We are getting so close to the end, it's making me sad. This chapter is so cute though, I'm so happy with how it turned out. That being said, I had to google most of the information for this, so if there are inaccuracies, oh well. Hope you like it!

Tony waited in the parking lot outside Peter's school, fingers tapping restlessly on the steering wheel. It was the last day of school before Spring Break, so Peter would have a week off, and Tony had been determined not to let him spend it lying about with him. Because of that, he had made plans for Spring Break. Plans that Peter did not know about.
When Peter reached the car, he tried to keep a straight face, though he mentally combed through his checklist. Pick up Peter, figure out when to break to him the news, give him his packing list… the list went on. Peter buckled up his seat belt, while Tony pulled out of the parking lot. As to be expected, the boy ran his mouth about what had occurred that day. Until, eventually, he reached the point that Tony had been waiting for.
"Anyway, now it's Spring Break! I have no clue what I'm going to do all week." Peter frowned, trying to come up with his own plans.
Before he could get far, Tony interrupted his thinking. "I already have plans."
"You do?" Peter's eyebrows shot up in surprise.
"Yep."
"What are they?"
Tony quickly shook his head. "Nope, not telling."
"What? Why not?"
"It's a surprise." Tony casually flipped on his turn signal, avoiding the imploring looks of the boy. "I'll give you your packing list when we get home, but that's it until tomorrow morning."
"Tony!" Peter argued.
"Nope. Wait until tomorrow." Tony told him with a grin, already excited for the week ahead.
Peter had no clue what Tony's plans were. It was Saturday morning and the man had demanded him be ready to go by five in the morning. He didn't know why anyone, especially Tony, would get up at that ungodly hour, but it wasn't like he could sleep anyway. He was filled with too much anticipation.
He looked at his packing list with such confusion, trying to figure out how all the pieces went together. At least two nerdy t-shirts, one nice button up, comfortable shorts, khaki pants, tennis shoes… and that was only the normal section. He couldn't even begin to decipher why he would need his pair of Crocs specifically. That being said, he knew better than to question anything the genius did, so he shoved it all into his grey duffle bag. Once that was done, he grabbed his backpack and put in his phone charger, earbuds, a sweatshirt, and his toiletries.
Now that he was packed, he headed to Tony's room. The man was just zipping up his suitcase as Peter knocked on his door, though how he was able to do that, Peter couldn't figure it out. His bag was practically overflowing with the number of things in it, which didn't surprise him in the slightest. The man looked extremely awake and alert for it still being the middle of the night, but he supposed he had the massive to go cup of coffee in Tony's hands to thank for that.
"Ready to go?" He asked Peter, standing up and zipping up his jacket.
"Absolutely. Where exactly are we going?"
"We have to make a quick pit stop first, and then we'll be on our way to the airport." Tony explained, as evasive as always.
"Am I getting any more details?"
"Nope." He grinned, before brushing past Peter to enter the hallway.
Peter rolled his eyes and followed Tony down to the car. Peter climbed into the passenger seat, while Tony loaded their bags into the back. He instantly flipped on the seat warmer, trying to fight the chill. Despite the fact that it was March, the weather had only gotten as high as the forties this week. Wherever they were headed, Peter just hoped he wouldn't freeze to death like he did in New York.
They pulled out of the garage and headed through the city. As more time passed, the area grew more and more familiar until he was almost positive he knew where they were headed. He decided not to say anything though, until Tony pulled up in front of a very familiar apartment building. Not even sixty seconds later, Ned and his mom emerged from the front door, while Ned practically sprinted to the car. She stopped him, making him say a quick goodbye to her before she walked around the front and whispered with Tony. Meanwhile, Peter climbed out and slid into the backseat with Ned.
"Dude!" Ned grabbed Peter's arm practically shaking.
"Dude!" Peter grinned back, equally as enthusiastic. "Do you know what's happening?"
"Not at all. My mom had me pack last night and then get up early this morning, and I didn't know what was going on until I saw your car pull up out front."
"Same here! Tony's been keeping it all under wraps. I-"
"Bye boys! Have fun!" Mrs. Leeds called out, waving to them.
They waved back eagerly. Before they had time to dive back into their speculations, Tony finally began talking to them. "You ready to know where we're headed?"
"Yes!" They said in sync, leaning forward.
"Well, I was discussing ideas with Ms. Leeds, and she mentioned there was a place neither of you had been but were dying to go to." Tony paused for dramatic effect, before finally telling them, "We're on our way to Disney World."
"No way!" Peter yelled, turning to Ned, who was freaking out just as much as he was. "How did you figure this all out?"
"Do you know who I am?" Tony asked, but he was grinning too, looking at the two boys.
The rest of the ride to the airport was filled with them all chatting about where they wanted to go and what they wanted to see. Peter and Ned had been planning their dream trip to Disney since they were in middle school, but Peter's aunt and uncle had never made enough money to afford the trip. Now that he finally had the opportunity, and he was so overwhelmed he could barely think straight.
