Chapter One: New Person To Care About

Summary: The leaf and Mist village made a deal with each other before Naruto brought Tsunade to become the Hokage. Naruto's going to be married to the new Mizukage, Mei Terumi. Unknown to him, this is going to lead to the greatest time of his life, new friends, new family, and a new dream!
Arthur Note: I had remade my story from my old account, Fox Anbu Assassin. I had medical issues and other personal things that kept me from writing for the last four to eight years. I still have medical issues though, anyway I will be reworking on old and new stories. Furthermore, I had also improved my grammar, spelling, as well as making my stories longer. Every chapter after the first chapter, I will be answering questions. If you have any ideas or want to give me your advice about the story, I will accept it and maybe add it to the story. Also, Naruto will not have the toad summon contract, instead, he will have different ones.
Arthur Note number two: I also want to recommend a story. Politics in the Mist by Tobi wants a cookie. He had permitted me on my old account to write my version of his story and permitted me to use some of his chapters. Of course, I had changed some things and added things to those chapters. Now I am rewriting the story that I never got to finish. Haku and Zabuza are alive and went back to the Mist Village. Also, Kisame will be the Mist village. That means Itachi will have a new teammate. Any spelling mistakes or any mistakes, please let me know and I will fix them. Thank You all for reading and reviewing my story. In the Hidden Leaf Village, there is a giant room that's inside the Hokage's Mansion. Inside the room is the council. The council was shifting in their chairs nervously, this was bad, terrible. They had made this arrangement before the Chunin exams, and before Jiraiya had taken the boy as an apprentice, before he had convinced Tsunade to come back.
Mei Terumi had taken over as Mizukage, the bloodline purge had been stopped, and the Mist Village wanted to ally with the Leaf Village. They wanted a political marriage, and the council was happy to let young Naruto Uzumaki go to the Mist, at least they were before.
Now they could see they had given up a powerful Shinobi, one who was completely loyal to them, and they couldn't get him back without destroying the alliance with the Mist.
Tsunade was furious, "I come back to the Leaf, and the first thing I find out is that you're sending the brat away, who had convinced me to come here?"
A pink-haired woman, whose name is Chieko, started to speak, "We're incredibly sorry, we had no idea what we were doing at the time, if we had known what the boy could do, we never would have sent him away."
Tsunade released a killer intent at the council that made even the experienced ninja flinch, "So you only regret it now, since you had found out, he's useful to you? You're marrying a 17-year-old to a 22-year-old, for crying out loud."
"There's nothing we can do about it now, he's going to marry the woman whether we like it or not. What's done is done, I say we take comfort in the fact that they will be pleased with whom we chose, and make sure they both at least enjoy being married." Said the war hawk known as Danzo.
'If it was my way, I would have the boy. But they had voted against me having him and gave away our weapon.' Danzo thought.
Tsunade softens slightly at that, "On that much you're right, we need to make sure Naruto's happy in the Mist, both for political and personal reasons. I trust we're going to make him a Chunin, it would be an insult if we sent the Mizukage a genin."
A council member with a green-haired, whose name is Radien, stepped up, "Of course, he will be given the rank of Chunin, he performed fantastically in the exams, and even managed to stop the Kazekage's son from destroying the village."
Tsunade nodded "I've met Mei Terumi before, Naruto will be happy with her looks, not that he's that shallow, she's a very nice person from what I've seen of her, and she's also a powerful Shinobi, I guess if he was going to marry someone I'm glad it was her."
The council nodded, taking a small amount of comfort in the fact that Naruto would be marrying someone that would make him the envy of any man. Beautiful, kind, and powerful to boot, the complete package.
"Now to other matters, First we need to talk about the boy's heritage since he will be moving to the Mist Village. I think we should keep it from the boy. It will bring him in danger, and can't let his family techniques fall into the wrong hands. It will be better if we use them to train our men and make us more powerful." Danzo said.
A blue-haired man, whose name is Kagura, was the next one to speak. "I have to agree with Danzo about not letting it fall into the wrong hands. But as the law that was made by the Fire Daimyo, any Orphan Shinobi that is last of their Clan or family will be given their clan or family items and techniques at the age of eighteen or when they become Chunin, unless they already know about their heritage then they will get it sooner."
Chieko was next to speak on the subject. " Then what should we do, we can't go against the Fire Daimyo's law, but we can't let it go with the boy."
"We can set up a meeting with the Fire Daimyo and explain why we can't let the boy's heritage go with him when he leaves. He will agree with us, he will agree with us about it not being safe." Danzo said.
