"Come on, Izuku! We're going to miss the bus!" shouted Mei Hatsume as her lab partner was preoccupied ogling over one of the latest exhibits at their local science museum. The two were visiting the museum with the rest of their class as part of a field trip; a field trip that was a part of the core curriculum of UA High's Support Course Class 1-H.
"Yeah, yeah…," said the absent-minded boy as he jotted down notes in his journal, murmuring to himself. "Let me just-!" Before he had time to finish that thought, Mei had grabbed him by the collar and begun dragging him. This garnered the attention of the other people present at the exhibit.
Izuku blushed as he covered his face with his journal. "Mei…," he groaned. "People are staring!" The journal muffled his scream enough to where he could only be heard by Mei.
"Then you should have listened to me when you had the chance," said the girl. "Now look at what you're making me do."
Mei dragged the boy back to their bus. After placing Izuku in his seat, the girl tried to calm the boy down, fanning him for about half of the bus ride.
After she had managed to contain the boy, she sighed. "Jeez, Izuku…," she began. "I've never seen anyone freak out like that before… How'd you even end up this afraid of people?"
The boy sighed. "It was never supposed to end up like this."
"Right," said the girl. "I know that you've always wanted to be a hero, but I don't see how being diagnosed as quirkless could have anything to do with being socially anxious."
"Well, I've only ever told you half of it," said Izuku.
"What do you mean?"
"After I was diagnosed as quirkless, all of my so-called friends had abandoned me, leaving me to fend for myself," began the boy. "After that, I was unable to keep a single friend all the way to middle school."
"Therefore you were unable to make any social skills," chimed Mei.
"Therefore I have a hard time talking to people," finished Izuku.
"That explains why you don't like to talk to people," said Mei. "but you hate being looked at even more, at least by large groups…"
"That's because every time someone looks at me all I can see is them looking down on me for not being good enough and it drives me crazy! I would rather be dead than have to deal with people looking at me like that," said Izuku.
"Then why don't you just wear a mask?"
Izuku laughed but stopped when he saw the serious look on Mei's face. "Oh, you're serious…" He sighed. "Because then they just would look at me like I was some sort of criminal."
"But it would work, right?"
"Possibly," said the boy. "But I don't really think that it's practical enough to try out."
"So…," began Mei, shifting in her seat. "I've got another question." Izuku looked at her ready to answer. "How come you can communicate so well when you talk to me… or when you talk about support item ideas?"
"That's a good question," said Izuku. "Although… I'm not really sure."
As the bus ride came to a close, UA's Support Class had arrived at the front gate of the school.
Before any of them could take a step through the gate, a hulking silhouette emerged on the roof of the school before flipping in spectacular fashion and landing with a purpose in front of the glass. It was the Number One hero.
"All Might?!" yelled the class in unison.
"Well, if it isn't the most supportive support class in Japan!" laughed the booming voice of the Number One hero, All Might; who also happened to be a teacher at UA.
"And what do we owe the pleasure, All Might?" asked Power Loader.
"That is a good question!" he exclaimed, standing loud and proud in his signature pose.
There was a moment of silence when the class just stared at the hero, awaiting an answer.
"Which one of you is Mei Hatsume?" asked the man. A pink-haired girl raised her hand. "PERFECT!" He exclaimed "I've heard wonderful things about your costume designs, would you mind coming with me to help my class figure out their new designs?
"Not at all, sir!" announced the girl.
"Great!" announced the man. "Now, if you'd follow me, I'd-!"
"However…!" she began again, stopping the hero in his tracks. "All of my designs must be approved of by this boy right here, sir!"
Izuku glanced between the girl's finger and All Might before he realized that she was pointing at him. "W-W-W-what?! B-But I can't-"
"Wonderful!" shouted the man, approaching Izuku and shaking his hand. "The more the merrier! What's your name, son?"
"I-I-Iz-Izu…," stuttered the boy as he readied himself to pass out.
"His name is Izuku Midoriya, sir!" shouted the girl.
"Well, 'Izuku Midoriya,' it's a pleasure to meet you!"
The two joined All Might in the Suit Workshop where they began designing the costumes in alphabetical order for the hero course students.
