Taylor sat on her bed awkwardly, while Elsa took the chair that sat in front of the desk where Taylor's ancient computer made its home. They stared at each other for a few seconds, with Elsa tugging on her fingers unconsciously. Taylor frowned, it seemed that Elsa kept some of her habits despite the many years that had passed. That particular one brought back bad memories, memories of separation, years wasted for no reason.

"You don't know how much I missed you." Elsa whispered after what felt like an eternity. Even in the awkward silence, just having Elsa close to Taylor brought her comfort. Taylor only smiled in return. She wished she could say the same, but she literally only remembered since earlier today.

"Well I'm here now, Sis." Taylor extended her arms and held them out. Elsa smiled, got up from her seat, and gave Taylor one of the best hugs she ever had. "And I won't ever leave you again."

"Thank you." Elsa mumbled into Taylor's neck. Taylor closed her eyes as she held her sister close to her.

"What happened after I died?" Taylor said softly. Elsa grumbled as she pulled away from Taylor's embrace. Taylor eyed Elsa's pale hands, which were lightly covered in frost. Elsa's eyes followed Taylor's, and she quickly dissolved the frost into nothing after a light gasp.

"Let's just say it's a long story." Elsa said, brushing part of her bangs behind her ears. "And it's not a pretty one."

Taylor released the breath she didn't realize she was holding and nodded slowly. Tearing off a bandaid all at once was better than slowly trying to peel it off.

"I understand." She took hold of Elsa's hand, ignoring how cold her sister's skin was. "I'm here for you now, Elsa. Please, no more secrets."

Elsa sighed, nodding along as well.

"I left Arendelle the night that you died…"

"Anna? Anna!" Elsa cried as her sister's hands went limp, her eyes once full of life turned dark as Anna's eyelids hid her eyes from view. Elsa screamed, her face on Anna's chest. Anna, her beloved Anna, her precious little sister was gone.

Anna was dead. Elsa screamed and screamed, her tears freely falling onto Anna's now damp dress. Elsa was the elder sister, she should have been the first one to die! Why did she have to see her sister grow old, while she looked the same as the day Ahtohallan froze her. Kai, Gerda and Mattias were long dead, their lives claimed by illness and old age. Sven was long gone, his descendants still lived in the Royal Stable that Elsa had enlarged during her brief reign, and Kristoff had already passed away a few years ago, a particularly bad cold took him in his sleep.

Elsa was now all alone in the world, with only Olaf and her creations to keep her company. When Anna had first fallen ill and her son, Prince Adgarr took over as regent, Elsa feared for her 'son'. The people of Arendelle no longer looked at magic with awe, that generation had passed. She sent Olaf away, to go and live with Marshmallow and snowgies in her ice palace on the Northern Mountain.

The door to Anna's room swung open, the sounds of multiple footsteps marching into the room. Elsa wiped her tears away, and slowly stood up.

"Hello Auntie."

Elsa turned her head, her blue eyes meeting those of her nephew. Adgarr had inherited Anna's eyes and hair color, but that nose was clearly from Kristoff's side of the family. Surrounded by multiple soldiers from the Royal Guard, Adgarr smirked, a nasty one.

"Hello Adgarr." Elsa said softly. The young man had always disliked Elsa, ever since a tragic accident that claimed the life of his older sister, Idunn, named after Elsa and Anna's own mother. Since it occurred during the winter, Adgarr had blamed Elsa for her death, despite her not actually being anywhere near Arendelle when it happened.

"That's King Adgarr to you Witch!" One of the guards aimed a rifle in Elsa's direction. Elsa's right arm twitched, as if it was on the verge of shaking. Adgarr's smirk disappeared when he caught sight of Anna's lifeless body. Pushing Elsa aside, he lightly touched his Mother's forehead.

"You did this." Adgarr growled as his hands curled around the hilt of a sword he had at his waist. "She was getting better, the doctors said so. She would make a full recovery, they said." His face was filled with grief and fury.

Any words that Elsa could say died in her throat, her hands now shaking.

"You killed my Mother."

Elsa closed hers in an attempt to prevent her tears from falling. She failed miserably.

Why did Anna have to die? Why did Elsa have to live? Why was Ahtohallan doing this to her? Why did all of her loved ones have to die-

"Elsa, snap out of it!" Elsa felt someone shake her shoulders. Elsa wrapped her arms around Anna immediately.

"Y-You don't have to keep going if you don't want to." Anna said softly, her voice not much more than a whisper. Elsa licked her dry lips. What should she do? Could she keep digging into these memories that she had long buried? Lies had destroyed most of Elsa's mortal life, could she allow that to happen again? A half truth was still half a lie.

Elsa shook her head. "N-No, you deserve to know." Elsa ran her fingers over Anna's hands.

"No more half truths, no more lies."

A/N

I have good news and bad news. The good, I finally wrote my Rwby/MHA crossover in Schnee: hero or huntress. It's my second Non Worm fanfic.

The bad news, I feel my writing starting to slow done.

Don't worry! None of my stories ever die, I just take long breaks. I'll keep writing as long as I can. If everyone behaves, I'll see if I can commission a picture of Elsa and Taylor when I have some spare cash.
