Summary: it's been weeks since Dabi revealed himself as Touya Todoroki. Shoto, Deku and Bakugo were out for extra credit for their school patrolling the city. Shoto end up bumping into his brother and they both started to fight.

Chapter 8

Months go by and it was already pass September. It was somewhere in the middle of October, and Shoto was feeling super uncomfortable. He was way past his due date. The other day was a check up and according to the doctors the twins were healthy but not ready.

This was months after what happened with Touya and that Oni guy. At the time Hawks arrived to the scene instantly and Rei was taken to the hospital for a concussion. Their father had shown up ready to beat Touya for bringing this onto the family.

There was a meeting afterwards to see if Touya was able to keep his probation or go back to prison. However, Hawks convinced in doing so would cause Shoto even more stress if the soul bond quirk and attraction quirk is kept apart. The Twins, Daisuke and Haru had to step in and saying sense Touya and Shoto spend so much time together after he was released from prison mended the bond of their quirks stronger than before. So Touya was able to be on his probation and that he had to tell on what happen and who this Oni person was.

Touya was walking around the living room picking up things. Their house was rebuild quickly by someone with a rebuild quirk after the accident and Oni hadn't been seen since. Shoto was sitting on the couch moving around slightly feeling uncomfortable before having sudden pains. Frowning he called out "Touya….?"

Touya stopped and blinked "What's wrong love?"

Shoto frowned "pains…."

Touya's eyes widened and stepped over touching his huge around pregnant tummy "You think you're having contractions?"

Shoto nodded slowly "Yeah…."

"Mom!" Touya shouted who came running in

"What's wrong?"

"I think Shoto is having contractions…"

Shoto hissed slightly "Okay that hurt…"

Rei rushed over "Okay how far apart are they?"

They counted and right on the dot, 5 minutes apart. "Okay we need to get him to the hospital right now. I'll go get his overnight bag, Touya helped him up and get him to the car." she said and rushed off.

Touya carefully helped Shoto up who would hiss within 5 minutes "Fuck…"

"Come on lets get you to the car" Touya said gentlly but Shoto narrowed at him "This is your fault…. I hate you"

Touya frowned. 'labor pains…. It's just labor pains'

With in a couple of hours, they were at the hospital. Shoto was taken away by the Doctor and nurse and Touya went with them. Touya was thankfully allowed to leave the house only with his family.

Hawks walked through the hospital and walked up to the delivery waiting room. He saw Rei sitting there worried

"Rei"

She looked up and smiled "Hawks"

"Were's Shoto and Touya?" Hawk's asked.

Rei smiled "in the back, Shoto has to get his C-section done right away"

Hawks nodded taking out his phone and calling a number "Hey its me, yeah there at the hospital nothing bad… okay gotcha" he hanged up.

Rei frowned "You had to call his probation officer?"

Hawks nodded "Touya did leave the house so I had to follow the tracking to here"

In the delivery room, Shoto was breathing heavily. The Doctor and his nurses were getting ready to do a C-Section. Shoto was crying in pain. The twins were moving about, nearly waiting to pop out. Touya rubbed his head. "It's okay sweetie. Hang on a bit more."

The doctor came over "It wouldn't harm the children but it would help him relax better, the Epidural will make the C-Section much easier" the doctor said "Lets get him on his side quickly"

The nurses helped him and gave Shoto the shot. Touya held his hand the whole time "I love you"

Shoto blushed and narrowed at him "Shut up…"

After a couple of minutes Shoto was feeling nothing and no pain "Alright lets get these twins out into the world" picking the right scalpel he performed the classical vertical uterine incision on Shoto's pregnant tummy right away.

A Nurse was watching the hollow screen on Shoto's vitals and the babies' vitals.

Touya had glanced over to see the Doctor cut into Shoto's stomach. The doctor successfully cut Shoto opened, Shoto laid there holding Touya's hand "I can't feel anything…"

"It's okay. The babies are okay." Touya said. The Doctor smiled and put down the scalpel, he reached in with him "Nurse get ready for the first one"

"Yes."

Touya watched as Zach pulled out his first son, he had some light white hair, his cries echoing in the room.

Shoto blinked and his eyes widen "Touya…."