One by one the students came and left, taking up the rest of the day for Izuku and Mei. Although the two of them seemed to enjoy it, Izuku couldn't help but feel a little jealous of the heroes, knowing that they'll get to be something that he could never be. It was in moments like these when he remembered his late mother's words. Words that will never leave his mind:
"Whenever you feel hatred or contempt towards another for being born in a better life, just remember that they had no more control over it than you did. Even if they don't realize it, you must never forget... A wise man once said that 'with great power comes great responsibility.' So don't be sad about being quirkless, rejoice for having less of a burden on your shoulders, Icchan..."
"IZUKU!" shouted Mei, snapping the boy out of his hypnotic state.
Looking up, Izuku saw that there was a girl standing in front of the desk he and Mei sat. "S-sorry about that, ma'am," stuttered the boy.
"'Ma'am?'" questioned the girl.
"Sorry about him, Uraraka," said Mei. "Where were we again?"
"Oh," jolted the girl. "I was talking about how I don't want too much changed, except for the tightness. Also, the whiter parts of the costume tend to be a little more see-through. Is there any way that we can make them darker? "
"It's a 'suit,'" said Izuku.
"What?" asked Ochako.
"Here we go again…" sighed Mei.
"You called it a costume," said the boy. "It's a suit. Something that will give people hope when they see it coming from a distance. Calling it a costume is disrespectful to the hero wearing it. The word, 'costume,' implies that the person wearing it is pretending to be a hero."
"Wow…," said the girl. "I've never thought about it like that."
Mei sighed. "Anyways, as far as your design wishes go, if you want us to make the material darker, we can just make it one and a half times thicker. That should take care of the see-through areas, however, the tightness will have to remain. Unfortunately, there is no way to do both at once."
"Unless…," chimed Izuku, drawing up a quick blueprint of the girl's costume. He traced his white pencil across the blue sheet of paper as he continued. Mei held down the corners of the still warped sheet. "If we use a thin, reinforced neoprene fabric, it will allow for easier movement, while remaining perfectly fitted."
There it was. That was why Mei became infatuated with Izuku: his brain. There was nothing that she admired more than someone that could compete with her on a mechanical plane. Hell, her quirk was designed for designing, and even then Izuku found ways to top her designs. She smiled as she looked at the focused look on the boy's face.
"...and the reinforced aspect will help keep it from being see-through!" exclaimed Mei.
"Exactly, plus we could even-! "Suddenly, a sharp pain wrang throughout Izuku's body. "Ah!" he yelped before collapsing to the ground.
"Izuku!" yelled Mei.
Through blurred vision and ringing ears, Izuku watched as the world turned on it's side before fading to black.
"HUUUHH!" gasped Izuku, waking up in the hero recovery room at UA. "Mei?" he asked before coughing up a storm. He couldn't remember a time when his throat had ever felt this dry before.
Across from the bed, on the side of the room was a mirror, Something that completely went against the rules of Feng-Shui. On the base of the mirror was a hand sink.
After desperately lapping at the water coming from the hand sink of the room, Izuku panted as he noticed it was still daytime outside. "I must've only been out for an hour or so. I gotta get back and help Mei finish those costumes… no way she's finished with them on her own yet. She must get so backed up."
Before he left, Izuku noticed he had gained some new muscle. "Where the hell did that come from?" he wondered. "Whatever, I gotta get back. I can't leave Mei like that."
The boy raced from the room, looking for the pink-haired girl. As the doors to other classrooms passed him, he noticed that he had become much faster than he had remembered. "Woah, I can really move!" he thought. "It's been so long since I've run like this; I didn't know I was this fast."
Suddenly, a strange feeling overtook Izuku's senses. It almost felt like it was a whole new sense in and of itself. Whatever it was, it was getting stronger as he approached an oncoming corner.
It was then that the Pro Hero: Midnight emerged from around said corner. Just as she turned her head to look at the approaching boy, he slammed right into her, causing the two to go fumbling down the corridor.
As their fall came to a slow, Midnight had found herself straddled on top of the boy in a very provocative way. "Well, well, well… I never knew you felt this way about me Mr. Midoriya," she teased.
"That- I was- I- I just-" The boy fumbled over his words.
"Did I leave you speechless?" asked the woman, drawing her ear closer to the boy's ear. "I tend to have that effect on men." A massive blush crossed the boy's face, causing the woman to laugh. "Don't get your hopes up, Mr. Midoriya. I said men, not boys. Now stand up."