'Soon I will have the boy and his heritage, then I'll take over as Hokage.' Danzo thought with a smirk that nobody had noticed.
"That is enough. Naruto will get his Heritage. If you guys try to convince the Fire Daimyo to change the law, then I will go to his wife. You guys know how he will listen to his wife. I think the Fire Daimyo would also be mad if he had found out how horrible Naruto was treated, how he was giving a Jounin test, instead of a genin test. That way, you guys can make sure that he has failed and gets kicked out of classes for stupid reasons. We all know that he and his wife were friends with the fourth Hokage and his wife. " Tsunade said as she slammed her hand on the table.
"Then what about the boy's heritage, going to the wrong hands? How can we make sure that it won't."? Ask the third Hokage's old teammate, whose name is Koharu.
" You guys should've thought about that before you had agreed to a political marriage. You guys would have gotten away with crap with my sensei, but you guys won't with me. I will not tolerate any of this crap, and I will not tolerate any plans of keeping things from people. I have faith that Mei will keep Naruto's heritage safe. She had become Mizukage at the age of 17, for a reason." Tsunade said as she rubbed her forehead.
'After this meeting, I am going to need a drink. I also need to start to do some investigating. If they are willing to try to keep the brat's heritage from him, what else could they have taken from him and others.' Tsunade, though.
" Now let's talk about the final subject, Rebuilding everything that was destroyed during the invasion." Said the third Hokage's old teammate, whose name is Homura.
"The Sand Village will be helping us rebuild everything that was destroyed. They want to rebuild everything they had helped destroy. Before any of you guys say anything, I had already agreed to reform our alliance with them and their terms along with the terms I had added. No, we won't be attacking or going to war with them, they were tricked by Orochimaru, but we will keep an eye on them for a while until we can fully trust them again. Is there anything else we need to discuss before we end our meeting."? Tsunade said as she stared at them.
" Nope, that's it." Said the rest of the council members.
"Then I declare this meeting is over." Tsunade said before, she had gotten out of her chair and left the room.
The council members were next to leave.
As Danzo was leaving, he thought, 'I will have the boy and his heritage, one way or another.'
Later that night, somewhere else, Mei Terumi was on a boat on her way to the Hidden Leaf. She was looking at the stars with her bodyguard Chojuro by her side. Her advisor Ao had walked up to her and said, "Mizukage-sama, I do hope you're not too angry with us for forcing this marriage on you, from what I've heard, you're marrying a fine young man."
The Mizukage smiled, "No, I realize it was a necessary sacrifice, and if he did pass the chunin exams as a rookie then he must be a good Shinobi, hopefully, he's cute too."
Mei knew she was a beautiful woman, with long auburn hair, perfect curves, and full lips, she had most of the men in the mist drooling over her.
"You're nervous that he's a Jinchuriki, are you, we've had a bad past with them after all?" Chojuro asked.
Mei laughed, "One bad Jinchuriki doesn't mean they all are, Utakata is an example, besides, it looks like Yagura may have been under someone else's influence. The message said he had had a bit of a rough childhood, maybe we can relate to one another."
Ao nodded, he hoped this would go well, Mei was almost like a daughter to him, he prayed she ended up happy.
'I wondered what he is like, what his hobbies are, is he a pervert, or what his favorite food is?' Mei thought as she went to her room, that's on the boat.
The next Morning in the Leaf village, Naruto asked, dumbfounded. "Ma …. Married?"
Tsunade had just explained the whole situation to him, the marriage, him being transferred to the Mist, his everything.
Tsunade gave him a soft smile, "Naruto, I know you weren't expecting this, but we've done our best to make sure this is a good thing for you. I can personally tell you Mei is beautiful, kind, and a damn good Shinobi."
Naruto frowned, "But I have to leave the village, I'll never be Hokage, I'll barely ever see my friends…"
Tsunade stopped him, "You'll be the ambassador to the Leaf, so you'll be in the village and see your friends plenty. As for being Hokage, I've got something that may be a small consolation for that."
Naruto was curious, what could make up for losing his dream? Tsunade pulled out a small scroll and gave it to him. "Your father and your mother want us to give this to you when you become chunin."
Naruto's eyes went wide, his parents, they knew who his parents were, this was wonderful. He opened the scroll and started to read.