When they got to the airport, a valet took their car and unloaded their bags for them. Peter and Ned were completely floored by the service. No matter how many times he went out with Tony, Peter could never get used to this. Besides, the only other time he had been on a plane was when he went to Germany. He hadn't even been to an airport before today, as that plane had been private.
When he walked in, he was in awe. There were tall ceilings made of glass, various shops and restaurants lining the sides, and long lines of people despite the hour. He could see why Tony scheduled them for an early flight. It was much nicer than he had expected it to be, and it appeared to be more of a mall than an airport.
As they walked through security and towards their terminal, Peter still wasn't able to pick his jaw up off the floor. When they reached their gate, he didn't even bother sitting down, instead rushing to the window to see all of the planes take off. By this point, the sun had started to rise, making it a beautiful picture. He turned around, realizing he had left the other two behind in his excitement, but they seemed more than happy watching him take everything in, causing a blush to spread across his face in embarrassment. That being said, he couldn't stop being fascinated with everything around him.
After about a half an hour wait, which passed by too quickly for Peter's liking, they were able to board. Tony had bought coach tickets, assuming that was what the boys would prefer, which was an accurate assessment. He offered to upgrade them to first class, but Peter insisted on the full experience. That being said, that did cause them to have to wait in a long line. Tony's inconspicuous sunglasses and outfit allowed him to stay unbothered, even in the rush, which was a relief. When they boarded, Peter could barely contain his excitement.
They walked through the aisle until they reached their row, which included three seats across. It seemed to be a unanimous decision that Peter should take the window seat, despite how much he insisted that he should be forced into the middle seat. Ned was more than willing to take it though, insisting that that could be his contribution, as Tony had not accepted any payment for anything from the Leeds'. Tony had been fine with the aisle seat, though he made sure to keep his body angled as far towards the boys as he could get to avoid being recognized.
When the plane began to take off, Peter subconsciously gripped the arm rest. Tony had his earbuds in and was focused on his phone, but Ned noticed the action.
"Are you okay?"
"Fine, why?" Peter asked, trying to hide his anxiety.
"Have you been on a plane since…"
Since his parents. The end of that sentence didn't need to be spoken. And, of course, Ned had been just of aware of that fact as Peter. He smiled at him, which probably came out more as a grimace. "Yeah, when I went to Germany."
"And… you're okay?"
"Ned, I'm sure we'll be fine. Promise."
"If you're sure." Ned gave him a comforting smile, before adding, "Let me know if you need anything." With that, he slid his earbuds in.
Peter did the same, trying to focus on that, instead of the overwhelming sense of doom that came with taking off in a plane. However, once they had settled in the air, he barely even needed the distraction, as he was so enthralled by looking out the window. He was glad Ned and Tony had forced him into the end seat, as he was definitely enjoying being far above the clouds without a single worry about what was happening below him. He sunk further into his seat and continued to enjoy the flight.
Three hours later, they were landing at the Orlando airport. It was only ten in the morning, so they still had the full day ahead of them. Tony had informed them that they would be going to the hotel, dropping off their stuff, and then heading to Hollywood Studios. He had assured the boys that, being the smallest of the parks, it wouldn't need as much time as everything else, and they took his word for it. Tony had rented a silver convertible, which was waiting for them as they exited the airport. He was immediately hit by how warm it was there. It had to be at least sixty degrees, which was a great improvement from New York. Peter smiled as the sun hit his face.
Checking in at the hotel was a crazy experience. They were located at the Polynesian resort, which was nearest to the Magic Kingdom. Lights were hung from the vaulted ceiling and the stone floor was slick against his tennis shoes. Tony was unfazed, walking up to the front desk, but Peter and Ned had to stop and take in the sheer magnitude of the hotel they were in. Neither of them had seen anything like it.
"What do you think? Is it to your liking?" Tony smirked, already knowing the answer.
"This is the coolest place I have ever been in my life, Mr. Stark." Ned told him, almost immediately.
"Tony… I can't even begin to start thanking you for this. This is the craziest day of my life." Peter still couldn't believe this was happening. This morning when he got up, he didn't know what to expect and now he was in Disney World. It made his head spin.
"No problem, kid. I'm just glad you're happy." He led them to their rooms, which were on one of the top floors. "You and Ned are sharing a room, and I'll be right next door. That okay?"
"Yeah, perfect!" Both boys nodded.
"Good. Pick a bed, get changed, and then come get me. We have a lot to do today." He smiled, before passing them a room key.
Peter and Ned immediately went and raced into their room, claiming beds, and taking everything in. Peter took the bed closest to the door, immediately flopping on it after a running head start. It was almost as comfortable as his bed back home, which really said something. Ned seemed to have the same sentiment, as he buried himself under his comforter.
"I could lay here forever." He mumbled from somewhere under his pile of pillows.
"You can't, though! We've gotta go, Ned!" Peter rolled off his bed to start getting ready.
Ned shot up in realization. "Right!"
The two changed into their favorite Star Wars shirts, decorated with puns and graphics based on the movies, before meeting Tony at his door. He opened the door right as Peter tried to knock, wearing sunglasses and a plain black ball cap. What startled Peter was the fact that Tony was also wearing a Star Wars shirt, which had the classic vintage graphic on it.
