What Neal Cassidy hadn't actually expected was to go on a date as well, one that had so many chances of going wrong. Both father and son knew, after all, that Emma Swan was a tough cookie! The first part focuses on the father/son dynamic; the second half consists entirely of Swanfire fluff.

AU: Snow escapes the curse through the wardrobe still pregnant with Emma. Snow must raise Emma by herself and hope that she can prepare her to complete her destiny.