As she tried to stand up she noticed that the boy's hands were planted firmly on her thighs, preventing her from moving. "Alright, Mr. Midoriya, we've had our fun, now let go."
"I- I'm trying," said Izuku. He tugged as hard as he could at his hands. However, this only worsened the situation by bringing the woman's crotch closer to his abdomen.
"What are you doing, Izuku?" asked Midnight, a small blush growing on her own face. "I must say, I'm impressed by your boldness, but we really shouldn't get caught like this." It was then that Izuku could feel the woman begin to sway back and forth on his newfound abs.
For, unfortunately, Midnight's quirk had a strong downside. Aas it welled up inside of her throughout the day, it would act as an increasingly powerful aphrodisiac for the woman.
The boy tugged and tugged at his hands, trying to let go of the woman's thighs. He watched as her blush grew redder and redder, her face distorting as she resisted the feelings welling up inside her chest.
Her groin was brought right up to the boy's chest, his hot breath reaching just far enough for her to feel. "Ah!" shivered the woman. "I swore I would never do this, and in all of my years of teaching, I never have, but I just can't help it anymore!"
Izuku panicked as he watched her face reach down and approach his own. Suddenly, thanks to his panicked mind, he was able to get one of his hands off of her thigh. He grabbed the first thing that he could: her hair. She gasped in pleasure. "M-Midnight-Sensei, you c-can't d-do this!" stuttered the boy.
She giggled. "I tried to get you to stop, Icchan , but you didn't listen," said Midnight. "You have to take responsibility for this. Nobody will know as long as we make this quick…" Her voice flooded with lust. "But where's the fun in that? There's a closet not too far from here…, where we can take out time ," she said, using her nails to tease the boy's neck.
That was the last straw for Izuku, his grip was completely loosened as his mind was flooded with sultry thoughts of the woman and himself galavanting in a closet. With newfound agility and flexibility, he climbed around from the bottom of the woman to the top, grabbing both of her hands and placing them behind her back. In a flash, he took his belt off with his free hand and used it to tie her hands together so she couldn't chase after him. "Forgive me, Midnight."
"Oooh! " sang Midnight. "How'd you know I love playing rough, Icchan?"
"I-I umm… I gotta go to class!" The boy took this chance to bolt it to the Costume Workshop.
"You're my Everest, Icchan!" yelled the woman. "Like it or not, I WILL CLIMB YOU!"
"What monster did I just unleash," gulped the boy.
A short time later, he had arrived at his destination just to find that the support room was empty. "Dammit," he said. "I must've been asleep longer than I expected." Before he left, Izuku took this chance to try and find out what was happening to him.
Using the microscope, Izuku found that the reason his hands were sticking to Midnight was because he had tiny fibers on the palms of his hands. "What the hell?" he asked as he examined his hands. "What am I? Some sort of Fly-Man? What happened to me?"
It was then that Izuku heard the sound of footsteps approaching the door. Knowing that he wasn't supposed to be in there after hours without permission, he panicked. However, thanks to his newfound discovery, he took a leap of faith and jumped, sticking to the ceiling.
The door slid open as a pink-haired girl walked into the classroom; it was Mei! "That's weird," said the girl. "The lock is broken, but I could've sworn that Power Loader-Sensei fixed it yesterday after we left. I'll have to let him know about this…"
"No way that door was locked, it opened so easily…," thought Izuku, staying as quiet as a spider. He watched as Mei scrounged through her desk, grabbing her phone. As she checked if she had received any notifications, Izuku watched from above, noticing something strange about the date on the girl's phone. Wanting a closer look, Izuku stood up on the ceiling hanging now by only his feet. "Two weeks?!" he whispered, shocked.
"Hello?" asked the girl. Izuku covered his mouth as he watched her look around for the source of the voice. Without noticing, Izuku's body began to flash in and out of existence. "What the hell…?" He whispered.
Suddenly, her head snapped upwards, placing the two's faces inches apart. "Huh," she said, shaking her head. "I must be hearing things… I should really start getting more sleep." She then made her way out of the classroom, closing the door behind her.
Izuku dropped down to the floor, easily landing on his feet. "I can turn invisible?! No way!"
