CHAPTER 1
Shoto was panting, standing there glaring at Dabi, his brother Touya.
It had been weeks since Dabi revealed himself as Touya Todoroki. Shoto, Deku and Bakugo were out patrolling the city for their school for extra credit. Shoto ended up bumping into his brother and they both began to fight.
Dabi chuckled "Ahh tired already little brother?" Shoto bit his lip "As if! Just stop already! Your stupid League is disbanded! Your leader is in custody and in a coma! Just… stop… brother please just stop… there's no need to keep doing this anymore…."
Dabi bit his lip, gripping his fists while looking down "Stop…? Why? I can fix everything… I can kill him and…" Shoto took a couple of steps towards him "Touya-nii…." Dabi's eyes widened and snap up, looking at Shoto but backing way at the same time. They were standing right in front of some sort of clinic, while setting the whole street on fire because of their little battle. As Shoto stood right in front of him, Dabi's eyes widened more. Shoto was looking directly at him "Big brother… please enough... there's no need to fight anymore…"
Touya's vibe softened a notch, thinking, 'Do I still need to fight….? Do I need to keep going on like this…? I'm rather tired…' His body moved on its own and reached out cupping Shoto's cheek, making the other close his eyes and lean into the touch opening his eyes slowly.
"You've done enough, you can stop now…. Don't go away again… please don't leave…" The dual-haired said.
Dabi's eyes softened further, pulling Shoto in a gentle lovely brotherly hug. Shoto buried his face into his brother's chest "Just stay…" Shoto said softly… he couldn't bare this anymore.
Touya's arms tightened around him and he buried his face in Shoto's two tone hair "Shoto… is that what you want…?" Shoto hugged him back tightly. "Yes…"
Just then the doors to the clinic burst open, a common thug who was previously rubbing the place, just walked out on them hugging. Dabi's eyes widened as did Shoto's.
The thug gasped "I'm not going to jail…!" he threw one of the boxes at them and Shoto immediately acted by pushing Dabi away. The box smacked Shoto, bursting open to reveal syringes. Dabi's eyes widened and turned darkly at the thug who was now running away.
Touya growled and his blue flames raged out trapping the thug who screamed and fell to the ground. Touya stomped over to him "You shit! You interrupted my lovely moment with my brother!" The thug's eyes widened in horror as Touya's hands reached out to him, but Shoto grabbed him, causing Touya to look over him with wide eyes. Shoto smiled "It's alright… I'm okay..."
Touya smiled at him but Shoto turned to the thug. With one quick movement Shoto's fist connected with the thug's face, knocking him out and making Touya chuckle at him. Shoto looked up at him and smiled, Touya right away cupped his cheek. Shoto's face turned red, he felt hot suddenly. His heart was now racing 'what is this feeling…?'
Touya was feeling it too, his heart was racing. His body moved on its own leaning forward, his lips were against Shoto's. This made Shoto's eyes widen 'What the… T-Touya is kissing me...?!' He couldn't help but kiss back reaching out and wrapping his arms around Touya's scarred neck, fingers racking through Touya's white hair. Their lips moved together, Touya soon began to move his hand down Shoto's sides and this made Shoto moan softly into their kisses as their bodies pressed against each other.
Shoto gasped when he felt Touya's tongue brush against his lips making Touya's tongue dive in. One of the staples at the corner of Touya's mouth came lose, some blood getting caught in their kiss. Breaking apart, Shoto was panting softly, the taste of saliva and blood lingering on his tongue.
Touya gripped those hips more making Shoto moan softly "T-Touya… did we just…?" Dabi nodded all flustered. "Yeah..." Shoto then hissed making Touya blink as Shoto turned slightly to see a syringe sticking on the back of his left leg. 'I guess I didn't feel it until know.'
Touya knelt down "Hold still." Shoto nodded as Touya quickly removed it making Shoto hiss slightly more. "Ow…" Touya stood up dropping it to the ground, soon hearing Bakugo and Deku's voices. Shoto frowned and looked at his brother "Touya…." Touya smiled and cupped his cheek "Go... I'll be in touch soon." He kissed him one last time before he rushed off.