Naruto,
If you're reading this, then we are dead. We had instructed Jiraiya and the old man not to tell you until you make chunin, and even then you can't tell anyone. Son, I'm Minato Namikaze, the Yellow Flash and the Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. Your mom is Kushina Uzumaki, the Red Tomato, The Red Death, and the second Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tailed Kyuubi. We had countless enemies, particularly in Iwa and Kumo, who would stop at nothing to kill you if they found out. We would have liked to have had Jiraiya adopt you, but with his spy network, We doubt that could happen.
Most likely, We had no choice, but to seal the fox inside you. We are sorry to have put that burden on you, but We have faith you can protect the village even better than we did and could. Before We died, Jiraiya told me that he believed I would be the one who would bring peace to the world, but if we are dead, then I couldn't do that, so we are counting on you too.
As Hokage your father's duty was to protect this village, and if peace was brought to the world then the village would truly be safe. We want you to bring peace to the world, Naruto, something even a Hokage and the Red Death couldn't do. We love you and have complete faith in you.

Naruto couldn't believe what he had just read, "They really thought I would be the one to bring peace to the Shinobi world…screw being Hokage this is way better!"
Tsunade laughed, Naruto still had a chance to be happy, to achieve something great. "Don't tell anyone about this, alright, Iwa and Kumo would send their whole army after you. Furthermore, you'll be getting complete access to the Namikaze and Uzumaki's fortune which is huge, and to all of his and your mother's scrolls on jutsu. Finally, I've got a picture of the two of them on the day they found out about you, as you can see, they were thrilled to be having you."
Naruto smiled and took the picture. She was right they were both thrilled, and he had a feeling he would be now too. He had a new dream, and family things were really starting to look up for him…
" I guess, there is no point in hiding this anymore." said Naruto as he put his hands together.
"Kai" Naruto said before a seal that's on his coat had disappeared.
His hair grew a couple of inches, he grew a foot and two inches. He also has more muscles than he had before. His baby fat had also disappeared.
"Why were you hiding your true self?" Tsunade asked with a shocked looked.
"When I was younger, I was kidnapped by Orochimaru, he had made me an offer. The offer was that he will train me and make me stronger to protect myself. When he wasn't training me he was doing experiments on me, he never let me go. After a couple of years, the old man had discovered where I was at and saved me from Orochimaru." Naruto said as he pulled a chair to sit down.
Naruto then continued what he was saying as he sat in the chair. "The old man told me to keep this as a secret because there are people who will want me dead. He lied to the council, claiming that he had sent me with Jiraiya, claiming to make the seal stronger and other crap. Then the old man had trained me over the years, even had Jiraiya train me when he was in town. He had put me on Team Seven, he had Kakashi train me extra in case anything ever happens."
"Why isn't there any paperwork on any of this, and why hasn't Jiraiya told me about this?" Tsunade asked as she's trying to figure out what else she doesn't know.
Jiraiya came into the window. Tsunade threw a book at him.
"I can answer that. Sensei told Naruto to keep everything a secret. Hell, he even made it an S-Rank secret, so Kakashi, the brat, and I couldn't say anything on the subject. For the paperwork, he had put it in a seal that's behind the paint that is behind you. He also told the brat that he has to act stupid and act like he is weak." Jiraiya said as he went from the window to grab a chair that's by Naruto.
"The brat is like his mother in all ways, but also smart like his father. The brat that you know is himself but, he isn't stupid like people think. The brat can give the Nara clan a run for their money on knowledge, but when it comes to some things, he can be a little dense. He is a lot stronger than he seems. The only reason he failed the jonin test that the academy teachers gave him is that he was told by Sensei to act stupid." Jiraiya continued what he was saying as he sat down in the chair.
"So, Granny, When do I go to the Mist village?" Naruto asked with a smirk.
"You will be going to the Mist village in a couple of months, but your fiancée will be here in an hour or two. She will be here for a couple of months, to get to know you and some other things. You will be leaving when she leaves. Before I forget, you will have your parent's old house, so when you come to visit or do missions that have something to do with the leaf, you and your wife will have a place to stay." Tsunade said as she handed Naruto a key.
"Thank you, Granny." Naruto said as he put the key into his pocket.
"I have kept the house and yard clean. The fridge and storage room are full of food, and I will refill it before you come and visit." Jiraiya said as he looked at Naruto.
"One more thing, Jiraiya will give Mei your heritage to keep it out of our Council's hands. You can go to your team meeting and if you want, I'll permit you to tell your friends about your political marriage," Tsunade said with a smirk.
"Thank you, Granny and Pervy Sage." Naruto said before he left.
