Silence soon fell the moment Nobara's parents left the room. They were done talking to Satoru Gojo and now Nobara was left to talk to her future teacher by herself.

As she sat there on her family's living room sofa, Nobara tried her best not to fidget but she couldn't help it. Her fingers found the hem of her skirt and started to wring them while she avoided looking at the white-haired jujutsu sorcerer, who was currently seated next to her.

"So Nobara…Are you excited to attend the Tokyo Jujutsu School?" was Satoru Gojo's question and Nobara looked up at him.

Nobara regarded him for a moment before replying, "Yes, of course."

"Great!" the man said cheerfully. "So do you have any questions?"

"Yes, actually," was her instant reply as she stared into his blindfolded eyes, which she knew were currently regarding her intently.

"Shoot away," the white-haired sorcerer said.

"How many are we in a class?"

"There's going to be only three of you under my tutelage," came Satoru Gojo's response.

"May I know of my classmates' names at least?" she said.

"Sure. Their names are Megumi Fushiguro and Yuuji Itadori."

"I see," Nobara murmured as she continued to stare at the black cloth wrapped around the sorcerer's eyes.

Even without showing his entire face, Nobara could see that the man was handsome just by looking at his chiseled jawline, his sharp cheekbones, his long nose, and his smiling lips. And from what she heard from the other spirits, Satoru Gojo's had a pair of beautiful, bright blue eyes.

It was a shame that he usually covered them with a black blindfold.

The only reason she was excited to see him that day was because of what she heard from the spirits she encountered. She heard tales about Satoru Gojo's unparalleled power, his Rikugan and his Mukagen, even his vast cursed energy. She had always known that the man was an exceptional sorcerer since she first heard his name. Even in that moment, with him sitting in a laid back manner, she could feel the large amount of cursed energy he exuded that she could feel her skin prickling unpleasantly at his proximity. For this very reason, she didn't want to prolong their chat. So she decided not to ask him a lot of questions.

Also, she couldn't wait to see the man in battle. She was certain that she could learn from him when it came to using cursed energy.

"Do you have any other questions?" said man inquired.

"Yes, I have one last question," she said.

"What is it?" The sorcerer inquired.

"What's up with the blindfold?" She asked bluntly. She knew that she was being rude, but she couldn't help but be curious. She wanted to know more about the mysterious man who was considered to be the most powerful jujutsu sorcerer in that time. Although she would have to endure his presence if she still wanted to get to know him.

Satoru Gojo simply chuckled at her question before he responded.

"The blindfold is for my eyes obviously. It is covering my eyes because my eyes will tire easily if I use them," came the sorcerer's honest answer.

She was surprised to hear the truth from his lips. She thought that the man was going to be evasive about it but he really astonished her.

She was grateful for his honesty and said otherwise, "Thanks for answering my question."

"No problem. So any other question?" the man asked once more.

"No," came her simple reply as she looked at him.

"Well, if you no longer have any questions, it's time for me to leave then. It was nice meeting you Nobara. I will see you two days from now in Tokyo," the white-haired sorcerer said as he stood up.

"It was nice meeting you too Gojo-san," She stood up as well.

"Please just call me Gojo-sensei," the man said smiling. "Alright. I'm off."

Nobara nodded her head and watched as Satoru Gojo sauntered out of the room. Outside, she could see her parents appearing to chat one last time with the sorcerer before probably seeing him out the door.

Nobara remained standing there in the living room while she could feel herself adjusting to the sorcerer's absence. Even after the man was already gone, there was still a large cursed energy lingering behind.

She was always sensitive to cursed energy and Satoru Gojo's cursed energy was no exception. The man had a vast amount of it that Nobara had nearly felt suffocated by it. She could only hope that she would get used to it or else she would have to suffer his presence in the future.

Thinking that she had stood long enough there, she decided to go back to her room and took out one of Sukuna's fingers again, where she dived into the cursed spirit's domain.

.

.

.

"How was your future teacher's visit?" was the first thing the cursed spirit asked her the moment Nobara appeared in his domain.

This time Nobara was standing on top of a mass grave while Sukuna sat on his throne with his chin on his hand.

"It went well," came her reply as she looked up at him.

"Did you have a nice chat with your sensei? And is he as handsome as your spirit friends told you?." Sukuna asked, smirking.

Nobara scowled at him and answered his first question and not the latter. She wasn't going to admit that she found her sensei handsome. She knew that the cursed spirit would just teased her endlessly if she did.

"As a matter of fact, I did." She told him.

"What did you talk about?

"It was a brief chat. I asked him about my classmates and about his blindfold and that's it."

"And nothing else?"

"Yes,"

"Why didn't you ask more?"

"I didn't talk to him for long because his presence was suffocating. You already know that I'm sensitive to cursed energy and Satoru Gojo had a vast amount of it," she explained.

"I see…" The cursed spirit murmured contemplatively.

"So when are you going to Tokyo then?" Sukuna inquired after a moment.

"Two days from now," was Nobara's response.

"You don't sound excited, Nobara." The cursed spirit stated as he directed his serious gaze at her.

"I am excited but I'm also worried, Sukuna. I can't help it," was Nobara's reply.

"Why are you worried?" The cursed spirit frowned at her.

"I'm worried because of you. What if they found out about your fingers and you? For certain, Satoru Gojo will keep a close eye on me because I'm one of his students now. Plus I will be living in close quarters with my other classmates. My movements will be impeded if that is the case. I won't be able to move freely in Tokyo if I have Satoru Gojo's and my classmates' eyes on me." Nobara said in concern.

"Then, you have to be stealthy and quick. Use your inherent magic so as not to raise suspicion," Sukuna suggested to her in a reasonable tone.

"Easy for you to say, especially when you task me to search for your fingers." Her scowl deepened as she pointedly glared at the cursed spirit.

"You have your magic and cursed energy, Nobara. I'm sure you'll do fine in Tokyo," Sukuna replied as he grinned toothily at her.

Nobara shook her head, "Despite my powers, I'm not infallible Sukuna. I'm bound to slip and make mistakes. Let's just hope that the jujutsu users won't suspect a thing once I begin to search for your fingers."

"I have confidence in you, Nobara," Sukuna replied as he straightened in his seat. "After knowing you for years, there hasn't been a time that you failed me, little sorcerer."

"I know that but I still can't help but feel nervous about it... And I'm no longer a child, Sukuna. So stop calling me a little sorcerer," Nobara stated while she crossed her arms and pursed her lips.

"I can see that, Nobara. You don't need to point it out to me that you've grown," the cursed spirit remarked as he scrutinized her from head to toe with a look that she hadn't seen from him before.

Nobara suddenly felt self-conscious as the cursed spirit continued to examine her.

A sudden silence fell and she immediately interrupted it before it turned awkward.

"Anyway, that's what happened today," she told him. "If you have nothing else to say to me, then I better go back to the real world."

"Off you go then, sorceress." Sukuna replied while he waved his hand dismissively. "But be sure to visit me once in a while when you are in Tokyo. I'll be bored to death without you to occupy me."

"Of course, Sukuna. I'll come by and visit often. I promised," she said to him with a smile.

Afterward, she left his domain and went back to the real world.

Once she came back to the real world, Nobara started going through her stuff in preparation for her departure two days from now.

She was excited to start school in Tokyo, but she also felt a sense of anticipation for going there. One could only hope that everything turned out better for her there. But knowing her, she would probably end up in a sticky situation once there.

And sure enough she did during her first day in Tokyo.