"So, I can stick to walls and turn invisible…CHAMELEON-MAN!...No, that's not good…"
Having everything he needed, Izuku decided to make his way back to his apartment, trying to think of new names on the way.
As the sun set, downtown Musutafu grew quieter, but the nightlife was still very much present.
Izuku lived in a run-down apartment on the outskirts of town that he was affording with what was left of the inheritance that his mother had left him.
Of course, the area surrounding his apartment was not any nicer than the buildings contained within so there was crime abundant in the area which Izuku was about to witness firsthand.
"Help!" Izuku had just grabbed the handle to the door of his apartment when he heard the feminine cry for help. He had always read reports of muggings in the area, but that was the extent of his exposure. He remembered the reports saying that the serial mugger would only attack females, robbing them of all valuables, occasionally assaulting them.
He quickly turned his key to enter his building, reaching in his pocket to pull out his phone. However, after two weeks, the phone had run out of battery. "Dammit!" he yelled. He waged internal warfare as half of him wanted to rush to the girl's aid while the other half told him that there was nothing that he could do for her and to protect himself by hiding inside.
"With great power, comes great responsibility." The voice of the boy's mother froze him in place.
"You always knew what to say, Mom…"
"What are you doing gown here this late, lady?" asked a hooded, middle-aged man in a ski mask as he pinned a younger girl against the wall. He sniffed the air around her. "You smell like a rich young thing," he said as he licked the side of her face with his elongated tongue.
"Help!" she screamed.
"Ah, ah, ah…," tisked the man, forcing his hand over her mouth. "I can't have you going and ruining our fun before it begins now, can I?" Placing his hand on the collar of her shirt, he ripped it down, exposing her pink satin bra and soft belly. Tears begin to fall from her eyes as she was too stunned with fear to fight back.
"Please…," thought the girl. "Please someone help me."
"Oh please," griped the man, rolling his eyes as he watched the girl's tears pour over the back of his hand. "You can't have tits like these and expect people to not want to get a better look at them." He used his hand to push her head to the side, exposing her neck. His head approached the girl's neck, his tongue slowly seeping out of his mouth. "I mean really, it's your fault for having such a slutty body in the first place…"
"Hey creep!" shouted a voice from above the man. He looked up, only to find no one there. Suddenly, he felt a weight on both of his shoulders before his mask was torn from his face. It was then that the man was flipped backward, landing on his face with detrimental force.
"What the hell?!" shouted the man. "Who's there?!" he watched as his mask seemed to float in midair before disappearing entirely. It was then that a man wearing his mask emerged from thin air.
"Aww…," said the man. "What kind of hero would I be if I just let the ogre have his way with the princess?"
"You never watch Shrek?" asked the ogre.
"Great, thanks for that image," said the masked man, watching as the ogre charged him. Before he was able to make contact, the man jumped to the brick wall of the alley, sticking to it. "Sorry buddy, but you're gonna have to be quicker than that!"
The man jumped from the wall to the parallel wall and quickly used both feet to launch himself towards the ogre, smashing a mean right hook into the man's face, knocking him to the ground. "Dammit!" shouted the man. "What the hell are you?"
The man stood tall from his position above the ogre. "I'm the man who kicked your ass," he replied, sending another kick to the ogre's face, knocking him out cold.
*Sniff*
The man turned his head, looking towards the girl the ogre had terrorized. "Are you okay, ma'am?" he asked.
She just stared at him.
"Sorry," he said, "Stupid question… Obviously, you're not okay."
"No…," she said. "I'm okay. I'm just shaken up. You showed up just in time. The only real damage was done to my shirt," she laughed.
The man helped the girl up from the floor before taking off his white hoodie and handing it to her. "Here," he began. "You… need this more than I do."
"Thank you," sniffled the girl.
"It's getting late," said the man. "Do you… live around here?"
"I live all the way across town," she said. "I'll have to take the bus home."
Seeing as the girl was still shaking from the experience, he knew that he couldn't let that happen. So the man took her up in his arms, carrying her like a princess. "I'll need some directions…"
"It's okay," said the girl. "You don't have to-"
"Let's go!" shouted the man as he leaped high into the sky, landing on the roof of one of the nearby buildings. "Which way from here?"
"Just south, about 6 miles," said the girl. "It's a big house with the word 'Yaoyorozu' in front of it."