Naruto was walking towards the hospital nervously to see his teammates, he was wearing his new chunin vest with pride when he stopped at the door trying to think of a way to tell his teammates all of this. He was the one getting married, and he could barely process it. Naruto chose to wing it as his best option, seeing as how it had always worked before.
He took a deep breath and opened the door, "Hey everyone, how's it going?"
Sakura went to yell at her teammate, "Naruto you baka, you…almost woke up…Sasuke…" She stopped when she noticed the Chunin vest he was wearing, "You made Chunin and why do you look different?"
"Yeah, but that's kind of just the tip of the iceberg," Naruto was interrupted by the now awake Sasuke before he could finish what he had to say.
"The dobe made Chunin, how?" The bedridden boy screamed.
Kakashi was instructed to speak up, "Sasuke we should be happy for him, no need to yell. Obviously, the council felt he did well enough to be promoted. Well done Naruto, I also heard Jiraiya-San is training you, very impressive." He finished with one of his classic eye smiles.
"Hm, congratulations… I'm going for a walk, need to clear my head," Sasuke said as he was getting out of his hospital bed. He walked out, giving Naruto and Sakura a slight shove as he left, much to the pink hair girl's dismay.
"Naruto, why did you have to come in here flaunting your vest like that, you upset Sasuke? Well, I guess it's not really your fault. Congratulations." Sakura finished half-heartedly.
"Guys sit down, we have a lot to talk about…" Naruto spent about ten minutes telling them everything, apart from his heritage and waited nervously for a response.
Kakashi was the first to say, "Well that's great Naruto, although I don't know what the Leaf will do without its favorite knucklehead ninja." He told his student, trying to hide the fact that he would really miss the boy. Naruto had brought some light back into his life, and he was sad he was going to lose that.
"Naruto, I'm so sorry, you come in here with great news and all I do is yell at you. I'm going to miss you a lot, and I'm sure Sasuke will too. We were finally starting to become a real team." Sakura told him with a sad smile. She walked up and gave Naruto a small hug, which he returned, very surprised.
"Thanks, Sakura-chan, that means a lot to me. We're going to go down and meet my future wife in about an hour, can you round up everybody else, so I can see them?" Naruto asked.
"Of course, I'll make sure Sasuke is there too. How long do you have before you go to the Mist?" Sakura asked with a smile.
"For a couple of months." Naruto responded.
"Great, we'll make sure it's the best month you've ever had." She said, before running out of the room happily.
Naruto stood in the doorway confused, "I don't get it, usually she's all mad and tries to hit me, but she got all nice and even gave me a hug, what's up with that?"
Kakashi laughed, "Women are confusing creatures, Naruto, perplexing creatures. Kind of funny that the most wonderful thing in the world belongs to the most confusing things in the world."
"What's the most wonderful thing in the world?" Naruto asked.
Kakashi smiled as he handed him a scroll full of Icha Icha books, "You'll find out on your wedding night. Take this scroll with you. It has every copy of the Icha Icha books. A lot of people think it's only about sex, but it's had more things than that."
Naruto gave the scroll and put it into one of his pouches.
The three from the Mist, Chojuro, Ao, and Mei, stopped at the clearing in the forest; they had been told to wait for someone to come and escort them the rest of the way. Not that they really needed it, it was more of a political gesture than anything.
"Jiraiya of the Sannin is supposed to be the one meeting us here along with a Jounin, I think you two have met before." Chojuro told her.
Mei scowled at the memory of the old pervert, "Oh yeah, we met all right, and when I see him, I'm going to show him just what happens to people who peep on Mei Terumi."
Ao and Chojuro cringed, only a few men had been stupid enough to peep on Mei, and they ended up in burns in the worst possible locations. Needless to say it wasn't pretty,
"Can at least hold off till we get to the village?" Ao asked.
Mei frowned, "We'll see."
Just as she spoke, the white hair pervert appeared along with a grey hair Shinobi, Mei immediately got into position to burn the Sannin to kingdom come.
But before she could do anything, Jiraiya had begun to say "Look, I know you probably dislike me, but you can beat the crap out of me after I've told you everything you need to know about your future husband."
Mei hesitated but nodded, a little surprised by his seriousness. Jiraiya handed her a large bag and began to say, "In that bag are all of his father and mother's scrolls, both of his clan scrolls. Scrolls for his bloodlines and elements scrolls in there, he has a slight affinity in each. Finally, I've placed a booklet in there with all of my current knowledge on the Akatsuki in it."
Mei was trying to take in everything she was being told, "Wait parents and clans, I thought he was an orphan, and what's Akatsuki?"
