Walking back out the bank a few minutes later I had all of the criminals bound by Incarcerous on the roof of GCPD HQ and was waiting for my next image. The only issue of apparition being I needed to know where I was going before I disapparated.

Which is why I picked up a small tablet before I left Command for them to send me images from the War Machine team's cameras. Brooms were useful for a reason other than Quidditch, teleportation effects needed someone to be familiar with the 'landing spot', some spots even had dedicated apparition spots where there was heavy traffic, like Diagon Alley.

So, as an image appeared on my tablet screen, I teleported to the next disaster zone. Four of my War Machine suits stood and floated in various states of lifting pieces of fallen rubble and lifting out bodies, alive and dead.

There was a spacecraft lodged into the building and lines of burning fuel leaking from it down the destroyed building. And it seemed the initial sight of four War Machines was mistaken as there was a rotating group carrying injured civilians to the nearest hospitals with capacity.

Flicking out my wand I extinguish the fires and vanish the lines of remaining fuel. Casting a stability charm to keep the building stable I pull the spaceship out of the wreckage, shrinking and storing it before I start helping the civilians too.

Levitating piles of rubble of people and hitting them with a couple of the stasis guns Emergency Services have access to. I would hit them with a stasis charm but whenever I do that and have done that, I have either set it to a timer or returned and cancelled it personally.

Using stuff already in production is easier, especially when I only need one and can replicate them. Gemino charm for the win for single use technology and no one can complain because I own the technology. No one has a problem with Batman's tech belt because it belongs to his company, if I am using technology I own, no can file a lawsuit.

And hospitals have the technology, also bought from my company, to take the person safely out of the stasis my technology induces. Well… not my tech, Freeze is the one who developed it, a temporary design based on what he used for Nora so long before I healed her.

But, despite my own victories, no moral person can be joyous when they levitate the corpse of a six-year-old out of the rubble of her princess bed, still clutching her barbie doll to her chest. You can see how awesome it is that these few people are holding off an entire army which is far more technologically advanced then Earth, but it isn't at all awesome to see the results of the invasion.

The results of an alien invasion is that there is lots and lots of dead people. And lots of property damage, and al the upheaval that comes to so many peoples lives. There is no possible way for someone to feel the fear that the civilians do as ships come screaming into their skies, destroying their homes and killing their families.

The other result is going to be the many organisations that gain access to the technology the aliens brought. Seeing as I saw some of their logs and how they tended to raid across the universe after they fled the Martians several thousand years ago. They had attacked different races and cultures across the stars, taking their technology and enslaving some of their people as guards and slaves.

Not very nice people, and without (the Burning Martians?) their history with the Martians they would have likely attacked Earth instead. But. What or who helped them realise the Martians were mostly wiped out and the remaining members were on Earth.

Even thinking that no doubt would bring me face to face with whoever it was sooner or later, I don't need to be precognitive when I well versed with comic book logic to predict the future. Not Deadpool level but the fact is I have extradimensional knowledge, it allows me to predict and know things.

Which is why I plan; I make a guess for what might happen and plan once I have dealt with the present. Unfortunately, the present is just me floating bodies and survivors out of crumbled buildings, having them transported to a medical facility and then receiving knowledge of another area to apparate to and rinse and repeat.

Fourteen hours of work. That was how long it took for me to clear every place that was in enough danger for superpowered support. Fourteen hours of constant charms to stabilise, lift and remove pieces of rubble, people and on one occasion part of the city's foundations being at risk.

If I was a below average Hogwarts's seventh year student, then I'd be dead from magic exhaustion by now. As it was, I was seriously feeling the strain of extending my magic constantly, yet as it was I couldn't yet go to sleep because of the constant reports.

Apparently, every two-bit supervillain and thug had decided the midst of an alien invasion was the best time to create mayhem, when the police were stretched to a limit and heroes were battling intergalactic forces people decided they were shitty enough to rob the little old lady four houses down.

So, after the fourth such report, I decided to start… exacting my displeasure on the people that committed the crimes. Nothing big, like a maiming or branding, but things closer to long term curses. My favourite being the 'Bad Luck Hex' which was just a hex. Nothing major like a dark curse but simply increasing the likelihood of common problems happening to you.

Stunning your toe, getting a paper cut, spilling coffee on yourself… or having your car stolen. Taking things that happen to people fairly commonly and dialling up the intensity until it becomes noticeable. Instead of occasionally getting a paper cut it could be you never handle paper again without it cutting you, stubbing your toe every time the bleary-eyed morning haze settles over you.

Something small which allowed my petty side to take over to ruin these people lives very slightly for being such shit people. I'm not a superhero all the time, sometimes I'm an asshole, lazy brat that never wanted to grow up, rich up and comer in the business world and sometimes… sometimes I'm a decent human being.

Unfortunately, it is hard to be an asshole when you hear that the Joker's escaped the age line you placed in Arkham.

Motherfuc…

Authors Note: I keep getting comments about how they don't like the Grindelwald inclusion in the story. And I will say this, I understand some people don't like too many additions to as crossover, but the addition of Grindelwald has a purpose.

The base of my character, my SI/OC is Credence Barebones/Aurelius Dumbledore hitting something and being pushed through the multiverse, colliding with the soul of James Hollow and becoming a fusion of the two that is my character.

Grindelwald isn't quite the same but there is a similar idea. I don't think anyone will be able to guess.
