I hope you enjoyed this first chapter. I will release the first ten chapters one after another, so there will be no wait. But there will be times where I will not post for a while. That will be because I will have schoolwork, or life gets in the way, I hope you enjoy the content I release.