The doctor smiled "Baby Boy A, Touya you want to cut his umbilical cord?"

Touya nodded, the nurse stepped over with the surgical scissors and gently handed it to him. Touya breathed softly gently cutting the cord. The doctor smiled and handed the Baby to a nurse, the Doctor right away reached in for the other twin.

Touya kissed the back of Shoto's hand. "One down one more to go."

Shoto smiled "Yeah one more to go…"

The doctor pulled out the 2nd twin, his cries were as loud as his brothers, and he came out looking identical to his brother but with a different hair color. It was red.

The Doctor chuckled "Identical twins with two different hair colors"

Shoto smiled "Touya our twins…."

Touya smiled brightly "Yeah…"

Touya also cut the cord of his second son. The nurse took him to get cleaned. Shoto was frowning "I wanna hold my babies…"

"Have you throught of names?" the doctor asked while stitching and stapling up Shoto's tummy quickly.

Shoto looked at Touya who smiled at him "Our son with the white hair will be Sora"

Shoto chuckled "Been reading the name journal I've been secretly writing in… yes Sora and our other son with the red hair, Akira"

In the waiting room, Natsuo and Fuyumi finally arrived, waiting the news on Shoto. They were excited more than anything.

Hearing footsteps they all turned to see Touya walking down with a nurse that was pushing a hospital twin bassinet.

Rei's eyes widened and stood up fast, rushing over to meet them. Touya smiled "Shoto is fine just resting and getting fixed up. This doctor said recovery girl will come over tomorrow and heal him better"

Natsuo and Fuyumi rushed over, looking down at the twins. Fuyumi was cueing at them "awwww…. They're look so small and cute…"

Natsuo chuckled "Wow, you and Shoto did end up making cute babies"

Touya frowned at him "Hey!"

Natsuo laughed at him. Touya sighed and looked at their mother who was frowning, mostly at Akira.

"Mom?" Touya said softly.

Fuyumi and Natsuo also turned to her "Mom…?"

Rei started to tear "the curse…."

Touya's eyes widened "Mom there is no fricken curse"

Rei's eyes widen looking up at Touya "But the red…." "They are prefect, who gives a shit if one of my sons inherited the old man's red hair. To me it's not even his red hair, it's Shoto's red side, not his!"

Rei gasped softly looking back down at the twins "What did you name them…?"

Touya smiled "Sora" pointing to his son with the white hair "And" pointing to his son with the red hair "Akira"

Fuyumi giggled "Awww! Such cute names!"

Natsuo nodded "Yeah, Sora and Akira Todoroki mhmm has a nice ring to it"

The nurse smiled "I'll go ahead and wheel them to the Nicu room to get them checkout then we will bring them to Shoto's room" Touya nodded as the nurse wheeled his twins away.

Hawks next to Touya chuckled "Congrats Touya"

Touya sighed "Thanks Hawks…. Why are you here?"

Hawks gasped looking hurt "Well I had to come since you left the house without calling me or your probation officer but don't worry it's all taken care of"

Touya huffed at him "Yeah thanks for that"

It was late at night, Touya was asleep on the couch in Shoto's maternity room. Laying on his back with blankets over him and two big foam pillows under his head.

Shoto himself was sound sleep on the hospital bed with his twins near the bed also asleep. Rei and the rest of his children had left to get something to eat. Hawks was somewhere most likely on the roof watching over the city from the roof of the hospital.

The door to the hospital room opened slowly as someone crept in, stalking over to Shoto's bed. It was Enji, a frown came over his face. His eyes glanced to the twin bassinet where the twins were sound asleep.

He stepped over to the bassinet that was between Shoto and Touya who were asleep. Looking down at the twins, his eyes widened slightly 'one with white hair and one with red….? If it wasn't for the press catching our argument… I would have just tried to convince or even order Shoto and Touya give the twins for adoption to me and Rei….' Shaking his head he looked more down at the twins 'mhmm I wonder what quirks they will have….'

"What are you doing here?" it was a whisper but it did make him jump, he glanced to the couch to see Touya was up and looked pissed off to even see him. Touya had stood up fast "You don't belong in this room or in our lives so get lost" he hissed quickly to Enji.

Enji frowned "They are my grandson even if they are a product of incest…."