"Alright, hang on tight!" The girl laughed as she wrapped her arms around her hero's neck.
Spider-Man lead the girl all the way across town in record time. It only took him about two minutes, but he knew that he could go faster if he wasn't worried about dropping the girl.
"Thanks for the lift…," said the girl as the man placed her on the walkway up to her front door. "Uh…, what did you say your name was again?"
Perched on the large stone gatepost of the girl's house, the man replied. "Honestly, I'm still trying to figure that one out."
"Hmm…," hummed the girl. "What about 'Spider-Man?'"
"'Spider-Man?'" he asked. "Why 'Spider-Man?'"
"Well, the way you were moving, mixed with the speed of your movements, it looked like you were a spider."
"'Spider-Man, huh?'" The girl watched as the man thought about it. "I love it!" he exclaimed. The girl couldn't help but smile. "You won't sue me if I use that name, right Ms…?"
"Momo," said the girl. "Momo Yayorozu. And no… I won't sue you," she giggled A moment of silence befell the two. "Thank you, Spider-Man."
"See you around, Momo," saluted Spider-Man before he raced home, arriving in about thirty seconds.
Momo watched as her hero disappeared into the distance. "He's fast." Making her way inside, her parents gave her a strange look, noticing that she was in an oversized hoodie. She ignored the looks and quickly made her way upstairs.
Exhausted, she quickly threw her clothes into her hamper before taking a shower and brushing her teeth. She removed the little makeup that she had on and finally laid down to sleep.
However, every time that she closed her eyes she pictured the ogre-like man that tried to have his way with her. She shook with fear. She tossed and turned as she was unable to sleep for hours. It was to the point that her mind lead her to believe that even if she did fall asleep, she would only dream about her attacker.
Sitting up, she felt her way around her room searching for a certain something. "Found it!" she exclaimed. She quickly grabbed the object and fell back into her bed. Holding the object close she was able to limit her thoughts as her nose was filled with the smell of her hero's cologne. "Spider-Man, huh?"
The next morning, Momo had awoken from one of the best night's sleep she had ever had in her life. With a huge smile and a preoccupied look, Momo prepared for another day of school.
As she was on her way to school, Momo had met up with Jiro Kyoka. "What's going on over there?" asked Momo as she and Jirou had approached the entrance to their school.
"Oh, that?" asked the short-haired girl watching a group of kids gathered around a green-haired kid who was being protected by Mei Hatsume. "From what Kaminari told me, some support kid woke up from a two-week coma."
"Really?!" asked Momo. "That's awesome!"
"I guess so," said Jirou. "Are you ready to go to the USJ today?"
"I'm so excited! I haven't been there in ages!"
"Come on, you guys! You know how Izuku gets in crowds!" exclaimed Mei as she fanned Izuku's face.
Later that day, as Izuku and Mei sat through one of Power Loader's lessons which they both had no need to listen to as they knew almost everything that the man had to teach them, Mei watched as Izuku kept reaching into a drawer on the side of their lab table.
"What are you doing?" she whispered.
"N-Nothing," said Izuku, caught red-handed. "Just a side-project for one of the hero course students."
"Really?" asked Mei. "Which one?!" She was always excited to work on something new for the hero course.
"The fast one," said Izuku. "Yeah… He wanted something to slow down enemies so he could catch them."
"Why would he need to slow the enemies down?" asked Mei. "Wouldn't that be kind of useless, considering he's already fast?
"Did I say the fast one?" asked Izuku as he began to sweat. "I meant the purple one, he wanted to make his balls more sticky…" Mei looked strangely at the boy. "It's a guy thing."
"That's perfectly fine with me," said Mei, erasing the conversation from her mind. She had only worked with the purple boy once and that was one time too many.
Izuku sighed a sigh of relief as he added a drop of a blue liquid into a test tube. A small explosion of synthetic webbing erupted from the tube, covering the drawer and latching onto his safety goggles.
"A little bit less next time… noted."
Come lunchtime, Izuku had excused himself from Mei's side as he snuck into the hero suit workshop. He dug through some of the drawers before finding a white neoprene diving suit, the same kind he had used for Uraraka's hero suit.
"Good thing they came in a pack of two," said Izuku as he began to spray paint the suit red, leaving two white patches for the eyes. He then fumbled through his bag, looking for the white hoodie he had planned on wearing tonight.