Shoto sighed and touched his lips 'Did that really just happen…?' "Todoroki!" he turned to see Deku and Bakugo running over to him. He took a couple of steps but felt very dizzy and fell to the ground slowly blacking out, only to hear their voices shouting for him.
~couple weeks later~
Shoto's eyes fluttered open, as he groaned slightly looking around to noticed he was in a hospital room. On his left he saw his mother Rei who looked surprised to see him awake. "Shoto…? You're awake…!" Shoto frowned. "Mom… why am… I…" Rei took his hand and held it. "You've been unconscious for two weeks…"
Shoto's eyes widened 'Two weeks…?!' a frown formed on his face "Two weeks…? How...?"
Rei frowned. "Listen Shoto while you were fighting that thug from clinic, did anything happen?" Shoto blinked at her and thought back. Blushing remembering his heated kiss with Touya then the needle in his leg that Touya pulled out.
"Uhm… the thug threw a box at me with needles, and I think one went into my leg…"
Rei sighed softly. "Yes, the department has been trying to get information on whatever was injected into you." The door opened and Shoto turned to see his father. Enji's eyes widened and he rushed over.
"Shoto! You're awake!" Shoto frowned at him and looked away. Enji frowned at his son "Shoto… Bakugo and Izuku told me… you fought against your brother…"
Shoto's eyes widened slightly, looking at him "Yes…" He looked away "He got away…" 'More like I let him leave… Touya…'
AS the rest of the day went by, the doctor came in and checked on on him. He was discharged towards the end of the day but instead of going to the dorm, he went back to the new home Rei was living in. He lived there with his mother, Fuyumi and Natsuo.
Shoto was in the family room around the Koutu table eating his favorite meal in a baggy shirt and pajama shorts. His mother was next to him sipping her tea. They were the only two at the moment, his siblings having left to the local 24/7 store. The TV was playing in the background the news with the same news left and right.
Shoto finished his meal with a "Thanks for the meal mom, do you mind if I lay down?" Rei turned to him and smiled.
"Of course, sweetie" Shoto stood up and walked out of the room, heading to his bedroom.
Reaching his bedroom, he slid the door open to his dark room and the first thing he saw was a figure standing in the middle of the room, his eyes bulged as the figure turned to show Touya. He was bare foot, his shoes presumably by the window. The jacket he always wore was hanging on the chair by the desk in his room. Touya smiled at him, and Shoto blushed but stepped into the room, locking the door behind him. The teen stepped over as Touya opened his arms and Shoto was right in them, with his face in Touya's chest.
Holding each other, Shoto whispered. "How did you get in…?"
Touya chuckled. "I have my ways…" then he frowned "I heard you were unconscious for two weeks… from the news… how are you feeling?"
Shoto backed up "I'm fine… they're still figuring out what I was injected with." Touya's hand reached out gently rubbed his cheek.
"I'm glad you're alright…"
Shoto's face was blushing madly "You… you're gonna stay…?"
Touya chuckled at him "If you want me to but I won't stay too long… I'm still a wanted villain more than anything…" He then dragged Shoto over to the bed, his eyes widening to be pushed back against the bed and Touya was hovering over him
"Touya… what… are you… doing…?"
Touya's eyes softened and closed, leaning down his body and pressing against the top of Shoto's. His face was in Shoto's neck, he could feel the coldness of Touya's staples against his skin. "I don't know… and only you can call me my given name when we are alone…"
Shoto's heart fluttered, he was happy that he was given full permission to use the other's name.
Shoto arms moved on their own and wrapped around his older brother's neck and gently run his fingers through that white hair. The feeling of Shoto's fingers running through his hair made him shiver with slight pleasure. It felt so nice to him… "You're in a very compromising position Shoto~" He nibbled and kissed the bare skin, pressing his body further against Shoto's, making Shoto's eyes widen and grip Touya's hair tighter. This caused Touya to groan into Shoto's neck and only to ravish said neck.