Touya was gripping his fists 'if only this stupid ankle brace wasn't on me….' "Get out, to them they wont know who their grandfather is… so get lost"

Enji was gripping his fists, oh how much he wanted to hit him so bad… give him a good beating. But his body moved on its own apparently and lifted his arm up.

Touya's eyes widened 'he wouldn't….' as his fist went down fast, Touya's eyes closed ready for impact but it never did.

Opening his eyes only for them to widen 'No…' it was Oni standing there holding Enji's arm. Enji growled "Who the hell…."

Oni sighed "Really Dabi, standing there waiting for him to hit you? I thought I taught you better than that"

Touya bit his lip "Why are you here….?"

Enji with his other fist heated it up with his quick and swung it in Oni's way. Only for him to do a martial arts move, pushing it to the side and then with two fingers hit some points on his arm making Enji's arm go down. It felt like jelly. No feeling.

Enji's eyes widened 'What the hell…? Did he just…' then he felt more over his body in such speed. His body fell backwards hitting the ground hard. This sound made Shoto jolt awake, sitting up. Then his eyes widened to see Oni and Touya standing there "Touya…?"

Then his eyes saw Enji on the ground not moving, he gasped "Whats going on?"

Touya frowned "I don't know…"

Oni laughed "Please you were gonna stand there and let him hit you, sheesh Dabi"

Shoto bit his lip "You again.. why are you here…?"

Oni chuckled "oh just to visit Dabi and congratulate him on the birth of his twins so, pay up Dabi"

Dabi's and Shoto's eyes widened "Wait what?" They both said.

Oni grinned "For the fire gem, I found it by the way, right where you said it would be" taking it out of his pocket "No wonder why you wanted it and took it… this fire crystal is very rare indeed…. As the power to remove fire quirks completely… I take it you were gonna use it on your old man and yourself?"

Shoto's eyes widened looking at Touya "Touya….?"

Touya frowned looking down "That was before…."

"Before you had that incest bond with your little brother? Huh figures…. Your twins, I want them"

Shoto was right away up from that bed rushing to the twins picking one up as Touya picked up the other.

Touya was glaring deeply at Oni "Like hell you are taking my sons… you have the crystal! Leave already!" he shouted. Waking the twins quickly as they started whine and cry.

Oni's eyes narrowed "Not good enough, the twins, hand them over or I will kill you both and take them myself, or you can offer me something better?"

Touya bit his lip looking at Shoto who was panicking while he was holding Akira. Touya turned to Oni and frowned "Me…"

Shoto gasped "No..! Touya don't…!"

Oni blinked at him and grined "Oh Dabi, you're willing to sacrifice yourself to protect your twins?"

Touya nodded "yes…"

Shoto was shaking his head "No…! Touya don't please…. The bond between us… if we are separated for too long… it will…"

Touya turned to him and smiled "I know…"

Oni blinked "Wait that soul bond and attraction bond? It's bonded you where you can't be separated for too long?" they only nodded to him. Oni only laughed "Well then, how about the whole family?"

Shoto's eyes widened. "Wait… what…?"

Touya bit his lip "Me… Shoto and the twins…?"

Oni nodded "Better decide Dabi, you and your family or just the twins" he grinned at him.

Touya bit his lip and looked at Shoto "Sho… I'm sorry…"

Shoto only nodded "I know…."

Touya looked at Oni "Fine… you can take us…"

Oni grinned wildly "Great! Now lets" he stopped and moved out of the way as red feathers rushed at him from the door way. Shoto and Touya's eyes widened, it was Hawks.

Oni growled "Great…. I was hoping you would stay up on the roof longer…"

Hawks stepped in with his red feather sword "So you're Oni?"

Oni laughed "One and only now you gonna be in my way Hero?"

Hawks narrowed "You think I will let you take them? I don't think so, luckily I'm not alone"

Oni's eyes widen to see Fumikage Tokoyami step in behind Hawks. Shoto gasped "Tokoyami…."

Tokoyami smiled at Shoto "Congrats but later" Touya was frowning slightly 'if only I can use my quirk'

Hawks grins "Also" lifting up a device "Given on emergencies, I can turn it off for someone to protect his family with my permission of course"

Oni's eyes widened turning to Touya has Hawks pushed the button and the ankle brace beeped.