He cut the sleeves off of the hoodie and painted a black spider on the back of it, with a smaller one on the front. "Perfect." He tried the suit on, checking to see how quick he could get in and out of it if the need ever did arise. "Hmm, it might be better if I just wear it underneath my clothes," he said.
Suddenly, he was overwhelmed with pain and brought to his knees by his danger sense. "You mean that wasn't a one-time thing?! What the hell was that?!"
Before he could question it any further, Tenya Iida, a member of Hero Course Class 1-A, came sprinting down the hallway. Poking his head out of the room, Izuku watched as the boy took off towards the teacher's lounge. "He looks worried… I should follow him." Using his camouflage, he followed after the boy.
Izuku listened as Iida arrived at the teacher's lounge. "USJ…," he gasped as he opened the door. "Villains… attacking… need help."
"Slow down, Iida," said Midnight. "We can't understand you."
"Villains are attacking the USJ, the hero course won't be able to last without Thirteen and Aizawa-Sensei!"
"What?!" asked Snipe, readying his pistols. "What happened to them?"
"Thirteen was mortally injured and Aizawa-Sensei is being overwhelmed as we speak… no way he lasts on his own, he's outnumbered."
Suddenly, as the three of them spoke, a burst of air wrang out from behind the Iida as a window shattered into pieces. "What the hell was that?!"
Five seconds and two miles later, Izuku deactivated his camouflage as he saw a massive dome-like structure in the background. "There it is…," he said watching as a smokestack rose from the back of the building, followed by another explosion.
"Please don't be too late…" he hoped as he sprinted towards the building with haste.
Shota Aizawa dealt with being outnumbered on almost a daily basis so he managed to hold his own for a good portion of the raid. However, when they released that 'thing' into the fight, everything changed.
The beast they called Nomu attacked everything in sight, Aizawa would be finished if he wasn't last in the beast's line of sight. However, his luck ran up as it was now his turn with the creature. And he was not going to win, but he was sure as hell going to try. Even with his quirk active, the beast had sent the man flying with just one punch.
Landing on his back, Aizawa rolled over, quickly standing up. However, before he had time to launch an attack of his own, the beast had already closed the distance, winding up another devastating punch. "I can't survive this," thought the man. "Iida, please get here in time."
Suddenly, a massive gust of wind blew past the man as the ground in front of him cracked in two small spots. Something had stopped the beast's fist in its tracks. Aizawa looked up, locking eyes with the struggling beast's fists. It was then that a man emerged from thin air between the two, standing on the cracked ground. He was holding the beast's fist back with his forearms.
"Are you okay, Aizawa?"
"Who- who are you?" asked Aizawa. The man was dressed in a red full-body suit with a painted, sleeveless white hoodie over top of it.
"You can call me Spider-Man," he answered. It was then that the monster, drew back its other hand, readying a devastating punch, however, by the time that he brought it down Spider-Man had jumped out of the way with Aizawa in tow. "What's the situation?" he asked, landing a safe distance away from the monster.
"My students are scattered throughout the building, hopefully holding their own against whatever villains might be with them. They should be able to take care of themselves; however, I can't in good conscience leave them on their own."
Just then, the beast let out a massive roar.
"I understand," said Spider-Man. "You go take care of them, I'll handle bird-brain."
"Who are you?" asked an ominous voice.
Turning around, Spider-Man watched as a head with a hand on it emerged from a strange black portal that appeared in front of him. His danger sense went off once again as the man's own hand approached his mask. Centimeters apart, time seemed to slow as a strange green-colored electricity was emitted from Spider-Man's mask. Suddenly, it erupted shocking the out-reached hand, blasting it back through the portal along with the man's face.
Jumping back, Spider-Man looked towards Aizawa. "Go!" he yelled.
Aizawa wasted no time as he bolted to the aid of his students. "Thank you!"
"You can thank me by not letting anyone die." Just then, the monster had been close enough for Spider-Man to leap over him, placing his hands on the beast's shoulders before flipping behind him. "The big ones are always so slow."
However, before he knew it, a black fist closed in on Spider-Man's face, sending him flying as it made an impact. A cloud of dust was thrown into the air as the man landed in a pile of rubble.