One of Shoto's hand reached up and gently held Touya's hand that was touching his cheek. "Dabi! Where are you?!" Tt was Toga, he could tell from her loud voice.
Dabi had sighed "Busy you crazy bitch, turning off my phone, contact you later." Shoto frowned feeling jealous.
"What?! Dabi! It's your turn to get food!" Dabi sighed and hung up on her turning off his phone. Shoto frowned at him "So your turn to get food…? You still hang out with her….?"
Touya looked down at him dropping his phone on the floor and grinned "Jealous?" Touya reached out cupping his cheek, and Shoto flushed.
"If I said yes…?" He was jealous. This made Touya chuckle, reaching down kissing Shoto again, this time Shoto opened his mouth right away. Their tongues swirled together, soft moans coming from Shoto, still making Touya's body shiver with pleasure.
Shoto's hands gripped Touya's shirt breaking the kiss, Touya chuckled down at him "Too many clothes…?" Shoto flushed more and nodded. Touya straightened and took off his shirt. The soft chirping woke Touya up. Opening his eyes he smiled to see Shoto was still in his arms and fast asleep. Then he frowned 'I should leave before they come in here and see me…' He gently got up not to stir Shoto. Finding his clothes, he got dressed and glanced at the clock, he could see it was only 4am. That means he got lucky, the others were still in bed. Stepping over to the desk and chair he grabbed his coat and put it on. He stopped by a note pad and pen, smirking while he wrote down a note for Shoto. Stepping over to the window, he put his boots on but then froze as he heard the door open.
Hearing a soft gasp "T-Touya…?" came out a soft whispering voice, which he knew was his mother. Touya turned to see her, she was staring at him with widen eyes, then looked at Shoto who was curled up in the blanket fast asleep. Lastly to the floor to see Shoto's pajama's that he was wearing last night spread out on the floor. Her eyes went up and locked onto Touya's blue ones.
Touya shook his head. "Mom…" Rei took a step to him making him step back. "Don't…" he whispered. "Just let me leave… I don't wanna wake him…"
Rei frowned at him "Touya… were you here all night…?" Touya looked away with a flushed face remembering last night and slowly nodding to his mother. Rei stepped to him, his eyes widening and snapping back at her to see she was right in front of him "Touya… what did you… two do…?"
Touya gripped his fists "You ashamed of me now? Find me and Shoto disgusting? You're gonna burn his face again?" Rei's eyes widened at him, then heard the front door open "Rei?"
Touya's eyes widened. 'Him….' Rei quietly rushed to Shoto's door closing it. She looked back at Touya "Go… quickly before he knows you were here…" Touya's eyes widened at his mother, he was shocked and surprised. "If you love Shoto, go… Go before you get taken away…" Touya's nodded softly, opening the window and jumped out closing it. Rei could tell he already left. Rei sighed softly and walked over to Shoto's bed, kneeling down, she rubbed his head "Shoto honey wake up…"
Shoto groaned softly and turned around "Touya… couple more minutes…"
Rei blinked at him and smiled "Shoto." Shoto eyes fluttered open to see his mom. Right away his eyes widened and he sat up fast.
"M-Mom…?" Rei smiled and nodded. Shoto's face turned red 'oh god did I say Touya's name…?!' Shoto gulped. "What are you…?" Rei sighed making him shut up.
"Shoto… I'm not stupid" Shoto shook in fear. "I know… Touya was here all night, wasn't he?"
Shoto put his hands on face flushing 'oh god she heard everything?!' then tears went down his face "How much…. Did you hear…?" Rei sat on the bed pulling him into a hug.
"I didn't, I walked in this morning to see Touya about to leave…" Shoto had tears down his face, he was scared what his family would do know. "Shoto… did he force you?" Shoto shook his head
"No…."
Rei pulled away and held his face "you sure?"