Touya's eyes widen and grinned "Oh my looks like I can use my quirk know Oni, the deal is off you're not taking me, Shoto and our sons ever!" he said putting Akira in Shoto's arm who gently held them both.

Touya stepped over hitting his fists together, blue flames appeared around them. Oni bit his lip "well this is so unfair…."

Touya moved before anyone else, sending a blue flame towards Oni. Oni's eyes widened only to dash out the window breaking it.

Touya frowned "Coward…."

Hawks stepped over "Touya"

Touya turned to him and frowned "I know only one time thing…"

Hawks had turned back on his ankle brace and lifted up Touya's arm that was slightly burned "we need to make you something to control your flames so it doesn't burn you…."

Touya huffed "Are they even gonna allow it…?"

Hawks chuckled "oh I'll make sure they do"

Hawks then turned to Enji who was laying there not moving. He was wide awake and heard everything, walking over he knelt down "What were you doing here? Didn't the higher ups said you weren't allowed here?"

Enji frowned but unable to talk, Hawks blinked down at him "What happen to him?"

Touya sighed "Oni used pressure point art on him, he can't move right know.. it should wear off… I think…."

Hawks sighed "Tokoyami, take him to the ER here"

Tokoyami nodded "of course Sir"

Then Touya saw something on the ground and frowned at it "Hawks pick that up for me?"

Hawks looked down to see a red, orange like crystal "Why can't you?"

Touya frowned "I can't touch it…."

Hawks looked at him with a confused look but reached down picking it up "what is this…?"

Touya sighed softly "the fire crystal… I took from Oni… and give it back to him…."

Hawks sighed "No doubt someone will show up because I turned off your ankle brace…." He says pocketing the fire crystal.

Touya frowned but turned to Shoto who got the twins to finally calm down. Touya wrapped his arms around them and kissed Shoto's temple "how are they?"

Shoto smiled "doing good…" Touya smiled looking down at the twins to see they had fallen back asleep. Touya turns to Hawks "is it possible to relocate us somewhere else…? The window…"

Hawks smileed and nodded "Of course"

It wasn't long that Shoto and the twins were moved to another room. The twins in the twin hospital bassinet beside Shoto's bed and the couch Touya was sitting on. Shoto and Touya were unable to fall back asleep though.

Hawks was in the room with him on guard watching over them. the door opened making Hawks and Touya look over to see Nezu walk in. Hawks blinked "Oh Nezu.. they sent you?"

Nezu nodded "Yes"

He looked over to Shoto and Touya, walking over "Ah Shoto congrats on the twins being born"

Shoto smiled "Thank you sir.

Touya just stared at him, Nezu looked up at Touya "so mind telling Hawks why his ankle brace was turned off for a brief moment?"

"Oh Oni showed up to take the twins…." Hawks sighed.

Nezu frowned. "Oni you say…." He sighed. "he's been active again…"

Touya frowned "You know of him?"

Nezu nodded "Your statement on when he attacked the house only confirmed you use to work for him… I take it when he came after you, he was there to collect something?"

Touya nodded as Hawks took out the crystal "This" Nezu turn and his eyes widen "A fire crystal….?" They looked at him weirdly.

Nezu sighed softly but managed to get on top of Shoto's bed as Hawks put the crystal down on the table "This is but of many crystals that have a power to remove quirks…. This one can remove fire quirks… I take it you were gonna use this on your father?"

Touya frowned but nodded, Nezu nodded "I understand why would use this on Enji… how did you handle it?"

"I used gloves mostly… every time I touched it sucked out my quirk…."

Shoto was frowning "you mean.. what Oni said was true…? You were gonna use it on father and yourself?"

Touya looked down and nodded "my last jump card but… I forgot about it because that day with you…" he flushed slightly.

Shoto's eyes widen and blushed at him, Hawks shook his head "Sir… how do you know Oni?"

Nezu frowned "Oni is only an alias his real name is kept top secret… he is the older brother of Daisuke and Haru the very same twins that caused you two to bond and have your twins from the drug…."

Shoto's and Touya's eyes widened at him in shock 'older brother of Daisuke and Haru….?'