Suddenly, a web shot out from the cloud of dust, latching onto the chest of the monster. "You're quicker than I thought," said Spider-Man emerging from the smoke. As he shot towards the beast his fist began to glow with the same electricity as earlier. "But I'm quicker!" he yelled twirling in mid-air. Spider-Man's fist slammed into the beast's face, shattering its beak and sending it tumbling backward.
"Thank you for activating the failsafe, Spider-Man!" yelled the man covered in hands. "Nomu wasn't able to produce enough electrical signal on his own, so we had scrapped the idea. But thanks to your last attack, it looks like that isn't the case anymore!"
Spider-Man looked back towards the defeated beast, watching as it stood back on its own two feet. Strands of yellow electricity were traveling throughout the beast's body.
It was just then that Aizawa had emerged with his class. Everyone was accounted for.
"We should leave, Kurogiri… I believe the timer on that thing is only about one minute."
The mist-man opened a portal as the two of them stepped through.
Spider-Man launched a web strand towards the man, but it was redirected by another of Kurogiri's portals, latching itself onto his own mask. "Dammit!"
"Sorry for leaving so soon, 'Spider-Man!'" laughed Tomura as the portal closed behind him.
Grabbing the web from his mask, Spider-Man was easily able to pry it off. He looked towards the Nomu, "I've gotta contain the blast!" He launched web after web at the beast in an attempt to cover it. However, the electricity coming from the beast easily burned through his prototype webs.
He looked around, not knowing what to do. "Can any of you absorb electricity by chance?" he asked the class.
"Noone that's still conscious, Spider-Man!" shouted back Aizawa as he looked at an orange-haired member of his class.
"'Spider-Man?'" asked Momo. "That's Spider-Man?!" She hadn't recognized the man because of his new suit. Although, the hoodie he gave her yesterday was just like the one he was wearing now.
Momo ran to her hero's aid but was stopped by Aizawa's capture tape. "Yaoyorozu, stop," commanded the man. "Your quirk is too exhausted to be of any help for the man, you will only get in the way."
"I can't get them all out of here fast enough… There's only one thing that I can think of… Let's hope this works!" Spider-Man planted his hands on the beast, trying his best to stop himself from instinctively pulling his hands away because of the pain. His suit began to burn away slowly in some areas, revealing the muscle underneath.
"What's he doing?" asked Momo Yaoyorozu. "He's gonna kill himself!"
The class watched as Spider-Man's forearms began to glow from the inside, illuminating his nervous system. The color of the electricity changed colors as it traveled from the beast to the hero. One of his hands was blasted away from the intensity of the electricity, however, he wasted no time slamming it back down to the beast's chest. It wasn't long before his entire nervous system was glowing as he had finally absorbed all of the electricity from the beast. He convulsed with pain as he tried to keep the electricity in.
"He's gonna blow!" shouted Ochako Uraraka. "We've gotta get him out of here!"
Spider-Man tried to shoot his webs towards the glass ceiling. However, his web-shooters were destroyed from absorbing all of that electricity.
In a last-ditch effort, he looked towards the class. "B…Bakugou!" he shouted.
A member of the class blasted out from the back of the gathered class, shooting straight towards the hero. "How the hell do you know my name?" he asked before grabbing Spider-Man's arm and blasting the man upwards. He spun quickly, propelling himself with his free hand before launching the man straight through the glass ceiling of the building.
Once he was high enough, Spider-Man relaxed his muscles as a massive explosion of green-electricity scattered throughout the sky.
Class 1-A watched as the hero fell from the sky, smashing into the ground below.
"Spider-Man!" yelled Momo, rushing to the man's side. However, before she could approach him, the teachers had finally arrived. All Might had stepped in front of the girl, not allowing her to come any closer to the boy.
"I'm sorry, Ms. Yaoyorozu," said the man, but I cannot let you get closer to this villain.
"Villain?" asked Momo. "Y-You don't understand," she said. "He saved us, all by himself!"
"Once again, I'm sorry," replied the man. "But there is no record of a 'Spider-Man' currently attending UA. Thus, this man is, as of right now, a Vigilante. Which, according to current laws, makes him a villain."
"You can't be serious," said the red-headed, Kirishima.
"Oh, I am," stated All Might. "When it comes to the endangerment of my students, I am always serious."
The class looked at him with disbelief.
"As of right now… This 'Spider-Man' is nothing but a menace."