"I like your shirt." Ned commented, clearly having the same train of thought as him.
"Thank you. You can thank Peter for it, as he was the one who basically reintroduced me to Star Wars. I'm assuming that the Star Wars section is the first place we want to visit?"
"Absolutely." Peter answered, not even needing to check for clarification from his best friend.
"Then what are we waiting for?" Tony asked, before pausing. "Hold on.
"What?"
He reached into his bag and pulled out a bottle of sunscreen. "Put this on. Both of you."
"What? Tony!" Peter frowned, trying to wave him off.
"Nope." He shook his head. "Not happening."
Peter scrunched his nose in displeasure but did as he was told. Ned rubbed some on first, and while Peter was waiting, Tony had managed to reach out and smudge some on his face. Not one to take something like that, Peter managed to get him back, the two having a small war in the middle of the hotel hallway. Ned ended it by squirting some up Peter's arm, much to his chagrin. After that, Tony finally allowed them to head out.
They left the building and headed to the monorail, which was going to take them to the park. Peter and Ned stared in awe as the park came closer and closer to view, their breath fogging up the window. Tony laughed, though he also went to stand by them as they approached the stop.
When they stepped through the gates, they were met with a long road and palm trees leading up to the center stage. While Peter wanted to stop and take it in, they had places to be, and Ned was already dragging him and Tony over to Galaxy's Edge. They saw various Star Wars characters placed throughout the area, and Tony didn't complain as the boys stopped to take pictures with almost every one of them.
"This is your little nerd dream, huh?" Tony laughed, as he snapped a shot of Peter and Ned with Han Solo.
"Bi awakening right here, Tony. What can I say?" Peter snorted, trying not to explode over meeting his favorite character, despite the fact that he wasn't the real deal.
"This is…" Tony shook his head. "I can't believe you get nerdier. Now hurry up if you still want me to film the two of you having a lightsaber battle in front of the Millennium Falcon."
That got Peter moving, so that's what they did next. After that, they checked the map to see what rides they wanted to hit first and how they could make the most of their day here.
"Rollercoasters?" Tony asked, pointing some of the best ones out on the map.
"Yes, I love rollercoasters." Peter agreed. "Ned?"
"Sure. I tolerate them."
Tony and Peter exchanged a look. "You don't like rollercoasters?" Tony asked him.
"I like them enough. I'll ride them with you both. But some of us are used to having both feet on the ground."
"Fair enough." Peter admitted.
They went to the Star Wars rides first, that taking up the first two hours of their stay. Luckily for them, they had a late Spring Break, so the park wasn't as crowded as he expected it to be. Once that was done, Tony paused, dragging them over to a gift shop.
"Let's buy some stuff." He told them, as they looked around.
"Ned." Peter froze, his eyes already catching on something. "We have to."
"No way."
"I'm already pulling out my credit card." Tony agreed.
Thus, their first purchase was Mickey Mouse ear hats, all Star Wars themed. Peter had one that looked like R2D2, with the mouse ears emerging from the top. Ned's was similar, except it had the face of Yoda printed on it, with Yoda's ears sticking out as well. Tony had insisted he didn't need one, but Peter and Ned wouldn't hear it. They picked him out one that looked like the Death Star. Any complaints he had fell on deaf ears, though once he put it on, he didn't move even the slightest to take it off. In addition to that, Tony bought him some various jibbitz for his Crocs.
After that, they moved onto Toy Story Land, stopping to ride the rides there. From there, they made a circle around the park, stopping at every location. True to his word, Ned rode everything with them, even though Peter was sure he threw up a little on the Tower of Terror. Not that Peter could blame him, of course. They got pretzels about halfway through, which did cause Ned to throw up after they got off of Rock n' Rollercoaster. He insisted he was fine though, so they barely paused before continuing to go on rides.
Before they knew it, it was time to leave for their dinner reservations. They were eating at a restaurant modeled after a drive in movie, which is one of the coolest places Peter had ever eaten at. When he voiced this opinion, Ned and Tony both agreed.
"So, have you had a fun day?" Tony asked, while they waited for their food to be served.
"Are you kidding? This has got to be one of the best days of my life. Went to the airport for the first time, got to go on all these crazy rides, saw Star Wars land, am eating here. I could go on! For like, an hour!"
"Glad you're happy, kid."
"That doesn't even begin to describe it." He confirmed, trying to put as much sincerity into his voice as possible. Based on Tony's smile and the way he avoided Peter's gaze, it came across.
"No, seriously, Mr. Stark. Thank you for taking me." Ned added.
"No worries, guys. I didn't mind at all. I've had a really fun day."
Peter's heart almost burst as he responded, "Me too."
The rest of the week went much of the same. They went to Epcot, then Animal Kingdom, and ended their trip with the Magic Kingdom before returning home. Peter got to try foods he had never even heard of and, despite all of his time as Spider-Man, he had never had such an adrenaline rush as being on some of those rides. By the time they were packing up their bags, he couldn't even believe he had just been on that trip.
They returned with tan skin, wild hair, and enough funny stories to last them a while.