Jiraiya sighed, "The Akatsuki is an organization trying to obtain the tailed-beasts, for some unknown reason, we believe they may have had something to do with the situation with the last Mizukage, and as for his parents, that should be explained to you by Naruto, not me."
Mei nodded, processing everything he had just told her, "So what's he like?"
Jiraiya smiled as he thought of his latest student, "He can come off a little brash and loud, but once you get to know him you can't help but love the kid. He'd do anything for his friends, and I've never seen the kid give up on anything the whole time I've known him. If he can't do something small, he just moves on to something bigger. He's the most amazing kid I've ever seen, and you're lucky to be marrying him."
Mei smiled and raised her eyebrow slightly, "You really care about him, don't you?"
Jiraiya laughed, "I may be a super pervert, but when it comes to those I care about, I'd go to the ends of the earth for them, just like Naruto would. Offer to train or help him learn a jutsu. The brat loves learning new things and works his ass off."
Jiraiya got a slight frown on his face, "If anyone asks we never had this conversation, I've got an image to uphold. Tell them I asked you to tell me how your first time with Naruto goes…actually, that might be good for me. Maybe you can teach him a new thing, or you guys can learn a new thing."
He was cut off immediately by Mei, "I've only just decided not to melt your 'little friend', don't make me change my mind."
"Jiraiya, you know the Hokage wouldn't like that you're being a pervert to our guests. " Kakashi said he shook his head at Jiraiya.
"Tell me that you won't read the next Icha Icha book if I had added their first time into the book." Jiraiya said with a smirk.
"You are not getting me in trouble. I need my privates. Besides, If I don't stop you from being a revert to her, I won't get my Icha Icha books back." Kakashi said as he rubs the back of his head.
Back in the Leaf Village, Sakura has gotten all of Naruto's Friends together.
"Forehead girl, what's all this about? Why did you have to get all of us together?" Ino asked.
"I, too, would like an explanation of your urgency." Shino said, emotionless as ever.
"Troublesome, I was really enjoying watching the clouds. I'm not going to be able to do that as much now that I'm a Chunin, you know." Shikamaru complained.
"Actually Shikamaru, that's part of the reason I called you guys here, Naruto made Chunin too, but that's not even half of it, you guys might want to sit down for this." Sakura told them.
She had gathered all the Konoha Twelve and their sensei's, apart from Naruto and Kakashi. Iruka and Team Konohamaru were there as well. All of them raised an eyebrow at what the girl was saying. A few of them smiled when they heard about Naruto making Chunin, Lee, of course, praised Naruto's power of youth. Once she finished telling them about the marriage and the transfer, the smiles faded. None of them really wanted to see Naruto go, Hinata was on the verge of tears.
Sakura decided to end the silence, "Guys, I need your help. I want to make Naruto's last couple of months here as good as it can be."
Ino raised an eyebrow and looked at Sakura, "No offense forehead girl, but since when did you care about Naruto? I always thought you hated him?"
Sakura frowned and looked at the ground, "I never hated Naruto, to be honest, his constant asking me out made me feel pretty, and all his encouragement actually made me believe I could become a real ninja. This might sound somewhat selfish, but I want Naruto to remember me doing something besides hitting him."
Ino looked at her old friend and rival and smiled, "Alright, if it's that important to you, we'll help you. First off, who do we have bringing this Mei girl over here?"
"When I asked lady Tsunade she said Jiraiya and Kakashi-Sensei were going to get her." Sakura didn't get a chance to finish as Kurenai cut her off.
"WHAT! Lady Tsunade sent that pervert to go get her, no way, me and one of the girls will go see her and make sure Jiraiya didn't try anything on her." Kurenai yelled.
Kurenai hated perverts, and while she respected Jiraiya, he was definitely a pervert, and was not to be trusted around a woman as far as she was concerned,
"Hinata, would you like to come along?" Kurenai asked as she was about to leave, to try to prevent Jiraiya from being a pervert to Naruto's fiancée.
Hinata quickly nodded, she wanted to meet the person who was stealing Naruto from her. If she couldn't be the one to make him happy, she sure as hell would see to it Mei did, Mizukage or not. The others went to get everything else ready, Mei would be there in about 20 to 30 minutes, which wasn't much time, and they all had a few things they wanted to get ready for Naruto and his soon-to-be bride.
"Is Naruto still wearing those orange clothes?" Ino asked as she looked at Sakura.