Shoto nodded. "Yes mom…"
Rei smiled softly at him. "Go ahead and take a shower and come out for breakfast."
Shoto sniffed and nodded, his mother had gotten up and left his room. Shoto got up and put on his boxers. He looked around the room and frowned, he missed Touya's presence around him. 'Touya…'
After a nice hot bath and shower, Shoto got dressed in his turtle sleeve shirt and some men's skinny jeans with socks on. All over his neck were hickey's, touching his sweater against his neck he smiled and flushed. Sighing softly, he turned but something caught his eye on the desk. Stepping over, he saw a note scrambled on. Picking it up he blinked at it but smiled softly, it was a phone number and a small note with a 'call me when you can, love Dabi aka Touya'
Shoto couldn't help but chuckle, grabbing his phone he right away putting in his number under a new contact, 'should I put him has Touya or Dabi….?' He sighed softly and just put Dabi down. Right away after saving he called the number. It rang a couple of times then there was an answer.
"Speak."
"Touya…"
It was quiet for a moment. "Sho… you called me.. I'm sorry I left this morning…" Shoto sat down on the chair.
"It's fine.. I know you didn't wanna get caught…. But you ended up, didn't you?" Again a pause between them
"Mom… caught me this morning…"
Shoto nodded "Touya… I do miss you…"
"I miss you too Sho"
"Shoto! Come and eat!" their father's voice ringed through the house.
Shoto heard Touya growl. "I'll let you eat."
Shoto frowned "O-Okay…bye Touya… love you…."
He heard Touya chuckle "Love you too Sho"
"DABI!" Shoto bit his lip to hear Toga's voice.
"Gotta go, see you soon" Touya hung up. Shoto growled and put his phone in his pocket. He was feeling jealous again from hearing Toga's voice calling for his brother.
Shoto stomped out of his room and to the family room, to see his family were already up and at the table. Natsuo smiled brightly "Morning little brother!"
Fuyumi sighed shaking her head and smiled "Morning Shoto" Shoto sat down, Rei was eating her food and his father sat there looking at him
"Why you wearing a turtle neck….? It's not cold out" Shoto frowned at him and started to eat.
Rei shook her head "Leave him be Enji, he doesn't need you to interrogate him over something silly and it is cold this morning, it's 60 degrees it's close to fall" Enji sighed and eat his food.
~Somewhere in a rundown area of the city~
Apartment door unlocked and opened, Dabi walked in closing the door behind him. Sighing he walked through his small studio apartment. He was lucky to find this place, it was a black interior design small studio apartment. The apartment had a small area so all the spaces were arranged in an open space but also ensured a comfortable living space with 4 functional areas: living room, bedroom, kitchen and work area. The bedroom was separated from the other spaces by a black curtain in order to guarantee the necessary privacy.
Taking off his coat and shoes, he wondered into the bathroom. Stripping of his clothes and putting them in the washer, he went to the tub. He turned on the water, running warm he filled the tub. Sitting down on the stool he began to washg himself. Rinsing himself off he stood up and stepped up to the tub and gently got in it, leaning back he hissed slightly from the hot water hitting his skin. Leaning back, he closed his eyes breathing softly, he missed Shoto. He missed holding his body close to his, frowning he touched his chest 'I want to be with him… I highly doubt we can… after all this….'
Relaxing a couple of more minutes, he was out of the bath draining the water wrapping a towel around his waist and started the washer. Walking out of the bathroom, he stepped to the bed area and right away went through the dresser and got dressed, wearing boxers and a white shirt.
Laying down on the bed he breathed softly, hearing soft footsteps something jumped on the bed. Touya sighed turning on his side. There stepping towards him was a black cat with blue eyes. Touya chuckled.
"Hello to you too Mochi" Mochi, purred softly and laid next to him. Touya reached out and gently petted Mochi who purred more. Touya chuckled. "You know Mochi… I made up with Shoto today… and we… both did something very forbidden… and I want more…" Mochi who just laid there kept on purring, his ears twitched and tail moved gently.