"Unfortunately, yes. I know what you are thinking about, I already had written his clothes size for you. Tsunade had given him his Mist Forehead head protector which is color black and his Chunin vest is dark blue. Maybe that can give you some ideas for colors." Sakura said as she gave Ino a piece of paper.
"Forehead girl, Later on, we should take Mei clothes shopping. That way she will have clothes here when she comes to visit with Naruto or has something to do with the Leaf Village." Ino said with a smile.
"That's a good Idea, Ino-pig." Sakura said with a smile.
"Trouble-some girls." Shikamaru said before he yawned.
"What did you say ?" Both girls said as they were about to hit Shikamaru.
"I don't think we have time for you two, to beat up Shikamaru. We need to get things done before Mei gets here. I do agree with you on clothes shopping, Hinata will enjoy going shopping as well." Ten Ten said as she stopped Sakura and Ino from beating up Shikamaru.
"You are right." Both of the girls said.
"Shikamaru, I want you to go to my family's flower shop. Tell My mom or dad, that we want to get Naruto some flowers. Tell them I sent you to get these flowers, six of the Middlemist's Red, and six of the Juliet rose." Ino said to write the names down and gave it to Shikamaru.
Shikamaru starts to leave, to do what he was told to do, so he can relax for the rest of the day.
"Chouji, See if you can set dinner for two at your family's restaurant, The Golden Dragon." Sakura said with a smile.
"Alright, anything for Naruto." Chouji said before he left while eating some chips.
Ino had left to go get Naruto.
Naruto was leaving his new house, he was heading to the Leaf Village gates, he made a few stops to help a couple people with moving some things.
"Naruto, wait there!" Ino yelled, which cause Naruto to stop and turn around.
"Hey Ino." Naruto said as Ino caught up to him.
" We are going clothes shopping. I can't let you be wearing all that orange when you meet your fiancée. First, we need to get you some new Shinobi gear, second, we need to get you some new clothes for here and the Mist Village. " Ino said as she started to drag Naruto.
"What's wrong with oranges? It's a great color." Naruto said as people stare at him for getting dragged.
"Nothing wrong with orange, but you need colors to blend In easier. You can get Some orange clothes." Ino said with a smile.
In another place there is a strange cave, there is a secret room. In that secret room are fourteen people.
"What the fuck, that little shit is marrying that hot piece of ass, damn some people get all the fucken luck," Hidan, the immortal of the Akatsuki whined. The thirteenth members of the Akatsuki were gathered to discuss the status of the captured tailed-beasts.
"Wow, five curse words in one sentence, might be a new record for you." Deidara the art-crazed explosives expert laughed.
"Actually, Hidan's record is eight swear words in one sentence," Said a man who was wearing an orange mask.
Deidara scowled, "Tobi get out of here, you're not even an official member."
"But Tobi hasn't gotten a cookie." Tobi whined.
Konan, the blue-haired second in command of the Akatsuki, reached in her cloak and handed him a cookie, "Hear you go Tobi, now be a good boy and runoff."
"Awesome, thanks Konan-chan" Tobi reapplied running out of the room.
"Man, I feel bad for whoever gets him as a partner." Deidara muttered.
"Speaking of him getting a partner, it's you." Said a mystery man.
"Can I trade for someone else?" Asked Deidara.
"No, and that's final. After this meeting, I want you to go get your new one and work on your new mission." The mystery man said, with his golden eyes, that can put fear into any man.
"Now back to the subject, With the nine tail's New relationship to the Mizukage, it would be best to wait to go after him. I trust you all know your new assignments." The leader of the Akatsuki, known as Akuma told them.
They all nodded.
"Alright, head out, you know what to do." Akuma said before he left.
Somewhere close to the Leaf Village.
"Sorry about them sticking you with the pervert." Kerunai told the Mizukage. They had gotten to her about five minutes ago, they were set to reach the leaf in about ten minutes.
"It's ok, he actually wasn't too bad, for the most part anyway." Mei responded with a smile, she had ended up slapping Jiraiya once, but that was the worst of it.
Hinata, who had been silent up to this point, finally got the courage to speak, "You're going to make Naruto happy, aren't you?" She asked quickly.
Mei was surprised at the question, "Of course, why do you ask?"
Hinata looked down, "He's ver-ry important to m-me." She told her, she was starting to lose control of her stutter.
Mei smiled, starting to understand how she felt about the boy, "That's good, how about you tell me all about him on the rest of the way there?"
Hinata gave a small smile, she was more than happy to talk about Naruto. Mei listened happily, learning more about her soon-to-be husband.
